Price increase ≠ Caloric intake staying the same, im 150lb. I should be able to get one meal for myself, without attitude, without demands, and not have half of my meal forgotten. Applebees happier hour is cheaper than your 89c hamburger that you also dont carry anymore because the inflation comparison was absurd. If I get 4 mcchickens, I could get MORE in patties, bread, salty mayo, and lettuce from the grocery store. Id love to watch mcdonalds turn into the next blockbuster.

Hello to who it may concern. My name is Shakira Candelaria and I had a horrible experience with this employees . I hate to want to go somewhere and I gotta feel like a bother when as I’m aware on this field we are to help our costumer to the best of our abilities. Half of the workers look miserable to work there . You can’t ask anyone anything because it’s an issue and they do not want to take your order . When you ask for extra sauce it’s an issue and the employees are always ready to curse someone no matter who’s around. Today I witness and heard a manager go off on someone through the drive through and the way he was talking it was discussing and the fact that he didn’t care that we was there still we are costumer it’s very unprofessional to see and have to watch this happen

Last 3x I’ve ordered I’m missing something from my purchase… tonight, McChicken. If it wasn’t now $4 for a lousy McChicken, I wouldn’t care… but if the prices increase, I should at least get what I ordered. - Hudson, NH

the people in the nashua McDonald’s are very rude specially tonight I proceeded to ask for a manager and the manager was very rude . I asked a employee the manager info so that I can call corporate and they will not provide me the corporate number or the managers name ( REGARDING MCDONALDS) ( 45 E Hollis St Nashua Nh 03060)

We have gone to the East Greenbush NY McDonalds several times and given very poor service. You get ignored when you go through the drive through. There isn’t an employee stationed at the window of the drive through. The hide behind a black curtain in another room with the ordering headphones on their head. This happened once again on our visit to this McDonald’s last night. We went to McDonald’s at 7 pm last night. We sat for a couple of minutes at the drive through and no one responded. We were the only one at the drive through . We then drove up to the window to find no one there but the janitor who was washing the floor. He pulled a curtain open to tell the person in the room that we were there to order food. They looked at us and closed the curtain. He told them again and then they came out to take our order. Our order was cold and hard. It had obviously been sitting around for awhile. The burgers weren’t edible at all. We are very reluctant to go back to this McDonald’s. The service has gone down hill drastically in the past year. With the high cost of take it we at least expect to have our order taken in a timely manner, not be ignored and have edible food to eat.

I went to South Willow McDonald's in Manchester NH and ordered the five dollars meal and said I wanted the burger and they said that would be a dollar extra so the special you advertised is really not five dollars more like six dollars I am very disappointed

I am writing concerning the Hudson Mc Donald’s whose window cashier took cash from me that I put towards my bill then the balance on my card. When I got home I realized they charged the full amount plus took my ca$h. I proceeded to call the store located across the street from Walmart where the person answering the phone said they would mail the money to me now it has been 2 weeks and nothing. I assume the window cashier pocketed the amount and the person on the phone just lied so I didn’t go all the way back down in person. I and my family have since decided to no longer go to McDonalds due to their mistreatment of myself the customer. The customer service is absent and this company doesn’t care about customers or stealing being done. Peace out McD

If you like fly's with your order Milford NH has a lot of them flying around the cooking area. The staff of kids can't even get the orders correct. Ordered hamburger, fries, drink, apple pie, and didn't get the apple pie. This is like a restaurant with no management. McDonald's where did you go wrong???
