This review is for the manager elizebeth , I was picking up my millionth door dash order here . The first employee told me I had to come in where I told him I always pick up through the drive through I have my child. Elizabeth then comes to the window IMMEDIATELY with an attitude. Im telling her to calm the attitude down. She then proceeds to tell me the order will take 10 minutes … 10 MINUTES for 2 hot n spicys and a large fry !?????? im guessing because im door dashing I dont deserve respect. As a manager learn some customer service!!!!

I'm there often, it's close by and it's convenient... The service for breakfast in the morning is always prompt and correct, customer service is great!! During lunch time it can get backed up, but the food is always fresh, and the customer service is always great... However in the past 2 weeks I've gone a couple of times to dine-in, in the afternoon and it's the complete opposite... Yesterday I waited over 10 minutes for two happy meals, and when I tried to inquire about my order with the manager on staff she was rude and unattentive. She didn't even fully acknowledge me because her back was turned. She was literally at the counter and had just served another customer. I ended up speaking to another manager who apologize for the wait, and I addressed the situation with her in regards to her co- worker. It's completely understandable if they are little bit behind in orders, I can be understanding, however, as a waiting customer, it would be greatly appreciate, if the staff, especially management, understood that better customer service goes along ways. I did fill out the survey given on my receipt...

Food is always great when they are OPEN!! Says 24 hours everywhere but after working all day and getting off at 3:20 am, I was told they had to close for 1 hour to switch to breakfast…. Really. At 10:30 am everyday they switch to lunch and never close. What’s up with that? Change your times online to reflect the hours you have to switch and take the 24 hours off.

I ordered the chicken nuggets and ice coffee. The food was delicious and crispy. The coffee was good as usual. This place is getting better than before.

I tried using the kiosk but needed to customize one order. I went to the counter and they took my order - very efficient and friendly. The food was as ordered and fresh.

I frequently take my granddaughter to play in there very limited play area and eat. She likes there chicken nuggets.i had problems the last few times I have been there. I had a homeless lady walk up to me at the register and asked him if me to buy her food. Then in the way out I had a homeless man at the door ask me for money. My husband was in the drive through and had a guy walk up to his vehicle wanting money. He was being very aggressive. The lady at the window told him they called the police on him. I did not feel safe with my granddaughter with me, I will not be going back to this location. Side note there play area is not that great.

Shout out to everyone working here. I understand it’s a busy location and it can be a lot for any team but at the end of the day they’ve always done right by me when I come to get lunch on my break. There’s been minimal mistakes on my orders and I’m always satisfied when I come. If any of you see this just know you’re appreciated even though a lot of people don’t show it.

I'm not sure I've been to this McDonald's as I'm a Houston native. But I've don't usually have bad food at a McDonald's. Manager had to refund me on a product not available. But service here is excellent. Restaurant clean, restroom clean. Restaurant very much to my approval. Give it a try. Was in the area, so visited more than once. Manager Ernesto excellent. Dealt with I guess another Manager name started with Y. Outrageous, needs training when you ask for cup of ice. Price. Needs training.

Pokem toys are scheduled to come out on the 9th and the manager is tilling me they don't start for a week. So now they made my 10 year old cry when this has been everywhere that it starts today on the 9th Me and my family will not come back to this location And I stopped by for breakfast almost everyday I go to work

Love the atmosphere here , very clean great food the staff is very friendly , I definitely recommend this location and for sure would be coming back

I ordered UNSWEET tea...... how simple is that ????? Was given SWEET tea.......please be more accurate with the orders....

Don't come here at 9 pm or after that. The late shift is a bunch of kids who are just playing with your food or talking and conversing like it's a kickback instead of making the food. This which is why there is such a long line . If the line is long you're going to wait at least 20 minutes or more . The manager is the main one trying to pick up their slack , instead of managing her team. I hope they hire people who actually care about their job, because these kids do not.

Unbelievably badly run. Entered kiosk order. Took a numbers. No receipt printed. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Register guy didn't know what to do when I said my order never came. Woman behind the food prep area spoke unintelligibly. Even though clearly a US citizen. Then got wrong drinks. Then she put the right drink on the counter and yelled a number I suspect was on the receipt I never got. Not the number I entered and was on my table. Luckily I will probably never be back to THIS McDonald's.

This mc Donald's should be shut down by the health department. I ordered in. A roach crawled in my food. They have a thousand dead flies lined up in every window. Anybody that ever ate at this location I know they have seen all the dead flies in the window. This is a disgusting mcdonalds.

They told me they charge for water even when I buy food. I told him it's illegal from what I read. They told me it's posted but could not show me where!

