McDonald's

When I showed up the dining room was spotless most of the employees in the front were busy. I placed my order at the kiosk and Kiyah showed up at the perfect time to help get those last few orders out. She even offered me ketchup for my fries and the food was amazing.

This was supposed to be a regular iced coffee… It had no ice, no cream, and no liquid sugar in it. When my husband asked for them to put cream and sugar in it, they said that it already had cream and sugar in it. It seems like a lot of different McDonald’s locations get confused when you order a regular iced coffee. It’s supposed to have liquid sugar and cream in it. But I’ve NEVER had a McDonald’s leave out the ice in an ICED coffee.

Ordered online mobile order for counter pickup. Waited inside only a couple minutes. No issues. The counter attendant was nice. Food was fine / as expected. Could have just bit a tad bit warmer. I'd go back.

Coffee was cheap perfume flavored and made my pregnant girlfriend sick. Waited far too long in the rain for my coffee and one was sweetened and the other was completely black. Had to go inside to get my coffee after being told to wait at the third window. After asking for my coffee the employees had very terrible attitudes. Won’t be coming back.

Fifth time I’ve been to this location and every time I’ve had to wait twenty plus minutes for a small order. Currently still sitting here as I write this review waiting for a single breakfast sandwich that was ordered on the app nearly twenty minutes ago. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here any time soon. Either get more staff or better staff.

Long wait in drive thru line, and when I got to the window, they couldn't figure out what order was mine. I asked for Dr. Pepper, and they gave me Sprite. The girl at the window was very rude!!! If you don't like dealing with the public, then get a different job, easy as that.

I went for breakfast in drive thru and they were busy as hell but for how busy they were my food is CORRECT and warm!! Yes I may have had to sit in line for 10 mins but once I ordered it was a quick thru the line!!

The food is always fresh here, but the service is never friendly, nor fast. It's not a pleasant experience at all. I do curbside pick-up to avoid the grouchy staff and frustrated customers inside! God forbid you have to go in and get help at the counter, it's gonna come with a wait, and attitude.

I love McDonald's but avoid this location whenever possible. Staff are not friendly and they always mess up my order.

I always come to this McDonald's and this is the second time I've had food messed up or getting a door dash with my coffee flipped and it be in the bag and this time my burger had a whole bottle of seasoning on it.. service coming from the drive through very rude don't recommend this McDonald's

The lil b***h working the drive thru this Saturday around 7:20pm is extremely rude, I pulled up to the drive thru and instead of saying just a second, she proceeded to take the order from the car that pulled up to the other intercom after me... I said hello" hello" and she said you can learn some patience" excuse me??? Who treats a costumer that way... smh... ‍ will no longer come to this place again, also, she seems to not clean under her long nails as she's handed me a receipt before and I could visibly see food stuck underneath them... how ghetto.

I got to mcdonald's this morning and placed an order at 9:17am for a sausage egg mcmuffin, hash brown and a iced coffee. Another lady came in 8 mins after me and got 2 sandwhiches.. WHICH CAME OUT BEFORE MINE. I was waiting at the counter 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. I would give this negative -1000000 if i can. Save your money and dont even bother. The managers have a idc attitude which gets them nowhere lol you see where they work. Never again!

Stale old non-warm fries. The Coca Cola was FLAT! Asked for a different soda, the. The Sprite was FLAT too!! This McDonald's location sucks.

This McDonald's sucked. They gave us super cold food and the chicken nuggets even had hair fried into them! The workers were also laughing when they forgot a poor kids happy meal and he was crying.

My food was cold and my fries were soggy as ever. I ordered a chocolate shake they gave me a large sprite. I don't recommend ordering from them don't even waste your time unless you want cold food that's soggy and the wrong order. Then my bigmack wasn't big macking I swear. Then in my big mack they just slapped the food on there.

By far the weirdest experience at McDonald's in northeast ohio. Barely anyone in line or in the restaurant and I still get spoken with the rudest attitude ever at the intercom. At the window I'm greeted with only a glare. My order is small and they miss an item, food is lukewarm, and then I get a fake sounding farewell along the lines of "I hope you have the greatest rest of your day " I get that times are rough, but I think this restaurant goes out their way to make the experience unwell.

