McDonald’s Staff Strike Over Poverty Wages at Burger Chain | Eater London

"Employees at this location participated in an international day of strike action organized by the International Union of Food Workers to demand guaranteed working hours, a £15 base wage, and four weeks' notice of shifts so staff can afford the flexibility often cited as a benefit of zero-hours contracts; the protest was reported by Metro and supported on the picket line by Labour's shadow chancellor John McDonnell, who criticized endemic low pay and insecure work in the fast-food industry. Management highlighted that only nine staff across the six affected restaurants were striking and noted that 40-hour guaranteed contracts are available but chosen by few employees; campaigners argue that guaranteed hours would reduce precarity and that similar actions are likely to recur, especially given the parent company's projected £100 billion in global sales." - James Hansen

50 cents for a single bbq sauce is weird. Charging for a condiments on an $8 sandwich is weird. Going through an empty line, paying, then having to park so the employees can keep their average time in drive thru low, is weird. Maybe if I ever get my food I’ll circle back and leave more stars✌️EDIT the double quarter pounder had less meat than a single burger at WAWA. It was overly salted, almost tasted like not fresh meat. And the lady who delivers the food to the car was giving out free bbq sauces lol. I ate almost all of it because I was starved but one star is the appropriate number of stars.

It's a me, M.

Google
If you're looking for a fast food.. this might not be your place.. if you do drive-thru you pay for your food and then go and Park next to 10 other people that are waiting for their orders.. I was told to park in the handicap spot and currently been waiting for 2 plain cheese burgers for about 15 minutes and 36 secs now.... Get it together guys I know you can do better!

Isabella R.

Google
7/31/24 Just stopped by to grab breakfast. The person taking the order at 9:45am was so pleasant and friendly. And our server Laura was BEYOND SSWEETTT. Food made fresh and hot. And my drink, well, 100/10. Thank you so much wonderful ladies 💕! 7/8/24 5 stars. They were nice and fast. Fries were fresh salty and hot, milkshakes were made to perfection, overall it was an a+!

Google
Prices have gotten outrageous and the wait is insane. It's not cheap, and it's not fast, so you might as well go anywhere else. Taco Bell is in the same parking lot and doesn't have a 20 minute wait for one combo meal.

Hi

Google
Is there a way I can do a 0 star review? Cause holy god every single time I do a “delivery order” from the McDonalds app they some how always forget something… I ordered a quarter pounder cheese, 2 Large Fries, and 20 piece nuggets, it was on a Wednesday evening. I’ve received only the quarter pounder cheese, and 10 piece nuggets. Like are you freaking serious? What are half of the crew doing in the back? This isn’t the first time either, happened every single time I ordered here. The stupid app just automatically adjusts the location to my “nearest McDonalds.” DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Tim Y.

Google
You should avoid this McDonald’s at all costs—it confounds me how any other McD’s location scores lower than this one. Here’s the tick list, as you can see in the included photos: My burger meats were overdone and cool. Staff made my burger wrong (did not include the extra meat that I paid for). My fries were cold. My fries were upside down in the bag, and they ran all over the place in the bag - staff cannot handle with care. My “iced tea” was as dark as soda, bitter, and warm - and was served with only a few ice cubes. The fountain machines had no ice in them to dispense. There was no tea out in the fountain area - when McDonald’s charges more for tea, you should not have to keep going back to the counter asking for refills. Burgers and fries should not be served cold in the height of dinner rush hour (5:23pm) in a busy shopping district. The only reason to give this location a single star at all is due to it being a nicely renovated McDonald’s.

