Utterly disappointed here. Firstly when I ordered coke with no ice they literally gave me half the glass when I said it's too little the lady arrogantly told" itna hi ata hai ", now being a local I had ate at all mcd joints (rajpur road , mall of dehradun) and I know it's not the case . Secondary, the fries they gave me were stale and cold . Comparing it to other mcd joints . This one at centrio mall is lacking far behind . Seriously need quality check here .

One of the oldest fast food chain. Good variety of foods and drinks. And even deserts. Especially children’s best place

McDonald's offers affordable prices and shared seating with other eateries in Centrio Mall. The drinks and food are decent, with low prices. You order by selecting items on an electronic board, take the printed receipt to the staff, pay, and then wait at the designated area to receive your food. This is similar to a self-service model.

This place at centrio has many food outlets including mc Donald's, amritsari express etc. Good place to dine with family and kids

Extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s outlet in Dehradun. I tried placing an order multiple times through the official McDelivery platform, and each time they declined the order without reason. A few minutes later, the same items were shown at a higher price. This clearly looks like a scam or price manipulation tactic. It’s sad to see such unethical practices from a reputed brand like McDonald’s. I hope the management takes strict action against such outlets that are spoiling customer trust.

Yesterday, I stopped by the McDonald's at Centrio Mall, and it was a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant is part of a spacious food court with plenty of seating and other places to eat around, which is nice if you’re with a group and everyone wants something different. I ordered at the self-service kiosk, which I find really convenient. I got two meals— a McAloo Tikki with cold coffee and a Crispy Veggie Burger with a watermelon drink. It all came to around 400 INR, and my order was ready in about 15 minutes, which was reasonable for how busy it was. The food was good and exactly what I expected. No surprises, just a solid meal. If you're looking for a quick bite in a comfortable space, this McDonald's does the job well.

The food is good. Service is so late. Have to wait for long. Crowded place.
