I’ve always enjoyed visiting this McDonald’s, especially in the mornings — the previous staff was consistently friendly, efficient, and accurate with my orders. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing and not up to the usual standard. My order came in a torn bag, causing the food to fall out, and my bacon, egg, and biscuit (no cheese) was made incorrectly — there was no bacon at all. Mistakes can happen, but what stood out most was the overall drop in attentiveness and care compared to what I’ve come to expect from this location. It’s clear that the new morning team may need additional training or support to meet the same level of service this restaurant is known for. This location has always been one of my favorites, and I truly hope management helps the current staff get back to that high standard.

Bacon Quater pounder and they gave me a thin burger patty. I feel ripped off

I always order online and give them my code at the drive thru. I love technology. Use the app and get discounts. (Or don't. Whatever)

Very clean restaurant and a friendly staff on our Saturday morning visit. My English muffin felt a little stale, but other than that it met my expectations! I wish McDonald’s would go back to their original orange juice rather than serving the watered down one they have now.

There is no refills at this location!!! 😤😤😤 But there is another McDonald's just 2 miles aways and you get free refills. The lady said no water no sodas no coffee. That's why some franchise companies are closing down . Customer comes first . There are plenty of more restaurants around this area with a better customer service.

I'm 61 years old, and this was the worst McDonald's food I have ever eaten... I ordered using the app on my way to work at 2:00pm, not a busy time, and when I parked in a spot and submitted my number, it took 12 minutes to have my food brought to the car... I'm not mad about that, I'm mad about the fries that were obviously left to cool and reheated, not one fry in a large order was soft or edible, it was like eating little blades of plastic with too much salt on them... The Quarter Pounder was drowned in ketchup to hide the fact that it too was reheated... This food sucked so bad, I worked a 10 hour shift, and came home still angry enough to write this bad review... Do better 1201 Florida 84, if this was any other time of my life, I might have driven back and dumped this food on the counter...

This McDonalds is the worst in Broward County. From customer service to food handling. The wait time inside is very very long and the employees just keep talking to each other with small talk and NOT attend the customer's needs. I left couldn't wait any longer just to get a Carmel Frappe.....SMH The owner of this McDonalds Needs to do Better!!!!

This McDonald’s location was very clean, and the kiosks made ordering quick and easy. However, I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and didn’t really notice much interaction from the staff — it just seemed like everyone was busy doing their own thing. The biggest disappointment is the menu. They’ve removed the healthier options like salads and grilled chicken, leaving very limited choices if you’re trying to eat lighter. Because of that, I wasn’t able to order anything and ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. It’s a shame because the convenience and cleanliness are there, but without healthier options, this location really misses the mark for me.

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru and ordered something simple -- nuggets and three cookies. After paying, I was told to pull into a parking spot so they could make the cookies. I figured, no problem -- cookies might take a few minutes. But after sitting there for about ten minutes, I got impatient and went inside to check on my order. Turns out, they weren't even preparing my food. The employees seemed confused and didn't even know about my order at all until I mentioned it. After that, they finally started putting it together. When someone eventually came out, he only handed me the cookies. I had to tell him that I never got my nuggets, so he went back and had to make them on the spot. By the time I finally received everything, the food wasn't fresh, and the whole process took way longer than it should have. They did give me an extra cookie, but honestly, that didn't make up for the delay or the lack of attention to my order. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience for something that should've been quick and easy.

Customer service is awful no one says thank you. You hand them money and they give back your change and that's it!!!

After a really bad experience at a Paris McDonald's during the Olympics, I wanted to refresh my memory on a regular US McDonald's...as I remembered from my last US Mickey Ds visit roughly a decade ago, this was a serviceable McDonalds with clean premises, ok food and overworked young people as staffers

I don't typically do reviews on fast food places, especially McDonalds. But I will make an exception here. There are three different McDonalds near my house. I can say this location is the best. In another place, the drive-thru line is constantly long. The service time is slow. The staff taking your orders is rude and totally unprofessional. Nine out of ten times, you will not get what you ordered. I find none of those things happen to me during my visits. The drive-thru typically only has one or two cars in line. I get to order my food quickly, and they actually got my orders correctly. The staff waited on me and serviced me with a smile, which you wouldn't find in other places. I can keep up the good jobs they are doing, maintain the high quality of service, and not fall into the dark place like the other two.

