We had 3 prepaid orders, went thru drive thru, said they could only do 2 at a time even tho it was already paid for. Told us we had to go back around the drive thru during the lunch rush. Asked if we could come inside to get the order, manager said yes. Went inside they told us we had to go thru the drive thru while the manager hid in the bathroom. They were very rude tossing the bag of food on the counter and snapping at my mother who is 70 years old. Poor service, and ridiculous to have to deal with this just to get some food that we had already paid for .they need a change in management.

So we came when it was busy. Still, they were fast and kept the place clean. The dining area is really nice. The play place for the kids is small with a tree house theme. Which means not a lot of kids can play at once. But it wasn't dirty and they have 3 game stations. I think this place feels more like a restaurant than a fast food joint. I really like it.

Drive thru lady was on her phone , forgot to give me half of my order, then when I got home, we come to find out our son’s happy meal is missing nuggets. DO BETTER THESE ARE THE TYPE OF THINGS THAT CAN PUSH SOMEONE OVER THE EDGE.

I ordered a chocolate shake, and they gave it to me with more whip cream than chocolate shake.

The cleaner laddie nobody trained her to clean the floor 😂 She is using paper towels for dry & mop the floor 👎👎

Morning crew is amazing , food is fresh and customer service is on point but afternoon crew always gives out old fry’s that’s been sitting under the light for too long and no customer service skills at all.

Asked for a 6pc count chicken nugget happy meal for my son , as soon as I got home and he opened it , this is all he finds . How Is this possible ! If y’all don’t want to work , then stay y’all’s a… home ! Lazy people fr. Ridiculous .

My recent McDonald’s visit was standard, but the service stood out—friendlier and quicker than usual. The Big Mac hit the spot, as expected. Consistent quality, nothing overly surprising but a solid experience.

Boycotting McDonald's now but just to further discourage you from coming here, every single time I've visited this location there's been something missing from my order and the service is so slow. Wish I could do 0 stars!

I go here most of the time, they serve goodly and the workers are on task. Another thing I love is the chicken nuggets they are majestic.

This has got to be the worst MD if you want fresh food. Fries always cold. Chicken nuggets so hard I could barely bite through the concrete breading. Why can't they at the least get the meat on the buns? This being a new location I would have figured that it would be one of the light tower locations. Wrong. Oh well. It is just a md even though it costs you $13 for a lunch now. What happened to the $1 anysizes drink thing?

Just left McDonald's with a full refund! I ordered through the drive through thinking everything would be fine but when I pulled off and tasted a frie, I BIT INTO A RING. Someone dropped a ring into my food. So when I came back to get a full refund, the manager only gave me a refund for part of my food. I had to tell her to refund the entire meal because not only did I bite into a ring, the whole order was messed up, and my food was cold. The employees including the female manager were very rude and inconsiderate through the whole interaction. I feel really undervalued with the way they handled the situation and my food. A WHOLE RING FROM AN EMPLOYEES HAND WAS IN MY FOOD but they have the nerve to be upset with me... I didn't realized I ordered unsanitary rings instead of fries. Better pray, I don't get sick or worse! I'm so disappointed.

I don't understand why they charge you for extra things if they still won't make your food the way you want it. I pay for my food to be the way I need it to be and y'all go and fuck up my damn order. Literally the worst mc Donald's ever.

i don't know what the hell happened to this store change of management change of staff change of heart be that as it may, the food quality has gone downhill the wait times are now 20+ mins and you get half your order wrong for no apparent reason. not worth it lol

This McDonald's is nice. It's been recently renovated, which makes it seem much nicer than a normal McDonald's. The kids area was packed so I didn't really venture in there. It's okay it's McDonald's like come on. But it's nice FOR McDonald's, ya feel me?

I love this location! I'm here several mornings a week. They are the fastest and most efficient at getting me in and out with my coffee and/or breakfast. Sometimes before I get to the second window they already have my coffee being handed out the window. Great job you guys!

