Horrible service waited an hour for a sausage egg mcmuffin and a coffee. My doordash dash canceled on me and when I call to see if my order would be out soon. The lady name naida was rude and said "it be out when it'll be out, I dont know what to tell you" then proceed to hang up. I would avoid this McDonald's because whoever is running it sicks at their job. My food never ended up arriving due to the lady saying it wasn't ordered.this store does not know how to manage the store and knowing its a sunday!? I waited 2hrs and three doordash drivers to tell me my order never showed, that complete crap!!They're should be more staff. Worst McDonald's in jurupa valley. And to think these people get paid in the mid $20s an hour for not being able to do a easy job? Manager has to be fired if there's nothing but 1 star reviews and nothings changed. Im not the only one. I hope either cooperate or owner see what they're buisness is turning to. This spot has lost my business. BOOOO!!!

I never leave reviews but I'm so disappointed with the service that this time I feel like I have to. I ordered breakfast for my daughter and I. I ordered a deluxe breakfast and a Sausage McGriddle but by itself (as in not a combo). I end up getting a Sausage McGriddle with no egg and no cheese. Just the sausage and pancakes…… It sucks because this is not what I wanted and by the time I realized what I had got I already was home. I tried to reach McDonald’s but the calls don’t go through????it’s so frustrating.

Went for.the McRib, fries, amd an apple turnover. McRibs were ok. But the fries were cold and stale chewy. The apple turnover was about as tasteless and dry as you can get. Because of past years, and other people's comments and complaints on social media, I have not been to this location for nearly 20 years. But the McRib lured me back for a try. I will probably get another one before they are gone for the season, but not at this location. The staff was friendly, I do have to say that. Very nice, and tried to help. Which tells me that the quality is a management issue. They apologized for the cold/stale fries and replaced them with fresher ones. But you can tell that hot fresh fries are being dumped on stale ones in the pan. McDonald's is not worth the price. I wouldn't be able to feed my family there. It would be $100 to feed my family of 6 when the kids lived at home.

My 2 breakfast sandwiches taste extremely nasty.I want to go put hot sauce on my egg and I noticed the egg.Looking a weird color and a very foul smell coming from it.I didn't even eat it.My second sandwich had the same type of egg color on it.And I basically just threw him away.I'm extremely mad that.I just wasted my lunch on this

They always get the orders wrong, they always have an attitude and I ALWAYS have to double check our food to make sure our order is correct. They also take too long on orders. Seemed to always be understaffed

I've tried multiple times to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but their drive-thru and in-store service is extremely slow. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The So-Cal manager, Maria, acts like she owns the place and needs some training on patience, especially with elderly customers. I walked away after the way she speaking to her customer. Taking my money across street for beagles.

I've come here almost monthly in Sunday mornings. Idk if they have only one person working or not but it is habitually slow and takes forever to get the food. I blame the management not the employees. They need more staffing in the mornings or more training. Great people when spoken to though.

I order one large fry and they charged me for 2 i wouldn't be upset but like Cmon atleast fill em up and make em FRESH im already waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes atleast the damn food could be fresh and who in the hell designed their drive thru horrible f layout honestly just throw the whole damn establishment away writing this damn yelp just pmo so bad.

This review is for the McDonalds in Jurupa Valley on Limonite. Placed my order using the app. Large Drink with free fries. As expected the frozen drink machine was being cleaned. It seems like common sense that cleaning the machine during lunch time is a mistake. Clean the machine at night when nobody is ordering frozen drinks. Then since I cancelled the drink I wasn't eligible for the free fries. Not a problem I thought since they were advertising the McRib. Of course as expected they didn't have the McRibs available. I was able to cancel my order, but not the roundup I donated to Ronald McDonalds house which is not a problem, but should be noted. After I received my refund there were 2 other patrons who tried to order the McRib sandwich. They left disgusted as why would you advertise the McRib at your location if not available. Is there anybody at this location that can see how incompetent the managers/owner are in not removing the add for a product which is not availble. This location on Limonite is by far the worst franchise I've every been too which is why McDonalds is my last choice for any meals. This location managers/owners should visit the In n Out stores or Chick fil a too see how a restaurant should be ran.

Thought they would figure life out by now. The franchise owner needs to fire everyone in this McDonald's and start over. Slowest service out of any McDonald's I've ever been to. Been this way for years now. And today to top it off ran out of orange juice at 8:30am and ran out of COKE???? Give me a break. The manager here needs to be fired. She or he obviously can't do there job right.

The worst McDonald's service I've ever had. Didn't answer the drive-thru for over 2 mins even though I was saying hello, hello. No one else in line. It was about 6:30 am. Then when I said mobile app order they said hang on. Another two mins so I just drove to the window. Three employees just chatting. Didn't greet me. Just gabbing and laughing. Finally when someone came they asked what I ordered. Not friendly. No smiles. Didn't say thank you. Super rude. I understand why this McDonald's has such a low rating. I'll take my business to the McDonald's by my work on Iowa St in Riverside. They are a well oiled machine.

This location needs a reset of people! I ordered 4 McMuffin meals over the mobile app. They confirmed the order at the voice box, I thought all was good. I get to the window to pick up the order and the employee says: "one McGriddle?" I said "no, 4 sausage McMuffin meals". She closed the window, came back with a giant bag full of McMuffins and McGriddles. I said "4 McMuffin meals" "oh,ok" closed the window, came back with the right order . Handed it to me and said nothing. If the owner is reading this, please do better!

It's McDonald's, so the food's always fine. But because you order the food on an electronic board, or your app, no staff ever cleans the restaurant. Regardless of time of day, tables are always filthy, food on the floor... And because McDonald's is now so automated, there is no one to help you . If you go to this, McDonald's, I suggest you eat in your car .

