After a long hard day working and driving around in the heat I decided to stop by McDonald's because I was starving! I waited in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes, finally ordered and the cashier could not do math. I gave her $10.95 because my total was $7.95. To which she then gave me $2.90 in change saying that I gave her $10.90 and that's why she gave me what she gave me. Obviously a manager had to be called in and I ended up getting my extra dollar because I was supposed to get three dollars. She definitely had an attitude with me requesting my correct change.
The main issue here though once I got Home with my food I took a bite into a completely raw burger. I am extremely heated to say the least. So I had to go back outside into this hot ass weather and get a new burger. They were going to replace only the burger. By the time I would've gotten home my fries were going to be cold, so I just requested a refund. After receiving my refund you would think that they would offer a convenience coupon or something so that I would want to come back, but no all the manager had to say was , "sorry about that. The grill must not have been heated up all the way because our electricity was out."
This is not the first time that I have gotten a raw quarter pounder from McDonald's. You guys need to be checking the temperature of each burger before it goes out! This is unacceptable and very inconvenient!
So, I am still starving and wishing they could've just gotten it right the first time because my time has been complete wasted.