Long wait time messed up orders sometimes forgets things overall horrible experience and I'm not saying all McDonald's are like this but this one is something different

Wow... What a nice and clean place!!! I was going to take to-go but had to sit down and enjoy my breakfast here. Staffs are very friendly here as well. Keep it up!!!

How do I order 2 Apple pies at midnight and the box says good by 10pm?! Whewwwww chilllleeeee the ghetto and laziness, to make 2 fresh apple pies.

How in the world do you close at 1 and watch me stand sit in drive thru from 12:01 to 1235 ! Employees wouldn't even respond when I obviously seen them. Knocked on window and blew horn and was continuously ignored!!! Horrible service!! If I could give no starts I would!!

They are THE WORST AND they are not the best at service they don't care about the things they do they do it however

Told me to pull up and wait in the front window for 10 min for a caramel frappe, they brought it out when cars kept piling up behind me

Horrible service they got my order wrong I told them and they where really rude then she ask me for the different I was about to give her the money when she said you want it or no or leave don't waste my time Like is wa snot my fault that they got the wrong order

first and only macdonal in houston i'll go to! zach is my fav employee. he always greets me in a nice and friendly manner and never messes up on my order. his only problem is hes always early to his shifts, works too hard and is too patient w the customers. and sometimes when they make him adjust the flag outside he pledges allegiance to it before going back in, like a true american. 5 out of 5 stars.

My rating is based on the service provided as we all have our own opinions on the quality of fast food. Decided to grab a quick breakfast through the drive thru and even though the location isn't ideal right now due to the never ending 290 construction but the staff here this morning at 10am were friendly and had great customer service unlike your usual fast food joints. The order came out right and quick with napkins and condiments.

I'm aware that everyone I know has been to a McDonald's, and for the most part, they are basically all the same, but I took note of a couple of specific points about this location. 1. Construction makes this location an eye-sore. 2. Even with the construction, this location is super busy during the morning hours. 3. They have 2 drive-thru lines, and even though sometimes the lines stretch to the street, I've been impressed with how quickly the staff gets us through the line. This morning, in particular, there were at least 10 cars in front of me, just in my lane, but I didn't have to wait for any more than 5-7 minutes to get some breakfast. 4. The staff is always attentive, friendly and quick. 5. I've never had a bad experience here and my order has always been right. Granted, I won't expect anyone to jump to visit this McDs based on this review, and I won't be planning any future dates here, but I'm sure there is at least one person near this McDs who might want to know a recent experience here. And since I'm in the habit of yelping everywhere I go, I might as well add this one to the list.

Hey it's mcdonalds I crave it now and then, this one is no better or worse than the others. Quick service friendly enough.

It's a hit and a miss I've only been 2x once when I was just over here and it was ok nothing out of the ordinary this time 2/19/2021 they need customer service training

Why are the fries never fresh at this location? Those golden french fries is what makes McDonald's a McDonald's. I consistently get old, cold fries, so I have stopped going. I gave them several chances thinking they were just having an off day, or the fries just happen to get cold that one time... but they are always terrible. Friendly employees though.

I am reviewing McDonald's solely to add it to my indoor play list. Yes, I love that they have the RedBox booth which I love ($1 movies yay!); and I do take Henry through the drive-through for a Happy Meal now and again. BUT this location is good because it has an indoor PlayPlace so you can get your babies out on a rainy day and they can run off some energy!

Customer service is not even known at this McDonald's. They need to close down all the McDonald's on the NW side of Houston and start over. They all leave a bad taste in my mouth.

All-day breakfast offerings are a joke. Stay away. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich and got a fresh from the microwave BRICK that was way too hot to handle. It wasn't even fast and they were fumbling orders. Twice they offered me orders that were not mine and seemed to be playing a guessing game instead of figuring out where they wee mixed up. Soda had no carbonation, was warm, and they couldn't remember to get the ice first. (Dumping a little ice on top of warm soda doesn't help much.) It must have been the whole crew's first day because no one had their act together to take control. I wonder if a manager was even present the way the employees seemed confused and panicked. I know what to expect from McDonalds and expectations are not for gourmet fare. But don't microwave an old sandwich to the point of being inedible and hope no one notices. I would have ordered something else if they just told me nothing was ready from the breakfast menu. And get a competent manager to recognize when things are not going well to take control. The car in front of me also had issues with the order. I should have just driven off after I witnessed that fiasco and found another drive-thru.

Food is okay. I used the drive thru. They do not have single serve creams and sugar packets for coffee at the drive thru. I asked for cream to be put in a small cup. Employees are nice though!