I never leave reviews but this McDonalds was horrible the manager was so rude said "I'm doing to much" just because I asked for extra Oreos and paid and the drive thru worker was on meth tweaking with her eyes peeled back shaking would not recommend!!!!

Seriously need improvement here. They mess up orders and try to give it to the next customer and say they don't waste anything. Fast food chains are ridiculous.

My go too local McDonald's. Never had an issue here other than a couple sweet and sour sauces not making it into the bag! Nice people and fast service! Try a #7 with sweet and sour sauce ! My girlfriend SWEARS by it

Worst McDonald's I have ever attended I ordered at 6:55 and got my food at 7:25 and when I went to eat my food it was ice cold and my milkshake was all melted and whenever I asked what was going on I was getting attitude from the workers and also they would ignore me so what a terrible place definitely don't recommend

The absolute worst experience. Employees don't want to be there. You are treated like you are a nuisance being there. No condiments, no napkins and no straw with the order. When asked, she rolled her eyes and grudgingly gave me the items. Burger dry, McNuggets and fries were lukewarm. They could care less. Never again.

Everyone who works here needs to lose their job. This store needs to either shut down or hire a a new set of staff. Horrible business. It's too many bad reviews and still nothing has changed about their bad services at this restaurant . What's the point of writing a review when nothing is changing? This is an actual business that needs improvement and it's ridiculous how it's being overlooked.

Terrible place, dishonest, and they mess up orders all the time I came I gave the wrong amount of cash accidentally I asked for receipt and the employee gave me a wrong amount of cash

The. Worst. McDonald's on this side of town. Seriously. I barely go, and when I do, they're out of loads of items as if they do not estimate their inventory, or their system doesn't work. They always tend to have an attitude too, which is unfortunately expected. Don't waste your time.

Good service, the food tasted good. I ordered chicken nuggets, double quarter pounder, Oreo flurry , happy meal.

Ordered two Big Mac meals medium and ordered a large milkshake with one of them. They gave me a medium so I said I ordered large. The girl in the window said she'd fix it and I was charged for a medium so I said I'd pay for it. I think one of the managers came up and told me I would have to drive back around to do that which is ridiculous... it wasn't busy and I'd happily pay the difference. She had the girl give me back the medium sized drink which the girl did apologize for it. Very disappointed in the manager or whoever it was that made that call. It's about the principal. I specifically ordered large and said to go back to the recording and that I had no problem paying.

Friendly service...at a fast food place...close to closing time...what a Winning concept and a pleasant surprise! Just the service alone makes it 5 stars!! After a fun art walk - and unspectacular dining attempt in the area - we decided for a quick fast food dinner near my friend's place. We see the 24 hour sign (without reading the Drive-thru only fine print), see a large group and stop in. I ordered my usual Mickey D dish (they got my Mayo opt -out right ) and accidentally drop some fries. The cashier tells me immediately she'll replace them with new ones. At this point I'm in a pleasant rapture. As my friend and I are eating they lock the doors and say they're closing. They don't hurry us to get out. Heck, they even allow me to place my dessert order (2 pies and a smoothie to go) . WOW!! If only some fancier establishments had this level of service .....

We went here to have breakfast and to hang out before waiting to pick up friends at FLL airport. It's basically just a 5 minute drive to the terminals at FLL and this place has free wifi so being that I don't have a data plan, this is the place to hang out basically as if it's a cell phone waiting area but you can sit and have some food and drink. The manager here was conducting the crew and letting them know what he needed and what wasn't getting done. It was nice to hear him make demands but do it respectfully and get the most out of his staff that way.

