Today I went through the drive thru. This time, the young man taking my order was nice and decent. Last time not so much. It all depends on who’s they put running that station. From time to time it could be hit or miss. I used my App code to use a deal and get reward points for my order. Order pickup at window #2 was a different experience. A bit slow, maybe a new employee under the guidance of training. Okay, all good for that. I do want to point out the 2 cups of ice water were not topped off. They are small to begin with, which is alright, but to not top it off is just blah. 👎See attached pictures to understand what I’m saying. Will return because it’s a McDonald’s and I still eat this type of food from time to time.

So I don’t really eat at McDonald’s very often but I decided to stop and have some ice cream. The KitKat banana split looked good so I ordered that. The kiosks weren’t working but the cashier helped me out. Nice kid. After he brought me my order and I’d eaten four bites, I noticed the rest of the cup was nothing but vanilla ice cream!!!! I paid almost $5 for a miserable cup of vanilla ice cream!!!!! Come on McDonald’s!!!!

The restaurant was dirty inside. Food on floor, tables, etc. It can use a clean up . Food was the regular McDonald's food. All tastes the same. Good! Employees are nice, working hard. The place just needs a good clean up crew.

An absolute joke of a location. I ordered my food and put the table number and waited for 20 minutes just to walk to the counter and find my order getting cold. Asked for the order to be remade and was met with an attitude and an excuse saying I wasn't there. Nobody ever walked to the back to table 114. Not a single employee.... They did remake the order but the extra attitude and excuses are ridiculous.

I came into this McDonald's for the first time today around 7:06 am to get orange juice before I started my work shift. A very polite young lady (wluvi) told me she'll be right with me. A manager then told me that I will need to make my order using the touch screen. I informed her that I didn't know how to use it as I haven't been to a McDonald's in years. The young lady (Wluvi) proceeded to help me make my order and checked me out without any issues. She was very polite. On the other hand, the manager didn't seem polite to me for some reason and after I checked out, I noticed that every customer that went to her line didn't have to use the touchscreen and she greeted them. I found that pretty odd because I only ordered an orange juice while everyone else had larger orders. It seems like I was being discriminated against. Anyways (Wluvi) should be promoted to a manager because she showed great customer service and had the willingness to help me instead of the manager. I am giving this McDonald's a 1 ⭐ because on the manager but want to shine light on my experience with Wluvi. She was great.

It has been 15 minutes since I paid for my food and I still don't have it. This is McDonald's. I get my food faster at Applebee's or Chili's. This is becoming a regular problem at all McDonald's. This might be my last visit.

I get it it's fast food. But dam i'm trying to look at the menu and think of what i'm gonna buy and the morning shift cashier is like, "are you ready, are you ready," i'm like uhmm one second, and she continues trying to rush me lol. How am i supposed to order when this annoying lazy voice keeps trying to rush me. And im serious, her voice was lazy and she couldn't even complete sentences properly, i don't think its a language barrier, just someone who sounds lazy and careless. No smile nothing.

I have enjoyed McDonald's since I was very young, I enjoy their cheeseburger when they are hot and fresh and flavors hit my taste buds flavors are amazing but I also like the Big Mac,Chicken nuggets and other items. There's one item I really love that comes each years is the Mcrib sandwich one of my favorite. Breakfast is important meal of the day I get the two sauage and egg sandwiches and other favorite.

Came here to get some quick food . Walked in and tried ordering but the employee behind the register refused to take my order at the counter . I guess he thought we had a debit card ( after I told him I didn't ) so he went to the kiosk and guess what we had to walk back to the register . Waste of time . Not his fault I saw the female manager micro managing him and making him tell people To use the kiosk . Like some people just don't want to use it . Stop pushing the kiosk on people managers ! Then the register person has to deal with the frustration of the customers . So annoying

By far this was the worst MC Donald's I have ever tasted in all my life. The service was poor and lacking. The receipt did not match with the written instructions on the food box. The food was not presentable , not even for a despicable photo. Burger meat was black and stiff Buns appeared to of been deep fried Fries had been RE- fried at least 3 times in 2 day old grease and that's being nice. The bag was greasy and my car seat got greasy from the bag. * I stopped here due to traffic on the freeway and during a long commute did a drive by and as soon as I took a bite- un uh, no no... It went back into bag and right into the outside dumpster when I got home, hungry and upset. No stars- how and why is this a representation of a popular food establishment. This place will make one sick.

