Online orders don't even bother... I just think they do not care about getting the order correct or the quality of the food. There was one piece of onion on the steak? The chicken patty was dry and inedible.. Money lost, I guess....I most likely will not return, and what's crazy is that they are literally 3 minutes from me.... Go Figure

I got table service and waited 20 minutes . The first order they brought to me . The second time they didn’t and said that if I ordered online it was not going to be brought to me . That’s what the manager Juan said. Clearly doesn’t know how mobile ordering works and the types of services that are offered in the McDonalds app, including table service.

They didn't pack and put the New adult "happy meal " toys in correct box, just threw food in a bag and when asked about the toy they argued even though you have proof you didn't receive it that they gave it to you. You pay extra money for these higher "Adult happy meals and expect to get what you pay for "! Not to be yelled and argued with! Plus they always call the cops on homeless people walking in the parking lot or outside not bothering nobody. A cop was there the day I was complaining about a homeless man ( dang y'all just be kind a give a hamburger it's not breaking the bank!) Everyone deserves a chance and food! Ask the person get to know the situation! Your stealing from your own customers by not giving them what they paid for!

Ordered through Uber. Food got here and all I can say is that it was still warm . As I took a bite I could tell the meat was fresh which is good. Loved the way the double quarter pounder tasted. The fries were okay but the burger made up for it. Overall it was great

I stop at McDonald’s regularly due to travel. The last 4 I’ve gone to the receipt doesn’t print at the kiosk. Went to this one and they said they couldn’t even print it out on the register. FIX YOUR KIOSKS MCDONALDS. I need the receipt for reimbursement

Ordered my meal with a Large drink. Got to the window and they gave me small. Cashier told me if i ordered the $5 bag I ordered a small. I I tried to pay for the upgrade, yet again and was told the manager wasn’t going to allow that. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl said I got you and handed me a free large tea. One I could have paid for.

My grandson loves McDonald's but I don't. The order is never correct and I have had to pull up to the last window two of the three times. I went today @ 10:59 am and ask if they started serving lunch its starts at 11 am. The female said let me go ask the manager. I order a $5 bag. I asked can I get a double hamburger they say its not in the meal. I said ok let me get the double cheese burger no cheese and every time I order it that way it has cheese duh!!

If you want to order food and have the workers to give you an interpretation of what they think you ordered instead for some eclectic dining experience,by all means,order from here. You will never get what you ordered and also there is no point in ordering in the app if you are doing it to save time. You will wait in their line until kingdom comes and STILL not get what you ordered

0 stars. Ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese McMuffin meal & Bacon Egg & Cheese meal, got 15 mins down the road to find out there's nothing on the McMuffin & no egg on the biscuit. Called them to get a refund or to fix the issue & the manager told us if I wanted a refund I would need to bring the food back. The male Hispanic manager was no help & even after giving the refund back, the only thing he said was "thanks." No sorry or nothing. Horrible customer service.

I take back my previous review. This location still sucks. Can't even get a tea from this place that doesn't taste absolutely terrible or is so sweet it's undrinkable. I doubt they clean the tea dispensers.

I wish I could give this no stars due to the amount of blood coming from this raw ass burger I nearly bit into that until I saw the patty when I was about to add ketchup. A part from that they served the wrong size of my meal.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for a caramel frappe. When we got to the window, we were told to pull up to the 3rd window and wait because they had run out of caramel. After 10+ minutes, they apparently told another car to go wait at the third window, and the person in that car told them someone was already at the third window and they were surprised, came to the third window and asked what we were waiting for and that their staff did not know what we were waiting for or that we were even waiting there at all. I told them if they don't have caramel I could take a mocha or whatever and they said they have the caramel and that they would go make it. Another 7-10 minutes go by and no one comes back, my fiancé had to go inside and ask for the frappe and said that the person who they had making the frappe said that they had no clue how to make it and was very confused. Will never be back to this McDonald's. Unreal.

I don't know why they are still in business!... Puzzles me really. I work down the street from these folks, and I've given them many chances to get it right. It's always something, especially the drive-thru, they will screw something up. If you point out a mistake they will argue with you, WORST MCD's in Durham!!!! Stay away!!! I prefer to drive further to the next one, by the cook out and Wendy's also off Roxboro Rd. TERRIBLE!!! No star rating if possible.

Wow. So bad, where do I begin? Let me start by saying I understand McDonald's not fine dining. The bar is set low. That said, there are standards which include getting the food you ordered, not being made to wait an exceptionally long time, and not getting sick from the food you order. Well, McDonald's went 0/3 on this list and I'd suggest anyone brave enough to eat at this location to come equipped with ample patience and probably some stomach meds. So here's what happened...I went to the drive-through and ordered a McFlurry (yum! Right? No...) and a chicken sandwich combo. That was easy. Thanks drive through speaker person! That's when it all went bad. I waited for 15 minutes to even pay! I should've taken this as a very bad sign and driven away. I was very hungry though so stuck it out. So I finally got to the window after paying (another 10mins! I couldn't even leave at this point...) and it's there that they told me the McFlurry machine is broken. W.T.F!!! Now it gets weird. The cashier would not give me my money back, and insisted on making me a different drink instead. "No thank you, I'll just take my money back". She repeated that she would make me another drink again, again, and again and I continued to politely decline and ask for my money back. Then she flat out refused to give back my money. Finally just to get out of there with something I took a Mcfrappe (for those unaccustomed - as I was until now, a McFrappe is no McFlurry...). So that was...weird. Unfortunately it gets worse. Much worse. I also ordered that combo (which I had to remind them to give me). It's hard to describe how dreadful this sandwich was so I'll keep it simple. It had the rare combination of both soggy lettuce, and a limp tomato, while also having the stalest bread I've ever experienced and, and extremely dried out piece of chicken. The duality of mushy toppings and crusty bread/meat made for a truly memorable experience. I was starving and I still couldn't eat it. The fries were the only edible thing I got. You can't really mess up fries, right? Never (ever) going back to this, or probably any other, McDonald's. Eat here at your own risk.

