McDonald's

Awful experience. Waited over 20 min in the drive thru line just to get cold chicken nuggets, a burger that I asked for extra stuff just coated in onion half apart. Looked like they literally took a pre made burger and a handful of onions and threw them on it. When I asked for a refund, was told that there wasn’t anything they could do because I used the app in the most rude and condescending tone and verbiage as possible. Just horrible experience. Horrible people. Horrible workers. Horrible food. Grateful though because it helped me see I shouldn’t eat that garbage food anymore.

This us as usual good place to get freshen up. Nice place and proceeses to make customer happy.

This McDonald's always does pretty good. Fast, friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly. Parking lot is a bit small and tight, at a very busy intersection. Restrooms were clean. Dining area was clean and tiny.

Cheeseburgers were sad. Double quarter pounder and fries were fresh and delicious. Diet coke and dr pepper were gross. The workers were super nice tho.

It was okay. I've been having struggles with the application so I went inside the store in order to get my free fries coupon. Let's talk about 10 minutes to get my food. I'm guessing they were working on drive thru orders before mine. The space is pretty clean and modern. I do have outlets around especially by the bathrooms. They do not keep iced tea in the dining room area so you have to get that special. More McDonald's are doing that though. I'm guessing it's because they have to dump it if they leave it out. It was way better than cracker barrel

I waited 37 minutes for my food. While people that came after us got there food. We ordered it for dine in. Went up there to tell them about the wait and the young lady was polite and said sorry. We waited another 6 minutes or so for our food and the gentleman that brought it out to is just tossed it on the table and it what missing items so I had to get up and tell them.

The lady in the drive through was super rude. Sorry Idk you policy on coupon in the drive through. I put in the number for points and wanted to use my deal from the app. Instead of telling me it was app orders only she got upset I asked to use my coupon in the first place. then when I asked if I could she said "try it" like at the the window ahead i think? and I'm like can i or can I not? And she's silent. I had to say hello for her to answer and she said well you can try in the most condescending attitude you have ever heard and then someone else explained that it just wasn't popping up for them when the switched the person talking but it was just a terrible experience. Don't go to this one. -2 put of 10.

We were traveling by car when we stopped for gas and a sandwich. With limited options available, we decided to have McDonalds. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's for anything other than a breakfast sandwich and coffee in over 5 years. I had the worst burger in my lifetime. The coke was good. The fries at McD's once were decent. These were far from it. My wife chuckled her Chicken sandwich meal after one bite. I felt as though I had thrown my money in the fire. What a sad experience. Kudos though to the young man at the register. He was working very hard. He appeared to be the only one. In closing, sometime it's better to stay hungry.

Cold food constantly and order wrong 90% of the time. Workers don't care. This place has gone down over past few months.

Place can never get an order correct, whole order was wrong. Took over 20 min in the drive through. Told us to pull up to station number two and still was rude asf. Complete waste of time, complete shit.

Only come here if you are in no rush. They always take so long no matter if you're in the drive thru or going inside. They are so slow and rarely get the entire order right. I usually get a McDouble with no mustard, a small fry, and large diet coke. Seems like a pretty reasonable order but they never remember to do no mustard. I used to ask for a new one but after so many times of it being wrong I decided to just eat it as is and I realized I actually don't hate mustard as much as I used to. I only go here because it's so close to home but I wouldn't go out of my way for this location. I give them the 2nd star because their bathrooms are so clean every time I'm inside.

This location isn't necessarily bad for how busy it is all the time, but every time I come here I am missing something from my order. I try to check my orders before I leave but it's really frustrating to get home and find things missing, entire meals in fact. I shouldn't need to verify my order each time when I'm paying for it up front.

This location's drive-thru line is always super long and can take some time to get through. I don't typically go here if I'm in a hurry. Just a heads up!

Definitely better if you get it in store or drive thru but it gotta be a emergency for u to get it delivered it takes like 45 mins sometimes.

After a long hard day working and driving around in the heat I decided to stop by McDonald's because I was starving! I waited in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes, finally ordered and the cashier could not do math. I gave her $10.95 because my total was $7.95. To which she then gave me $2.90 in change saying that I gave her $10.90 and that's why she gave me what she gave me. Obviously a manager had to be called in and I ended up getting my extra dollar because I was supposed to get three dollars. She definitely had an attitude with me requesting my correct change. The main issue here though once I got Home with my food I took a bite into a completely raw burger. I am extremely heated to say the least. So I had to go back outside into this hot ass weather and get a new burger. They were going to replace only the burger. By the time I would've gotten home my fries were going to be cold, so I just requested a refund. After receiving my refund you would think that they would offer a convenience coupon or something so that I would want to come back, but no all the manager had to say was , "sorry about that. The grill must not have been heated up all the way because our electricity was out." This is not the first time that I have gotten a raw quarter pounder from McDonald's. You guys need to be checking the temperature of each burger before it goes out! This is unacceptable and very inconvenient! So, I am still starving and wishing they could've just gotten it right the first time because my time has been complete wasted.