Trash location. Horrible service. They never have anything. I mean ANYTHING. Went there twice and both times, they had no burgers, fries, milkshakes or ice cream. And then a few of the female workers have the nerve to sound like they have an attitude when you ask what do they actually have available. The lines move slower than molasses. I'd find another location. This place looks nice but it is entirely deceiving. Will never spend another dime of my money here again.

The staff is ignorant and rude. I've been waiting to pick up an order for twenty minutes. The staff has continued to be rude to us. They have no organization. When placing the order they asked us to hold (not to pull forward) and forgot we were there. Then when we said hello they went through their intro again and then rudely told us to pull forward. When arriving to second window, we got glares eye rolls and serious attitude. Then we're told to park and they HANDED OUT OUR FOOD. You'd rather watch paint dry than wait for them to get their shit together. Waste of time waste of space !

I came for breakfast about 1015 did not get my breakfast until 1035 . After I left the restaurant to eat my breakfast, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle. The Mc griddle was so old I could not bite through the bun. Literally that tough. This is not my first bad experience with that McDonald's I will not be eating there again. I am a further add. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle. If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst.

I usually dont like to leave negative reviews BUT SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!! Not only are my fries ALWAYS unsalted, but Today 4/19/20 I had ordered a burger and THEY HAD NO MEAT, so I alternated with nuggets but THEY HAD NO BBQ sauce... But that's not what awes me, unacceptable service and The "Pay Here" sign is being held by 1 Bolt!! This place is a joke and needs some serious attention from their corporate office!! I will continue to go to other McDonalds just not this one...

Purposely put in an order online so that we could get our food quickly. Ended up being THE worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. We have been waiting for over 30 minutes and they are saying it is closed at 9pm. An hour and a half early. We have a mobile order that is basically us getting robbed. In disbelief and extremely disappointed. Never come to this McDonald's if you can manage at all. The worst food service I have ever experienced. Never go here

Never again! Waited 40 minutes for 3 filet of fish. Mine barely had any tartar sauce on it. In the past, I've gotten cold, I mean really cold, quarter pounders with cheese. This franchisee should be ashamed. Terrible management and service. Avoid like the plague!!!!

EUCLID MCDONALD'S SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! Terrible Service, Terrible food if I could give this restaurant a 0/10 I would. They gave me old food in a Doordash delivery. The order was 45 min late, and they gave me more good to compensate their mistake but it was cold as well. Me and my family have been suffering from this McDonald's for about 10 years now and it's time for them to go. No amount of training can help and or assist this assanine, half assed, inept group of so called employees. The managerial staff should also agree with me about a permanent shut down because if they believe they are doing a good job they are sadly mistaken.

Very long and slow moving lines. Finally arrived to place my order yand was told brusqely that they had no mocha latte's, so I asked for a milkshake and I again was rudely told, "we don't have anything like that." Decided to leave and never return.

The food was gross (even for McDonald's), there was food and spilled drinks everywhere, workers were not clean, and they had a security guard who stood halfway into the kitchen. Thank goodness for individually wrapped items, at least them being processed kept me from getting food poisoning!

I drove to This McDonalds for drive through and once I got to the speaker, they asked me to drive to the 2nd window to order. They were also out of nuggets and tenders. Once I got to the 2nd window, I ordered one double quarter Pounder and a sweet tea. Once I got home I took a bite into my sandwich and noticed the inside was RAW. I even took pictures. Gross... never again. I am calling corporate.

I wish I was able to choose zero stars. This location is one of the slowest I have ever been too. They need a huge improvement in service, speed, and consistency. GO ELSEWHERE

I ordered food thru doordash with this McDonald's and they forgot all of my jam for my muffins and also it was hair in my Frappé just disgusting and waste of money wouldn't recommend at all

So I pull up to the order screen and there's silence for 8 minutes. We ordered 3 items, burger fries and drink. The young lady taking orders did not give a greeting and looked as if she could care less about her job. "What do you want" "okay what else" "is that all" were some of the phrases we were greeted with. Looking at the other reviews looks like others had the same experience. Maybe fix your attitudes and work somewhere you're not miserable? Also for my hamburger fries and drink we waited about another 10 minutes...really?