I know it's McDonald's, but really???? Do they have to be the SLOWEST "fast food" place around???? You'd do better to go to the BBQ joint down the street, or even the food truck making Philly Cheesesteaks, than wait in this never-ending line of dismay. Don't do it!!!!

I've only gone through the 24-7 drive thru at this location. But it's a typical McDonald's. The food usually comes out fast. However, I have been here a few times and the fries weren't as hot and fresh as I'm used to with McDonald's. Also, I have been here late at night and requested one of the all day breakfast sandwiches to which I've been told they don't make the breakfast sandwiches after breakfast. But then why does it say "Breakfast All Day" on the drive thru menu?

I came to this location and went through the drive thru. I was told by KENJAY that their system was down. When I went inside to confront the employee he ignored my comments about being lied to and was extremely rude. I then seen cars coming through the drive thru as I confronted the employee. The food is shit too.

The food and service is horrible!! I got a Big Mac missing an entire patty!! Half filled cold fries and rude service. If I had not been super hungry and without options I would have NEVER given them my money. They don't even deserve the one star I had to give to post this.

I've used the McDonalds a couple of times now for breakfast. It has the standard approach (I mean that's why we go to McD's, right)? Food was good and came out quickly as advertised. With two full meals and upgraded (size-wise) drinks, it seems crazy that the total was $14 but I guess that's just the cost of living these days. The location is across a busy street (State Hwy) from several hotels, it would be nice to have a crosswalk closer by. As it is, it is probably a quarter mile either way to a controlled intersection so jaywalking is likely. Location could have been cleaner, but that's also standard for McD. Kind of a small dining room, but I just grabbed and took back to the hotel. I'll continue to go here, they have a corner on the market in terms of the shopping center not having many other breakfast options that are fast-food like. Service was outstanding, the orders were correct, the person was polite, and it was an overall good customer experience.

Friendly, attentive staff. Great McDonald's experience for breakfast today. We had a very minor issue with our order and the lady at counter corrected it swiftly. The low overall review score for this location may be from folks who are expecting a fine dining level of service or food from a fast food restaurant.

25 min waiting for my order and they miss one burger on my order. what a joke only 2 employs for a busy night shift . they just renovate the place and its looks nice but the service is a disaster

While I'm this location of McDonald's tonight most machines were claimed to be broken, yet I feel as if the server just didn't wanna make it... the lady working barely made eye contact with me while I ordered and most of my meal ended up being wrong

Rude indifferent counter staff. Insanely disorganized ordering and fulfillment. Can't go to the bathroom without permission. Don't go here unless you don't value your time and dignity

The food tasted fine like all the other McDonalds locations. What made this McDonalds different was that the service was not good. The service was slow and unfriendly. There were about ten of us in line with only one girl at the register. There were about 10 people in the kitchen area most of whom were just chatting. I would not recommend going to this location.

The service is not good at all , I went there a few times the drive through takes way too long on lady was very rude and disrespectful they have a menu that says all day breakfast but when I asked for some breakfast they said they don't serve at that time I pointed out it says all day on the menu they said yeah but we don't serve at that time Very bad service they should overhaul the whole staff there seems like they would hire anyone could be a junkie and they would give you a job there

Clement saved my life at this mcdonalds. Me and my friends just got back from a vacation and walked in from our hotel and immediately got perfect service. The big macs look just like the picture, the fries were hot, we got extra food AND my mans Clement put extra cookies in the mcflurry. I don't know why Ya'll are shitting on this McDonalds cause she deserves better.

Ok so if Brandi is reviewing fast food Huston we have a big problem! Ummm this place needs SHUT DOWN! They serve food that is way way way over its expiration! The manager doesn't care at all! She just says "well it's going to be a few minutes for a fresh one." Ummm HELLLO LADY most people would rather wait a hot minute instead of getting sick!

The WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. I work close by so it's convenient and every SINGLE time I go my order is wrong I always wait 20 minutes. And then get an attitude when I have to go inside to get my food they completely forgot about. I keep telling myself I'm never going back.