Google
We went through the late night drive-through around 1am. Order was simple: 2 $5 bags, one with McChicken and ranch sauce and one with McDouble and BBQ sauce and 2 drinks. The fries were cold, they forgot the McDouble and both sauces. We drove back through, explained what items were missing and the fries were cold. We handed them back our food and were told to park up and someone would bring out our order. Almost 10 minutes later, a very young boy (possibly a young man but definitely not over 18 years old) brought us out 2 small fries, barely hot. Now we were missing everything else! We told him what we were now missing and another 10 minutes later our food came back out, this time with everything we ordered, but the fries were still not hot and definitely not fresh as a majority of them were too hard to even eat, the burger was burnt, hard, and also barely luke-warm. Whatever happened to customer service? Quality assurance control? And just a little pride in a job well-done? I'm very disappointed, albeit not at all surprised. I've noticed a drastically sharp decline in quality and the term customer service seems like an oxymoron or nothing more than a fantasy these days 😠

Google
Almost every time I stop at this location since its closest to my home. It has been a complete disgrace. The staff don't really seem to care other then to collect a pay check. My order is always wrong. And this should not be considered (fast food) they are by far the slowest non caring staff I've ever seen at a franchise. So I now go to the mt ephraim location to avoid frustration

Rachael H.

Yelp
I had a big mac and the meat was really bad, my stomach was in knots for a few days. Really need to check their meat. I should have just stick with the chicken. Be well
google avatar

Ang B.

Yelp
The people who run the drive through register do not listen, every time we go thru the drive through- orders are wrong, things missing etc. We use the drive thru to save time so we don't have time to turn around, go back and complain. Also I ordered 2 McFlurry and they are a quarter of the size they used to be, but the price is the same- I'm confused.

Pher J.

Yelp
Everytime ive gone to this location the lack of care has been impressive. I believe each employee is only there to collect a pay check. Its most definitely not (fast food) considering when you pull into the drive thru regardless of it being busy. Your almost always directed to wait at a curbside pickup space. You will then sit there for over 10 minutes waiting for your food only to find out its either wrong or missing items.

Daniel W.

Yelp
I placed my order inside. Sat down and waiting. And waited. And waited. All while everyone in the drive thru is getting mediocre service. I waited literally 20 minutes and asked where my food was and if I should just order through drive thru and bring it inside. It'll be much quicker. 10 more minutes go by and still no food. I asked again and your manager who's unfortunately missing his 2 front teeth berated me in front of your customers. I had to ask him to back off. I never got my 6 piece meal. He refused to give it to me. The other manager gave me a refund.

Bobby D.

Yelp
This has been many orders, meals without fries, drinks - awful performance. Stay away, no fault of the employees, bad leadership.
google avatar

Joan D.

Yelp
Last time I order at a MacDonalds! I ordered at the drive through at 12:02PM, paid, got my drink, and was instructed to park in s specific curbside parking space. I did so, and ended up waiting 17 minutes. Ridiculous! It isn't the first time either.

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
No drinks. Reheated fries that tasted like straight starch. If I wanted to eat something that tastes like a raw potato I would eat a raw potato. Then when I got the drinks... no straws.

Angel E.

Yelp
The food was amazing, crispy. I love how it tasted! Service was quick, it only took around 2 minutes for me to receive my food. Ambiance was okay, the interior was good and pretty clean other than the sound of children crying.

Yelp
This place is the worst. Never in my life have I gone to a McDonald's and they told me to pull over and park. Every time. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. Took 20 minutes for them to bring my food out to me. Either the owner is an idiot or just doesn't care

Michael B.

Yelp
They forgot my daughters happy meal and the locked the door right after we walked outside plus the service was terrible just go to Taco Bell or Boston market next door

