McDonald's

I drink decaffeinated coffee for health reasons. I still enjoy the smell, taste and richness of a bold cup of Joe. However, the decaffeinated Senior ☕️ was not flavorful. Nor did it smell of a beautifully brewed cup. Watery is not why people drink decaffeinated. Great service.

I didnt like the vibe from customers doing their own orders. A couple of older people were frustrated because no one was paying attention to the counter (I don't blame them!) It's like the good customer service was thrown out when all the online and kiosk orders came about. They need to at least have someone paying attention to the customers at the counter! The food was excellent and everything was correct so I 👍 them on that!

I was in a rush, ordered 2 sausage biscuits and coffee, it took over 20 minutes to get my order and by the time I got my food the biscuits were pretty much cold and stale. It seems like they're prioritizing the door dash orders than the in-person customers. Probably not coming back here again.

Yes, the food is just like every other McDonald's out there. The service was good ... It was pretty busy in there today! They offer free soda refills on the same visit. But, the cool thing is their tables . They have LED lights in them and they put in a light show while you eat. Amazing!! You should definitely stop in and see it if you're driving through Hermiston, OR.

Had a complaint regarding the app and trying to put in the parking spot. I had tried to get my food by going inside and grabbing it myself. However the staff were completely unhelpful and they refused to let me talk to their supervisor. Two of the workers had been very arrogant and only said something about order numbers and did not help at all in resolving the complaint or getting me my food at all.

It's McDonald's. Food is food but the people at this location were courteous and efficient.

My complaint is not about the food because you get what you pay for at McDonald’s, however, there were loose paper all over the floor and the furniture including the chairs felt like they were washed in chicken grease. The towel dispensers in the bathroom were dead. Now to add on to injury, I came down to this restaurant on the 14th of July wanting a cup of water and they said they were sold out which is actually impossible. You don’t run out of water and still have soda at McDonald’s. What is going here?

I went through there drive thru , ordered chicken strips and a couple combo meals . When I got to the 2nd window the manager was very rude I would ask for extra sauce and napkins , she told me I need to order when I get to the speaker not there , as she handed me the sauce it cracked open all over my hand , never have I ever had to write one of these reviews but the customer service was seriously terrible. Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone that's having a nice day .

This isn't about the place nor the service but about the mcCrispy deluxe. Was a huge disappointment. Had a big nasty hard piece in the chicken, which was quite large and the tomatoes and bun was soggy. I'd advise against eating this sandwich. The fries were good and the staff were friendly so don't not eat there just don't eat a McCrispy Deluxe. Thanks.

Take to long to order and way to flipping salty please make the wait time so much shorter and cleaner environment. From -matthew

I heard the McDonald's employe say on the speaker she hates her life. Well that's not really my problem but thanks for letting me know.

First time here and they forgot my 10 piece McNugget and didn't give me my soda cups. $1 for their kids socks for the play area. Kids play area is pretty nice and clear. I would highly recommend taking your kids here to play.

Daughters begged for Happy Meals. So we went and ordered happy meals. 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup on both sides of the bun. Apple Slices. None of that happened. Walked in and was going to ask for their apple slices and 2 ketchup packets to rectify it. Instead the Manager started yelling at me. Telling me to go get their meals even though they had just handed them to me. By the time I got back to my car my 4 year old Autistic child had already ripped the burger in half. Thorough it out the window. She starts yelling I just want free food. I will do it this once. Which was all lies and she listened to me not at all. When I walked back out still missing apple slices. Was able to show employee where my child had thrown the food. Worst service ever.

Refused to give me a sauce unless I paid 10 cents. Didn't give us part of our order and made us wait in the drive thru line which was backed up to the menu sign instead of coming out to give us our food. And the fries tasted like they were made yesterday

Surgió was really helpful with my order I see him working twice as hard he should really get a promotion or a recognition

I have lived in six states and many towns, traveled by car all over the place and this McDonalds is one of the best! The drive through is super fast even though it is always busy. The food is always fresh and good.

This is McDonalds, are you really reading a review about McDonalds? You may want to rethink some of your life decisions.

The young ladies who work there need to learn some manners and take responsibility for their mistakes. If you get an order wrong just apologize and make it right. Mistakes happen do not blame the customer. Customer service has gone downhill.

Workers act like they are annoyed to serve you and the amount of times they get the order wrong is obnoxious hate going here but if you're willing to risk it it's fast and easy

This place can't get an order correct to save a life. The last three times I have been there they have not completed my order correctly. I returned to the inside and the manager behind the counter was rude to me because I was frustrated with incompetence. If you have to wait for your order to be completed, the first part of your order is now getting cold. Maybe I should have them to redo the whole order from now on.

always fast ...even if lines super long!!... get what I ordered.. friendly staff. I've never been inside, I just use the Drive Thru.

It's fastfood... What more do I need to say. 85% of the time shit is wrong if you special order and burger. But hey... It's quick

Today I went to McDonald's for lunch and it was GREAT! I usually never get McDonald's because my last experience with McDonald's sucked but this time was good.

Horrible service. Refuse to take my order at the front. Jessica told me that I had to use the kiosk. Never going to a McDonald's again.

The food was good but they need to work on who they employ. A woman who was taking my order 1. Messed up my order 2. Got frustrated with my family and gave us attitude. Rule: No matter how bad your day is, serve your customers with beyond excellent customer service.

This used to be a great place for kids to play and eat but since they remodeled it, it's awkward, poorly laid out and now when the kids play, it's so loud I thought my ears were gonna bleed! Worse than Burger King! Hate the changes!

Just went thru the drive thru this afternoon and I ordered 2 burgers.. A cheeseburger only ketchup and a mcdouble no pickles add Mac sauce. Shouldn't be to hard to make right? Well they messed it up. Like always. I got home they had the stickers on the sandwiches knowing that they're special made and they still messed up.. My mcdouble had the sticker on it but it had lots of pickles on it and hardly any Mac sauce. My 3 yr old daughters cheeseburger only ketchup had a sticker on it as well and it came as a regular cheeseburger.. Come on guys it's not hard to read and double check.. You guys weren't even that busy... And you all want $15 an hour hahaha you all are high if you think deserve that. Customer service sucks... The girl at the first window was kinda grumpy and impatient she kind rushed me and didn't even have a smile on her face. You guys should be happy you even have a job.. They girl at the second window was better. She had a smile on her face and she told me to have a great day. Management needs to work on quality on the makings of the sandwiches. Make sure the employees double check. I mean what if someone was highly allergic and ate it? You guys would be in trouble. Just please make sure quality over quantity. Please the customers not try and beat your times.

The foods alright that is if you ever get what you ordered. I've stopped by this McDonalds a few times and about 75% of the time they mess up my order and no small mess up. From now on I'm going to the Stanfield McDonalds just out of town they seem to be a lot better.
