McDonald's

I ordered breakfast this morning including one cold drink and one hot coffee. I understand that I didn’t get a straw because I didn’t mention it when I order through my phone. But I did made a note and said I would like some cream and sugar on the side. But I still didn’t get them 😞. The staff were nice and greeted warmly and I like McDonald’s so much since I was in elementary school. That’s why I still gave a higher rating. I think you can and will do better next time.

Would be nice if they updated their hours on google maps or even on the app so people would avoid going here. I ordered on the app and now paid for food I can’t get. Great service.

Typical McDonald's food, but can say fries were fresh. I do have to say that the drive thru staff are awesome there, I have yet to leave without a smile. Particularly must mention a young lady who always remembers my Chihuahua Bob, and makes such a big deal over him that he always looks in the window to see her, and a young man with such a great disposition-he's friendly, confirms order clearly, and makes small talk easily. I have to really commend these two-customer services, genuinely enjoying people and being responsible in the employment that they do take it seriously. It takes strong people that have great communication skills, with a willingness to learn. I just wanted to take the time to let these two know they do make a difference and there are people that appreciate them!

The night crew / graveyard shift working on May long weekend noticed we had a trailer and couldn't go through the drive through. They let us in the front door so we could use the bathroom and grab food ultimate MVPs in my opinion! Fantastic crew super nice. You have our thanks and gratitude! Best service I have ever seen in my life!

My daughter and i were greeted by a young girl named Kate/kaitlyn? she was super professional and gave the BEST customer service ! Huge shout out to her! Its nice to see excellent service, restores my faith !! Thanks girl!!! You will go far in your young life keep up the amazing work!!!

Was told at 930 by a woman with a star sticker on her face in your drive-thru told me they couldn't take cash since she couldn't be bothered to get a cash drawer and the manager seemed more interested in stopping the timer and goofing off with the other workers

A fine and typical McDonalds here. The food quality is on par with all other McDonalds out there. You can always rely on them to make the same food (more or less) across the country. The staff here is extremely friendly and more than happy to strike a conversation with you, which makes a huge difference among other McDonald's. One thing to note, Google Maps might have got the entry point wrong - you need to enter from the little road parallel to Highway 1, not Valleyview Dr.

So tonight I stopped for dinner with my daughter. Went through the drive thru. I asked for a Chicken wrap with fries and an Iced Tea, he repeated it back to me and then I asked for 6 piece chicken nugget meal with a sprite. Again, he repeated it back to me. Got up to the second window and the lady there passed me a Strawberry Fruitopia. I said "This is wrong, it's supposed to be an iced tea and a Sprite" She rolled her eyes and then passed me the Sprite and the whole bag of food and then told me to pull up to the lines to wait for my iced tea. I did, begrudgingly. The 2 cars behind me both got their orders and left and then 3rd car was being passed their orders when I just decided to leave. Because the guy who took my order hit the wrong button apparently meant that I had to wait a stupid amount of time for a medium pop. Do better.

Very friendly staff and exceptionally speedy service. Loved all of the smiles. Clean bathroom.

I entered this store hammered. All I wanted was my go to meal, 2 sausage McMuffins and a hashbrown. After I had already paid for my meal, I was informed that the kitchen didn't have any sausage, so they asked if bacon was okay. I was fine with this because they gave me a free medium fries, but when I received my order, they forgot to give me my drink as I had to re enter the restaurant to get it. I got home and was very excited to feast on my bacon breakfast sandwich. But when I opened it, there were only 2 little slices of bacon in it that I could barely even taste. I am livid. I am dissapointed. But most importantly, I was left unsatisfied with my meal. Thank you mcdonalds for bringing my hopes down.
