I had a fantastic experience at this location. Specifically due to the customer service provided by Derrick at the window. He went above and beyond by going the extra step to ensure that my experience was the best possible one that I could have. A stand out employee and should be valued as one. Thanks so much! 5/5

I’ve given this McDonald’s FOUR chances, and every single time, they’ve served me raw hamburgers. Not undercooked—raw. That’s a health risk, and it’s beyond frustrating. On top of that, the staff is incredibly slow and constantly forget items from my order. Every visit is a hassle. To make things worse, when I spoke to the manager, I was met with pure attitude for no reason at all. No accountability—just defensiveness. I don’t expect 5-star service at a fast food place, but I do expect my food to be safe to eat and my order to be correct. Save yourself the time and hassle- go somewhere else.

I bought my family Arby's Gyros but we dont favor their fries, So I bought six large fry from this McDonald's across the street, paid, and then I was told to pull up to window 2 (near the front door) to wait. We waited over 7 mins...so naturally I thought they were giving us fresh fries, otherwise why am I waiting, ugh, nope, only one was fresh, and two were "topped off" with fresh, the others were not only from the bottom of their hour old basket, but cold thanks to the wait, and now so were our Arby's sandwiches. Never again will i waste money here. If Im going to eat garbage food for top dollar it better taste like Heaven, not day old cardboard, otherwise, why would I keep going back. Life's disappointing enough, I should be comforted by the bad for you food...not wish Id eaten a salad.

I have been a local customer to this particular McDonalds for years. Staff is almost always unfriendly and met with an aditude after making guests wait about 20 mins before even taking your order. When I was met at the window I had to ask 3 times for my receipt, missing sauce and unkind staff. I wouldn’t recommend going through the drive through if you really want “fast” food. Better off door dashing or going to the next town.

Every time I come here there is always a problem. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. I always have tried to give this place one more chance after another. There is always a 20 minute or more wait for the food. Especially if you dine in, the food took 34 minutes the one day to get to my table, not to mention it was cold. Even at night, the drive thru lines get so backed up you are sitting there for a long time. Also, they didn’t have ice for 4 weeks one time. Most recently, I decided to come after work to get something, and they are doing cash only. Are we serious?

My kid is trying to collect all the Lil McDonald’s Happy Meal toys, and Justin was very helpful and kind during our visit. We asked about the box numbers before ordering, since we already had one of the toys being offered. Justin did his best to help, but the manager wouldn’t allow him to check for a different toy. Though we ended up with duplicates, Justin is the kind of employee who truly makes your day brighter. His efforts were genuinely appreciated. Thank you Justin.

Last time I was there they scewed my order up about 3 times ,it was the person that was taking orders .I get home to my family and all the fries and burgers all came out of the box they give you. I had one bit and the whole sandwich came apart.The manger was great to me .

This McDonald's is one of the worst. Either your order is wrong, you need to pull over and wait for 10+ minutes before your full order is ready, or your food is cold and dry. Last time was it! After going through the drive through and paying, I was handed a drink and asked to pull over to spot 1. 15 minutes later, an employee brought out the bag...a #1 and what was supposed to be a ranch snack wrap. I hand my son his burger and fries and there's a filet of fish, no wrap. I look at my receipt...it says fish...I hate fish and was specifically asked which snack wrap I wanted at order. Go into the building and nobody is at the counter and there are napkins, fries...trash...all over the floor and 4 people waiting for mobile pick up. One guy says, 'Did you get the wrong order? Happens all the time.' After being passed by 2 employees who obviously don't want to be there, I just start calling anyone who works in the back. After 2 people, they get a manager who refunds me for 12 extra sauces and hands me a snack wrap that I don't even want anymore. So, I ultimately paid for their mistake AND the new wraps suck. I gave it to my dog. The chicken is like the new tenders...disgusting and there was a tendon in it. How is a tendon in a tender the width of a straw? I'm done with this McDonald's. My son is the only reason I go to McDonalds. I'll drive out of my way to go to a better franchise.

Never buying breakfast here again- just coffee. Ordered a bagel egg n cheese and it wasn't even hot ! Then I opened it up and it had what looks like honey mustard on it- ended up taking off the top of the bagel and only eating some of the sandwich. Feels like I just threw my money out the window. Happy the iced coffee is good though- and the window person was friendly. Tip don't get food here in the morning. Or takeaway go in so you can at least check it before you leave New review- April 27, 2017 Went here again and got a biscuit egg and cheese it was actually hot and didn't have anything extra on it! I am pleased! So I changed the star rating!

