McDonald's wasn't my first, second or even fifth choice for dinner this evening but it seems that on a Monday night, the entire town of Festus shuts down. The places I wanted to go and hangout were closed for the day or a vacation or whatever. Very frustrating. So it's McDonald's and it seems that I wasn't the only person here with a laptop for a couple of hours. My fries were excellent - hot and crisp. My burger was okay, not quite hot though assembled properly with cheese that had not melted. Nothing remarkable today, though the restaurant was clean and tidy.

This literally happens every time I order from this location. I order the same thing. It's a mess and half the condiments are on the wrapper instead of the sandwich, I was missing onion altogether and the other sandwich I ordered in advance so i could grab it while trying to pick up food with my doordash order, was soo messy with ketchup all over the burger on the outside, that I took that one and had them remake it. When I went to eat that one it was also missing onions entirely! I was hungry from dashing for the previous 5 hours and once I got the order for my doordash customer I couldn't just turn back around and go back in because I had to deliver the food. I'd rather have quality over speed. I hate to see what my doordash customer's food must look like.

Apparently this McDonald’s has a “A LIMIT” on how many napkins they can give out with each order…after receiving ONE SINGLE NAPKIN with my breakfast sandwich this morning I asked if I can have some ketchup and extra napkins. The rude brunette with her hair in a bun (approximately 6:30am) heavily sighs and hands me ONE MORE NAPKIN and goes “Sorry we have a limit” 🙄 and proceeds to shut the drive thru window in my face. Like are you kidding me?! I wasn’t aware that napkins were such a hot commodity that they had to impose limits with each order? Downright rude, horrible customer service and utterly laughable that I cannot receive more than 2 napkins with my $5 dollar breakfast sandwich. Rest assured next time I visit I will be going inside AND TAKING AS MANY NAPKINS AS I DAMN WANT!!

I don't care for McDonald's much (except breakfast), but my kids love it. Most of the time when we come through, our order is correct, unlike other local fast food establishments.

Good as always. This place you don't have to ask for a refill and you don't have to ask for salt. Many MacDonalds you have to ask for a refill and they throw away your cup and give you another. It's annoying and wasteful. I'll never understand why some of them can't leave a container on the counter with the salt and pepper, again very annoying. This place is doing it right.

They need to figure out what sub muffin means. I did get it the way I like but having to yell no that's not the way I want it. Because you make it wrong so often. Sub muffin means I don't want the chewy bagel. I want the English style muffin with the same omelet style folded egg with the breakfast sauce and onions and cheese and steak. There you go Sub muffin. As explained 👌 all across America.

McDonalds on Williams Blvd in cedar rapids iowa. Cashier rolled her eyes when we said we weren't done ordering then told us we had an attitude since we came in. Lmao. Very very poor customer service.

This place was nasty. There was old food, trash, and even fake nails all over the floor. The tables were dirty. It looked like it hadn't been mopped in over a week. All of the trash cans were overflowing and they had chemicals stored behind the one outside. As for the food, it was cold like it hadn't been cooked all the way through.

They will ALWAYS forget one of your items. They have someone on the clock that takes peoples orders paid for through DoorDash because obviously doordashers don't check your food. It's ridiculous. It's not hard to make sure everything is in the bag as that IS your job. A bunch of children. Also the manager is a bitch.

25 mins on 2 pies and 3 cookies this is what they serve. Quality 0 stars service 1 star effort 1 star so 2 stars from me. Would you eat that? Mind you no one else was in the lobby with us. And the drive thru was not even wrapped so idk. They had more employees than customers and still couldn't come up with something better than this unfortunately.

Worst service ever! The food is cold one, two we said we had 2 separate orders meaning like we would pay 2 different ways right? Nope, they charged my card for both without even asking if there was another payment for the second one. The lady was telling me the only way I can get a refund is if i give the food back and try to find an alternative way to pay when from the beginning I had it. Then she said that we would have to give the food back after we touched it.