Yelp
Beep ... beep ... Yes, I have returned to a chain restaurant and a fast food chain restaurant, which should cause all of you who read my reviews to say DAVE NO!!!!! So, if you haven't read one of my reviews you should understand that chains in my opinion rarely deserve more than three stars because ... well just because their food arrives frozen in 18 wheel trailers that have been pulled across thousands of miles eliminating the concept of both fresh and locally cooked food. This stop, once a place where a clown was celebrated along with his array of friends, had trouble reaching 1 star and it wasn't due to the food because their fabricated food tastes the same everywhere. Now, I haven't sampled the new "never frozen" quarter pounders at the arches and I just might never experience them but one never knows. So, I found myself hungering for food ... any food ... FAST FOOD because I had just left one presentation near the Jersey Shore and now had to get to a meeting close to Philadelphia. If you have ever been in a car knowing you were just a bit "famished" then you know how your mind can easily succumb to generations of fast food images. Perhaps a Colonel comes to mind or a King or a sweet girl named Wendy for some it's ground meat in hard corn shells but consistently for many of us the Golden Arches easily become the image of the mind. I knew that I would be driving past this Deptford location. I knew that fact 40 miles down the road when the tasty of salty fries began to get my mouth watering for food; oh glorious fat enriched cheap fast food. Before pulling into the plaza I had sorted through my imaginary McDonald's menu and with thoughts of extra gym time in mind I had decided that the relatively new Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich would be the choice. The stars started vanishing as I drove up to the drive in machine because there was literally a ugly pile of "stuff" outside the restaurant where the old drive in was located. A trashy appearance is not a good indicator of a well run establishment. Now, I should have noticed the line of tail lights brightly lit as drivers feet rested on their brake pedals but I didn't. However, at 8:30 in the evening this line of FAST FOOD ... DRIVE THROUGH customers were basically filling the air with exhaust fumes sitting in the IDLE LINE. Perhaps, I thought, someone is buying food for the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team so their large take out order was causing the delay but nope. The slow process was an attribute of this store. It seemed that every car was given a nice slow delivery of their food allowing the rest of us to enjoy the view from our car windows as we tapped our fingers wondering if we were going to get our FAST FOOD. I am not a fan of the talking machines used by drive through restaurants to begin with but at this McDonald's whose star was already sinking to under 2 the first machine gave all indications that it was in operation. However as I gave my order there was no response. The screen wanted my order but clearly the headset inside the store was not tuned into me. Just an aside ... in this era of FACETIME, DUO and VISUAL MESSAGING wouldn't it be nice to see the person taking our order rather than staring at a machine whose audible responses make every word sound garbled? I finally realized that Machine number 2 wasn't working so I pulled up to machine number 1. The order was taken ... couldn't really tell for sure the price but was told to drive ahead. I wanted to laugh ... I couldn't drive forward because the line of cars wasn't moving. Now, you would think that the cashier would know what your order was since you followed the car in front of yours but the young lady had to ask what my order was. Really? But, I had time to tell her because the cars weren't moving. My biggest surprise when I finally reached the food delivery window was I didn't have to wait ... maybe just buying a sandwich was the trick. But as I looked at the YELP ratings I could have kicked myself ... this mistake was on me. I shouldn't have gone here because others had warned me. My food ... sandwich was warm. Could really taste a lot of mayo. Nothing special but if you have had one of these in Tennessee or California you know the taste because they make sure they are all the same. SLOW FOOD ... so many better options ... BEEP BEEP!

Yelp
I have kids who have cousins, so I usually have a truckload of kids, so we've eaten at a lot of MickeyD's...and a lot of BAD MickeyD's - but this one takes the cake. It's the only one nearby, so this is a usual - and they CONSISTENTLY mess up nearly every part of the process. The drive-through attendant usually skips the outside lane for about three cars on the inside lane - and when they do take the order, they can't seem to hear us very well and we have to make numerous corrections to the order. Payment goes smooth so far. The food order is nearly always missing stuff. When you get your order, check EVERYTHING before you pull away. They'll have you pull into the take-out spots where you'll see other folks with half-completed orders waiting. They'll eventually bring it out to you. But DO NOT PULL AWAY BEFORE CHECKING YOUR ENTIRE ORDER. They phone goes to a dead end and disconnects. You can't speak to anyone without going into the store, and the lines are almost always long inside and outside. The servers are usually nice to us. Just realize you have one shot to get it right or you'll be going inside.

