McDonald's

I regret having to share such unpleasant images taken Sunday Sep 28, 2025 at 5:26pm. I was deeply dismayed by the unsanitary condition of the restroom at this McDonald's location. Having previously worked for McDonald's, I know that cleanliness is supposed to be a top priority. The state of the facilities was so off-putting that I couldn't bring myself to order any food. Unfortunately, the poor maintenance extended to the dining area as well, which appeared neglected. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly and thoroughly to maintain the standards expected of the McDonald's brand.

They continue to knock it out of the park!!!! Their drive-thru is quite efficient and moves very quickly! The food is always delicious and everything you would expect. I have never been to McDonald's that's so consistent. They are always polite, smiling and friendly! Also, I have never gotten a stale bun. I have never gotten a cold meal... Always delicious and exactly what it's supposed to be!

2:05am they are horrible I waited 15 minutes in line and paid for them to tell me they been out of ranch for my wraps and when I wanted a refund they made me wait like 5 mins for the refund and came out shorted me $1.02 change back and then when I said something about it I gave him my receipt and money back so he can Correct it and he proceeded back to the building went in the corner and I believe but the dollar back and then went inside then another man came out with the dollar that was missing and he asked me what was the problem and I stated it was short and he said it was all there and when I counted it it was there I believe the first guy took it and then had the other guy come out with the money so he wouldn’t look guilty

OLD FOOD AT 8AM. REFUND PLEASE. lady at window had lots of artificial hair. no hair net. recieved foor and everything was cold and the steaks were old.

I only ordered a caramel frappe. I had a slight problem but the manager Dewan made sure I did not leave unsatisfied. I couldn't find my code for the Frappe and he made it happen and I was so elated. The service needs to step up the pace but that's not going to make me stop coming. they're doing the best they can and I liked it.. B-

Horrible experience at approximately 6:20pm until the manager Dequan stepped in and rectified the situation. Had a fish sandwich them kids doused it with a whole jar of tartar sauce being funny. He took care of the situation, glad that they replaced the other manager that tried to fight people.

Food and fries are always cold. Soda is never mixed well, coffee is warm, bitter, and the can never give the right amount of sugar cream or salt for the food.

Had to get out of the drive thru cause the line was long and wasn't moving. It was close to 9pm, so we went to Burger King and left for the same reason. It's ok, cause we don't need to eat fast food too often. 11/10/2022 Waited in line for about 15 minutes, never got to place my order. Drive thru was too long, worker was holding his baby boy in the kitchen! I know this shouldn't be taking place right before my eyes!

I have no complaints about the food service, but as far as dealing with Uber eats or DoorDash the people that work here should double check That they're giving off the right deliveries. making sure you inform the driver. "Hey there's another bag with this order" because I'm being shorted out of my food and money because the driver is either not being told there's another bag with my order or he's just stealing it.

Every time I try to come here they are DoorDash only, cash only, or just not taking orders I haven't had McDonald in 2 months because of this. I'm enjoying my Wendy's though tonight 0/10

Nephew went yesterday on woodward & Canfield 01/03/2025 went thru drive thru worker trying to charge him for orange juice when it use to come with a breakfast..They offered him a coke not with breakfast..Mickey D what is going on here..

Hard time believing there's a McDonald's with slower service than this one. If I could give less than one star I would. If you're reading this, get out of line and drive to the next nearest location because in that time you'll order and get your food before you will waiting in line at this location.

Terrible quality and service. I've been eating McDonalds for 40 years and this is the ONLY store that gave me a Big Mac with no special sauce, TWICE. The lack of efficiency and quality control in astounding. I agree with the previous comments. !! AVOID THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION !! I wish was rich so I could buy it and close it down.

didnt put my hashbrowns in my bag no answer when I called to report it once I got home

Wow. Just wow. Could make a mockumentary about bad fast food places with this place. Poor management, poor service.

They should train there drive thru staff more thoroughly. The accuracy is poor, the times are slow and often some type of technical difficulties prohibiting a fully functioning drive thru. Don't get me wrong, there is some quality workers here but too far and few.

Service is really slow, been waiting at speaker for five and order still not taken. They have taken two other cars on the outer and just forgot me at the speaker. Saw manager at the door, she was rude and didn't even hear what I to say. AVOID THIS LOCATION till dine in is open!

Speed bumps higher than Mount Everest. I nearly spilled my entire bag of cold food on the way out the drive through

From my experience with working in the fast food industry, I can understand on a physical and emotional level of how intense an evening rush can be. This is what was initially going through my mind as we, my friend and I, had pulled up to the drive thru speaker to place an order. After about 3 minutes of waiting, we began to question whether or not the drive thru speaker we chose was working; the other was in constant motion and the line was growing. Finally, they answered with "What can I get for you?" "Do you still sell the strawberry lemonades?" my friend questioned. "Uhhh, what?" was the abrupt reply. To make a long story short, they did not sell strawberry lemonade; though they told us they did up until we had reached the first window. What I can only advise is to have patience with these workers. Without it, your impatience will be the only thing inhibiting a relationship between you and your fast food.

Horrible service, lazy and rude. The drive thru took forever and the order was wrong we had to correct it 2x. Finally get to the window we only ordered 2 sodas which were both wrong! They took another 10 min to get this correct seriously people it was 2 sodas! Not one apology or rush to get it correct.

no food and they didn't have any pies i am very upset. and they didn't have any strawberry milkshake stuff

Lets just say at 11:51 am I was in drive thru line and the young lady taking orders should get a raise! She is very kind and could teach most of this staff on how to treat customers. She would get $15 hr...

They had about 15 employees here and I still had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. When I finally did get it there was missing items. Avoid this location at all costs. Nobody seemed to have a clue as to what was going on except for one gentleman who appeared to be a manager

If you go here you need to check your food everytime. The happy meals i ordered where missing both cheeseburgers and on top of that one of the chocolate milks expired 4 days ago!

When i have ordered at this McDonalds they have always been friendly and curtious and my food is still warm even after I get home so i give them 5 stars for their friendly smiles great service and good attitude
