McDonald's

Visited at a quiet time! Ordering with the touch screen was simple, food was ready in good time,, tried the big arch,,, very tasty and filling, restaurant was very clean and tidy with excellent seating are! 🙂

Just picked up my order. All cold. Philly cheese stacks were dry barley any cheese cause. Chicken mayo was very much lacking mayo. Big Mac cold and buns hard as rock. McDonald’s you should be ashamed of yourselves. Think I will stop my complaining now

Turned up at 22:15 hours on 23/12/2025 to get two ice creams from Fleetwood McDonald's. Opening hours on the door states 23:00 hours is closing time. A young lad on the counter saw me at the door and walked away out of site despite me knocking on the inside glass door which was locked. I went back outside to check the opening times on the window and went back to the door and he did the same despite there being cctv monitors in the kitchen area. Bunch of useless incompetent imbaseals. I now have two upset children.

EXTREMELY disappointed. Ordered our food 2 six chicken nugget meals, two burgers and mozzarella sticks. Didn’t receive our chips for our meals, no sauce and no extra pickles for the burger which we asked for. We then rang up about this and was told that there was nothing they could do but we had to report it through deliveroo and have had nothing back. Disgusting.

Would just like to say that we visited yesterday and were very impressed with the friendly staff and atmosphere, especially from the 2 ladies on the charity cake stall, also the young lady who brought our tray out with a smile and asked if we needed anything else and then on leaving, the other lady who offered to take our tray. Really pleasant experience so well done and it cost nothing to be like this. Thank you 😊

The service here was speedy and professional and the food was provided warm and of the usual McDonalds high standard. The restaurant itself was clean, tidy and well presented.

Appalling, shocking , terrible , disgusting .. i would go on ... ordered a cheeseburger but came with no cheese and the littlest slither of sauce and a milkshake apperently non existant .. are staff just getting that lazy now !!! If your gonna not give people what theyve ordered then dont charge so much or be running

Personal opinions on this McDonalds is that it can be very hit and miss sometimes the food is good and the staff then other times it can be cold/not fresh or drinks not filled properly I think it depends on the time of day you go and which mangers and staff are working, just went again food is hot but drink are half filled

It is very difficult to say anything more about McDonald's other than its McDonald's. Why they call them a restaurant I have no idea :) Anyway having eaten here several times, using both the Restaurant and drive-thru I have food the food to be of the standard expected, the place is always very clean and the staff are friendly.
