This is my first time visiting this McDonald’s location in Glendale at Central and Milford. The Drive-Thru is slow and inside the parking lot is huge. The dining inside the restaurant looks fantastic so huge, unfortunately no playground and no fountain drinks. Very quiet but easy to communicate. The staff is friendly with nice attitude. Also this site is closed to Burger King site. (Now closed.) I feel satisfied, ordering fast food like fries, burgers chicken McNuggets and sweet desserts is my favorite. Not too far from walking to Galleria Mall. I think I’ll come back again anytime between Monday and Friday.

Came here to buy the Tiny tan of BTS- the store is clean and organized. Service is fast .Staff are very accommodating and courteous. Plenty of parking spaces..

Ordered a Big Mac combo, looks ok, but there’s no sauce, on or under the meat (I checked the undercarriage). Ordered A 6pc kids meal, got 5 nuggets. Quarter pounder with cheese, received no cheese in it. Come on McDonald’s, this location closed for a several days to return to this? Smdh.

I love how this McDonald’s has 3.8 stars but always busy. The food here is consistent for a McDonald’s. Been coming for 20 years to this location. Miss the old statues they had inside, but it’s Glendale everything has to be modern. Big Macs solid 5 stars with fried 4.5 stars. The Coke here is amazing and always cold to a crisp. I find it funny when people leave a 1 star for McDonald’s. Like what you expecting? Fun fact this location used to be a stand alone 1 story McDonald’s before the high rise office was in place.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s today. I parked in the customer parking lot and explained to the parking attendants (Oscar and Carlos) that my wife was going to the office building while I was going inside to eat. Despite that, they threatened to have my car towed, even after I said I could show them my receipt. They also claimed parking is limited to 15 minutes, while the manager (Mika) inside told me 30 minutes, and the sign clearly says 1 hour. Oscar and Carlos were extremely rude. My family and I used to have breakfast and lunch here regularly, but after this experience I will never come back. Very disappointed with the service and the way the parking is managed.

One of the worst bacon, egg and cheese, mcgriddle sandwiches I have ever received. This is from store 4128. Apparently the managers on duty this morning were Hector and Brenda, according to it someone I spoke to over the phone. To be fair, i wasnt able to adress this problem in person with either of the managers as it was a takeout order. However, the fact that this item was packed and given to me or anybody else for that matter is ridiculous. Talk about the lack of quality control. Now I know some people will read this review and say, "what did you expect from mcdonald's" although I understand the sentiment, today's service and quality of food, was even below the low bar standard that McDonald's has earned itself. Way to go 500 N Central. You guys have managed to lower the bar even more today.👏

Beware the parking lot. Also, this restaurant will randomly tell you that they are only taking cash, in the middle of the day. Seems to happen often. The way the drive through I setup, there isn’t an easy way to leave the drive through if you get trapped. Also, they will wait until you placed your order to hit you with the cash only….

We came in late at night, around 11:30, so it was a skeleton crew. You have to order at the kiosk. We only ordered sodas and 1 medium fry and that took about 15 minutes, even though there was only 1 other person there. (Probably more in the drive-thru.) It is the biggest McDonalds I've ever seen and had cool decor.

I've never reviewed McDonald's before, but this one in Glendale is connected to my Kaiser medical office and it is immensely huge! The parking structure kind of sucks but I noticed a bunch of business workers and students actually working and there's the most amount of community tables in separate tables for you to be able to sit and work here! Mainly why I'm reviewing is because it's a huge, the biggest McDonald's I've ever seen!

I normally don't post things like this, but I feel it's important to share my experience regarding customer service at this McDonald's. Unfortunately, I've had repeated negative experiences with the management team at this location, particularly with Claudia and Aileen. On multiple occasions, they have handled customer concerns in a very unprofessional manner -- showing frustration, raising their voices, and even responding rudely when orders were incorrect or incomplete. Instead of resolving situations calmly, they often escalate them, and go off on you in Spanish curse you out, which creates a very uncomfortable environment for customers. As managers, I believe patience, professionalism, and communication are key, but unfortunately, these qualities seem to be lacking here. This has not been a one-time occurrence, but a repeated pattern of behavior that many customers have experienced. McDonald's is known for its service and consistency, so I truly hope upper management takes this feedback seriously and provides the necessary training and support to improve the customer experience at this location.

