Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget and only got three. Had to wait forever for my pick up order for cold fries and 3 nuggets.

Hands down one of the worst fast food restaurants in Jax: order DoorDash anytime after 930, they close at 11. You’ll have issues with the food not arriving or the order won’t even be close to what you wanted. Diffidently a location corporate needs to look at and figure out what the issue is

Had to add another gmail just to review this place again. This black lady in a bright yellow vest seriously tried to charge me 25 cent for an extra syrup this morning. I got hotcakes meal and a McGriddle…. Sooo I really can’t get two free syrups with it nowadays???? Let me try to go spilt this one little syrup between a McGriddle and 3 big pancakes. Happy freaking Halloween Karen!!!!!!!!!!! McDonald’s put my regular dude out there and her at the first window. Ridiculousness…..🧐🧐🧐🧐

Dirty restaurant, their make times for their brewed tea was way past what's allowed by the health department. Ten people laughing, playing, and ignoring the register. The second I got my bag I touched my fries which were super cold. If their in the business off losing customers today ,they are right on track.

This review is for the owner...Elijah Franks apparently thinks it is ok to down talk other employees which is not right. Also Elijah you don't know me so before you make another sexual comment about me you better think before you open your mouth again. 3 people heard you all of which are employees. Something was said to proper management by employee but nothing done so because I have asked who I need to talk to above that and was denied that information I am leaving this here in hopes that it is seen and I am contacted to take the proper steps to solve this problem Thank you

Came inside when I normally just go through the drive thru. I ordered a McNugget meal. First the sodas are all flat, and corbonless! Including their normally crisp Coca Cola. After getting my food, there was not a clean table. I cleaned myself with a napkin and hand sanitizer.. Fries are soggy as heck, and nuggets are not cooked all the way thru. Lady was super apologetic but just wasn’t a good experience at this location

Horrible experience. Waited almost 30 minutes for a small fry, McFlurry and a coffee!! Last minute, the ice cream machine broke down after we had already waited on it. The fry’s were cold and hard! And they ended up being a piece of plastic in them. The only decent thing is the coffee.

The only "good" thing about here is their soda machine is in the lobby so you don't have to stand at the counter for 15 min for a refill. 0 customer service, cold food and employees that you do see can clearly tell they don't want to be there. No one communicating or interacting. The McDonald's experience definitely better in the 90's
