I witnessed an employee use the restroom & exit without washing his hands. I asked the same employee who was the manager on duty, he said he was & proceeded to lie about washing his hands in the kitchen. I said I don't believe that & he got rather unruly before a another employee pulled him away. No chance I'll ever stop here again.

They have a monopoly thing and everytime I order things specifically from that menu, I'm missing the stickers on one to two items (whether it be a large fry or a big mac). I don't eat mcdonald's every day but wanted to participate. It makes me not want to order from this location... The guy that takes the money wore his hood the whole time. I just used the drive-through at this location. I had the pleasure of speaking with Veronica. She took my order so pleasantly out performing even Chick-fil-A. If you have a chance to use the drive-through at this location I hope Veronica takes your order. This was the best McDonald’s drive-through interaction I’ve ever had.

Always get your receipt and double check your order. they failed to include chocolate milk,ranch and double cheese burger in my take out. I spent appx.$32 for 4 macvalue menu plus a cheeseburger. They failed to include cheeseburger went back there and the manager looked at me like i was crazy because i didnt have my receipt. I need to know who i can speak to so i can get my refund.

Sat there, placed an order for a few meals and a couple drinks and some extra food items sitting there for a while and then the GM lady declaring she walked up to me and my family telling us. We were no longer allowed to eat there because she was declaring that we were homeless But yet I have a home and reside at a home basically because we come here as regulars attack us as homeless people

After placing my order the young lady at window 1 never looked up from her cell phone to take my money, so I pulled up to window 2 figured out the culprit & I received pork items when I ordered steak because I dont eat pork. Utensils & syrup who thought i would need those.

No issues at all for an early morning stop before getting to the airport. In fact we had our own pay it forward moment with fast service! When your preferred sandwich: sausage biscuit is not on the menu, it becomes a la carte which is way overpriced when u consider combo cost. Thanks for accommodating the change at the window and still got the breakfast sandwich combo ready in less than a few minutes.

You have to wait for your drink and the staff takes forever and they need to bring back the drinks machine back so you can feel up yourself I don't recommend coming to this McDonald's they take to long to make your food and they take forever on the food

If I could give one star I could. Fries are always cold, they skimp me on the sauces. Employees seem to not really care. I order extra sauces and PAY for them and they still dont give them to me. The only reason Ive still gone here is because its on my way home from work. But I am done with this place. Mobile order is SIGNIFICANTLY slower compared to other locations to where it is faster. Waited 18 MINUTES for my food watching person after person go through the drive through. Why have mobile order if youre not going to use it?!

While ordering the guy would just say "is that all" after every selection off the menu. My burger was completely wrong because instead of focusing what I was trying to order he kept asking if that was all. Stop talking and listen to what I'm ordering.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Negative stars would be better. This last visit, which was my sons birthday request, we ordered through the app. Went into the store to pick up the food. Waited almost 30 minutes along with a lot of other customers. The employees (lots of them were "working") just kind of looked around, spun in circles having no idea what to do. No one seemed to be in charge. No one asked if they could help and no one when made eye contact. You had to get their attention to get anyone to even kind of help. Back to the food. 1. They forgot my wife's only item she ordered. 2. The fries were cold and gross 3. The frappe were discussing, watered down junk 4. The cheeseburgers had dried out flat buns and almost no condiments. And they were cold. 5. The iced sweet tea was old and had that disgusting old tea taste. The inside of the store was filthy, the cubbies for the door dash orders were dirty. The counter had some sticky stuff all over it. Just gross all over. So to wrap this complaint fest up. I sent two messages to McDonald's Corp asking for a refund. They said the location would contact me. I haven't heard a peep and It's been 3 days. I am not one to make a big deal over small things. But it's time someone notices and does something to make this place better. Or shut it down and put something new there.

We bring the kids here a couple times a month. The dining room hasn't been stocked with anything but napkins... ever. Staff is generally annoyed when you ask for ketchup. Our order is commonly prepared wrong. Tables are usually dirty. The electronic order screens don't have all the options available to order, never have. It takes 2-3 minutes standing near the kitchen for anyone to notice you when you need something. The food is poorly constructed - missing components, or cold. It's a hot mess. Someone from corporate should step in, but I doubt they give a damn. The ONLY reason we keep coming back is the play area. So few fast food places have them anymore and this one is just a few minutes from our house.