Ordered from the kiosk. Waited more than FIFTEEN (15), no joke, actual excruciating real minutes only to receive the most watered down Dr Pepper in all of existence. Basically a La Croix version of a Dr Pepper. This location is quiet and relatively clean, so half the star is for that. The drive thru line is always long. They have free parking for customers behind the building (also where the drive thru line is), which is the other half star. I can't imagine how long your lunch break would have to be to both wait for and eat your food here, if it takes them 15 minutes to pour a fountain drink at 3pm on a Tuesday. They must be understaffed.

Terrible experience at this McDonald's. The parking attendants (Oscar and Carlos) were extremely rude and even threatened to tow my car, despite me explaining that I was going inside to eat and could show them my receipt. They argued over the parking time limit -- 15 minutes, 30 minutes, while the sign clearly says 1 hour. The manager(Mika) wasn't helpful either. My family and I used to come here often for breakfast and lunch, but after this, I will never return. Completely disappointed.

Here's an updated review for this McDonald's location in Glendale. They do have a row of kiosks that you can utilize to order your food. I believe there are six here. This can definitely expedite the process because it can get pretty busy. I've been here before in the past when there wasn't and there was a bottleneck for sure. Years ago prior to renovating they used to have creepy mannequins that used to be on display here in the restaurant but hopefully they're somewhere In a new home. They were pretty cool but creepy. For this location, they do not have the fountain machines out in the open. So I'm not sure whether or not you're able to get refills with the team. I got my drink to go so didn't have the opportunity to try it out. Another thing that I noticed is that this restaurant is huge. There's a lot of places to sit and enjoy your food. This is a convenient place to go especially if you're working nearby. There aren't that many food options otherwise.

Mirror mirror on the wall, whose the fanciest of all? Bring them fancy pants right here. This by far is the fanciest McDs I've ever seen. Lots of fancy seating. It also has the craziest drive thru that circles thru the parking garage. Not the easiest drive thru to navigate. There are a few kiosks to order from. In my opinion are hard to navigate. There are also a couple of cashiers. The menu is digital which I don't like because the screen keeps changing. There is no playground here. The icrecream machine was down. Happy meal toys and cups were sold out. 3.5. It's McDs.

This McDonalds location was clean. No trash on the floor, seats were clean. I placed an online order by the time I got there my order was ready. Unlike other McDonald's locations, my order was placed on the counter. In the other locations, I usually need to ask 3 people or more, if my order is ready. This was not a case for this location which is the reason they got another star from me. Overall, great and fast process. My drink tasted really good, not too sweet which was great.

I use the mobile app with specific details, so you think they wouldn't mess it up. Being diabetic, I clearly put no sugar in my iced coffee. Guess what? Sugar in my iced coffee, so I threw the whole thing away.

I rarely do a review like this but this place is not worth my money. I come into the drive-thru once in a while because of work and get breakfast and that has been pretty good. Today I walked into this place and there was no air at all you could smell the bathroom. The service was a ZERO...because there is no service at all. It is awful when you have a place that people come to soooo much and you no longer value the people. I had not been inside this place in a decade and I will not go back. I invited a friend because I thought it would be a convenient spot to meet up. I had to apologize for inviting her there...the temp inside was like Florida in the month of August. The food was actually ok..not bad at all. A billion dollar company ...this store was full of people and I think they can do way better. I don't like that I have to use a kiosk. Ridiculous!

I ordered happy meal with the Minecraft toy but they gave me a happy meal with a kid toy I clearly press the Minecraft and they didn't gave me a refund the employee is really rude too I don't recommend this store

I love this McDonald's in Glendale, they are better quality than the other ones around. Also, the workers are very nice here. A shout out to Spencer who is super super nice and patient!