Open 24hrs but no credit card. Came a second time and everyone inside is lost. Waited 10 mins in the drive through then they told me to pull up to a yellow line, there's is no yellow line. On top of that they got my order wrong and handed it out to another car. Worst McDonald's ever.

Horrendously slow, no matter the time of day. The parking situation is terrible and it's difficult to even get into the parking lot due to how this McDonald's is situated at the point of two cross streets. Beware the sharp corner in the drive thru lane, I've seen many drivers clip it. This location is much better than the locations downtown and on MLK though. Don't go to those.

This has to be the worst Golden Arches around! No matter when I visit my order is frequently wrong. I try to check my order most of the time, but cannot every time. My last visit ordered 1 Big Mac, 1 Quarter Pounder with cheese and 2 drinks. I got down the road and found out I had a double cheeseburger with extra mustard, 10 piece chicken nugget and 2 large French fries . Called but no help. I do not frequent this restaurant due to the poor service and slow service in drive thru. Wish I could call the owner-he or she needs to work at this location for a few weeks and fix things. Will keep driving to a different FF restaurant. Stopped this morning for a sausage and egg biscuit and got a sausage biscuit. Last visit ever!

Went to grab a doordash order late at night. When I arrived to the window to tell them my order number a black dude with dreads told me my order didn't exist and to leave so that he can help the next customer. Not very helpful. Problem with service every time I have to grab an order from them.

Always awful. Too sloppy or too dry. Not fresh. Drink machine is not properly calibrated. Orders not complete. Condiments never in bag , even when you ask.3 out of 10 times. One lady has been there for a long time. She is great and nice and correct orders. That Uri mgr today was undesirable. Had an attitude. I don't trust that location. I said id be glad to go corporate. Arrogant. I am not going back.

I know most people aren't checking local McD's yelp reviews but in the off chance you are, save yourself the time, energy and 5 bucks. Awful manager and customer service - always. Longest drive thru lines with complacent and ignorant workers.

I'm a vegetarian so there really is nothing I can get here, the reason for my one star review is how they serve the one thing I can get, ice cream. I've attached a picture, not sure who taught this person but I think an individual with one finger on their hand could have done a better job.

The management is the worst so unprofessional and rarely speaking clear English the staff cuss in front of customers they rarely have product on hand I normally come several times a week for coffee or smoothies on way to work or for my four kids supper the staff is the rudest and they have an attitude as though we will be just fine without your business they don't honor courtesy coupons for their mistakes or t that of there other sister stores so they say and I was even told to go back to the store I got my coupon from and this was a manager standing in the drive thru window I was blown away but its constant that they do not keep with Mc Donald standard customer service or policy

Probably the worst service I have ever received. It took 14 mins to receive 6 tenders fries and a drink. If they had remembered the drink of course. You know how it goes though. For some reason you can never receive your full order from here. What I find most confusing is you hear these employees of McDonald's and other fast food companies wanting 15hr for a job they can't even perform. Try to understand this. You work at McDonalds, you are paid based off your skill set. You work fast food and can't even do it "fast" you have no "skills" That's why you all make what you make. Try and be better folks.

The drive thru always goes quickly in the mornings, the workers seem pleasant enough considering they're in the food service industry which is a very trying industry to be in, and my coffee is always as ordered. No complaints at all with my experience here! Keep up the good work in the drive thru.

Pretty quick drive thru in the morning and interior is packed with high school kids from 12-3 pm. Your basic McDonalds. Staff is nice. Bumped it up to a 4 because the manager came out and gave me a free mc flurry!

So I came to eat breakfast real quick with my cousin who lives up here since I'm leaving back home today. Stephanie who was my cashier went above & beyond with customer service! She handled ALL situations professionally and kindly. I wanted to purchase the toy for a friend and she showed me each style & then there was a confusion with my food and Stephanie was just on it. She needs a promotion ASAP!

This is the worst McDonald's ever! I don't know what the purpose is of having two lanes for taking orders if they all uncomfortably converge into one. This means that - yup, you guessed it - it takes forever to get through the line. There is a long line every time I come here like many other fast food places in the area, but due to this two lanes crap it can take 10 minutes or longer to get through the line for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And the workers are always confused at the windows about what you actually ordered. Even they get the orders mixed up with others drivers because of the stupid two lanes converging into one. Be ready to give your order to the person at the machine, the person at the first window where you pay, and a third time to the person who gives you the food. McDonald's, if you're reading this review, take out one of the dang lanes! I can see if you had two lanes going on two sides of the building like Chick-fil-a on University or Cookout on Hillsborough Rd - that's an idea that actually makes sense - but to have two lanes converge into one is not only a stupid idea but it is also dangerous as we have almost been hit a few times by inattentive drivers while merging (for those who don't know, Durham, NC has the absolute worst drivers in the country). Now my husband and I do everything we can to avoid going there, which is fine with me since fast food, or slow food in this case, tastes worst at McDonald's.
