What happens when there's so many McDonald's and I've never had a fresh bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. Everything is so fresh. It's 10:34 and they're about to stop making breakfast 🥞🍳. I will definitely come to this location. The lady at the intercom told me to go to the second window, the cashier at the first window retrieve my food so she could give it to me at the first window. They also have really good customer service.

This is one of the greatest McDonald’s of all time in terms of speed, food quality, and friendly staff. Their drive through is the most efficient McDonald’s drive through I’ve ever seen. The employees are also friendlier than the average McDonalds. Food quality is good.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Ate in the parking lot and it was already ice cold. Cheese wasn’t melted, don’t think they even heated it up. Also got an apple pie and it was a birthday cake pie inside. And forgot my sauce.

By far the worst McDonald’s location I’ve been to. My big Mac is full with lettuce. Where is the sauce? Where’s the meat ( Arby’s pun intended) And can I get some napkins and ketchup without asking????? Poor service! Do better, it’s not coming out of y’all paychecks so stop being stingy!

The employees are great. But as customers, we dont like the apps, and the kiosks, and all that jazz. Ordering my lunch from a human being is fine (and faster, the kiosk process is SO slow)

I’m still baffled as to why I have to pull up to a parking spot when there is absolutely no one behind me. It’s completely inefficient. Also… Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot as it shares lot with gas station.

Ordered 6 nuggets, a double cheeseburger, and fries. Received 2 snack wraps and 3 double cheeseburgers. = unhappiness and despair. I love chicken nuggets.

I have been coming here for 3 years and I have always enjoyed everything for the most part. Tonight when I said to the lady who was slightly overweight with grey hair I said “thank you and God bless you” and she just looked at me and said “no”. Good food but for someone in the drive through to behave like that makes me want to stop going to this location sorry

Ordereed a meal of number one with Big Mac and fries with dr. pepper. went through to get order and got only fries in sack Staff confirmed my order when I drove off so why check. Got home after trusting them and realized their ripoff They should be shut down. Gross staff and gross negligence.

Horrible. Why do we always keep going back to McDonald's knowing darn good and well that we'll get crap service and food?

I usually never have a problem with any orders here. However, if you're using the deals on the Mobile app to get some medium fries then be sure to check your order before you drive off or walk out. The first time I used the app to get some free medium fries with my meal I ended up getting small fries, medium box and I thought maybe it's just this 1 time. Same deal different day and you would think somebody been eating out my bag. That did it for me I'm done with this location.

It's literally like every other McDonald's BUT the morning crew impressed me! I was in and out in no more than 2 minutes

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The snack wrap does not live up to its 2012 self. Our order was messed up despite being the only person in line and we were refused the meal and when confronted about it we were given the wrong order. It took 4 ppl to get a simple order done. Honestly, probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I pray for the owner because I think he may be out of business soon.

I remember when the first McDonald's showed up in Dallas. Back then, fast food hadn't established itself yet so,it was an anomaly in my area. Most meals were still prepared at home by your mother. Driving thru a take-out window was more than unique. Today you can get a very tasty breakfast cheap and fast. Fortunately, I can control my impulse to do this but, it's tempting to not go several times a week. I'm giving them first prize for the most dependable, convenient, cost-effective, and tasty breakfast.

Always fresh food via drive thru mobile app In the Uptown area, for some reason, most business are super ghetto, which I do not get for the cost I pay to live here...who knows...maybe I am being ripped off lol. Unfortunately, most fast food is literally a movie ghetto experience, which is fun and shocking to experience but when you eat the food you feel like throwing your wig off and going back to terrify. Which I work hard and am too lazy to do when I just want a fast food meal. I am too all American with fast food. However this Mcadees has yet to disappoint. As a matter of fact, I prefer here over all my uptown fast food experience. Do not waste your money at uptown subway or wendys, come here for the right experience!

This be place is great 95% of the time. Give it a go! This morning was quick, efficient & food was hot/fresh. I also didn't get any side eye when I requested ketchup, strawberry jelly, & extra napkins at the last window. Friendly people. Appreciated the experience.

They keep forgetting my ketups even after requesting 2 time. We have robots with no computing power at this location

I order delivery via the Uber eats platform. I asked for 10 packets of ketchup. And beyond what I can even fathom. They delivered........ Just one single Ketchup packet.. not 10.. not even 5.. not even 2.. just one lonely ketchup packet. That's worse than receiving no ketchup! That's just plain insulting it's what it is. All employees working on the night of 8/30/21 should be fired immediately.

Lady name Esther drive-through very disrespectful doesn't know how to do her job very unconsiderate I asked for a honey mustard she saw me $.37 and asked for one I'm very angry I'm very pissed off I will be replying to corporate in the a.m. very disappointed and she was disrespectful Very unprofessional

The hours posted for dine-in is 6:00a and here I am at nearly 7:00a and I'm told they MAY open at 7:30a. Do you know how you inconvenience people by not abiding by your own restaurant hours?!