I came in here around 9 pm ish on a Saturday night. The drive-thru is as busy as it gets. Good thing there is such a thing as McDonald's app. We ordered our nuggets and fries on the app. Then we decided to just pick up on the counter as opposed to waiting in the drive-thru line. Inside was a spacious and modern McDonald's. There are plenty of seating choices. There are also restroom facilities available, but you'd need to notify the staff first so that they can buzz open the doors. This location encourages patron to order via the self serve kiosk and then wait to pick up the food at the counter. Overall we had a pretty good experience, consistent of any other McDonalds. I was impressed with how luxuriously spacious this specific location is. There are also plenty of parking spaces in the structure and they do have a 1 hour limit to dine. I guess that's just because of how busy the area can get during the day?

I was shocked when I saw how low the reviews are here.... I have yet to see a problem with any of our orders, and seeing that cleanliness is an issue here?! By far the cleanest McDonald's IVE ever been to! The employees here always so polite they repeat back my order! I have not come across one rude customer. However I always come early in the morning? Not sure if that has anything to do with it. The food is always great, McDonald's breakfast is my favorite and the food is always hot!!

Came here for drive thru last month, very long line but was moving steady. Team inside seemed to have things under control. Young man who was taking orders at window was very friendly, professional and clear. I didn't catch his name but hope leadership promotes him because he has great customer service!! Only negative is drive thru line is very challenging, it's through a parking garage and sometimes cars parked are blocked and can't get out because of the line of cars, curve is tricky to navigate around and parking spots are very narrow.

Look, I didn't invent "free fries Friday" okay? This was all your idea. So we went to McDonald's to get a drink, and it was "free fries Friday" where you get a free medium fry with a purchase of $1 or more, but it's ONLY THROUGH THE APP. Not a problem, I have the app. So I get the reward code and I give it to the guy on the intercom. He says, "for the fries? And I respond with, "yes." I get up to the window, pay, and get my receipt and I notice there's a free medium fry with a $1 upcharge for a large fry (again, the promotion was for a free medium fry). I think, "not a problem, I'll pay $1 for a large fry and won't confuse anyone." Pull forward to the next window, they give me my drinks and a medium fry. Not a large, medium. Now, it is at this point that I need us all to stop and remember. That was the promotion, a FREE MEDIUM FRY. That is what my rewards code was for. At NO POINT did I ask for a large fry, they ADDED THAT without me asking and I DECIDED NOT TO MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT. But, they added a $1 upcharge to my promotion (again, unasked for) so I very calmly asked if I could get a large fry, since they charged me for one. The attendants response was, "you wanted a large fry?" Me, "well, the promotion was for a free medium fry, but then they added a $1 upcharge for a large fry." Them, "Yeah, the code didn't work." Me, "Okay, but it shows on my reciept a free medium fry with a $1 upcharge for a large." Them, "Yeah, because you asked for a large." Me (holding a medium, and not having asked for a large fry at any point), "But you gave me a medium..." Them, "Do you want me to change it?" Me, "Yes please." They then take my medium fry and start yelling at a person I can only assume to be their manager. They then bring me a large fry, and the manager comes to the window and starts yelling at me as well. I drove off. Also, the drive thru layout is super confusing.

Today was extremely slow. Workers seemed like they did not know what they were doing but whatever. I come home and opened my 6 piece chicken nuggets to find COOKIES??? Absolutely insane. You don't even put cookies in boxes here. I just absolutely do not understand how you mess this up and put 3 cookies in a clearly stated 6 piece chicken nugget box.

This McDonald's is 24hrs. My kids love Mickey D's otherwise I would not step foot in here. Consistency on quality product is NOT a priority at this location. The low and high reviews regarding this particular McDonald's are correct: a hit but mostly MISS. This is the worst McDonald's around! Fish filet, "no fish"; Big Mac, "no cheese with random bacon strip"; undercooked or overcooked fries, you get the picture, lol. Employees are super nice here, so I don't know what is going on. The best McDonald's is on Foothill in La Canada, but they aren't 24hrs.

Slow. Drive through lines are long and hardly move. Staff at the window are nice though. Fries served hot and fresh.