Yelp
This mcdonald's gave me and my bf food poisoning last night. If this affects my baby expect a lawsuit.

Terry G.

Yelp
Mobile order at the drive thru. Got my drink and was asked to park and wait for the food. 10-15 minutes later I walked in and then they started on my order. SIGH

Regina B.

Yelp
This is absolutely one of the worst McDonalds I've been to in a long time. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal some nuggets and a kids meal. They told me to park and as I pulled forward there were like 6 cars parked. After waiting 20 min they bring out everything BUT happy meal. I've been waiting for over 45 min for a happy meal. When we went in everyone was screaming and yelling at each other. This location lacks leadership organization and professionalism. I will not return to this establishment.

Yelp
So McDonald's does anyone actually review this place? Great for a quick bite to eat that you will regret later. Never clean, but a fast food staple.

Yelp
I don't think Ive been here since cutting hs w my friends! Its improved but what a crowd! Strangers talking to us spooked my daughter! Im ready to eat my hand - skipped lunch and apparently breakfast all day is popular! Waiting and waiting .... Only thing Id order here - the rest goes through me like a freight train!!!!

Brian S.

Yelp
They locked the door in front of our face at 12:20pm on a Thursday, and didn't even give an explanation. The guy cert intentionally avoided eye contact. This McDonalds is a disgrace.
google avatar

Eleni R.

Yelp
No milkshakes no matter what time of the day you come. Last time I tried to get one (the only thing I like from McDonald's) it was 5 hours before they closed and it was down. Don't know why I keep trying lol
google avatar

Sandy M.

Yelp
Stopped here last night after picking up my car from the shop. I usually don't do drive thru cause it's always super crowded but I didn't feel like e going in. Service was surprisingly really quick, didn't have to wait fir the quarter pounder with cheese like I usually have to. The sandwiches were hot and very good but the fries (which I usually love) were kind of flat like kind of cold and not enough salt. Now this location is akways busy and it was dinner time so I would think fries would be fresh hot and seasoned but not this time. I feel like this location is kind of hit and miss with that. Sometimes there service is really slow as well but not this time. Anyway my suggestion is to ask for hot fries not ones that could have been just sitting out.

Yelp
You should be McShamed of yourselves ! I have never had a worst fast food experience so let me Mcsplain what happened here to the rest of you. I had a conference call set for 3 pm on Thursday 12/21/17. I am with my family so decided to let them go inside while I pulled into the drive through. The time was 2:55 pm, I know because I checked to make sure I'd have enough time before my 3 o'clock call. The thinking was 5 minutes should be plenty O time to McOrder and get my McFood I wasn't sweating it. In the meantime my wife and kids went in to get their food as well from the main "dining area". I order a McChicken Sandwhich and an orange soda... and then I can't really tell you hat could have McHappened, because it was a McFreaking disaster. After ordering, I moved up about 2 car lengths and that was my last travel for the next 20 or so minutes until the car in front of me decided to ride over a curb to get out of the cue. I was on my call at this point so it didn't really McMatter anymore, I needed to wait this out. At 3:33 pm, I finally made it to the 1st window (where the guy who took my order was standing). I paid him for my food, expecting a "hey sorry for the wait" or "this one is on us because you could have gotten the people from Guinness book here by now to give you an award for experiencing the exact opposite of fast food" but he was silent. Cheerfully smiling, but silent. I drive up to the 2nd window where you get your food and no one was there. I was starting to put 2 and 2 together here. This was the McHold Up ! While waiting at window number 2 I noticed my wife was at the counter along with about 6 other people all waiting for "something" too. She was looking for mayonnaise. Does anyone want to Mcbet if she got it or not ? The answer would be a resounding NO. Instead she got a "I don't know where they keep it" if you want to WAIT (another 25 minutes for your food) I can go to the basement and start opening jars until I find one that is white-ish looking. (sarcastic exaggeration intended here). So I finally am handed my McChicken sandwich (ok there were actually 2 of them) and my LARGE drink was served to me in a medium cup. I didn't notice till I pulled out but was thinking, I'm not pulling into that line again for a size difference in my cup.. lol.. I took a sip out of it, and you know that feeling you get when you're thirsty and take the first sip of a really good cup of soda ? Because if you do I'd love for you to Mcshare your experience with me ! Unfortunately I got orange colored seltzer water. Yep, not even worth the McWait.. but in the school of fairness my sandwiches were acceptable. That wouldn't be enough to pull this McPlane out of a tailspin. You get 1 McStar only because I can't go any lower. Oh did I forget to mention ? My wife interrupted a drug deal going down so felt safe enough because of the crowd (of people waiting) to move to the other side of the restaurant. Are you McFreaking kidding me ??
google avatar

