Very rude staff. Order was all wrong. Actually it wasn't even my order. Tried to explain to the young lady that I didn't order pop, I ordered sweet tea. I was told if I wanted sweet tea, I had to go back through the drive thru again 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I stopped there this morning ordered a Caramel Frappe extra caramel, And a Sausage Egg & Cheese bagel meal when I got home the only thing on the sandwich was a sausage patty a small strip of over cooked cheese a little dot of sauce in the middle no egg whatsoever on the sandwich I take it all the way back asked for a manager and a young lady name Morgan said what's wrong with the sandwich after I handed them the sandwich for them to look at it, I said did you look at the sandwich? She still asked what's wrong with the sandwich I said You can just give me my money back, because of you're a manager, You as a manager is suppose to know how the sandwich is suppose to be made I stopped at another McDonald's so that they can even witness the sandwich they even said they made the sandwich all wrong yes they need to close this McDonald's the only one that should keep her job is the cashier in drive through she was nice and polite, other than that PLEASE!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

I stopped in at 4pm on July 3rd. Waited on 3 items for 40 mins. Management terrible. Attitude terrible. Order incorrect. I’m not sure how the people you have in management are managers but it’s clear McDonald’s just hires anyone. Customer service is terrible. “The customer is always right” is a joke. The workers will argue the customers down about what they’ve ordered as well as skipping over orders in the store. Food was not fresh. Idk if the owner is Yusef or Jon but a whole new team is needed for 2-10 shift.

I know how mad McDonald’s can be ESPECIALLY in certain neighborhoods.. today they showed me even the “hood” McDonald’s can be good! $5 meal deal was hot and fresh and took less then 5 minutes total from pull up to exit in the drive thru! Y’all got a good lil crew this morning 🫶🏽

1. my food was cold when i got it 2. i didn’t even get half of my order 3. i asked could they make the items i was missing and they said no but 3 people was ahead of me and they didn’t get there order and they made their orders, i dont understand. 4. the employees was arguing with me and smoking on the job. 5. they were giggling in the back instead of tryna get me out of there and they had the problem.

Food Is below average in quality and presentation, service sucks, the manager Danielle is rude and unpleasant, she lacks people skills, and management skills! She and people that behave like her are the reason violence ensues! Had to call the 1800 number to file a complaint because this place sucks, not to mention the newly built playhouse doesn't have air conditioning, so it's smells super nasty and kids can't play for long or they will pass out from the heat trapped in this little area. Everyday people are standing at the drive thru window begging for money. I'm definitely a giver but everytime you go to a restaurant no one wants to people begging for money.

You and I both know this is 0 stars, unfortunately they get to scrape by with 1. I got in line waited 15 mins, downloaded yelp, created this account, and sent in this review all before reaching the menu and speaker. They are the reason my doordash $ per hour is so low, because one McDonalds trip takes one hour its insane. Pic below is proof I didnt make it to the speaker

Worst McDs I've been to. Staff is rude, my order is always wrong, and the fries are always soggy, greasy and undercooked which tells me the don't clean or change their fry oil.

This is the slowest McDonalds in the world. I was just there and was told to wait in the guest parking for pickup. I waited 20 minutes. And as soon as I got out the car to go in and ask for a refund, the young man came out with my order. I told him I've decided I wanna refund. The manager told him no refunds. She said this was her first time at that location and she didn't know how they did their refunds. I took the crap I ordered along with a complimentary Dasani water and left. Terrible service! No explanation for the long wait! I won't be BACK!!!

This place is terrible and needs a whole new management and crew. They don't greet you. They are very rude, and use profanity freely. This is a place of business and they are paid to do a job. The wait time in drive thru and inside is just mindboggling. I order a big mac meal and waited almost 20 minutes for food and this isn't ideally of fast food. Also, it's really cold inside as if they have no heat. I feel bad for the owner of this establishment. I would always advise for one to not come here. Its terrible and I will continue to add reviews until it gets better.

Never ever open when they say they are. It's honestly ridiculous. It's a whack low quality location to begin with and add on the fact that the lights are on but employees are no where to be found only adds to it.

Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes while someone fell asleep at the wheel. They did not call anyone and just waited for him to wake up...attempted to call 6 times and finally on the fourth attempt the call was answered in which they informed me they were waiting for the person in the car to wake up and would be with me shortly. We're trying to build this city. Yet no one cares enough to do anything about it. It's sad....

Service is slow upon repeated attempts. One visit I was told to pull to window as they did not have enough staff to answer the sign board. On two attempts, both at around 0730 hours, I arrived at the menu board to have no one acknowledge that I was there.

Today I went to the McDonalds on Grand River and Livernois store number 12122. Worst experience ever! The general manger Roberto was rude! Slammed the window on me as I was trying to ask for the corporate number then started to take pictures of me for some unknown reason. This McDonald's really get less than zero stars from me but this website made me select at least one star.

I don't understand this place. Do the employees get paid? They are certainly paid by the hour not by the work because I saw some in there but they didn't see me out here. Placing an order was excruciatingly painful. They seemed to pay more attention to each other than to the customers. I could hear them talking and laughing with each other and it seemed the only 4-letter word they didn't like was WORK. The food when I got is wasn't right and it was cold. I didn't even go back to complain. This location was convenient but it would have been worth it to drive to a McDonald's in the suburbs.