I got $3 bundle asked for fresh fries n food n i can literally tell you that they heated this in the microwave they hot but soggy as hell salty hella salt like i don't understand why i can't get good food considering I'm paying for it

Employees have policies in place that should not apply and think their word trumps the receipt. If the app & receipt says 2 sauces are 0.00$ you either change your app or give me 2 sauces for 0.00$.

both workers were incredibly rude. the one at the window was very sassy and made us out to be stupid...? looked at us like we were crazy when she opened the window. only took cash, then was told they already told us that, when our order was rushed. i understand it very well could've been busy and understaffed, but the amount of disrespect directed at us was very off putting.

I tried the new chicken sandwiches. I've never experienced more disgusting chicken. It was rubbery and flavorless. Just an incredibly disgusting meal. Fries were on point.

Went for breakfast one morning. Was turned away because their workers didn't show up. Also just ordered a McFlurry from here and got a soft serve with some crumbs on top. Not mixed or anything.

My owner drove me here recently. I got the McRib. As soon as I finished, I took one star off my review. That would leave the score at 0. The soft drinks are mixed with water to cut corners. Overall score: FOOD: 2/10 BEVERAGES: 0/10 SADNESS: YEP. milo

Great location, line always moves fast, my orders always correct and fresh.. there is an employee a gentleman I think his name is Arturo? ( shaved hair and glasses) He works late nights.. he is always so nice and I always leave there with a smile!! Kudos to him!!

I get that the line was long and it was 8am but working at McDonald's I'm sure that's expected. They messed up our order, had an attitude and forgot my straw. I think the employees just need to be a little more attentive and patient. Relax. I'd be mad if I was working at McDonald's too

The turnover through the drive through is always too long. I'm talking twenty minute wait if theirs a line. Staff is moody somedays they are nice some shifts are mean with attitude. Fries are constantly skimped but I think the biggest issues is inconsistency in service across day-parts.

Went through drive thru and food was old. Tasted like it has sit in heater since lunch.

The best McDonalds to ever exist! Do you want crispy chicken nuggets?? Fresh warm fries??? Cold crisp sprite?? Perfectly toasted buns?? Short wait times?? Nice service?? This place has it all. This location has set my beliefs that not only should minimum wage not be increased but reduced or removed. The young lady working the register this morning could not have given moorer service or had less care about the patrons of the establishment or the fact that she was being paid for her services. She had a cut on her nose and scabs on her face like her weekend keg stands had gone all wrong. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with a small coffee and also a small orange juice. She says swipe my card and I mention that I wanted 2 creams and 2 sugars in my coffee. She says... "you didnt order a coffee". We proceed to put the order back in and the manager has to help her. She is still completely uninterested in any of this. The manager now brings me my coffee and I notice no cream or suger and repeat my order. I am not told that I never requested this. Finally the order shows up and there is no hashbrown and the young lady informs me I never said "meal". I have been using McDonalds since I was about 4 years old and am pretty clear on how to order. To think roughly 10 percent of people dont have a job is profound! This is a testament to people not wanting to work. Its very sad to think this is the best this young lady has to offer. I'd also like to mention that a stencil of an arrow to direct traffic is the cost of a can of spray paint and an old cardboard box to cut out. This location has the worst traffic issues I have seen at a location and its a constant complaint that I wont be making in the future...... this was my last visit to this location and frankly I can get a better meal at Einsteins Bagels for the same price.

I did the curbside pick up. There is no option to ask for a cup of ice on the app, I asked the lady nicely who brought my food out if I could get a cup of ice. She told me no cuz they're too busy & walked away. It's a cup of ice.....wouldn't have even taken her but a few min to bring me one. Lazy & terrible customer service.

This is the worst restaurant I've EVER been to. Even Burger King was better than this. Don't go here, go anywhere else

where do i even begin... i would easily compare this to a michelin meal. i had a delicious double cheeseburger with no mustard and no pickles (sue me), a medium fry, a large coke, and sweet and sour sauce. my order came out perfectly and my satisfaction the same. an absolutely delightful experience. i would love to shake ronald's hand.

Place never has fresh food. Always needs microwaved. Employees aren't friendly and rush you to leave window. Stingy with napkins if you get them and ketchup.

If I could put a lower star I absolutely would. I wanted two cheeseburgers and that was it. But instead of taking my order after waiting in line for 10 minutes they told me to F off and they don't have time to take my order. You have got to be kidding me. I will never be caught dead at this place again and I plan to tell all my coworkers about this as well!

Came here tonight and they said the computer was down and they wouldn't be able to serve food for 50 minutes lol. Sounds like a typical lazy McDonald's that doesn't want to serve people.

I went to this restaurant on 11-11-2020 and after i received my order I requested a receipt for my purchase. The employee said they would have to go back inside to get it. I passed on it since i was in a rush. 11-12-2020 I again requested my receipt and the employee said i would have to drive through again to get it. Am I wrong isnt it required to provide a receipt unless the buyer elects to not receive it.