Never a shake is available as the machine is ALWAYS down. Smoothies are hit and miss as well. The last time I went there was the last time. Although the staff seems nice and overwhelmed, I used the drive through. Got home and found that my smoothie had ants on the cup.... which led me to believe that if it was on the outside, it would also be on the inside? Contacted corporate via email and got the "thanks for your input" response. Not going back for their cleanliness has to be desired and that is good enough for me to move on. Something is going on with this place. There is some kinda scam going on.... 3 weeks in a row now that they forgot something in my order...I think they're shorting people stuff and then keeping the money cause it's to fucked up to be a mistake every time we got to this very McDonald's. I even mentioned it to the person I ordered from and then again for the 4th time they shorted me something but this time I caught them cause I double checked my order before i left the window. There is some kinda scam going on at this McDonalds so everybody beware cause it's just to messed up to not be a set up to steal money

My 8 year old child just got a bad case of food poisoning from this location . Avoid at all costs. They are literally serving bad batches and expired chicken nuggets to customers. Hopefully she will feel better with some medicine now. Terrible food and low quality.

Literally not the type of person to leave bad reviews but this McDonald's is so bad. Everytime I've ordered here they fxck something up. I left the drive thru no more than an hour ago. I asked for my breakfast to be made fresh and I get home to some cold/stale ass food. I swear it's like they do that shxt on purpose because they're mad YOU want your food fresh. It was Saturday , March 15th at 6:30ish am, so whoever was working, thanks for messing up my breakfast for being a lazy ass

Disgusting Mcdonald's and service, They always get your order wrong and put like one sauce as if the money is coming out of their pockets. They don't even apologize for their mistakes or give you a refund for wasting your time, you just have to come all the way back to the drive thru and wait in the line again for something THEY MESSED UP, they don't even pick up their phone. And after all that they just say i'll make you the missing items, instead of saying i'm sorry for our mistake we'll refund your order and correct it. Horrible customer service and manager as well. Also I get home after all this and the crispy chicken is completely raw how disgusting, I'm never eating at this McDonald's location ever again.

I am not going to go to McDonald's anymore for a sandwich. There are a few items that are still ok but this will be my last Filet-o-fish. You can't even call this a sandwich anymore. It's more the size of a slider and the fish patty and slice of cheese is about 2" x 2". With no more than a 1/2 t of tartar sauce. The bun was dry and almost mealy in texture. For $5.49 it certainly isn't worth it. The staff was very sweet and did their job well but the food is not even making it to be classified as "subpar". Not sure if this is a specific store issue or system wide. My coffee for 99 cents was good.

I spent over 20 minutes in his drive-through. Parking lot is full people cut a line. Worse McDonald's I even been in.

Every Friday morning I show up at 3:55AM-4AM for a coffee and oatmeal. This is around the time of transition from dinner menu to breakfast menu. The male employee who is behind the microphone ALWAYS turns me down and says "sorry we're closed for the next 15 to 20min". However when he is not there (not on fridays) a lady always helps me no problem and says "i can serve you oatmeal and coffee anytime of the day", I never have issues ordering my meal at that time of the morning with her. For the male behind the microphone at that time of the morning needs to get FIRED for turning down customers and loosing money for the company. I'm not asking for much but for oatmeal and a coffee??? So much for being "OPEN 24HOURS" when he is there...

Come here most mornings to get my 'senior' tea. One of the main workers at the drive through (Mike), is always so pleasant to interact with. One of the highlights of my day.