This is hands down the worst McDonald's in the world. I've given it several attempts and there is always an issue. Consistently cold French fries. Orders continually wrong. This true is a shame bc it's so close to my home. Today's no cheese on my breakfast sammich. That put me over the edge

Never Again I don't normally leave reviews, but this McDonald's truly earned it -- and not in a good way. I walked in hoping for something quick and simple. What I got instead was a masterclass in chaos. The line was long, which would be fine if the staff moved with any sense of urgency. They didn't. It felt like they were actively trying to move slower. When I finally got my food, it was cold. Not lukewarm -- cold. Fries soggy, burger slapped together like someone lost a bet, and the drink machine was out of half the options. I asked politely if they could remake the food, and the employee just gave me a blank stare like I spoke a different language. Also, the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and I'm pretty sure the bathroom hasn't seen soap since 2022. I know it's fast food, but even fast food should meet basic standards. This McDonald's missed the mark in every way. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Fries were disgusting. Tasted full of oil, took forever to get them and they smelled off. I threw them away and just took it as a loss. Would suggest everyone avoid this place like the plague

I was denied access when I brought my service dog in. They kept asking for papers even though service dogs don't require papers at all they told me I could sit outside and eat my meal and kept telling me that people have allergies to animals my dog also wears a velcro muzzle because she has a picking up items off the floor and because they saw her with a muzzle on they claim she was extremely aggressive and would bite people inside the store my dog is my lifeline and will alert me if I have any medical emergency I think it was extremely rude that I was blatantly kicked out of the store just because I had a quoted by manager " aggressive animal in their restaurant" my service animal is an Akita mixed with a German Shepherd she is such a sweetheart and wouldn't even hurt a fly and yet they told me because of the breed of my dog and how I didn't show them papers proving she was a genuine service animal I wasn't allowed in their store and was temporarily trespass for according to them "making a scene" when I told them nicely she's certified.

Horrible customer service the manager was rude. The employees do not listen screaming at me as a customer. This is a horrific place to go into. I don't recommend it to nobody. This place needs to be shut down.

When I bought two happy meals I ordered one with apple slices and one with extra fries but both of them had extra fries and for the toy it gave me a option of two things and I picked the croc but I got Disney characters and they did not give me straws with my drinks so do not go there.

The food isn't bad the service is bad I also had to pay $0.50 for 2 ranch this is ridiculous

You want $15 an hour for what? When I approached the window. I had a very rude person take my order. My daughter wanted me to pick up fries. I asked them can I add fries to my order, his response was rudely " saying we can't put the extra order in you see there is a line behind you" what are you getting paid for exactly???? Then when I got my food 10 mins later, not even a thank you or anything! How about go back to school and learn manners! The worst part was, I think the guy who took my order was a manager!

The food is pretty good. The service is bad. Oh why are always eating McDonald's I feel somethings got robbed us McDonald's so I don't like it.

i went there with my friend to have a cheese burger. but right when we walked in we got harassed and said stop talking to my door and get away from it. we were very confused but continued to order. then when I got my cheeseburger it was as thin as a sheet of paper and burnt. it made my belly rumble. DONT RECOMMEND AND VERRY RUDE

Just a heads up - no matter what you order at this McDonalds Drive thru, you'll get the mushroom and Swiss burger. Want grilled chicken? Mushroom and Swiss burger. Double quarter pounder? Mushroom and Swiss burger. Sausage McGriddles? Okay, okay. No burger. But I hope you wanted bacon and egg on a biscuit. Because, that's what's going in your face. Ignore the screen. It WILL try and trick you by reading your actual order. It's a ruse. This McDonalds only sells mushroom and Swiss burgers. And sometimes a bacon and egg biscuit.

One star for being the world's largest fast food chain. One star for the Ronald McDonald House & charities. One star for their fries & hot apple cinnamon turnover. Other than that, I would not eat here! My husband has a friend in Fall River, Ma. that has a dairy farm. When one of the old cows gives up and falls down or gets sick, it goes to auction, I kid you not! ( A Dairy Cow). Burger King buys, or used to, these cows for beef products, I will never, ever eat a fast food burger after knowing that! Frozen fried, formed fish sandwich, minus one star. Chicken sandwich is a turn off when you bite into a piece of gristle, so minus one more star. Get the fries and the turnover, when in a hurry and hungry or don't.

If I could plaster this review everywhere so everybody could see it I would do so. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. The food was complete trash. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's if it were the last thing you could possibly eat on earth. I got a crispy chicken ranch snack wrap a medium fry and a hot tea. The tea was pretty much hot water with a splash of milk. I don't even think there was a teabag in there. The snack wrap was barely even a wrap and the contents fell out everywhere. The fries, the absolute worst fries I have ever had. These fries were worse than you leaving fries in your car overnight and then eating them the next day. Hard cold and disgusting. not to mention they took forever and I barely made it back to work on time. absolutely terrible quality. I will never in my life go there again

This location is known to take your credit card and charge you for someone else's order and when you ask the manager, he admits this can happen at times and thinks its perfectly ok. Try and correct it, they tell you to do it by putting a dispute on your credit card. I don't think they even know how to treat customer right or let alone how to spell customer service.

DO NOT EAT HERE! My grandfather had a cheeseburger last week. While eating it he noticed it smelled off and stopped eating. Sure enough, the next day he had food poisoning and ended up in the hospital. He couldn't eat for a week and lost a scary amount of weight. NEVER AGAIN!! My grandfather is too nice to post a review but I'm not, this was scary for our whole family.