What's up: After running around all day, I was hungry for some food. Since we were near a McDonald's, we decided to use our handy app and place a mobile order ahead of time. And because Stitch was still around, we, obviously, ordered Happy Meals hahaha. Parking: Parking was plentiful and was shared with nearby businesses. Environment: Masks are required. We walked in and headed straight to the pick up area. Our mobile order was listed but no one came by to help us out. We must have waited 15 mins before someone came by and asked for our order number. My friends got their orders but I was still missing mine. When they finally gave me mine, I found out when I got to the table that the order was completely wrong. Staff members seemed rushed and were not very attentive. What was ordered: - Happy Meal (I did not get my customized burger and instead of apple slices, they gave me fries. I also didn't get my chocolate milk, so I had to go back up and wait another few minutes before someone came by to help out) Yay/Nay/Meh: Nay. This was probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Not only was my mobile order not ready when it said it was, but I had to double check my order only to find out that almost everything was wrong or missing. My friend was actually missing his Stitch toy! The horror!!! I was already hungry when I arrived, by the time I actually got my food, I was starving. I'm gonna skip this particular location. Credit cards are accepted.

On August 31, 2024, @ 10:15 am, I visited this location to enjoy my breakfast, and upon my observation, the dining tables were all stained with dry food and liquid stains. I addressed this issue with the morning manager, "Luis". Rather than acknowledge and honor my request for at least cleaning a small table for me, he suggested I sit in another part of the restaurant (the back area was near the disgusting, smelling restrooms. I objected to his suggestion and I was annoyed and appalled that rather than supervise another employee to clean one, he continued rudely to ignore my request for a clean table to sit in. I waited ten minutes more and again I pleaded with him to no avail. He sarcastically reiterated, "Sit in the back like to said". I was pissed that this Cockroach of a so-called manager would prefer another patron sit at a dirty table to eat, and suggest they sit elsewhere to avoid following the Department of Health sanitary regulations to provide a clean environment for paying customers. Mcdonald's Franchisee management should discipline, Luis for violating DOH rules. I would NOT recommend this location even for unclean Homeless customers who also deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.MnDonalds Address: 269 So. Atlantic Blvd East Los Angeles, CA 90022 receives a negative -0 for non-compliance of cleanliness and rudeness. I only pray no one gets ill from the bacteria-born tables. I eventually had the table cleaned with a wet towel left for me to dry myself. I guess the COVID-19 protocol established in March 14, 2020 has flown out the window.

This place is disgusting because the restroom is a first-class disaster as it is a complete mess and the restaurant in general is also a first-class disaster as I saw a dog run around inside the restaurant and on top of it there was a cockroach crawling around on the floor so sick that I had to throw out the coffee I was drinking and could not finish it so my advice AVOID THIS McDonald's AT ALL COST!

I have never been to a McDonalds with lack of attention to detail, and lack of communication. I order a happy via the app . I show up to curbside pick up on stalled 4. Im sitting in my car for over 20 plus minutes and no one is bring the order to my car . So I have to walk inside and Im waiting to get someones attention and finally I get the manager explaining to her whats going on . All she said no one knew about the order and she couldnt give me a right answer . The entire time my order was sitting right in back of her and no one knew nothing.. this happened at the McDonalds on east Los Angeles on Atlantic Blvd a 150 pm -220 pm . I didnt get the managers name but please train your staff and accountability!!!

If I could put a lower star I would. I came on 11/24/2023 trying to get some pancakes and put a mobile order. I was confused because on my prior order I just got a biscuit eggs and a sausage. I was missing the pancakes; so concerned when I went back and put another mobile order I wanted to ask what happened. So I told them my mobile number and then at the window I explained what my concern was and they told me i was ordering wrong so okay I told them it was my fault and ordered a la carte a 3 stack pancakes. The worker told me to pull over to the drive through parking to wait for my order. I see over 4 cars pass and get their orders. Me confused I pull out and go to the window and explain my situation. The worker is confused. I explained that they told me to pull into the parking spot to wait for my order. The manager said "I told you to pull back to the drive thru.. we thought you left". Why would I leave? I want my pancakes. Apparently to the manager she thought I left. So im at the drive thru register and they were confused.. they didn't remember me and had to pay for a pancake stack and looked like an idiot. I frequent this McDonald's and never had this experience. If you don't want to work quit and work somewhere else. I don't have time. In a college town.. especially during thanksgiving.. I understand being understaffed but I was super understanding and they made me feel like an idiot. That's all. Happy thanksgiving ‍

This location is okay. Nothing good or bad. Maybe its because I only happen to come when they are empty and slow, such as Mon at 4pm in Oct. No biggie in any direction. When its busy, it's just a madhouse and a total waste of time, either via drive they or counter service.

