McDonald's

This manager (Jennifer) or at least that's what they said her name was, was so rude and unconcerned about my food other. I took my diabetic meds and placed a lunch order at 3:55a. Lunch was the only available option for me. Once I made it to the restaurant she told the young man Eliezer not to serve me because she wanted to start breakfast. My order was a mobile online order off the app and could have been made and sitting off to the side but she insisted on coming to the window with another guy to be rude and disrespectful. I have never reviewed a location as one star before but I am because of her and the other disrespectful male worker who was mopping the floor. THE CASHIER ELIEZER SHOULD BE THE MANGAGER ON DUTY NOT HER!!!! She was ok with being rude and disrespectful because she said it's a franchise and not corporate. What she fails to realize is all customers see McDonald's which is the brand she and her franchise is representing. She not only made the location and franchise look bad but also the McDonald's brand. If you want better service than go to a different location!!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had a great experience here which is rare for McDonald’s. This location was very clean and the service was great. Nilda was very sweet and great. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

My drive- thru and food experience was absolutely awful. On Sunday, September 8, 2025 around 11:45 am I ordered 2 home style burgers, minus the onions. As I sat in drive thru for 14 minutes I had to approach a young lady to have her check on my order. She returned about 6 minutes later and apologized. (20 minutes was too long to get my order). As I was waiting at least 13 customers were served and drove right through. Attached are pictures of what I can home with. Not pleased at all. 🥹🙄

Everyone looks miserable there now. It used to be a good location one of my faves cause the food was always fresh. Here lately it’s been ehhh. Be happy that my order is more of a preference and that I’m not actually allergic cause y’all would have been sued by now. No onions means no onions not just a suggestion or a reason to put extra between the meats on the cheese. Quality of this location has diminished greatly.

Every morning, I get asked if I want to use mobile app code. When I say yes, 5 seconds later, they tell me is all cash only and will not accept any codes? Then why exactly would they initially even ask if I plan on using my mobile code if they already know they won't be accepting it 🤔

I love McDonald's and I go almost every single day to one of the many McDonald's in my city it just depends on the side of town that I'm on at any given time..... I have received usually amazing customer services at almost every single McDonald's I've been to.... but the managers at this location are absolutely and unequivocally rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, I can literally list a plethora of words to describe how horrible the managers at this location are.... I'm amazed how they even became managers in the first place McDonald's can do way better

The worst I have ever eat from McDonald’s! I thought I’d enjoy a desert after a meal, but the restaurant had a different idea! I regretted getting that stupid apple pie from this restaurant! It was cooled and old! The worst I’ve ever eaten! If I wasn’t already driving on the highway, I would have returned that weird thing you call an apple pie! Whataburger is across the street from you and I knew I should have gone there instead! Well, listen learned! Don’t ever sell something that is old, not ready, or not heated!

Why do yall have in the app to go to pickup window if the lobby is closed for mobile orders if yall won’t open the door. Yall seen me standing at the window and continued to ignore.meanwhile the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not to be confused with MatDonald's, named after Trump's entire staff who were just doormats for him. He chose them for this reason I'm sure. By far my favourite location of McDonald's, and when Barbi was running my team for my music business, she used to come here and do a lot of work, and they were always very nice to her. Generally I agree with Eric... never give a McDonald's more than 3. But I make an exception for this one. We came the other day and had more of a 3-star experience than 5-star because while we did get out of here quickly and we did find a lot of cheap stuff on the dollar menu, the food itself wasn't great except for the french fries. Milkshakes not as good as I remember and burgers not nearly as good as I remember. And this is a special review for me, not just because it's review #17k which is cool, but because nobody ever posted that many before as far as I know, although a couple of other incredibly prolific Yelpers will very soon, and because it's the last review I'm posting on the day when I finally managed to achieve a long-standing ambition for my Yelp reviews, sometime this morning it happened, and even though this will only be my "most recent review" for 8 hours or so, I want to just dedicate this review especially to Barbi my love, she of the McDonald's promo sessions, and Terry my good friend, for being the most supportive people about my little mission and goal, and also to Alex, for also being so helpful and encouraging, especially in the early years but still to this day. I won't be continuing to Yelp nearly this much for too much longer, but it feels wonderful to actually achieve a difficult task having spent years working on it. It's no big deal in the grand scheme of things, but it's a big deal on a personal level so thank you Barbi, Terry, Alex, and others who have been supportive. Sorry that rambling sounded obnoxious I'm sure, but hopefully the people I mentioned will appreciate it :) Including this location of McDonald's for their support of my promo team all those years ago, and for offering us late night snacks without too much of a wait time on weekends! Yes it's McD's... but I still have to give five stars for sentimental reasons... also I have to learn to be realistic about what you expect from a McDonalds. And thanks to my fave Tea Top for always being so friendly... Disgusting! The food isn't fresh. Tastes like it's been microwaved a few times. Ordered a McDouble and small fries and the meat is hard and looks old. The fries appeared to be the broken little crumbs from bottom of the bag. I've gotta say, this takes place as the worst Mickey D's I've ever eaten at. The kids are friendly with good service but the food is horrible. Perhaps an adult needs to supervise their staff because all I see the kids doing is fraternizing in huddles while handing out stale food. I'm here on business and needed a quick bite after travel but this place ranks as a definite dumpster diving establishment.