So where to start last night after a long day I decided to go to this location thru the drive thru I know it's late but regardless that's the busiest time for restaurants 130 am however I got my food came home and realized I was missing a 20 pc nuggets my food was raw Fries where cold and then I called and they would answer and hang up well I called this morning and and spoke to BETO WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE A MANAGER ANYWAYS THAT WAS A JOKE HE SPOKE OVER ME HE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TRY TO FIX THE MISTAKE OR OFFER AMY HELP AT ALL IF THATS THE TYPE OF MANAGERS YOU HAVE RUNNINNG THE PLACE NO WONDER YOU GUYS HAVE 2 star rating smh last time eating there I'll go to the Ross location instead THANKS FOR NOTHING BETO!

All my live in McDonald's and this is the worst ever, drive 2 more minutes to the next one. 4/19/2019 8:45am big problem just for one coffee

Not actually open 24 hours. If you are looking for food between 1230 and 430am, save yourself a trip and go someplace else. I work late and they have had "systems issues" the last 5 times I have tried to order food. Most recently, the gentleman was very rude and said they were only fulfilling orders for delivery services like Uber eats. My bad for actually showing up in person. I sent and email to the local franchise, with no response and to corporate and they seem complicit, or just don't seem to care about being disingenuous about their hours of operation. Don't waste your time late night/early morning. Go somewhere you know is open.

They just shut down the entire restatement even though they are 24 hours. Without explanation

Worst McDonald's in the metroplex, maybe the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have never been cursed at by a McDonald's employee before but it happened today. I will absolutely never be back to this McDonald's under any circumstances. Just go to the Jack-in-the-box on the other side of 75, unless you also want to deal with the rudest McDonald's employee I have ever experienced in my life.

Had a huge order for work one night and they made it happen! I know it wasn't easy to make all those burgers on short notice. Went above and beyond. Thanks!

Completely serviceable. Tucked in to the gas station at Fitzhugh and US75, the Micky-D's frequently has a bit of a line in the drive through (double lane); however the line moves quickly. The quality is what you might expect, keeping Ray Croc's original idea in mind -- great burger experiences with the same quality and multiple locations. Check. For a lower-fat offering that may be even somewhat healthy, I go for the grilled chicken Caesar salad, only with the Newman's fat-free vinaigrette on it instead of the Caesar dressing.

Best and most consistent McDonald's in the area. The nuggets and fries are always hot and fresh even at night time. Good job to the night crew keep up the good work!!

When I worked at McDonald's in high school, they would have taken the whip to us if we moved this slow. Surely the corporation could not have changed so much in a half dozen years. I stop here because it's fast not because it's good. This location forfeits the one saving grace of McDonald's.

Fast food and gas stations are both getting somewhat hard to come by in the middle of Dallas/ uptown area. So, this Mcdonalds/Chevron is always packed. It is Mcdonalds, nothing fancy but very convenient location.

While the service is fast and friendly, the food is quite the opposite. I come here to get their $1 large Fountain drinks. When I order JUST the drink, it's fine. Whenever I order food, it's questionable. I once watched a documentary on Netflix about Mcdonalds and how one of their #1 priorities when delivering food is consistency. Yea, consistently BURNT. I've never had a burnt baked apple pie until i came here. And I decided after numerous and countless visits of ordering these little things, that it's mandatory for them to serve them burnt. They don't have a large selection of drinks to choose from; maybe 6 different fountain choices. Not impressive when you are connected to a gas station and they have over 30 selections to choose from with their soda machine. But then again they are only $1.

The service was great, got an extra quarter pounder which was super fresh! Also got hooked up with soooo many extra dipping sauces for my nuggets. I'll be back.

I'm a fast food junkie. Always on the go and needing a quick meal either on the way to or from work. I have been to this location about 10 times in the past three months. I always order a Southern Style Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal during the day time, and a Fruit & Maple oatmeal with Iced coffee in the mornings. The oatmeal at this location always has extra hot water sitting on the top which makes the oatmeal, well, more like oats in water. The chicken sandwich is always extra greasy and it usually take 2 napkins to soak up the grease. In comparison to other locations, this location, based on just two of my favorite items, fails to compare to other McDonald's locations around the metroplex.

I recently got food poisoning from this place - steer clear if you don't want want to be hurling for 24 hours.

Terrible experience. Was at the drive through window and was told to wait a second as they proceed to fulfill orders in the other drive through lane. I had to switch lanes to order, but when another car pulled up to that lane they had no problems taking that car's order. Just really frustrated with my overall experience, had I read other reviews I had not gone here.

Popped in for an ice cream cone. One figures that ice cream CAN'T be messed up, but this McDonalds managed to do it. Ice cream tasted... Old? Mildewed? Disgusting! Whatever it was, I felt fairly sure the machine had not been cleaned for a LONG time. What this location needs isn't better service, they were quick and polite... they need better standards of cleanliness and maintenance to make sure their food tastes like every other McDonald's.

The cashier at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would suggest hiring better workers.
