THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE!!! Went and got a steak and cheese bagel combo that came up to $10.66. I got my food and went to my hair appointment, i took 2 bites of this sandwich and noticed that i kept chewing on “something”. When i removed it it looked like i was chewing on paper. I open my sandwich and BOOM! They cooked the parchment paper that’s comes in between the meat and left it on and made my sandwich with it still cooked on the steak. NOPE that’s not an onion it’s a full sheet of parchment paper. I have attempted to call this location numerous times and NO ONE answers the phone, i call corporate to make the complaint and was told it could take 4 days to get a response! MCDONALDS IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Order the Grimace world shake for our daughters and all they could say was why was the whip cream not pink like the advertisement. But Otherwise the place is usually good.

This McDonald’s location left me pretty disappointed. I ordered a chicken biscuit, but the chicken was rubbery and undercooked—it wasn’t edible, and I ended up throwing it away. Definitely avoid ordering chicken from here. On the bright side, my sausage McGriddle was decent, so not everything was bad. The two ladies working the drive-thru window were very kind and provided great service, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food quality just didn’t meet expectations.

It's really disheartening when people are in the customer service industry and they give horrible customer service. when you ask for your food to be prepared a certain way and they just prepare it however they want to prepare it. it doesn't matter if you want certain things on your food or not. If I don't eat mayonnaise and it's on the screen they just put mayonnaise on it anyway. And this is not so much about the mayonnaise. it's about the customer service and the attitude in which I am being served. I am not being serviced at all it's just handing you food.

The person taking orders in the drive-thru, customer service is less than pleasant but once u get past that, the service is great. The fries are always hot 🔥 and the location.....It's ok.

Trifling. They had me wait for my food since I ordered it cook to order. The girl comes out bringing all of our food that had to park to wait. They heated up the food and said it was fresh. The food was far from fresh. I tried to call them twice because I was already late and couldn't turn around and go inside but of course they didn't answer. The receipt is missing numbers on it so I couldn't give a review to the company. No wonder it's in the hood. Straight trifling

Food was surprisingly fresh. But I've never in my life had a shift manager of a McDonald's argue with me about what sauce I wanted or what I ordered. The lady could really do some good in remembering the golden rule of retail; The customer is always right.

"This is honestly the last place you’d want to eat at. Terrible experience every single time. My phone was stolen here and nobody cared to even check the cameras. I went there four times because I’m new in town, but I’ve never met staff this rude in my life. The worst is one worker, mid-40s, always wearing a bright cap and a chain around his neck, unbelievably disrespectful and careless. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location

Now, I try my best to write positive reviews for people who deserve the praise but my experience here was nothing but negative. First, I actually got through the drive through fairly quickly even though it was packed and went to the window to pay. This is where it all goes wrong. The guy at the register told me my receipt didn't print. I had no issue assuming they would track my order with the screen near the drive through. As I pulled up to the second window to get my food. They tell me to park. Okay, no problem. It's super busy so I wait. 10 minutes go by. No issue I expected it. Twenty minutes go by and I'm getting a bit annoyed. Thirty minutes in. The line is gone and I'm assuming they forgot my order. I go inside and ask and they weren't even aware of my order. Go figure. The guy that I explained the situation to said "I'd be damned if I waited 30 minutes for food" as if it was my fault for being patient? The next person that approached me was a much nicer younger lady and she simply asked for what I got and put a rush on it. 2 minutes later and she gave it to me. She seemed to be the only one working there that had an ounce of sympathy. Even after all of that my order was missing one item. I didn't bother telling them I just wanted to go home. Overall my experience was poor and everyone working there (that assisted me) seemed to have zero customer service experience. Except for the younger nice woman. Don't recommend coming here unless you're ok with mediocre customer service and zero sympathy if your order is wrong.

My app order didn't get to the restaurant due to a glitch. It took an absorbently long time to get an order of fries. I wouldn't come here in a rush again.

I go to this Mcdonald's frequently as it's near my house. They're pretty fast. Sometimes the staff aren't that friendly but it's fast food. There are a few times when it's backed up and the wait is super long. One time it was so busy, that the cars leaving couldn't even leave. It is kinda in the hood, so you may have people asking you for money

They will have you waiting and waiting for the simplest order. Then they will tell you to go park and wait for a ride person to bring you your food. Its mcdonalds, since when are we waiting 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger

I stopped by here around 3:20pm to grab some lunch after getting my son a haircut. I ordered via the app. There was a coupon for free large fries with $2 purchase. I got that plus a McChicken and large diet Dr Pepper, no ice. The wait wasn't too bad. My fries were hot and the sandwich was fine. I dipped my fries and sandwich in bbq sauce. No complaints. It's McDonald's, lol.

