This McDonald's is consistently fast and reliable. The staff is efficient, and my order is always correct. Love the classic cheeseburger combo when I'm in a rush! Perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Highly recommend this location for dependable service!

Date Visited: 9/18/2025 This location is pretty unimpressive. I ordered a double cheeseburger and the patties weren’t lined up with the buns, the pickles were falling off the burger, and onions were everywhere. It’s pretty clear that whoever made this put no effort into the placement of the burger. The service is pretty bad, I ordered table service (where they bring the food to your table after you put your table number in the app) but the worker was too lazy to walk and just yelled out my name. The restaurant was pretty dirty, and there was trash or leftover food on a majority of the tables. The cheeseburger was pretty good for fast food though.

Nice clean mcd with seating arrangement however less parking. The staff is courteous and food bee served warm.

These ladies that work here spend more time laughing and cackling in the back instead of making food. Finally when I got my food it was made wrong. I didn't even have them fix it, it took long enough to just get the food made wrong. There was probably 7-8 people on shift and a total of 3 people actually working. This McDonalds is just a waste of time. The employees are just laughing and having a good Ole time instead of actually just making the food. They weren't even busy but 3 out of the 7-8 people were actually working. I would avoid this one, it's worth driving 15 minutes to another one so you can get the correct food you ordered. There's nothing like scraping food off your sandwich before eating after waiting 15 minutes.

The red haired lady in the drive thru is so patient, helpful, and considerate. She's helped me a few times and really goes above and beyond. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but I appreciate her greatly. I live in the area and her customer service has made it nice to go back to this mcdonalds, as it wasn't so nice previously.

Order # 1375. Ordered Breakfast for myself and coworkers. First thing the drive thru Casher was not speaking up and was rude when I told him I could barely hear him speak. Then he didnt get the order correct. I had to go inside to get the rest of the order. No straws no napkins that I asked for. The orange juice leaked inside of the bag because the cup had a small hole in it. Once I got to work my co workers daughter said that 1 of the 3 orange juices had stuff in the bottom. Come to find out it was part of a latex glove in the bottom of the drink. I will never go to another McDonald's again. Completely disgusting.

We go to the Dr in this area and haven't come here in awhile because last few times poor service and inside was not very clean. I wanted to comment to say this location has done a 360 turn around cleanest McDonald's we have been.in and very friendly staff now . Shout out to the manager over this location Victor he was very friendly and also very helpful with his staff. Great job Victor , McDonald's needs more employees like you...

The food is good and they have robotic driveway and manual. When I went it was busy so it took a few minutes to get our food. Overall, you should go!

There is something wrong with the people that work at this McDonalds. The guy n the drive through LITERALLY whispers! Like LITERALLY. When we pulled up to window and commented on it, he just stared at us like a crazy person. Said something to the manager and he just stared at us. It was like a horror movie just before something bad happens. Never going back to that one.

This whole situation was ridiculous. First off this was DoorDash but the problem was not door dashing. They gave away my order to someone who was not my dasher and I had to be transferred to 3 others before that was discovered. Finally I got credit and a new dasher and this was an hour later. It's cold and fried are hard not to mention the drinks were not even full. This whole thing took an hour and a half and it's ridiculous. The bag was still sealed on all the tags holding the bag closed so it was definitely the restaurant error.

I was at the white settlement location and I'm a frequent customer there on the way to work, but I'm also an Uber driver and I was picking up food and he was very very extremely arrogant and I'll let that go. I went back in. I thought my bag didn't have a drink. The girl was handling it. He chimed in. I do this for a living I said dude you're Aryk and you don't need to be then he went off on me and said I was fired. He was gonna give me a bad Uber review That's unacceptable. He's the one with the red hair very short perfect hair up tight there you have it.

I ordered through the app a double cheeseburger for $2.00 I pull up to second window as instructed. I was handed 2cokes of which I did not order. I had to give my code 3 times. For one super to say order was cancelled. I don't even know how to cancel the order so how could I have done that????!!!! Then another super comes around and confirms the cancellation and that I will be refunded my $2.00. I go home empty handed look up my order on the app to find out I was charged 7.82. How was that possible????? Of course I asked to come back another day and go inside to explain to the head honcho. Why should I have to come back to explain my order???!!!!! In addendum, whenever there is this one supervisor there my order always gets screwed up. If you see a skinny young lady with light colored hair in a supervisor uniform, just leave cos it's going to be trouble with your order..