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with well done fried got well done sandwich fries sucked. My daughters happymeal was short a nugget and I ordered double filet o fish and got a single. Someone needs to pay attention to detail or manager needs to wake up and notice what's going on. Train your people right. You get paid enough start showing it.

Ive never left a review but this place is just awful. Just now I tried to come get breakfast before work.. store wasn't open even though it was about an hour later then the time listed online and ON THE DOOR (saw the staff inside all on their phones, got rude when I nicely asked what time they open). I decided to wait a few minutes since I already made the drive. 15 minutes later I place my order. (Which obviously showed me they just open when they feel like it because it was 20 after the hour at that point at clearly not when a mcdonalds opens lol). Tried to order a steak, egg and cheese bagel, rudely told "they don't have bagels" uhm, ok.. order a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and 3 hashbrowns instead. Get my order and start to open the bag to check my food and the kid immediately says "oh I gotta go get you another hashbrown" ....weird but.. ok, he gives it to me and is rude the whole time for no reason. Go to eat my food and the mcgriddle has no egg on it and the 2 original hashbrowns in the bag are all crumbled up which I have never even seen before and still don't get how it happened? I was the only one there too. Kid with the blue hair is who I dealt with this interaction. Avoid.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. They are a bunch of lazy good for nothing employees that can't get a simple order out on time. I once waited 30 minutes for 2 cheese burgers and fries. The manager needs to be fired for the terrible way this establishment is ran.

This particular location is beyond rude and super slow. The workers had an whole entire attitude. They had me waiting over 25 minutes for my order. Other customers ordered after me and still got their food before me. There was food missing from the order. One employee acted as though she did not want to take my card and when returned it was basically tossed at me. I will never come back to that location again. It's a shame that I will just have to travel over 15 miles to get decent food and service.

Worst experience ever I went in to use the ladies room and grab a coffee. They bathroom was disgusting. One toilet was full of toilet tissue and feces. They other toilet was clean enough to use but not one square of toilet tissue. Thank god I had facial tissue in my purse. The rest of the bathroom was filthy also. I went to the counter make sure they were aware and stood there for at least ten minutes and not one employee even acknowledged me. They made eye contact but didn't say a word it wasn't busy at all.. looked for the manager and she was standing in the back of the store on a cell phone .. just so disappointed in this store and corporate. I contacted them and have yet to hear back. I have pics of the bathroom to show them . I didn't want to give them one star but that's the way the app works

I can't believe I even gave them another shot I really can't would you believe I tried to buy something went through the drive-thru and she refused to take my money cuz she said baby I ain't got no change for no 20 you got a credit card. She had a disgusting smug attitude and refused to take my 20 because she did not have change. It's McDonalds. I mean come on they got no change you're a multibillion-dollar corporations and even so that individual McDonald's should be bringing in a million dollars a year let's say they even bring in$100,000 a year in profit you think they would have change for a $20 bill. My God if I ever meet the owner of this McDonald's I will personally spit in your face because you are a disgusting piece of crap and I hope somebody gets sick in your store and sues you and you have to shut down. I cannot believe they turned me away because they couldn't break a $20 bill. The ice cream machine is always down most of the sodas are always down and the staff honestly does not care. I mean I know you make minimum wage, I know your job sucks, I know you got to deal with the general public but to walk around with your nose in the air is pretty conceited. I use the mobile order a couple of times and each time they've got my order wrong. Today the guy brought out my order knocked on the window handed me a bag and walked away I said wait a minute what about my drink he said you didn't order a drink. I go back inside he looks at the menu again and he goes oh yeah you did order drink here you go. I thought the whole idea of mobile ordering was convenient now I know you're probably really in your eyes thinking this is a first world problem but if the whole point is set up for any convenience and they just miss it and what's the point. Anyways rant gone on long enough this place is terrible don't waste your money Drive the extra mile and a half to another one which is probably owned by the same person and probably sucks just as bad

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to employees are rude and seem to have no enthusiasm to wanna work. Waited 10 min just to place my order then another 15 minutes just to get to the first window to pay. Then after all that I get stale fries and a sloppy sandwich I tried to give this location plenty of tries and it seems as if things get worst every time I go I WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THE SAME FOR ANYONE ELSE.

Very rude and unhappy people, they all seem like they hate their jobs. The gentleman at the window this morning wouldn't even speak or smile, asked for a drink carrier and he sighed.