This McDonald's has the juiciest burgers. So juicy, like squishes in my mouth. I love a squishy juicy burger, especially when the fat short girl from batman makes it. How does she make them so JUICY. YUM

Stopped here with a party of 10 and the service was super quick, the order was perfect (which never happens with this many people), and the food was great. Shelby, the cashier, did a great job keeping our order organized and was very polite. Super impressed!

Amazing service, we had a long complicated order and they still got everything right out fast quick and easy with a smile.

absolutely disgusting. chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp. service was slow but on a busy day I understand. no excuse to why food should be disgusting though

Honestly I am shocked at how kind and helpful the staff is here. Especially for a MACDONALDS. I mean come on y'all. Let's be honest. We don't expect much from Macdonalds. What I found was a smiling server, willing to help the elderly folks to their seats and bring the food out to them. I found a positive environment that was fun to be around. I found some people dancing! Such a nice, clean place and I would definitely go again.

Last night quick dinner! This location was about 10 minutes from where we were staying. It was a straight shot to get there. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. The store itself was clean and well kept. The kiosks were not in operation due to COVID restrictions. The lady at the register was able to answer all of our questions. Our order was taken quickly and easily. Our order was out quick and accurate. The only negative: all the food preparers did not have their masks on correctly.

We stopped by Sunday morning for a breakfast sandwich meal. I ordered 2 meals and was handed our number. First, as we stood at the table taking off our coats, a server stopped by and told us we placed our number wrong, reached around me and moved it. Then a second server stopped by and told us we forgot our soda cups. I said I ordered coffees. She said" I just started here and you ordered wrong. Meals come with soda." I went back to the counter and could hear her say we want coffee and she didn't know how to do that. Then she comes back and wanted to sell me an upgraded size. "I just want the coffee that comes with a breakfast meal." Fast food, my foot. I have to assume customer service is not part of the employee training, but rudeness is.

I went to pass the food out...and found trash in my bag. So disgusted that I just threw it away.

I don't know how they move so damned fast! :) A good thing when I'm getting breakfast before work. My order is always right, too!

New play area rocks!!! The gkids loved it! It's wayyy more little people friendly. Tip of the day: There is a table top that lights up! The kids can change colors on it! Wayyyy kool! I wish I would have taken a picture of it for you all to see!

I ordered the new spicy crispy chicken sandwich and medium fries I got half a container of cold fries and 2 plain chicken sandwiches that were burnt. I called to let them know there was no spicy sauce on them and was told it didn't come with sauce. It cost me almost $12 for that. I won't be going back there!

The fat short girl that looks like the penguin from Batman gave me an attitude after I told her the sprite is out of syrup. One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. I'm from now on going to the one down the street. It's worth it for better service

They can't even get an order right, always get cheese when I order a regular hamburger and the fries were not even cooked all the way. Will never go back since I can make better food at home!!! They have had enough chances.

Just do not understand why they are putting the toppings on the bottom of cheese in my opinion was to smother the hamburger or whatever kind of meat fish putting the toppings on bottom I don't think they would have gotten this far I do not like it it will not buy their breakfast sandwiches with cheese any longer I bring my own cheese

Great service. Great food. Fast drive thru. After making the mistake of going to the McDonalds in Hillsboro today I have a better appreciation of our local McDonald's restaurants !

I love chicken, love the tenders, want a regular cheeseburger once in a while, and they have the best Diet Coke in the world!! SERIOUSLY!! ;-)

If I could give this place a negative I would! Went there today paid $13 and some change for two burgers the were completely inedible! An undercooked Big Mac with no Mac sauce and stale fries that tasted like they were cooked three days ago. On top of that the other burger was cold also with stale fries. I had to repeat my order 4 times!(This should have been my first red flag) Twice at the order screen and twice at the window. As if that wasn't bad enough the girl was so incredibly rude! She couldn't care less whether the order was correct or not! These people want to make $15 an hour that is insane! I understand that it is fast food but come on...will never eat at this location again.

Never have a problem with this mcdonalds. Great and quick service. Kim knows how to run a store. The drive thru is always fast. The food is hot. When I have gone in, everything is stocked and clean.