this is the only place that let me put 6 extra patties on a burger, no other place has ever let me done that. if your wondering no i'm not fat or high when i ordered that i'm just an athlete who works hard and was very hungry, so yea they let me put 6 patties and i never been happier in my life

The managers are trash they dont follow guide line Ive complain through the line and in person and these ppl Dont see to get what a large items versus medium the meat is not bein cooked well and there management skill are lame

If you are a fast food chain, please deliver food fast! Went through drive through after landing from a flight that had been delayed 6 hours and stopped here for a "quick" to go meal. 20 min later and the lady inside not being helpful with her sass, we left with no food and spending hard our hard earned money on two cokes. What a waste of time and what a waste of space of a restaurant

LOL, this poor place. We ordered a Quarter Pounder, 10 McNuggets and Oreo McFlurry and also had a coupon for free medium fries. The manager ended up charging us for fries, so we had to get her to refund us. Also, we pulled up and they only gave us fries and did not give us the rest of the order so we had to pull up and wait for a bit to get the food... when he came out to give it to us, he asked us what he got again. LOL, poor guy. They were all over the place, but it's fine. The food came out hot and well cooked, lol.

I stopped by here when I was working for Uber.I just took a break and charged my cell. I ordered Canadian Tomato Chicken Mozallera and side salad.Both of them were great.I read other reviews.The reasons of low ratings were wrong order, slow services, and mess. - I ordered at order kiosk.They brought exactly what I ordered " Canadian Chicken".They didn't bring " Japanese Teriyaki Chicken".LOL.Good job! - Slow service.It was only 5 minutes.Relatively quick service. The location is super good.I have to return here.

The oatmeal is always cold then I asked for a coffee hot coffee and recieved a cold coffee gave back the never said they apologize had an attitude when giving the coffee back

Holy hell, there is a reason this place is only rated two stars. Today, the drive-through took forever and a simple order of extra onions. No pickles got completely reversed. What a bunch of morons. McDonald's is so super simple and they couldn't get it right. Find another place to go... This place sucks.

I grew up with McDonald's, since the days before the Big Mac was invented. But I hadn't been to one in at least twenty years until today. Good lord. The food was atrociously bad - mushy, lukewarm, and completely without taste, even the fries. I cannot believe that they sell this stuff for money, as "food" for human consumption, especially at these prices.

The cashier was very rude and had a sour attitude. She would make passive aggressive remarks as well. Knowing that I paid $40 at this McDonald's, I am not happy with the customer service. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. 10/10 do not recommend.

Horrible service. Only cash after 1 AM. Not competent personal. Not recommend at all.

Let's be clear. No McDonald's anywhere should ever get more than 3 stars on Yelp on its absolutely best - fries are hot and ice cream machine is working - day. Ever. But how can service be soooo slow at lunchtime? Is it a surprise people are eating lunch at noon? Did you not plan accordingly? It's called "fast food" not "wait 25 minutes in a drive through food." Get it together people.