DONT PAY WITH CASH HERE!!! I paid with cash here and they shorted me a dollar so I asked for it back at the next window they had me wait in one of the parking spots while they "counted the register" and then brought me out 10 dimes because these bums were mad they couldn't steal my dollar don't pay will cash here they will try to short you on your change and pocket the rest

Wish I could stop at this McDonald's more since it'd be so convenient on my way to work but I never can because time and time again the drive thru is probably the SLOWEST service I've ever experienced they need to re-train these employees or just get a whole new staff because this is unacceptable

The WORST McDonald's ever! I only go to McDonald's maybe 3 times a year for my kids. I went tonight and got a double quarter pounder and they gave me 1 patty. The last time I went before that was December they gave me 2 breakfast burritos with 12/8 date and I went on 12/15. See picture. I sent comments and they never responded or anything. Every time I go they mess up and they are the worst!!! Today was my last time I will ever go there again.

Food is fine. The customer service is what gives them a bad review.Manager is unprofessional and unpolite. The young ladies at the front counter are also unprofessional. they are very uncaring in their way of communicating with costumers. They give you that angry "sour puss face". McDonald's needs to evaluate their employees. Here's my story: I ordered 4 Breakfast Deluxe (family of 6). One order was missing; came back to the restaurant and brought it to their attention. First the front counter employee looked at my receipt with an upset face expression. She said that it will take a while to get my food. 15 minutes later, I asked the manager about my order. Her face was more upsetting (very sour) and without saying anything got my food and just roughly placed it on the counter top and Im standing in front of her. I asked for condiments and made her more upset. She gave me totally different condiments from what I asked and she just walked away. The young man (employee) noticed the situation. He came up to me and he politely gave me the correct items and he apologized to me. Manager you should reconsider your management service.

24 minutes in the drive through with 4 or 5 cars ahead of me on a Sunday at 8pm. Excessive wait time for a company that got famous for their drive through times. Placed the order on the app and went through drive through thinking it would be faster and they still asked me what I had ordered at the very last window despite the drive through speaker and 1st window confirming it without issue. Hamburger ended up having no heat by the time I got home 10 minutes away. I love the franchise but I always seem to have long wait times with this location either going in person or drive through. I'm kind of done with this location.

Incredibly long wait times, they completely ignore the line in the lobby to serve drive thru faster. What's even the point of opening the lobby if you won't serve the customers in there. I waited 20 minutes for my food while it just sat there behind the counter waiting for an employee to even pay attention to the lobby. Then, they give me half an english muffin for the top of the sandwich, they couldn't even take the time to replace it with a full muffin top. Also don't even bother calling their corporate #, NO ONE ANSWERS.

So I went in at 4:30 on Friday yesterday ordered a big Mac for $2.99 because they sent out a bunch of coupons. I gotta tell you the big Mac was absolutely amazing it was five stars but it took 23 minutes to get it they were way overwhelmed everybody using coupons They could use a lesson in customer service that's for sure but they did a good job and I thanked them. It isn't very often I give McDonald's four stars but they crushed it yesterday at least for my food and that's what counts

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. What a joke. Left in the drive thru for 20 minutes, while they helped everyone else. Finally when they came with our food we asked to speak to the manager. An employee Angel came and said the manager refused to speak to us and he was a close to manger as well get. He was aggressive and confrontational. I know it's McDonalds but really? That's your customer service training. Finally Harold the manager came and said if you want a refund then give me the food back. No explanation, no apology no customer service. Just handed us the corporate number and told us to leave

Somehow they always forget something either food or condiments this time they forgot my 10 piece chicken McNuggets WOTH EXTRA BBQ SAUCE. Waited over 20 minutes total in the drive-through and when I got to the window I was asked to pull and wait at #5. I said no there were already 5 cars waiting, The manger asked if I wanted a refund, said it was up to her but I would report on Yelp. Got my order as two of the cars waiting walked in to get there order.This was due to bad management of either understaffing crew or lack of training.

This might sound weird but although I do patronize this McDonalds because it is conveniently on my way to work, and the food is also good, it kinda gives me the creeps. When you go through the drive thru, there is a speaker somewhere that repeats something in a low mechanical voice. I can't make out what it says but it's creepy. I always think it's some kind of devil worship message. Told you it might sound crazy, but what the heck is it?!

There complete lack of customer service shows. This is the second time I stop by this location and again they don't fail not getting my order correct. It is very frustrating to take your time to sit in a drive through line, waste your time and money because they just cannot get it together. So unprofessional, they are there to provide a service, as many of us do in one way or another for a living. It don't matter where you work, you should be able to provide your "paying" customers with respect and diligence.

Horrible service I was in the drive-through for the past 25 minutes, then got to the speaker and was waiting another 15 minutes for someone to take my order and nobody was responding to me. Once I got to the window they looked so confused and then I continued to let them know that nobody had taken my order, she look bothered, but still took my order, but I did see that she did tell the employees that nobody had taken my order, but it all seem to rush just to get me out of there. I repeatedly told told them what wanted and I got home and nothing was in the bag.

Enjoy that nice crunch of eggshell in your egg sandwich ? No !! Because nobody does !! I swear , every single time I get eggshells in my sandwich. Not just me but my wife as well. Customer service today was surprisingly nice tho Which is rare because I usually get attitude from this particular place but that seems to be the norm everywhere , not that it makes it ok. The new drive thru system is a nightmare , designed for courteous well mannered people not meant for rude as heck Southern California drivers.
