McDonald's

Visited at a quiet time! Ordering with the touch screen was simple, food was ready in good time,, tried the big arch,,, very tasty and filling, restaurant was very clean and tidy with excellent seating are! 🙂

Personal opinions on this McDonalds is that it can be very hit and miss sometimes the food is good and the staff then other times it can be cold/not fresh or drinks not filled properly I think it depends on the time of day you go and which mangers and staff are working, just went again food is hot but drink are half filled

Would just like to say that we visited yesterday and were very impressed with the friendly staff and atmosphere, especially from the 2 ladies on the charity cake stall, also the young lady who brought our tray out with a smile and asked if we needed anything else and then on leaving, the other lady who offered to take our tray. Really pleasant experience so well done and it cost nothing to be like this. Thank you 😊

I don't know what people see in that kind of food. Coffee isn't bad though. If I'm on the road and fancy a breakfast, for me a bacon butty and a decaf coffee from Greggs is best 👍

Review is for the Freeport Fleetwood franchise, Lancashire would have been better if they were more willing to ensure we left satisfied however customer service was terrible, I can only assume the franchisee wasn’t in? I can’t imagine a business owner would allow a customer to leave unhappy for the sake of a £1 burger or whatever it is?We queued up to get myself a cheeseburger and my daughter a five pound meal deal at drive thru and an ice cream to cheer her up. Got to collection point and they had missed a burger from our order, instead of quickly rectifying the situation by either getting me one or allowing me to order another and pay where we were, they insisted I went round and queued again, my daughters meal was cold with half a portion of chips too which were dry and freezing cold so all together a rubbish experience won’t be going back there.

Ordered a Big Mac and large fries. Arrived at the table lukewarm at best. Returned them and asked for them to be warmed up. The guy replaced them ( got medium fries instead of large- oh well ). Sat down to eat them and just the same, Luke warm at best. Too hungry to care by this point so ate my meal. Gents toilets were also leaking. Pretty rubbish visit tbh.

I have to say this has been the best visit to any McDonalds in my whole life. How lovely it was to see friendly and caring staff at this branch who was more than happy to go out of there way. The older lady was fantastic with all the children in there. The whole place was spotless and cleaned promptly. If this store hadn’t received some sort of recognition from the big bosses then this one definitely dose

Overall, it's pretty good. Normally cleaner than others, orders are always correct and come quick. It can get very busy when there are events on in Fleetwood, but otherwise, it is not normally too bad.

It is very difficult to say anything more about McDonald's other than its McDonald's. Why they call them a restaurant I have no idea :) Anyway having eaten here several times, using both the Restaurant and drive-thru I have food the food to be of the standard expected, the place is always very clean and the staff are friendly.