Listen. It's not about me, or my two extremely hungry friends. They just so happen to be victims in this tragedy of time wasting process that is this shitty ass McDonald's. We ordered a ton of food, yeah. But this Honda Civic in front of us must have ordered the entire fu**ing dollar menu or are considering buying a franchise because WHAT THE F**K. My friend literally had enough time to fall asleep in the car while we waited for this already super shitty food. Oh, and it gets better. These losers decided to tell us that the ice cream machine isn't working so we couldn't even get that taken care of. If I don't get compensated by some free fries or some free anythings I'm going to be so pissed....it's just disappointing all together. I'm severely disappointed. McDonald's, you've let me down. So this is my second review. I complained to mcd's corporate office and living so close here; I've had to make a couple stops here. Drastic improvement. I'd like to think it was due to my complaint and also letting know that I agree with the other Yelp reviews.

Most awful experience ever!!! Flew in from Chicago. Staying at a hotel, no car. Ordered $40 worth of food and paid $10 in fees and tip to Uber. . Ordered food through Uber Eats. I ordered the double bbq bacon burger. I ended up w a small piece of chicken on a stale sesame seed bun. Called and spoke to a very rude manager. She said the only way the could rectify their mistake is that I would have to bring the chicken sandwich back to the restaurant. I explained I ordered through Uber Eats because I had no transportation. She said, oh well, what do you want me to do? She lied and said Uber put in the wrong order. Not according to their receipt. Wouldn't even refund the difference between the much more expensive sandwich that I ordered with the one I got. They thought the customer should eat the difference. They hung up on me, then wouldn't pick up when I called back. The chicken sandwich was not even edible, as the bun was so stale and hard. This is not how you treat a customer!

Typical McD's with typical staff issues & food issues. They seem mostly lazy & as if they're doing you a favor. Order are almost always wrong so be sure to check your bag before driving off. AND, the McFlurry/Ice Cream machine is ALWAYS out of order. I truly believe they just don't set it up but for certain times OR it could be what I said above, i.e. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Luckily, there's a Wendy's right next to it which has FRESH, NEVER FROZEN meat (they're burgers are so much better); they have Frosty(s) which are ALWAYS available as the machines are ALWAYS working. Anyway, back to this McD's - get your act together! Make sure your ice cream machine works ALWAYS; and quit passing out dried out buns and old, cold burgers & FRIES. I used to go there a lot; now I find it so gross, I only go for ice cream - which is NEVER working. Ugh. Oh, and they have one "fresh meat - supposed non-frozen burger", which is the Quarterpounder, but I can tell you right now, I think that's B.S. as they seem to be just like the meat on all the other burgers, which is GROSS and LOADED WITH SALT!!!

Omg I just arrived here like 2 hours ago, after already having a bad start with the hotel , i went across the street for some Mcdonalds. 1, attitude for no reason I mean i understand its late but No. Customer service was trash upon entry. 2nd I watched in disgust as I saw a girl who did not wash her hand making my order GLOVELESS & her hands were on every ounce of the sandwhich. Now i don't know if this is a thing here but no no no. No hair nets were worn I couldn't even eat my sandwhich.

I go here all the time just because it's close and I have no choice. The service is literal garbage. They take too long to get your order, and are usually wrong. They fill your drinks poorly when you go through drive through. The ice cream machine works and they always say it's broken, my friend used to work here that's how I know. Overall poor McDonald's.

I had dinner at this McDonalds's in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 2/14/2014. This was my 2nd time there. It is located near many hotels including the Hampton Inn where I stayed. I used the drive thru and got a Big Mac for $3.79 and a hot fudge Sunday for $1.69.

This McDonalds location straight up sucks. No one looks like they want to be there and it's super SLOWWWW. Waited 25 minutes for four freaking meals and there weren't even that many people in line. Only two cash registers and I noticed more than one order messed up while people were waiting. McDonalds corporate needs to review this location. Stay away.

Rude, bathrooms are filthy, and we paid for a meal that we didn't fully receive ... Never coming back here!