So I don't want to do the cliche "if I could give zero (or negative) stars here" beginning to this review, but honestly it's the truth. I frequent this location solely in the fact that it is literally the only one by my house. I cannot tell you the ratio of good food/service and bad food/service, but I'm pretty sure it leans to the bad side. This last time though, I mean I don't know know how to describe it, but I'll give it a shot. We went through the drive thru, along with about twelve other cars. We get up to the window to acquire our food and there is no sweet tea, not in drive thru or inside the store. I end up getting a cup which is 3/4 full. Next up is our food. Like a good drive thru foodie, I double check the bag, only to find out the ENTIRE order was not what we requested. My husband circled around and goes inside to get our correct order, the fries are barely like warm and my cheeseburger looks like they just balled it up like a piece of paper. I'm not sure how those who work in these establishments expect to make a certain wage, when they can't even take pride in what they are doing at the pay they currently receive.

This place has terrible customer service! This place talks to customers however. Blames them and expects the consumer to do their job for them. The employees are very entitled, with the idea so many people come here my job is secure. It is disturbing the way the place functions. They left vomit on the floor in the play ground for 30 minutes. They give cold food. The restroom is frequently dirty. I am sure they would not pass a food inspection.

Sat in line at drive thru for over half an hour. Ordered three double quarters with cheese. Drove away and realized they had given me three singles with cheese. The manager of all people handed me my order and this still happened. The receipt clearly shows that my order was taken correctly and the manager still didn't catch it. WTH? Anyway, since only the drive thru is open at this time of night, I had to get back in line for another 30 minutes to get back to the speaker and around to the window so I could get my order fixed. So after going through all of that there's another guy at the window because the manager that screwed up and didn't check the order the first time is too embarrassed to deal with me. This guy is obviously very remorseful about the situation and apologizes several times. He tells me they only have two people there including the manager which is absolutely absurd. One guy cooking, running the table, and taking the orders over a headset simultaneously? No wonder the order got screwed up. Why was the manager not helping by taking the orders? An average McDonald's makes close to 3 million a year and this place is far busier than the average McDonald's. They can definitely afford to be better staffed and should be. That place is busy 24/7. Having said all of that you would have thought that they would have at least tried to compensate me for the bullsh** with something but no dice. Jesus Christ man... Needless to say I will not be back. Count on that. On a side note, there's a sticker on the window encouraging customers to contact Jim's Management Company if they have complaints or comments. I called today and got stonewalled by a recording that offers nothing but a directory. How in the hell would I know the name of the person I need to speak with?

Wait in line for 30min. (This is typical here. They have two lanes open but only use one at a time). No soda...no water w ice?? No shakes no smoothies. Pull up to pay wrong ticket. Finally got the dudes attention and he has no idea what's going on. Tell him my order he can't hear bc it's raining I'm getting rained on then finally just ask for my money back. That takes awhile then I'm stuck behind the car in front of me waiting for their food.

The employee taking our order had attitude from the moment we pulled up. He kept cutting us off and wouldn't let us finish our order. And when he messed our order up we asked him to fix it and he said "I've already submitted it. You're gonna have to pull forward." Our order was incorrect of course and they asked us to pull forward while we waited for them to remake it. We waited for 10 minutes or so before we finally pulled back through the drive through. They then made us pull forward again and wait another few minutes before they finally brought it out. Overall we were there for about 30 minutes, and repeated our order at least 5 times before they got it right. Wouldn't recommend coming during lunch because apparently they lose all customer service when it gets busy. Go to the 64th street one if you're really craving it.

Well... I finally broke down and got one of those new "never frozen" burgers. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in years, not because it's bad, I just prefer other chains and I rarely eat fast food. The burger was okay, I don't really recall what the original recipe was like. For me, McDonalds is best left in my bank of memories as a kid. There is a lot of nostalgia here but as my pallet has grown, I will continue to seek out other options.

Visited here many times. Custom orders. Food was always as ordered and timely. Store was clean. The employees seem like nice professional people. They were very welcoming. One employee here early before their shift heard someone talking about their kid having detention and asked them about them. The employee confessed 9 years ago they got sober where they were heavily addicted to drugs and a bully. The customer also admitted their kid is addicted to multiple substances. The worker had already opened up a lot about their past life and coming out of it. The customer said maybe they would have some talking points to talk to their kid about things. The employee said if they ever wanted to bring their kid there they were open to having a discussion with them because the substances were very dangerous, he was familiar with them and multiple people he knew lost their lives. It was a bold and touching move for the employee sharing and reaching out. There are multiple things that while observing made me respect the workers more than average when visiting this location.