I'm being dead serious and I mean this with as much disrespect as a human can offend another human with. The failed abortions that's work in this sweat shop are either incompetent of any human skill from listening, motor functions, and maybe even visual which in other words leaves them brain dead corpses trying to fulfill a request that could be done by anyone. Orrrrr they simply don't understand and speak the language and I've gave this spot a couple chances(4 if u wanna know u bums) but they are legit in need of a handicap diagnosis mentally. They've added extra parties to a double double they've forgot lettuce and mayo and gave a non spicy chicken when I've requested a spicy chicken with extra everything. Don't get me started you will never receive a sauce you will never get the right drink you might even get over charged. I'm simply not a cry baby but today did it and I don't care to go back for the correct order I have a short time for my lunches and this spot is close so they are really in need of a mental health professional to come and diagnose the whole store for autism or they have no excuse to be so retarded and incompetent of such easy things

Passing through Glendale and craving a vanilla cone. Passing the McDonalds on the ground floor of an office building with free parking in the back. Now that is a treat in this neighborhood. No problem getting a spot at 2 PM. In fact, the restaurant itself was pretty empty. I could have ordered at the kiosk but there was no line at the counter. They had my cone for me in under 3 minutes. $1.60 for a vanilla cone is a pretty good deal. The restaurant itself was very clean. The service was friendly and quick. And the decor was upscale for a McDonalds.

This was a very convenient location when I used to work in the area, now it's one of the few options in the area as some other food locations have closed. Sadly, the service here has always been a toss up. The drive thru line is routed from the parking garage and typically is backed up quite a bit, especially during peak hours. Really is a hit or miss here, though more often a miss for me. This past visit was 1 star as the line moved very slowly in the drive-thru and once I got my order, it was disappointing. My large fries were filled more like a small order and I was already on the freeway by the time I reached in the bag. Can't say this was the first time it happened here, though one of the most egregious as far as underfilled. I get wanting to save on food costs, but just a joke when it's not even half filled. I only return to this location when I'm in a rush and passing by, otherwise I would opt for another location. Though I can't say any McDonald's provides consistently good service. You get what you pay for and even with lower expectations, seems as if this location has an issue meeting that.

I walked into this McDonald's and on 4/25 I was being harassed by a male manager was telling me that you can only have one refill of any drinks you order and he had the nerve to say to me " we talked about this before ' then I come back on 4/28 and spoke to a manager on duty which was Brenda she proceeded to make accusations to me by saying that I complained about her staff and managers and told me "we're not giving you free stuff anymore " so this is to you Brenda I will not support or come to your restaurant ever again you just lost a customer

Came by Friday night and did the drive thru. Ordered a Filet-o-Fish combo large combo and an additional filet-o-Fish. Well the 2 Filet-o-Fish were very overcooked and dry. I wonder if it was an old fish patty that they just re-fried for me. The buns were hard and crunch too. The large fries were not even room temperature. Cold. Disgusting

In the context of a McDonald's, the biggest and most important fast food company in the history of the world, this is one of the best. The service here is exceptional, even considering they are in the midst of the transfer to the kiosk and app ordering system. (Get the app, it's worth it!) The dining area feels like unhurried and calm. It's also big! You could host a mini-convention in here with break out sessions.

Surprised how few McD there are in the Glendale area. Located on the bottom floor of a business building. Free parking, they have a limited amount of spaces right in front if you are a lucky. Ordered on the app and the food was ready pretty quick. Large restaurant but pretty empty inside. 10 Piece Nuggets - $4.79 Large Fries - $3.79

I would never recommend this McDonald's in 1 million years! They don't have anyone working at the register it's 2pm? McDonald's is cutting corners and raising their prices. Ridiculous.

