I'm there often, it's close by and it's convenient...
The service for breakfast in the morning is always prompt and correct, customer service is great!!
During lunch time it can get backed up, but the food is always fresh, and the customer service is always great...
However in the past 2 weeks I've gone a couple of times to dine-in, in the afternoon and it's the complete opposite...
Yesterday I waited over 10 minutes for two happy meals, and when I tried to inquire about my order with the manager on staff she was rude and unattentive. She didn't even fully acknowledge me because her back was turned. She was literally at the counter and had just served another customer. I ended up speaking to another manager who apologize for the wait, and I addressed the situation with her in regards to her co- worker. It's completely understandable if they are little bit behind in orders, I can be understanding, however, as a waiting customer, it would be greatly appreciate, if the staff, especially management, understood that better customer service goes along ways.