I've been driving past this McDonald's for decades on my way to the museum district. Usually headed the other way after the museum for bbq,steak etc. This trip had my 12 year old with me so had to stop. Just like the other bazillion McDonald's Predictably predictable Fries right outta the frier were superb. My big Mac was good.She reported the chicken nuggets as delicious. It really is a four star McDonald's

Missing multiple items from a DoorDash order, stale breakfast burritos and no sauce packets that I asked for.

Went through the drive through, the service is usually friendly and quick and I appreciate that. I order a quarter pounder with cheese meal, paid and was told to park in drive through spot one and they bring me my food. I'd assumed poorly that I would be getting fresh cooked fries, nope, the majority of them were raw, soggy and cold. The fries are what I look forward to the most and I was very disappointed today. They weren't even that busy so I'm unsure why this happened.

Current staff really couldn't care less. I've been here more times that I care to admit (Mickey D's is a guilty pleasure), but the staff/friendliness has changed. No smiles, no eye contact, just going through the motions. Albeit, I do ask for a "special order." After a friend told me that you can get "fries made to order" for extra freshness (totally makes a difference), they have only actually made fresh fries maybe 1 out of 5 times. If you ask for chicken nuggets, they just might put random sauces in your bag instead of actually asking you what you'd like.

Very sad and disappointed I purchased a quarter pounder with cheese and the meat was so freaking thin never in my life have I experienced this... so bad I have been buying quarter pounders with cheese all my life It was paper thin and dry burnt

I have had about 5 less than satisfactory!!!!!! Visits. My order has not been right, or so sloppy I didn't want to eat it... or just plain missing. Someone really needs to work on that store. As for me... I'm not going to try it, at that store, again and it's only 5 minutes from me. Terrible attitudes and food, now thats a bad combo! Ps... I only gave it one star because I thought I had to in order to post this review.

Closed on a Friday evening with hours posted on the door that say otherwise. Will not be back to the location again. Pitiful.

Super nice environment! Went in with my special needs son with his allowance and they were more than happy to serve him and help with his money. Will definitely be back for more ice cream with his allowance.

The side salad is one slice of a carrot and a handful of lettuce - no tomatoes or nothing, either ask for pickles or onions, or possibly tomatoes on the side / the salad my itself - you are paying for the dressing. Heck I should have just got the fries.

Insanely poor customer service. Not one word was said other than thank you at the ordering menu. I had no idea if I was even getting food. My two year old tea party had better customer service than this horrible McDonald's!

Took my mom through the drive thru to get her a Mac break meal for 2.50 and myself a coffee for .99 with the app... if you do not have the app you should download it ! This is a great McDonald's and serves what McDonald's should serve and great customer service !

It's McDonalds, pretty much tastes the same everywhere. The main reason for 1 star is to warn people to check those receipts you never take or to review the digital display before pulling forward. They no longer ASK if you want a larger size, they are automatically upsizing you with large fries and drink to charge you more. It's sneaky to say the least.

This happened Sunday afternoon (6/9/19) : After finishing a kickball game, me and my family decided to eat at this McDonald's since it was the kids turn to pick where we go to eat and it was pretty close. After ordering we waited for about 20 minutes and we still haven't gotten our food and my kids were getting annoyed because they were pretty hungry. After almost 34 minutes of waiting, our number was finally called. I walked up to the counter and the employee just looked very disheveled and I thought I smelled alcohol on him. He gave me a somewhat dirty look and practically threw the tray at me and walked away. I was a bit taken aback on how he acted but at this point I didn't care because we will not think about coming back to that specific McDonald's anyways.

This store cares about volume, not quality. Even when we specifically ask for crispy fries, they come out raw and these people just don't care. They should be grateful they get two stars, but again, they don't care because what's a few dissatisfied customers when Mickey D's is the largest (definitely not the best) burger chain in the world!