I normally don't do reviews for large corporate entities because I'm fairly convinced that nothing ever comes out of it, but I'm making an exception because this place is horrendous. First of all, on a good day, they are twice as slow as a typical McDonalds. On average, they're 3 times as slow, and....well, for VERY basic orders, the total amount of time I've spent waiting on my last 2 orders is over 50 minutes combined. But today was something special. I get there and place the order at 6:41pm - large fries and a frozen coke. After about 20 minutes, someone comes and brings me....the fries. "So, how about that frozen coke?" "Uh....I'll be back." Three minutes later....."Our machine is broken, do you wanna come in for a refund." Hell no I didn't. I tried to deal with it on the app, but apparently McDonalds app just gives you the middle finger if you have any issues and they tell you to go to the store. *sigh* I walk in and say, okay, I'll take that refund. "You want me to get the manager?" "Whatever get me my refund the quickest." So he goes off out of view for a couple minutes, then comes back. "You want a frozen coke?" Oh ffs, the entire reason I left the house was because my fiancé had a terrible headache and that's one of the very few ways it gets fixed. "Can you MAKE a frozen coke?" "I dunno". He walks off again, gets cup, fills it, takes it over to drive thru for about 30 seconds for some unknown reason, then comes back and puts it on the counter. Seemed fine. The one thing he did that was right was he put the lid on the cup THEN he filled it up - why do a lot of employees not do that? Doing the bare minimum isn't digging out a 1 star on this one. The next closest McDonalds is about 3 times as far away, and I can't imagine they aren't about to be my new go to. Total time will still be WAY less. I mean, how the hell does it take 20 minutes to get to me the first time when I ordered fries and a frozen coke? There is absolutely no organization there at all. It's a really neat, modern looking McDonalds front of house, but back of house is just a complete shit show, consistently. However far you have to drive to go to ANY other McDonalds, it's worth it.

Avoid at all costs. Fries were completely cold and hard. Pie was cold not even warm. Nuggets were rock hard. I don't EVER write reviews and I downloaded yelp just to warn people of this place. It's for your own good. Makes me never want to eat McDonald's ever again.

Best looking McDonald's that I have ever been to. The food is your standard McDonalds, the decor is above average, and the drive through is an absolute disaster! It starts off in the parking garage and wraps around within the parking garage while people are trying to get in and out. You drive into the building and then you have to drive to the back of the line while maneuvering around other cars going the opposite direction in a very tight garage. Meanwhile the line for the drive through is also making pulling in and out of parking spaces difficult. No.

The McDonald's app is a waste of time. It has made the order process a disaster and the service has gone from 3 stars to 1 stars.

I never thought I'd review a McDonald's, but today was a special occassion. I learned on the local news that the Mcrib was on it's farewell tour. I had to get it, but I called all the McDonald's around me if they had the Mcrib, and they said 'no.' This location told me they had it, and it was wonderful as my last Mcrib sandwich of all time.

I'm a regular customer at this location. On 8/31, me and my two family members went through the drive thru. Ordered sauces with our meals. When we pulled up to pay, we asked for additional sauces that we forgot to ask for. The young hispanic girl told us there were no more sauces, that we had got the last ones. We could physically see the sauces behind her and knew she was lying. We told her we can see the sauces and she said "those are for the front". The front of the restaurant was closed, and only the drive thru open. She lied to us about the sauces and we asked if we could just have them and even offered to pay extra. She refused even though we caught her in a lie. We felt discriminated against when another lady came up and started yelling in Spanish since my boyfriend is Mexican. This girl was laughing with her manager and when we asked to speak to the manager he apologized and offered us free meals for the next time we come in. The employees obviously did not care as they continued to laugh. After waiting in line for 20 mins and paying, they told us the mcflurry machine was not working. We never got a refund but we did finally get our sauces. There was a long line and multiple customers were complaining outside of there cars about this young lady with an attitude.

The location is so nice but the people are so rude. They continuously ignored me at the counter. I needed a remake on cookies because they were so hard.... I asked them to make them fresh and to also ensure that they gave me the correct amount that I paid for (because they didn't, the first time I received them) I stood there for almost ten minutes while people ignored me and I watched them, not make my cookies. I ended up having to get a random pie because I was pressed for time and couldn't wait another 5 minutes on cookies. Just irritating. Too pretty of a location for the service. Overall the place was clean and pleasant outside of the service. I mean... it is McDonald's so I don't think you should expect anything special... but common sense isn't common.

This location full of stupid employees. How do you serve cold ass fries and don't even out chicken nuggets in the DoorDash order. Learn to answer a phone and you guys get paid $20 and can't even cook fries to nuggets

I come here for my free sausage McMuffin with egg as my usual order and I love breakfast in McDonald's, Today I want to give 4 stars. The McMuffin is perfect taste compare with the one in Arcadia yesterday. The muffin is soft and with right egg. The merger add some Mexican style salsa, make it more delicious (I never try) .
