On 11/24 , I visited this McDonald's at around 8:05 AM. I waited at the menu for about four minutes without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order. I eventually pulled up to the window, where a male employee professionally took my order and presented himself appropriately.
However, the manager -- Tamara or Tamaya (I am unsure of the correct name) -- chose to roll her eyes at me, give me a rude look, and then tell me to pull forward. I understand being asked to pull up since the order had just been entered, and I had no issue with that.
What I do have an issue with is waiting 15-20 minutes for a simple bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit while being treated with an attitude. When I asked for the corporate number, the manager chose to walk away from me without a single word or acknowledgment.
This behavior is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. This is not how a paying customer should be treated, especially when I was not rude or disrespectful in any way. I am not someone who typically leaves reviews or contacts corporate, but this situation warrants it.
It should not take 20 minutes to receive one basic breakfast item, and no employee -- especially a manager -- should behave so disrespectfully. If she is that miserable at her job, perhaps she should consider another profession rather than taking it out on customers.