Absolutely one of the WORST I've ever been to! Waited over 10 minutes for a fish filet and fries. They have cars stacked in every pickup spot waiting on orders. Absolutely ridiculous If I could give it a negative star I would!

They have a nice steak biscuit and comparison to other State biscuits! I hadn't ordered one and a while and today I did and what I received was half the size of what they used to be and it was delivered onion it was chopped! Not good for McDonald's cuz they actually really did have one of the well I'd have called it closer to a Steak biscuit than any other that wasn't country fried. They cut it in half slivered onions no more just sliced onion big disappointment want be ordering it again!

I know it may be a convenient location when you're out and about but don't go here. Went through drive thru with a family member without issue until the last issue. The young guy literally dropped my fathers bag of food on the ground saying "I handed it to you" closed the window and walked off. Never been so disrespected and gotten nonchalant responses

Food was overcooked waited over a hour for cold overcooked food called the store a few times no answer and the voicemail is full will never order from this store vis drive through, pick up etc horrible food

I've been to this McD's a few times, and this single experience was just shit (and unnecessary). In the drive through, I said I wanted a large meal with fries, and the guy taking the order said okay. Right after I headed to the first window, I realized the screen said medium drink, with a large order. By that alone, I was already confused. Before I paid, I requested that they correct the order to make the drink a large, and he said he could do that. When I got to the second window, I was handed a medium cup, and I again, requested (very nicely) for a large instead, since I had just requested it at the first window. This dude had the worst attitude, cutting me off, stating "my screen says medium, I gave you a medium," and even when I tried to explain that I had it changed and that I had the receipt, he continued to butt in and say, "it says medium, it says right here, medium" so I just gave up and drove off. I then looked at my receipt after getting home because they did not give me fries. Whoever took my order had REMOVED my fries from my order instead of changing the size of my DRINK. How do those even sound similar?? I am very irritated with the poor customer service I received and will likely not be back. These workers are very unprofessional.

DO NOT GO... they dont care!! This isnt first time I have had problems. After 2 years- I thought- ill give them another try. Order food, pay cash and get receipt at 6:33AM. I ordered a sausage gravy meal and a strawberry pie. I pull up to the window to get my food and they ask me to pull to area #1 and they will bring food out. (I thought- on no- this AGAIN) at 6:50am - still no food. Try to call, phone busy! Doors are locked due to no inside seating. At 6:52AM- I pulled off without food and money. I had to get to work. At 7:15am, I try to call them again- phone still busy!!

This happen soo many time at this McDonald's, it seem like the worker just don't care about the customer, while you order they joke and laugh you can hear them every time I order here either they mess up my order or get to the window and tell me umm you only get one order and tell you to go around if you want to order again who have time to go around twice when is not your fault but theirs Nop not happening again.

Don't come to this location they should fire everybody and hire a completely new staff at this point this is the slowest and most unprofessional McDonald's ever. I was doing Uber eats and the McDonald's has a sign up that says delivery drivers us this door and ring the bell... so I go to the door and the bell is missing so I knocked. A lady came to the door and said you gotta get in the line after 10 (the line is long as shit) and I said I'm a Uber eats driver and she's said again you gotta use the line after 10! So I'm like what's the point of the delivery driver signs!!!!

I was ubering and I arrived at the store. Upon arrival I received no help for 5 minutes. When I finally got help he asked me to hang on, then brought me the wrong order. The meal was a 6 piece nugget combo and a burger.

took so long , food was cold . we waited like 45 minutes for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 SMALL fries .

This McDonald's gets a zero rating from me. I lived in North Carolina for about 6 years, and the small handful of times that I have eaten at this McDonald's, which has been probably a total of four times, there's always been an issue. Not only is it loaded with bums who are asking for money, but the place is always dirty, and today's special of the day was no soda. You heard right. I don't know how this McDonald's can afford to stay open with such poor performance when there's a cookout right next door to it. Shut this place down.

You get your drink and your whatever meal. They have the touchscreen inside the store, the kind that's been designed to eventually replace working people behind the counter with robots, so not good. There were reports somewhere that in the UK, such screens carry a lot of nasty bacteria. Ugh. Well, I hope not here! So what's so great about this McD's? Ok, their internet connection is always fast and reliable, so it's a great stopover to check email, etc. Next, it's always been pretty clean whenever I go. Third, it's always got neighborhood and working people going through it, and I like that it serves that role. Finally, when you need to meet someone and you say the McDonalds on Summit, they know what you're talking about. So to summarize: Reliable internet (star), clean (star), neighborhoody (star), everyone knows the location (star) = 4 stars.