Ugh... I feel like I'm giving away a closely guarded secret with this review.... but I guess you can benefit from it. Ok, as a adult with no children.... I can honestly say that this is one of the 2nd best McDonald's in all of Tarrant County. The first one is on Airport Frwy for the same reason listed here. Why? Simple. No play area. None. I'm not kidding. So what are you left with? A quiet (but sometimes busy) place to eat your Big Mac and McDonald's fries. The lobby has been remodeled (and looks beautiful) and they have a flat screen television usually on FOX NEWS (but I think you can change the channel if you like). The only problem is that this is a very small McDonald's with barely a parking lot, and forget having a quiet meal during the weekends (very close to the museum district). But otherwise it's bliss.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream, but not McDonalds. Why are the ice cream machines always out of service? All I want is a nice cone of vanilla ice cream on a nice, hot sunny day. Is that so much to ask for?

This McDonalds has never gotten my order wrong! The staff is always smiling and helpful, the food is always cooked thoroughly and well, and I've never had to wait longer than five minutes in the drive-thru line. The parking lot is pretty small, but the McDonalds itself is a little small on the inside so it's about proportionate. If you see the lot is pretty full, anticipate the eating room to look about the same. The bathrooms have always been clean and they're pretty good at busing the tables after people get up.

Super quick, order correct and just as good as it can get when you eat at McDonald's. We spent maybe 5 minutes here. They took our order super quick (we ordered 5 items), then the cashier checked us out and made change super quick, and by the time we got to the second window our food was ready.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Save your money and travel a couple more minutes to good food and a establishment that actually wants to serve!

Great, speedy and correct every time. Stop by here about once a week for breakfast when the snooze gets hit one too many times. Lady taking orders is amazingly friendly, and her positive fun attitude always leaves me with a smile.

worst food ever. there was poop on my plate. i found a nose ring in my nuggets. and i saw all 5 workers spit in my spit in my sprite. there were dogs behind the counter. dog hair all in my hot dog.

Let me start by saying I despise McDonalds. I might go there five times a year at max and only if it's in desperation. Fast food is a major factor in ruining America's health and well-being. That being said, this was one of the nicest McDonalds that I've ever been to and I thought credit should be given where it's due. The restaurant was clean and quiet and the food was freshly prepared and good by McDonalds standards. If you must go to a MickieD's, this is the one you want to visit.

I am happy to come back. I always order the same but today the staff recognized me and greeted me very happy. They got my order correct and will come back soon.

It's supposed to be fast food but three times I've come here I've had to pull forward and wait for 20 minutes for a McDouble and fries. You think they'd prepare for customers after screwing up the first two times. It's two stars bc the people aren't extremely rude or anything. But other than that, avoid this one

This is a GORGEOUS McDonalds. Ya I know what you're thinking... seriously the place is modern and clean and everyone is beyond nice! We stopped by after watching the Westchester building implosion and thought what the heck let's go inside. Not mad y'all..

I know it's McDonald's and it's the bane of America's existence. Yes it's awful and the chicken nuggets are suspect....But this is the one in my neighborhood and it's perfect for hangovers. There's nothing better for a Jameson hangover then a fish filet, fries and a coke. It's science.

Milkshake machine wasn't working and after paying at window 1 they somehow forgot what we ordered at window 2

I like to come here for breakfast. However, you never know what time they open. Its like the employees show up when they want. This morning, there is no one here; even the food delivery guy is banging on the windows to get someone to answer.

This is a great location if you can speak spanish. But for those who cant your order will be screwed up. They even gave me a burger with tarter sauce on it. Wow go to the one on camp bowie and mongomery it is five stars.

No soap in men's or ladies bathroom, no ice in machines, store is extremely dirty with food all over eating area. Trash overflowing, no napkins in dispense area. Big Mac was cold and frys were overcooked.

Not good service at all. Drinks all taste funny and they constantly ruin orders. The managers there usually offer no help, they usually just shrug their shoulders and look at you to offer a solution. Mcdonalds is mcdonalds, but at least they can make the food correct.

I am one who doesn't really like going to fast food chains. But this place is right across the street from the med school so sometimes its way more convenient when we're pressed for time. The morning staff here is really great. No problem getting in and out. The night staff has some problems. Things are seldom ready and they tend to take some time (an abnormal amount of time) before they get to you. There's no explanation. No apology. its just slow and seemingly unorganized.... Their Ice cream machine has been broken for about 2 months but I suspect that its actually turned off and they don't want to turn it back on. There are many night when I'm burning the late night study oil and I need food and when I go out to get food and drive by this place, I think to myself how great it would be if I could just pop in real quick and get something to eat because I live really close to this place. But then I think of all the past experiences I've had here and I just keep driving to a place a little far away but I know I'll have better success there than here.