This place is sickening! Yep because my fat butt keeps coming back buying ice cream cones & chocolate chip cookies. .lol I will get food a lot of times something like the bacon mcdouble and its good. What can you expect for $2. But the fries are still hands down the best fast food fries. When I need a pick me up I will get a large coke for $1. Love it. Cheap cheap However the best thing is the cookies. Order a cookie tote & they are made fresh! I can't leave the parking lot without putting my hand in there to get one. Sad I know.

wow this was a new one. left the mcdonalds at 6380 nw 83rd terrace in kansas city feeling physically threatened. short angry kid wearing malcolm x glasses interrupted me while i was trying to place my mobile order in the drive thru on speaker so i had to give the girl my mobile order # hv63 4x's (she was laughing at me too). anyway, the short angry kid with malcolm x glasses is the one to give me my food at 2nd window and proceeds to act to intimidate me right up to physically threatening me. this was a new one no wonder at 4:06 pm tue april 5th there was no one at this mcdonalds but me. my order was order 53. i eat mcdonalds ALOT maybe its time to go elsewhere

I found the dine-in breakfast service to be somewhat friendly, and fast. The dining area was clean. This location has a play area for the kids, and two drive thru lanes. Overall, A-OK.

The app said they were open so I placed a mobile order but when I got there to pick it up, there were cones in the drive-thru and I could see employees hiding inside. They refused to answer the drive-thru machine so I was unable to get my order even though the app charged me for it.

It's annoying that I leave work for lunch and when I show up to a open 24 hour fast food place and they have cones blocking the window to order. On top all the people working there are just chilling in the lobby. Can't say your running end of day at 2am even if you were it takes 10 mins to do.

It's a pandemic, I get it. But very slow, unfriendly service when I stopped early today, and the woman who took my order, and who was making the drinks, had her mask completely down under her chin. Clearly management isn't paying close enough attention or if they are, they aren't enforcing the rules. It's a pandemic, people. Wear your freaking mask. Save your self an hour of grief or more time. This place is HORRIBLE!!! The service sucks at night between the hours of 10pm-4am. Night crew sucks. They repeat the order back correctly but don't enter in the food correctly so you either pay for it and they forgot or dont get what you asked for. And if you work drive thru why leave your staition, or even put people on hold if theres no line. You are the only mcdonalds in this locatuon thats 24 hours. Sounds to me they need to get new night people. Or you know train your people better. If i could i would give it zero stars!!

I understand people will use the COVID as an excuse for things going wrong, but I have been to this location twice in 4 months. 1st time was worth giving them 3 stars, todays visit deserves 0 stars. I was told upon ordering we don't have any eggs made for breakfast, would you like something else, I get to the window to get my order after waiting 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to be served. They are messing with the coffee machine off and on for 10 minutes trying to make a Hot Mocha. They hand me my food and I sit there and wait as they continue to push buttons on the machine and nothing happens. The manager comes to me after a total of 23 minutes and tells me they forgot to clean the machine and he wasn't aware of it would I like a smoothie or something else. So I asked for a cup of coffee and 2 apple pies to replace the 4$ mocha. They get me the coffee and I heard the window clerk ask the manager if he had any more pies, because he only saw one pie. I told him 1 was fine and got my coffee and 1 pie and left. I will never be back here. It appears the night manager doesn't know what he has cooked, if his machines have been cleaned and checked for the start of breakfast rush. And to verify something before telling a customer that's fine.

This store is seriously embarrassing. Every time I go in there either someone else has an issue or I do. I have never seen anyone have a good experience here. I placed an online order and my account got charged and when I went inside the store to pick it up I stood there for 15 minutes asking associates to help me. Other customers were also in line and not a single employee took the time to stop and offer assistance once. We all ended up just leaving without help or a refund. Most of the associates don't wear gloves and use their personal phone and sweep then though peoples food without gloves talk about sanitization. They need a health inspector to go in there when they don't expect it. It's disgusting. Even when going back in and trying to talk to managers is pointless. They are all incompetent and just scream at customers. This store shouldn't even be open. The only time its "decent" is when the owners are there. Customers clearly aren't there priority.

Waited 20 minutes for a takeOut order of a 2 cheeseburger meal because the manager there with short brown hair and facial hair decided it was more important to flirt with his employees. All the employees did was talk, be on their phones, and flirt. The manager didn't even apologize for the wait. We were the only order they had to take care of for 20 minutes and there was only 2 cars in the drive thru. I definitely won't be returning.

Don't go there for a milkshake. Machine is either 'broke' or, they 'don't have' milkshakes. Been this way for over 3 years...I keep returning but just go to Arby's now. The person that runs this place is lame.

Than when we asked them if they could fix it they told us to go to the front and made us wait twenty minutes to where we had to end up leaving and going to the Arby's next door.

Just got my food and the fries taste like they were fried in old dirty grease. I couldn't eat them. Big Mac bun was hard and dry. The girl that gave me my food was unfriendly ..did not say one word to me even though I said Hi and Thank you. The best thing about the whole deal was I actually got a napkin this time. Awful expensive napkin. No more fast food for me. Thank you McDonald's for once again opening my eyes .

This is the slowest and worst McDonald's in the Northland avoid this one at all costs and go down the street to the other one by Metro-North.. drive-thrus a joke you'll be waiting for 35 minutes to get your food..