I was in the drive through they asked if I was using my app, I said yes but then I wasn't able to get the code with 20 percent off. I talked to the manager MARIA which she said she's the manager and couldn't give me the 20 percent. I said okay Maria and you can't do it this time she said NO. I know managers can help customers. Ordered on drive-thru, my vanilla ice coffee was disgusting and dark, was told to knock on front door since the door was locked due to COVID even though I had my mask on I knocked, they looked at me and chose to ignore me until I went to the employee standing outside taking drive thru orders, once opened the door the employee that was taking orders outside asked their employees what I needed, What I find stupid is how is the order suppose to be corrected if not even the lobby is open? Most ridiculous thing I've seen, and the manager working there needs to find a better place to work at if you look that miserable, I to worked for McDonald's years ago and did not have that type of work ethic Happened at 1-04-22 at 9am

went this morning around 9, and workers at both windows were extremely rude! no customer service whatsoever. did not tell me a single word, just stuck out the card reader and didn't even offer to give me my receipt. second window guy with a tattoo on his arm did not tell me anything and just handed me my food and drink with no condiments. the first guy with pink hair at this first window had a huge attitude and closed the window in my face before i could ask her to give me my receipt.

They didn't give me my fries, They didn't give me my ketchup. There are employees messing around inside flirting with each other. This happened on may 4. Never coming to this McDonalds again, not only did they forget items, but they messed up my order.. Make sure to check your bags before leaving especially if your in drive thru, I not only had to go back, park and wait at the door only for them to ignore me even tho they clearly saw me with my receipt, had to get back in line at the drive through and was given attitude and not one apology. Their customer service is horrific. Go somewhere else!!!

Asked for a simple order, a number 7 plain. Emphasis on the PLAIN because the having even a tiny bite of pickles, onions, or mustard will ruin my son's entire appetite. (On the spectrum and very picky). After waiting in the long drive thru line we get to the window to pay and there was some type of miscommunication and the worker asked what the order was and I clarified it was the number 7 plain. We get to the next window grab our food and go. My son eats the first cheeseburger no problem. When he gets to the next one, there are pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard in it. They don't listen to your orders and take long. I'd stay away from this McDonald's, it looks dirty and there are pigeons flying all over.

A/C not turned on... it is very uncomfortable for guests and employees. The employees are working hard doing there best to complete orders. The employees get 5 stars. The owner really need to consider the welfare of their employees. The receipt had website but i was unable to pull it up.

Happy meals have been coming with Snoopy books for weeks. They have toys on their display but they're giving away books. What kid wants a book? Who is Snoopy? Is it 1985? Did Knotts Berry Farm just open? Didn't the Lion King just come out? They're charging more for this crap, too. You get the same, minuscule, unerrodable, unnatural burger. They decreased the fries to 5 pieces. The Gogurt gets hot by the time he can eat it. Crap!!!

WTH is this. I ordered the new BBQ bacon sandwich with fried onions and I added fresh onions. The onions were inside the box. I had to open the border and place them inside myself. The bun is burnt. The fried onions are burnt. It's dry. Maybe a splash of BBQ sauce. But if I complain well you know how mcdonald's cooks are. This is sad. $10 bucks for this. Hey but McDonald's employees want $15 bucks an hour to do simple work like putting a god damn burger together correctly.

I asked for three cheeseburgers no onions extra pickles because onions make my boyfriend sick (fever, upset stomach..) and the workers there decided it'll be funny to put extra onions no pickles. We had to throw the burgers away and still haven't been able to speak to somebody at the store or get in contact with management to get our money back for the wasted food. Clearly the staff here is illiterate or do stuff like this on purpose.

Hoooooorible customer service. Every time I come here hoping for them to prove me wrong, it just seems like people here hate their job. I was just here to buy a frappe and wanted to have the cashier scan my code to get credit for my purchase and was not aware that It had to be done before paying. Well, I let her know when she replied that it had to be done before paying. I didn't even get a chance to reply when she immediately closed the window. No manners!!!!! Just horrible customer. I'm not coming to this one again that's for sure.