This has to be the worst McDonalds in their whole business. Always very slow. They also tend to mix up orders. One evening during lunch break from work, I stood in line a long long time. 2 people walked away. I mentioned that to the manager when he finally came to the register. He just shrugged his shoulders and asked me for my order. I only go there in a pinch but today was the first time back in about 5 years. It has been remodeled but the service is just as bad as ever.

My friend and I went to the drive thru and ordered coffee and a smoothie and was told they were out of both. This was approximately 6pm on a weekday. I was wondering what restaurant runs out of coffee? Management needs to certainly step up it's game.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. They are the slowest and usually never make your orders right or give you all of your food. I make a huge effort to go to another even if it is mikes father.

Yesterday they didn't have any coffee at about 7 am. Half of the time they're not open at that time and we make the trip there for nothing. For some reason my partner likes their breakfast sandwiches so he goes there every morning. I convinced him to go a little later so MAYBE they would be open. Today he got me a cup of coffee, which they actually had and brought it home (5 min. away), Not only was it cold, but there was about 2/3 of a cup, The other side of the coin is the employees are always pleasant had helpful. It's not their fault that the owners can't or won't get things in order. Customers deserve better. Also they charge thirty cents more for a sandwich than other McDonalds nearby.

I started a new job literally 2 minutes away from this location a few months ago. Given my laziness.. fast food is normally the move for my lunch break. And have constantly been let down by this location. Wether it be the drive through hardly ever open or wait times or rude employees. That being said. My business has generally been directed towards Arby's and mannnn. I'm tired of eating beef and cheddars every night... So I get on my lunch break today (7:30 pm. 10/29/19). As I start to drive past McDonald's. I look and the sign says new management but get this.. not only was the drive through open but it was busy too! So I gave it the good ole college try once again. And was nothing but pleased. Nice employees, Line moved at a good pace, fries were a lil stale but burgers were fresh and from order screen to getting my food only took 10 minutes. I just hope it stays that way.

Terrible. Pulled up to drive thru to over hear a conversation about something being dilated??!!? Was then told through the speaker that they could take my order at the second window, cash only. Waited behind ONE car for 10 minutes. Gave up. Not sure what they were doing but I've never experienced anything like that at any McDonalds ever.

It's so bad... so I went there a couple times it's such a long line also the food if always cold when we get it they always get us the wrong order or don't give us a refund for something I dint ask for also they always have bad service so I recommend not to go here but his place like 6 years ago was good but not no more

DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. They hot my entire order wrong and would not replace it. They have horrible customer service. And take way to long. AVOID THIS ONE. Go to another one.

The food here is okay but there is only one problem sometimes they are not open during breakfast hours. I asked why they were not opened and the worker told me because no one was there to open the store. The management there needs to fix that. This is a business and you need to run it professionally and not open the store whenever you want to. Please also make sure you check your orders they tend to screw them up alot.

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to in my whole life. Sat in drive though for 20 minutes and only 4 cars ahead of me. Also did not have Diet Coke.

Bad service. The girl at the counter messed up my order and overcharged me. When I looked at the receipt I saw I was charged for a bagel instead of a Mcgriddle. They made it out to be my fault. No apologies, just annoyance that I wouldn't take what they gave me for more money and leave.

Wow what a wonderful experience I had in McDonald's just now. I was told the drive-thru was closed their out of french fries and there's no smoothies and if I wanted something to please pull around. Went inside to place my order they were all dancing in the back I wish I'd brought my phone inside I left it in the car since I did go through the f****** drive through

changes and prices occur too fast. i like the sandwiches that come on english muffins. they refuse to toast the muffin and their sausage biscuits taste like hell. it's like eating raw bread. you can ask them all you want and drive around all you want, but they won't toast the muffins to taste like toast. i'm giving them 2 stars because it's embarrassing to only give one. the store managers tell you to come in side, what the hell is their drive thru all about??? they waste more time doing nothing. employees here don't give a rats azz about how to try and give good services. owner hasn't lifted a finger to make things better. must make too much money.

First off I was told they were out of quarter pounders, so I ordered something else. They forgot to add on my milkshake to the order. The girl at the drive thru window said I had to go back thru the line again. Well I did because the milkshake was for a co worker. I get back to the office and our food was cold.