Dale E.

Yelp
Don't go here, no matter what. Go any place else. Taco Bell, Boston Market next door or even the Deptford Mall. Horrible service, ice cold food. Avoid this McDonald's location it's the worst.

Yelp
What happened what happened too fast food that it Doesn't even have the slightest relationship to Food anymore I remember when McDonald's became big I remember being a kid and getting a big Mac and not even be able to get my mouth around it I remember getting a cheeseburger and not being able to finish it french fries were crisp customer service was paramount what happened to fast food it is not even edible anymore this is utterly ridiculous I can't say that I patronize fast food restaurants often but come on it was always an option when you were completely busy running errands Christmas time you didn't have time you went through a drive-through but at least you knew that the burger was good the french fries were good that you weren't going to be sick after you ate it with both food poisoning and regret. Running errands busy tired hungry let's grab McDonald's I have no idea what the hell I ate last night I took pictures of it because I'm completely gobsmacked by what was inside this roll. the big Mac was the size of a cheeseburger the cheeseburger was the size of a thimble none of it had any flavor it was thrown together so haphazardly that I almost believe that they found it laying under a car threw it in a bag and handed it to me. why where did it all go wrong where are you customer service where did pride in your job go where did pride in the symbols and places that we have known since we were children go. I tell people constantly that I wish I could've lived in the 50s but I wish I could go back to the 80s it's not because I'm nostalgic it's simply because things were real things were cared for things were done with pride things were worth it they were worth the money that you spent $13 for two big Macs two large fries and a chicken nugget and all I did was go to bed with a sick feeling in my stomach and less money. come on get it together or stop altogether
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
I've grabbed breakfast here twice this week and had a food experience both times. When I stopped there this morning around 615 am it took quite sometime to get through the drive thru. I'm not certain if they were shorthanded or had other issues but it took about 12 or so mins after I ordered to get my food. The young lady at the window was very apologetic about the wait and very nice. Food was good. Latte was great. Will return.
google avatar

Yelp
Driving through on our way to New York! The employees we so very nice! We appreciate them!
google avatar

Mila W.

Yelp
Only McDonald's I like out of the 2 trillion in the world ... probably cause I work next to it and I steal coupons like it's fucking going out of styles. Plus if you do the stupid survey on the recipt you get a free Big Mac . WiFi is good too . They need the new special COKE machine with all the selections idk what's going on with that

J J.

Yelp
This place has never changed still messes up orders. They just don't care about their customers. They always fail to check if the orders are complete or not. Precisely the reason I stopped going there and it just confirmed that it's really not a good place.

Michelle R.

Yelp
The worst location. The employees aren't even friendly and they have so much attitude when asking you what you want to order. I get y'all hate your lives and despise working there but show some type of excitement like damn. And my food was cold.

Gianna I.

Yelp
waited 20 minutes for food in curbside spot, then had missing items, went through the drive through to tell them we were missing items and then had to wait another 30 minutes just to get the food we should've been given in the first place. worst mcdonald's around. lost my business for good.