The worst people ever . Literally everybody has a down ugly mood . Nobody says "hello ,good morning, have a good day", or even repeat ur order. They just throw things at u (ur order) and ur just suppose to drive off thinking they got ur order right but half the time they've given me the wrong things . From the order board in the back to the people who give u ur good at the end . Ugly people all around. Only person who sometimes says hello is the people taking payments . Management need to speak to them about it but management is also apart of it too. Fake it till u make it people ! I've always given them benefit of the doubt cuz people have their days but nope they're like this literally all the time I go .

I didn't know that McDonald's does delivery. It's nice that they do this during COVID. All their workers are wearing gloves. I ordered my usual, a big mac and a coca-cola, tasted like any other McDonalds. I made a big order with friends and unfortunately, some of the food was cold when it got to my place. I don't live very far either. Don't expect much.

Does not deserve a single star. Worst service ever. Not only did they get our order wrong three times but the person taking orders sounds like she is still asleep. Every car behind us waiting had something wrong with their order. Very very bad service.

As far as McDonald's is I love going there I always look forward to the salty fries everyone should go if I was to work there I would be living large and in charge

Went at 9pm on a Sunday night. Out of Diet Coke, root beer and...ketchup. What kind of mcdonalds is out of ketchup?! The guy at the first window complained that they'd been busy all day and said it "sucks" completely unsolicited. Very strange experience

After 2 horrible visits decided to give them one more chance. This time I used the mobile app, did everything needed to place an order. As soon as I got there I typed in the parking spot in the mobile app in the space provided. After 15 minutes, I decided to go in to see what was taking so long and to see if I can receive a refund. After explaining my story and asked for a refund, they called the manager. So explaining my story once again, he pretty much said it was my fault and not theirs. He didn't want to refund my money, but offered me a free meal with his business card. I don't like to write about how bad a service is, always willing to give them another chance. But after 3 bad visits, this is a restaurant on the decline.

This Mcdonalds always has the nicest workers. i've never met someone rude here. another plus is that i've never stopped by when their ive cream machine was down. i never expect much from fast food but they always somehow make my day.

I asked for ice cream in a cup with no cone. Of course I get to the window with them handing me ice cream on a cone. I told him I ordered just ice cream in a cup with no cone. The seem to really baffle him so he put the ice cream cone and a cup. #worstcustomerservice

Do not buy coffee from McDonalds!!!!!!! I NEVER come to McDonald's as it is, but I thought I would stop by and grab a coffee because I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I asked if they had flavored cream, woman said yes, 3 different flavors. Paid $5.59 for the sorriest a** coffee I've ever had in my life!!! Went to go tell the cashier the coffee was nasty, she said "oh well we don't have creamer, we have pumps of flavor". Ummmmmmm not the same thing ma'am. I only gave you one star because I had to insider to leave this review!!!

Amazing service. The place is always clean inside and the crew members were nice to me. I received my order in less than 3 minutes. Definitely coming back:)!

Was in a pinch, needed a breakfast sandwich....waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Should have known better

After a long trip my son wanted some McDonalds - We live in the Heights so I thought I would just stop at this one because its close to the house. We get home and one of his cheeseburgers has no meat in it. Wow that is bizarre I say to myself but since its a couple blocks away I run up there to get another one. I talk to the same guy in the drive through I just paid for my order - I am even more sure its the same guy when I get up there I have to tell him again what the problem is - I hand him the burger with one bite out of it and no meat in it - He apologizes and says pull up front we will get you another one. Im there 10 minutes waiting .....at this point its the principle of the thing - So I walk in and ask them again what is going on? They tell me its on its way - Its ONE cheeseburger at McDonalds I mean I thought the guy was gonna just hand me one through the window - Anyways I drove across the street to Whataburger and will never go to that McD's or possibly any other one again.

Don't go here unless you like getting the wrong order -- from soup to nuts they mess it up every time. Also, they have the best burned, unsalted fries around. I mean, its McDonalds -- how can you mess up the fries. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to.

This place has HORRIBLE service. They take hours to prepare their food and this place is just a mess.