I had to rate this store a 3 because the managers are horrible. They're very rude and very unprofessional. I've frequent this establishment several times and, their customer service sucks. The Latina lady is very racist towards anyone who isn't Latina. I've experienced her bad service on more than one occasion. And since this is a privately owned store it doesn't matter who you report it to,, no one wilL be reprimanded.

I just went in to order something and decided to use the bathroom first. An employee went in ahead of me and used a different stall. Then she proceeded to rinse her hands off with no soap at all for about ten seconds and flick water all over the floor to dry them. Nasty af. Wash your hands. Idc about pandemic stuff, I'm talking about the fact that you work in a restaurant and touch people's food. Grosssssss.

Stuck between delivery truck and one car in front of us. Ridiculous wait time. Also need to put trained cashier on drive thru or give her help! It is not smart to place here at rush hour. 15 minute wait, removed half the order bc wrong, card reader not working for any cars.

If you want a McFlurry seek elsewhere the machine always seems to be "down" at night. If you plan on paying with credit card they often do not take them at night because that machine is also "down." Probably the worst McDonald's location ever.

Worst place ever They never get the order right. You go home and find out your order was filled incorrectly. I even asked them to read the order back to me. Makes me very sad

DO NOT GO HERE!! I ordered a milkshake here in the drive-thru and they waited until I paid to let me know the ice cream machine was down. I asked for my money back and they tried to give me free cookies instead so I asked to speak to a manager who then gave me back my milkshake money. I kept the cookies too cause it's the least they could do These milkshakes do not bring the boys to the yard and they ain't bringing me back to this location.

It's dumbfounding how it advertises that this is a 24 hour location however I was just given an excuse as to why I could not be served. "I'm sorry, we're waiting on our morning staff to arrive, we are not open right now." Hmmm interesting! Maybe turn the lights out so it doesn't appear that you are in fact open which is what is advertised? Just a thought.

I ordered a simple Vanilla iced Coffee and they couldn't even get that right. By far the worst iced coffee I had ever tried in my life. All I can taste is a mixture of water and pure vanilla, there is no coffee taste at all.

Worst service ever! Sat in drive thru for 15 mins and they never even acknowledged me nor took my order. Ignored everyone and we saw her standing at the window. Please dont have an attitude when we only want you to do what you are paid to do....WORK!

If you're a fan of going through the drive-thru, then going inside because your order is all jacked up, then stop on in to this McDonald's. This happens every other time I stop by. Not lovin it.

Ordering went smooth, just receiving the food was the issue. Once I pulled up to the window to receive the food, a worker stood there blaring music from her phone while I was waiting. Soon she told me to pull up to wait. 10 minutes later someone comes out with my food which it turns out was the wrong order. They went back and that was 10 minutes ago......still waiting. Don't come here, any of the other McDonald's in the area will be a better choice.

Sad excuse to eating place.. doors locked at 5:30 AM, Had to wait & wait, at drive thru.. Coffee, cold, muffin, stale (from yesterday??).

I actually really like this McDonald's location! The staff is very nice and I have never gotten a messed up order, and I come here a lot for lunch after my classes. This location is much better than its sister location down the street on the corner of 38th and Lafayette.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Always slow. They seem to serve all customers in line before they take more orders. It is an issue EVERYTIME I come here. The General Manager needs fired. I'm typing this as I sit in line as the same thing happens.... you wait and wait and wait for someone to take your order. Then they do. Then they stop you halfway through because they are helping the drive thru window and then they have you repeat your order. So frustrating!

Would give negative stars if possible. Went to drive thru at 5:15 pm. Only 1 car at drive thru. Sat several minutes at speaker before I said hello several times. Finally, someone answered. Not busy, only 4 cars in parking lot so who knows why it took so long. Got chicken mc nuggets and fries. Mcnuggets had a weird texture and we're so greasy, pressed them in to napkin to soak up grease. Fries were barely cooked and not even warm. Worst meal I have ever gotten at fast food restaurant, not to mention less than acceptable service.

Avoid at all costs. Messed up order. Went back to fix and they gave me the same wrong order. I can forgive laziness and not paying attention once, but not twice. Take the extra time and go to the Speedway location.

Restaurant service is slow at moments but order is always correct. The cleanliness of the restaurant is alright! They could be a lot cleaner!

I ordered a number two Quarter Pounder meal meat was pink and uncooked all the way call store talk to manager. Manager wasn't professional or did not take my information so I can get my order replaced or anything basically they didn't care. Recommend checking your order before leaving their store or just don't visit because they have bad reviews anyway

Why do I break my vow never to go to McDonald's again? I think surely the service cannot be as lousy as last time. But it always is.

Worst drive thru ever. After a year, they still don't have the hang of how to do a double drive thru. When I bring this to their attention, they always have excuses. Get out and go in for your food if you are smart.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 1 medium black coffee for roughly 25 minutes now....

If you want early dine-in DON'T go here. Sign on door says they open at 5am, they don't! I'm in a semi so I can't go thru drive thru. If you open later, fine, just put a sign indicating that!!!!!!

25 minute wait in the drive-up lane Sunday morning - total chaos. Ate an Egg McMufflin - two hours later I became violently ill the rest of the day - nausea, diarrhea, chills. Will avoid this restaurant for the rest of my life.