T K.

Yelp
if there were 0 stars id give it 0. the fries were stale, they gave us a 6 piece nugget box with only four in it, they gave us burgers with mcdouble wrappers and they werent even mcdoubles...waste of money thanks

Jenn D.

Yelp
This is the worst McDonald's. They are always slow, your order is wrong 90% of the time, and they have, without a doubt, the rudest workers. Do not waste your time or your money at this location.
google avatar

Asif A.

Yelp
This is ours favorite McDonala's . Open 24 hours. Best customers service .as company store they're happy to accept coupon without any attitude.

Brenda S.

Yelp
RAW Big Macs, Refried fries. I watched the manager (skinny older woman with grey and white hair in a pony tail) scoop the fries out of the bin and put them back in the fry basket. There was blood from the burgers on my buns. I will never be returning to this Mc Donald's again.
google avatar

Chad S.

Yelp
This place is a total dump, I gave it 1 star only cause I can't gice it zero. The shake machine was either broken for over a year or managed to be broken every time I ordered a shake. The service is beyond slow and you get treated like they're doing you a favor by taking your order. The place is always a mess inside with trash all over the floor and the drive thru is a joke. It takes forever to get your food, ive had to leave the drive thru before cause I just couldn't wait any longer to get food. They also have things listed on their late night menu that they refuse to make. This place is only open because it makes money hand over fist being next to the mall.

Brett H.

Yelp
I have honestly never in into as many problems as I have at this McDonalds. They have a hard time following instructions and for some reason will hand you out of date food. Don't recommend stopping by
google avatar

Ayanbu O.

Yelp
I can't remember when I came here for the first time but I have no complaints about this restaurant. Sometimes I come here before I go to work early in the morning and the drive thru is usually pretty quick if you are the only one in line.

John H.

Yelp
This is the slowest McDonald's in the area, just had to pull into a reserved spot (this always happens) for two sandwiches and a fry. Both cold. Will be going to Wendys from now on.
google avatar

Kendra W.

Yelp
I don't know why I even bother going to this McDonald's. I know it's going to be horrible. I always think that maybe this time will be different but it never is. Everytime I go to the drive through, I place the order then sit and wait FOREVER until I finally get to the window to pay and then wait again FOREVER to get to the food window. So it's like 10-15 minutes at this point. Then they ALWAYS ask me to wait in one of the reserved spots where I have to wait at least another 10 minutes for somebody to deliver the food to my car. Of course the food is sub par...like slapped together and barely warm (and usually missing the sauce I asked for). For comparison, I often stop at a different McDonald's on my way to work in the morning during rush hour and I'm in and out in 5 minutes. The difference I see is that the McDonald's in Deptford is being run by kids and none of them seem to know what they are doing. They all just yell at each other and NEVER apologize for the wait. Did they even have training?? I'll just go to Wendy's or Taco Bell next time.

Krista C.

Yelp
Asked for a bacon cheese burger and was immediately told that they don't have bacon cheeseburgers?? Very confused. Don't understand that. They were very rude. So got a chicken sandwich with no mayo..got home and it had mayo. Also didn't give me a straw for soda. I usually don't complain but I am very confused about the no bacon cheeseburger thing..

B M.

Yelp
Dont visit this store. Disgusting. Every table and where you get your soda was a mess. Bathrooms looked like they havent been cleaned in a month. Service was slow. Rondald McDonald will never visit this dump. Was so bad that I asked for a refund.
google avatar

Mike H.

Yelp
Worst McDonald's ever! Super slow service, dirty restaurant, clueless employees, fries and nuggets always over cooked. We filed a corporate 7complaint a couple years ago about this restaurant and you would think they would get some better management in there but here we are years later and food and service still sucks.
google avatar

Rhonda B.