Giving them a one was generous..... These ppl dont even know how to use their own coupons and can barley operate their damn cash registers...

Every time u go here it gets worse. Routine waits of ten or more minutes for food.Today was over 30 minutes. Not only slow service but food orders or often wrong and served cold. Avoid at all cost if you can

I'm not usually a fast food patron, but do some changes recently I have been stopping for that $1 sausage biscuit in the mornings quite frequently. The customer service here is excellent and they take care of me quickly and accurately.

Totallly a bad experience. Vagrant smoking by the door and asking for change. When I complained to the staff they told me they didn't know what to do "with that", and rolled their eyes at each other. Then they threw my order on the counter. I'd ask to speak to the manager, but I don't plan on going back, anyway. Not worth my money or time.

Went to drive thru, whichmwas quick up until i picked up my order. The young man at the window with a blue shirt was not very friendly. I asked for straws and was andwered with. "Didn't I give you some?" I dug thru the bag and said no! He proceeded to give me my straws and i asked him for ketchup on a #1 & #3 meal both large to get 4 little ketchups in return. Really are y'alls bonus on how much ketchup is left at the end if the day, the more the better. Sad, sad,sad, oh and dont forget the 2 napkins. That is all...not my McDonalds anymore.

Majority of the employees are lil kids that attend Reagan/Davis... And they are gay. This McDonald's is cleaner and has cuter boys than the one in Montrose.

The worst, they didn't even acknowledge us and we we waited for our to go food for 30 min. The cashier gave us a rude looks.

Went to take are obviously students to get free breakfast and they turned us down saying we had to have IDs how lame is that. They get the PR but don't give out the promised freebies.

Today I went there for the 1st time, when I got there a lady was asking the cashier to speak with the manager n she was clearly upset, then my order number was 174 n after 20 minutes I noticed they skiped my order n they were on order 178, I then asked for my coffees n they started preparing a new coffee at that moment instead of 20 minutes ago, then like 10 minutes later I went to check on the coffee n it was already brewed but nobody was preparing it yet, I then complained with the assistant manager (black long hair with a pony tail) and instead of apologizing for all the wait, she didnt say anything to me n she just turned away n ask the employees about my coffees n only then I got my 3 coffees, at that time a lady was complaining with the cashier that she got her order wrong n to my surprise another lady started talking to the other cashier n she told her she was missing something from her order, all of this happened in about 40 minutes...... Ive never seen a restaurant this disorganized n Ive been in plenty of Mcdonalds all over the country and in other countries too so I thought it would be important to make this my 1st review on yelp. OMG! Really, if you r going to offer breakfast after 10:00 a.m. you might want to set aside an hour out of your day. Ordered an Egg McMuffin, sat and watched 20 orders go bye, not a lie, i counted, they post the numbers overhead. 22 minutes later, their excuse is it takes longer because they have to do something or the other, excuses, excuses, for incompetence. McDonalds, newsflash, you r serving inferior products, fried slurry chicken meat is gross, stop the seasonal stuff like McRib, it works, like pork is in season or something, should be available full time, what ever happened to popcorn chicken, real chicken, really good, loved them, have not seen them in 2 years. Get the news letter, real meat, good taste, your food prices are not cheap, they are on par with your competitors, but your quality is lacking, one cannot survive on french frie sales alone, which are usually sold cold, ever heard of botulism. Serving cold food escalates the danger of food poisoning, while waiting for my partners Egg McMuffin i waited 22 minutes to eat my McSlurry, excuse me McNuggets, they were cold, as were the fries, because they sat in a paper bag, on the counter. And yes the manager was right up front and was aware of our wait, i just do not understand the amount of time it took to cook up an egg. So dont think that i am someone who does not understand the stress of being a short order cook, i did it at Dairy Queen, Sonic, and a cook at a few resturants, there is no excuse. I got an upset stomach, regurged later, thank you for the horrible experience, that i was reminded of twice, later that day. Honestly the score would be in the decimals if they were available more like .01. OH.......ONE MORE THING.........FAST FOOD SHOULD BE FAST! This would be the reason for declining sales.