Worst mcdonalds in Greensboro...went in for 2 sausage biscuits for 1.50...that is what the sign said and the girl said it was only during breakfast hours...which she was wrong..you can get breakfast anytime at mcdonalds...plus the sign never said it....so after the manager came over to change the price..I layed 2 dollars down and the childless girl said I threw it at her... bojangles is just around the corner...with better food and better service...I cant speak for anyone else but I urge anyone to boycott this mcdonalds....all that work there is childless kids!!!

Man had I known the gps was taking me to this McDonald's I would've driven the extra miles to go elsewhere. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I stood at the register with my ticket order from the kiosk while the workers just acted like they had nothing to do until an employee told her coworker "you gonna take this order?" I was not greeted nor welcomed and wasn't even told my total or change amount. Maybe I'm expecting too much. I also asked the same staff for a knife and she ignored me. Will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. They make you pull up to wait for condiments (I.e. grape jelly and ketchup) when you do not ask for them with your order. Such an inconvenience for something so small.

I don't know if it's a North Carolina thing, because I am from out of town. But I'm getting sick and tired of going to these restaurants where they don't even say hello to you at the counter. And being at this McDonald's, I have noticed more of the same. They don't greet you, and when I went out to ask for more ketchup, they still didn't say one word to me. Also, the bathrooms are dirty, and there are no paper towels in the men's bathroom. Avoid this place...And a message to all of you, if you don't want to get replaced by a robot in 10 years, learn to say hello to your customers, and show basic respect towards your customers.

This McDonald's customer service stinks! The staff have a piss poor attitude does not listen and can't get an order correct, complicated, frustrating, and Slow. No thanks no more. 0ne star for opening.

McDonald's on Summit Ave is really trash because of their service. I always have to wait in line for at least 10 mins for as if I go to CookOut across the street im in & out. But McDonald's has quality food. I really enjoy their chicken nuggets and french fries. I just have a problem with waiting so long. Even if i go inside then i still have to wait & sometimes I even wait even longer.

I enjoy coming to this McDonalds, their service is always quick and the food comes out exceptionally good for a McDonalds. I try sticking to healthier options when it comes to fast food, so I ordered a bacon ranch grilled chicken salad (it's one of the few low carb options), even though it's not listed on the menu at the drive-thru, they didn't have any issues making it for me. It's service like this that I appreciate and keeps me coming back.

A double cheeseburger, large French fry, Coca Cola. I love the new delivery service u guys got. I wish the order screen was a little simpler though. Why do I hav to download this yelp thing

never again...nasty..rude..picking in nose wiping hands on clothes...yes i seen it with my own eyes ..then when i explain what i just witness thats when the rude part came...i just decided to go to cook out...&it was very good were glad i seen what i seen!!

I was extremely disappointed with this visit to McDonald's. I had taken my five niece and nephews with me to grab drinks and ice cream after a fun day together. When I first walked in, I was wanting to just pay at the front but I guess you have to use the touchscreen ordering system. I feel like that's asinine but that's beside the point. We waited almost 15 minutes for drinks and ice cream. In that waiting time, I had gone to the front and asked if I could have our cups so that I could fill them because I saw that it was a self-serve soda machine. I stood there for three minutes and no one even addressed me. Even as people walking around going about their business. I work in customer service--the most you could do is acknowledge me. Eventually somebody brought our empty cups out to us and she had to go back twice and give me exactly what I ordered because she brought me the wrong size cups. As we were sitting waiting for the 15 minutes there were two girls sitting off in another booth with McDonald's shirts on cursing up a storm about what they did last week and smoking weed and a bunch other things that my kids didn't need to hear. I literally said at one point, "I don't know why were waiting this long because there's a bunch of people sitting around doing nothing." But they apparently didn't hear me and continued on with their charades of whatever they have been doing or whoever they had been doing. I would've gotten up and left and gone somewhere else if I hadn't already paid. I will never visit this location again.

I enjoyed the filet o-fish meal with a strawberry shake. Each customer was greeted by the staff as they came in. The dinning room is open, spacious as well as clean along with cable television. The playground is accessible for the children while dinning with the family. I reccomend this restaurant because it's family oriented, friendly and has affordable pricing.

Could use another update on their service and manners.....I will not be going their in a long time keep my money in my pocket..

I went to this location for the first time today. I was handed a sweet tea with barely any ice and condensation all over it. It had definitely been sitting around for 30 mins +. I also got a mcchicken biscuit that was very old. But the girl on the speaker was the friendliest employee I've ever encountered at a McDonald's, hence the 3 stars.

Located in one of the older buildings, the food is consistently what you would expect. It is freshly made, hot and good. The restaurant always seems very clean

mcdonalds on summit is a good place to eat but you dont want to hear yelling alt the time by the mangerment putting the workers down. the owner needs to check into his staff. the workers are walking out. the mangers are to unprofessional. and to young for the job they dont know how to talk to the staff. there is always something going on