This location always gets my order wrong I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal in the person insured me everything was correct. Please make this location with better service

The worst experience in this McDonalds I decided to come in and dine in with my family we got there at 8:45 pm we placed our order in one of the self check out machine. I have an 11 month old and noticed that all the high chairs were in the playground area to my surprise the playground area was locked. I asked an employee if i coould get a high chair and he said the playground is closed i told him i didnt want to go into the playground that i only needed a high chair. He said he will ask, minutes passed and never came back to tell us anything, i go to the manager and asked for a high chair and she said no they couldn't give me a high chair because the playroom was closed and there was nothing they could do and that the dinning room was closed to dine in, that they close at 8PM. She also stated that the hours we're in the door. I told her that it said dining hours until 10PM she said that i should look at it closely because it cleary states no dining after 8PM. After i said i would take a picture of the hours she was giving me nasty looks, it was a very uncomfortable dining experience. The reason why i decided to go through the whole dine in experience was because clearly they we're lying.

It's McDonald's! We stop here, generally in the drive through, because it's close to school and my work. The food is typical. Employees are efficient and can be friendly (sometimes). Our order has been correct, I think, all the time. We order smoothies and iced coffee and sometimes we have to wait for them. I don't like that very much, but we never have to wait very long. We used to go in to play but it was also so busy, it wasn't too much fun.

First. The drive thru window is SLOW taking orders. I gave a quick order and 3 cars in the next area went they before me. Ridiculous for 2 item order. I asked for hot fries and they were lukewarm. Nope. Don't bother if there are more than 3 cars.

Worst one ever. If they don't forget the quantity of nuggets....they forget the toy or sauce for the Happy Meals. Simple item. This time was the last time we ever go to this location.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to I have never seen a service so bad I have asked to see a menu 10 times all they said was they don't have a menu and been rude enough to ask me how I didn't know what I wanted

For a McDonald's restaurant this location ranks near the top for fast, friendly service, good food and nice atmosphere. I often find myself frequenting this location in the middle of the night. They have a partial breakfast menu after midnight which is a great option for middle of the night hunger cravings. Their dining room is also open 24 hours and is nicely appointed with flat screens galore and a pleasant modern atmosphere.

Mc donalds has THE BEST FRÍES and ICE MOCHA COFFEE!!!!Whenever i pass by McDonald's i get my ice mocha coffee and they prepare it so well. It's so delicious. I will recommend you to get the ice mocha coffee!

Have the cars pull ahead and bring the food out to them!!!!!!!!!!! You have a spot specifically for that. Waited 15 minutes before getting to the speaker. Use some common sense.

Service was fast and the food was hot . Very consistent and I would recommend it. I will be back

The first time they messed up our order and that was ok. It's a really busy place, but now this?? I love McDonald's fries. Why would you do this??

This location seems to never get my food correct. Ever! Also if your wanting to get a smile from a worker then don't bother stopping here. Maybe I just always go on the wrong shifts. Drive through does go quick so that's the only reason for the 2nd star.

I bought a caramel sundae it was not right. No caramel but on one side. No ice cream. The manager watch her make it a hand it to me. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! We did arrive around late lunch time on a Saturday, maybe 1 PM but the service was ridiculously slow. I went inside to order. Placing the order was quick and I did not have to wait in line to place my order but it took us about 20 minutes to get our food. Not only that, but the people here are very rude and disrespectful not only of people but about the space in the McDonald's. People easily just cut in line at the drink station and while I was there three kids spilled a drink all over the McDonald's I just walked away and let it sit there. The area around the drink station was very messy and they were out of ketchup at the dispenser. They did have a play area, plenty of patio seating, and some touch screen games on the tables.

Consistently, this location serves fries hot and fresh. Chocolate chip cookies are great too. The lines can be long, but worth the wait.

This place is always happening! They have wi-fi, video games, it looks like a lounge, service is normally quick. I'll come here if I get a craving for French fries at weird hours of the morning and its always several people. A few times I intended to get my order to go and just decided to stay. The place gets enough traffic so that it doesn't seem creepy to be there at 2am. If you MUST eat this poison, I recommend this location.

I kinda miss the old model, back in the day when they had the train... but now it's nice due to the video game's and it's bigger

This must be the fanciest McDonalds that I've ever been to. The service is friendly and fast. The place is kept clean. I come here with my friends after school a lot to hang out and talk. It does get very crowded though during after school hours.

Great place if you have kids (play area). Frappe's are good compared to other McDonald's. Overall a great location.

Real nice facility. The staff is nice too. I only hit McDonalds for breakfast. Sometimes the coffee is real good unlike the other stores where it usually tastes used.