Yelp
Worst experience with McDonald's ever. We were in the drive thru line for 10 mins waiting to get to the 1st window- where you pay. We paid and moved to the next window. The lady standing there asked us to pull up so they could "keep the line moving". She gave us no choice and said they would bring out our food. 10 mins later a guy (not a McD worker) cane up to our car to ask if we ordered four quarter pounders (we did) and he said that the workers delivered it to HIM. I ordered 3 quarter pounders with KETCHUP ONLY. And when I open the bag, what do I see? There was cheese on the quarter pounders. So I take it into the McDonalds to ask if they could remake them (they were cold by now) and the guy said the cheese was mandatory. I told him that I specifically said JUST KETCHUP and he says he can take the cheese off. Like honestly I could take the cheese off if I wanted to. These workers need to understand that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!

Yelp
Only stop at McD's once in a blue moon, 24 hour drive through is great IF YOU CAN GET YOUR FOOD. 5:45 AM, way to work, ordered, pulled up, waited a couple minutes and finally looked in to see two women employees arguing about something! I waited a few more minutes, they hadn't stopped and I noticed my coffee hadn't even been made yet. The final straw was after all this time I see one woman pull out my take out bag and continue arguing and pointing. Ain't no body got time for that!, I left. NEVER AGAIN, go to Hurffville, SH. 47 and 41, 5 points, Deptford/Washington Twp.

Yelp
Avoid this McDonalds at all costs, they always screw you on drive through with their stale food because they don't think you'll come back. They take their location for granted. It's a shame because 12+ months ago they were awesome. I live 2 minutes from this McD, but I drive 15 minutes in the other direction to 5 Points because the food (in Deptford) is consistently cold. They make SO MANY fries in advance that it is impossible for you get a fresh order without demanding and actually watching make it. And YES, you have to watch them. So basically, their best selling item's grease is getting cold before it ever makes to your bag. I don't know how many times they billed me for a double quarter only to give me a single. Once I got a rock hard stale Quarter Pounder that must have been sitting under the heat lamp for HOURS. They move so slow there, that sometimes they appear to be moving backwards. Don't even get me started on breakfast. Also, this McDonald's has been open longer than I can remember...I wonder why here in Dec 2011 I had to be the one to add it.

Yelp
ABSOLUTELY disgusting !!! Just came out of the one in Deptford, and that's the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to... Food & trash all over behind the counter where they are making the food.. trash in front of soda machine, floors were so filthy that my sneakers were sticking to the floors I would've given it a 0 if I was able to... I ordered , and really should've got my money back and walked out instead got food and threw it out.. so there's $12. In the trash...

Yelp
Stale food and NEVER received my complete order. Kids here are always pleasant but that doesn't help the fact that I always have a fry missing or a burger made incorrectly though the receipt plainly contradicts the products outcome. DIRTY inside, Management doesn't notice when someone is obviously trying to get their attention. Kids tend to be distracted with singing and gossipping. I'd rather choke down burger king than have to deal with this place. And I hate burger king.

Yelp
Avoid this place at all costs. I used to work at this store as a maintenance worker and I've seen the most vile things done behind the scenes. We have a freezer in our basement where we keep our frozen products. The workers would go in the freezer and drop the food on the floor and still serve it to our customers. The workers would eat food while they were making your food! They would drop all the meat patties on the floor and still use it. The basement has alot of mice running around. It is very unsanitary as well. The manager Anthony Hill is extremely rude to customers and has no respect. Its so nasty don't go there !

Yelp
This McDonald's is by far the worst one I've ever encountered I ordered two apple pies and noticed that the use by date wasn't anywhere near today's date 3/4/16 and when I said something to the employees about it the answer was someone must have printed the dates wrong all the apple pies have that date and I was wrong and disrespected I felt so degraded by the people who work for this establishment I will never go there again I'd rather drive across the bridge and pay the toll to go to Philadelphia and order from another McDonald's then ever go to this location again I hope they retrain the employees who work there. And they want $15.00 an hour