I don't expect a lot from a fast food restaurant, but, wow, what a sad McDonalds location. I've had bad service at this location in the past but they have a very convenient location for me heading west on I-96 so I decided to give them another try. This restaurant is very poorly managed. This time I waited a few minutes for server to acknowledge I was at the drive through. The restaurant was cash only when I showed up. And they were out of coke products.

This place is so horrible. They don't bother to clean the place seems like to me . They have bad attitudes almost wanted to smack tf out the lady manager cause she wanted to be rude to my grandparents. Had to tell the order to them multiple times and for some reason they still didn't get it after we were already waiting for about 15 minuets in the driveway. Asked for jelly multiple times and the manager still didn't do that cause she was worried about other people other than the ones she was serving which is unprofessional . Had to go back in there to ask for jelly and honestly they were lucky i was on my way to work cause i wanted to cuss out the manager who was very rude to my grandparents and the slow girl who didn't take our order the first 3 times we had said it . We were in the drive thru so long my grandma was able to hop out the car and use the bathroom and come back and we were still in the same spot w only 2 cars ahead of us and come to really think about it the first cause only got some drinks and the car right in front of us only got and ice cream cone and all we ordered were two sausage muffins. Grandma was glad she carried tissues in her purse because they weren't any in either stalls and one of them didn't even flush and it doesn't say out of order and the soap pump was out so i was just wondering how the hell the employees were keeping their hands clean and this was morning time where it's the start of the day where there SHOULD BE SOAP FOR EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS !!!!! That's what they should've had at the least , the only good thing about this place is the free WiFi . It shouldn't even get rated one star but the lowest i can go . I recommend to anybody to go out there way to the next nearest McDonald's to save you inconvenience.

I go here from time to time. But i noticed how everybody else behind me gets they orders before me and im standing right there in their face with my ticket like really.. Im a paying customer just like everybody else and it shouldnt be any problems. No i don't recommend this location by all means find another one to go to. Plus they talk to damn much not focusing on doing their job

If I could I would give this place negative stars. This is the worse mcdonalds experience I have ever had! It started with an incredibly long wait in the line after order and then another long wait after paying. I waited in line so long the lady at the first window yelled out the window to ask me if I had paid and what I had ordered. After finally arriving at the second window the lady tries to hand me a completely wrong drink. So I wait for them to make my correct drink. When I arrive home I find that there is coffee in my drink which I had specifically asked about when I ordered and they directly told me there was no coffee in the drink. I don't know what was going on in that place but it is terrible and should be fixed immediately. I am amazed they are still in business with this awful service

On June 14th I went to this McDonald's at 6:45 in the morning they could not provide me with $0.79 change. I was not upset I came back the next day which is today June 15th at the same time and order my food which consisted of a Sprite the Sprite was all saucer water. When I call to complain from 7 a.m. to 7:15 no one answered the phone. My problem was not resolved. please save your money and do not waste your time there's another one right up the street.

This McDonald's has consistent bad service and bad attitudes. It's a shame I have to travel outside of my neighborhood to a different McDonalds if I want hot food or a milk shake. Today I ordered two fish meals and asked for them to be freshly made only to get home and bite into a rubbery clearly not fresh fish filet. I went back to have them remade which they did only to get home and discover the drop of tarter sauce on the sandwich when I asked for extra. It's like they are determined to make you unsatisfied in some kind of way.

I have just moved back to my hometown of Detroit and I terribly miss the coffee houses that I left behind. I'd go early in the morning with my computer or Windows Phone to use the free wifi. Have a cup of coffee, you know. Relax. Since moving back to Detroit, I realize that "I am not in Kansas anymore." Since I do not have a car, I am faced with having to walk to the Mc Donalds at the corner of Livernois and Grand River Because of the free wifi. This place is horrible: most of the staff is borderline incompetent if not worse. The service is what you would expect in a third world country. And customer service is far below standard. I need a job badly since I have moved bock , but I would rather starve my entire family if my only option was working under such shoddy management and alongside some of these folks. Now, to be fair, there are a couple of individuals there that are exempt from this scathing indictment. I feel horrible that they are surrounded by such incompetence. I was just in there this morning. When I arrived, the place was full of methadone patients. Some were nodding, most were sitting and hanging on the chairs like pigeons. A female employee to whom I had said hello upon my arrival, did not respond though she saw my lips move and heard my words. This same woman approached me an hour later as I sipped my coffee while sending out my resume and told me that I was there over the half an hour limit. She walked by crackheads, heroin addicts and methadone patients who were there before I got there to tell me that I was over the limit. I am clean cut, polite and searching for work, but I supposed that my presence there was more of a disturbance than the presence of the derelicts hanging out. The words customer service to these folks may as well be Chinese. I happened to be in this place for a cup of coffee to go on my way to an interview the other day and a gentleman who had been waiting for a simple order for far too long, left yelling "f@$%in wit' ni@@gas". Now, as an African-American, I found this offensive. This gentleman, himself is Afro-American. I have been to many establishments with terrible service: Black, White, Chinese, etc... I blame the management and a lack of oversight by corporate. Not race. It is unfortunate that the only thing good about this place is the free WIFI. I hope that corporate reads this and cleans up this place. I should not have to be subjected to this kind of idiocy because I do not have a car.