Went to this location and ordered a large coffee and a muffin and they gave me a pie instead. I realized that my order was wrong once I had already driven away so I decided to call them to let them know they had given me the wrong item and if I could go get it fixed. I accidentally called the wrong store, but the worker had told me I could come and get the item I originally wanted without a problem. Came back to this location and one of the workers told me she couldn't give me my muffin because I hadn't called that store. I was shocked at how she couldn't just give me what I had originally ordered and to top it off she still gave me attitude. They should really pay attention to the items they give you if they're so rude when you call them out on it. How is it that they take forever and yet still give you the wrong items. Unbelievable.

I love coming here foods always hot and fresh fast service. Friendly customer service. They're always busy day or night 24 hours but they still keep all the customers going through the drive-thru. I tried other locations and they don't move as fast as this one, And they're not as friendly. Thank you for being the best McDonald's in town.

This place has really bad customer service they talk down to the customers I was getting a coffee refill she grabs the cup without saying anything and marks it and I asked her what was that all about she said you only get 1 refill she then elevated her voice and said it's posted all over the place she didn't even give me a chance to speak she should be reported but I will just let this review be the reference this Mc Donald's has to be the worse of the many I ve been too and I ve come here quite often. There restrooms are always very stinky and dirty and and at times broken soap dispenser plumbing sometimes is bad floors flooded . So disrespectful!! Why allow ordering stuff through the mobile app if your employees and manager are gonna be lazy to walk out and tell you that they're out of something. I waited in my car for over 10min when I pressed on mobile app that I had arrived. I had to get off the car to see what was going on with my order and the lady knew that one of my items was unable to be made. I asked her why couldn't she notify me by walking out to give me that information, instead of making me wait for so long. Manager not once apologized to me. She was laughing with the other girl about the situation. So rude of them!!!! They both deserve to lose their job!

I've lived in East LA for 18 years and I've always went to this McDonald's because it was closest. I've never had a problem until today. I go to hit the drive-thru to get breakfast and I noticed two cars are sitting in the drive-thru with no people inside. Apparently some people were protesting the $15 minimum wage and left two cars in the drive-thru with no people in them so you couldn't go through. I see this and pull around to park in front so I can maybe go inside. a manager comes out ask me if I'm a protester and threaten to call the police on me without even asking who I was or what I was there for! The cars that were in the drive-through had professionally made signs that were all in Spanish, put on the windows. My car had none of these and I had my 13-year-old daughter with me. I told the manager that I wasn't protesting I was just there to buy food and she still threatened to call the police on me! Needless to say, I will not be frequenting this McDonald's ever again.

This is one of the best McDonald's I've been to because their foods are always "fresh". They always have a quick turn around time from the time the food is made, to the time it's sold. And they always get my order made right

Staff is rude and unprofessional to customers and management just stands there and allows the staff members to be rude and speak inappropriate to the customers. Employees that are hired are not train to know how to use the McDonald's app. I will never come here again. Bad place to eat at.

Worst service ever and so dirty wonder if they clean the place at all and it has weird smell the moment you walk in. Please clean out the trash and maintain the place a bit cleaner

Employees are the worst here. Too many bad experiences here! I asked for napkins once and the guy said I already gave you some and I checked there was no napkins. And then I went yesterday and asked for sweat and sour for my chicken sandwich and she said next time I have to charge you. I'm a paying customer I should be able to eat my food the way I like. And now they also have a guard that walks around and just stares at you very uncomfortable. I highly recommend you don't go to this McDonald's!

The place was newly renovated, but the inside is always a mess. Tables dirty, floor dirty...and it makes no sense to me when they have more then enough to people to clean.

Horrible customer service.... wakes in to just order a simple pie and coffee, stood in front of cashier, (only customer inside) standing waiting to get my order taken I don't even rmenwber how many times a worker, believe she was a supervisor. Well she kept turning to look at me, not once did she say, "be right with you" or anything... I waited just to see how long more they would take.... at this point I probably been waiting there maybe 10 minutes if so and still no one took the initiative to help me.... til I called for someones attention again they kept walking by and no help what so ever.... what kind of customer service is this? No sense of urgency or anything....