Love the self service kiosks. I also use the app whenever possible - lots of incentives online. The food is up to McD standard and they deliver to your table. Check out UberEats!

One of the shakier McDonald's I've been too. Food is hit or miss, sometimes the burgers don't taste so fresh? A lot kids hang out at this location from my experiences here it seems. If you want a quieter environment, or are not so crazy about obnoxious teens, like me, you may want to skip this location. The McDonald's down the road on 2nd Street Pike has a much cleaner, quieter, and classy feel to it. This particular McDonalds could use a face lift and update as well. Seems like they have had the same sports jerseys, and old unwatchable TVs for the last 20 years. Bathrooms could be cleaner at times. Drive thru has average wait times from experience. Service is hit or miss. All in all, just passable if you want a Big Mac to go, or for the drive thru, and you are not in a big rush. Otherwise, for me, nah I'll pass!

It's a typical McDonald's. But the staff is very polite and the drive through usually goes very quick. The food is always the way I ask for it.

The food is not the problem at this location, its the obnoxious and rude staff. They are NO where to be found, don't even pretend to approach the counter. The machines wouldn't work properly and the counter lady was annoyed that my husband needed help. Ive patronized this location for years and I can promise you I will NEVER go back. There are much better places and plenty of them.

forget to put the right ingredients in burgers. burnt rolls, not salted potatoes. they will always miss something or forget!!!

I just stopped here after a long night at work. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru!! I was patient and thought, well at least the fries will be nice and hot. Not the case! My fries are bone cold-- YUCK. And my nuggets are cold. At least the ice tea doesn't taste like mold. When I stop anywhere for food I expect it to be hot not cooked 3 hours ago. I'm gonna try to heat up this crap in the toaster oven, I mean if I wanted to cook I would not have stopped here and wasted my money. hopefully I can bring this crap back to life. I will drive out of my way to not stop at this location again. Sorry.

Today I went to this McDonalds. I went through the drive thru the first speaker told me to move forward. The woman came on and said to please wait a minute. Then while I sat there first in line, she took the two people behind me in line. So I went inside. I ordered and paid from the machine. It still took over 20 minutes for my food. Some was standing at the counter for over 7 minutes to get waited on at the counter. I told the lady that gave me my food about the drive thru and she just shrugged her shoulders.

was Burned with Hot coffee by McDonald's employee at this Street Rd location in Feasterville, Pa. would've taken 2 seconds to make sure lid was tight. zero stars

I am really unsatisfied with their job. Tour order comes always late Plus i ordered throught online and somehow i was never able to get my order. I never go there agai!

food at night is always cold and stale, when you ask for it to be fresh. They curse and act like your getting food for free. Why should time matter? If someone is paying they deserve nice fresh hot food. I dont get why its hard to understand.

Two days ago my wife walked the dog, then after McDonald's, she is hungry to buy something to eat , then she went in to ask the men about 50 to 60 year old like a manager.she want to put the dog in their outdoor resting place, because of the shadow, so that the dog will not be too hot, and then the men said no, and then my wife put the dog outside their front door,want to order things to go, then the men like manager said to her, hurry up and get out of here. Because she is not good at English, because she is Asian, you can not be such an attitude to her, this is not quality manager should have 。

There was a time when we would hit this McDonalds at least twice a month, now we will probably just drive-by. The team inside is usually distracted and the tables are dirty; not to mention the fact that they no longer have premium wraps.

I go to this Mcdonald's 7 days a week. The coffee hot or cold any size or flavor for 99 cents is a great deal. When you order an individual item that would be cheaper in one of their specials with an extra item, they will always tell you it's cheaper that way. The employees are very friendly and my orders have been correct every time. I think the owner is a hockey fan, there is real hockey memorabilia inside including a full size goalie with all real equipment head to toe.

I so rarely go to McDonalds but went to this one after a painful dental appointment. I've rarely been wowed by anything, but on 2 occasions now the staff has been exceptionally courteous, respectful, and efficient. The food was hot and for some reason I ordered French fries and they were actually good. No one makes decent fries any more but these actually had flavor and were hot, crisp and just right salty.

Don't waste your time here !! Crap food and crap service !! This place used to be good. While waiting another customer said the same thing. This place started going down hill before the remodel and has continued the decline to the point that I'm done ! Started getting sandwiches that were over cooked and VERY dried out like they were under a heat lamp all day. Got a sausage McGriddle that I could not bite thru because the bun was so hard. Stopped going here for quite a while. Just tried the remolded place(evening) and it GOT WORSE. About 20 minutes for a couple of cheese burgers and nasty snack wraps with gristly chicken. There was only one other customer there and some drive thru cars.. The other customer there said he would have gotten fired if he took that long when he worked at a McDonalds years ago. He won't be going back either. Do yourself a favor and go to the Burger King up the street. Their great !! Or go to Wendy's by the mall. There very good too !! THIS PLACE AND THEIR FOOD IS CRAP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!
