I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this McDonald’s. The manager on duty was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no effort to de-escalate or resolve the issue. Instead, she became defensive and dismissive, and even denied things that happened until she was confronted with the truth.
What made the experience even more disturbing was the way customers were treated differently. If you are not Mexican or Latino, be prepared to be talked down to, ignored, or made to feel like you are unintelligent. As a Black customer, I felt completely disrespected, devalued, and unwelcome. No one deserves to be treated this way.
This location seriously needs new leadership, especially whoever is managing on Sundays. McDonald’s should not tolerate this kind of behavior from anyone representing their brand.
I do not recommend visiting this location, and if you do have an issue, good luck getting any real help. This was an unacceptable and disappointing experience all around
