Not bad, the only thing is having to hear the staff in the back talking so loud about mess ups and their personal lives. You shouldn't talk about order mess ups so much because customers hear it and then it gives them a reason to falsely complain about their order, in turn giving them comps and losing the company more money. 🤔. When customers hear you arguing about it and talking about your life,It Gives them more reason to falsely complain.

See pic of receipt to see what I ordered lol and I’ll tell you what I got. I ordered two combos but there were no hash browns in the bag. They charged me for extra bacon on both breakfast sandwiches even though I only ordered it on one, but I didn’t get that bacon on either one. I asked for no egg on the biscuit but got no egg on both, and no cheese on the biscuit even though I asked for cheese on both. They only got the drinks right because I had to tell them what drinks I got. Like, I know fast food is rough, but I paid 19 bucks and was missing more than half of the things I paid for. The drive through staff were really nice, but like I just want my food dude.

The problem here is if you decide to go inside. Especially when the drive through line is really long and You're on lunch break. You spend your whole lunch break waiting for your lunch. They do not pay attention to the front counter. Not even if you put your order in at the kiosk. All of the attention is on the drive through line. My food is very rarely correct. 8 out of 10 times I have to take my food back. Either wrong order Or they messed my food up. These are people that want $15 an hour To work here But not even worth minimum wage.

They forgot almost everything and I had to keep asking for stuff. They tried to refuse to give me water at the window because of “the line” even though I asked for it at the drive through speaker... And then we watched an employee walk out with (steal) 2 sleeves of McDonald’s cups. She put them in her car and left.

Went in and ordered. Place was clean, but no napkins available. Ordered 2 strawberry pies and was told they ran out and the second one was apple. Got back to where I was supposed to be and there was only 1 pie. Attempted to call and complain, but nobody answered the phone. No ice cream was available so could not get a shake. The staff acted as if they didn't care.

Normally the service is fast and the food is decent enough not to complain. This trip was different. I order two breakfast meals one being the steak meal with a caramel frappe(the machine was down), so I settled for an ice coffee. When I got to work to open my meal, there was no steak on the sandwich, just an egg and a sorry looking piece of cheese, and the ice coffee tasted like poison. I was extremely upset I called them a thousand times for two days never got an answer, so I felt robbed of my money. The only reason I gave them two stars and not one is because I witness the manager put her employee in her place for being rude to a customer through drive-through and she did it in the most professional way.

First, the lady couldn’t get my order right. This is why I ended up, not even having one of the sandwiches that I ordered, and she repeated my order to me, but all of my food was not on my bill. I tried to get the man’s attention that was working the window, but he slammed the window on me when I said, I’m missing a sandwich. When I went back through the line, I was made to sit there for considerable amount of time. When I pulled up to the window for a second time, the guy was so dismissive. I ended up, pulling off and not paying or receiving my food. This was because I sat there for another considerable amount of time no one in front of me I was at the window. He didn’t even bother to come take my money. This was Sunday morning 3/31

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such rude staff memebers. They were argueing with other people around me while I was waiting to be buzzed into the bathroom. They forgot I was waiting (no issue) so i said excuse me can I be buzzed into the bathroom. They proceeded to yell at me and tell me how disrectful I was. I got buzzed into the bathroom and am currently disputeing the charge on my card as I didn’t even want my food at that point lol. Do not go here. Terrible staff
