If I could give a zero star rating I would have! Tonight we received moldy nuggets, when picking up our mobile order, 6 minutes after it was placed. I understand things happen, so I tried to call the store to talk to someone about the problem (as I wouldn’t want it happening to anyone else ) but no one answered the phone. I left a review on the mobile app hoping someone will contact me. Realizing you got moldy nuggets after eating a few of them is NOT a good feeling

For being a tiny McDonald's in a gas station they're better than many large McDonald's restaurants. Food was good quality (for McDonald's lol) staff was very patient and nice to deal with. Tends to get dirty quickly as they only have a few tables but the manager tries to come out and keep up with them between orders. One more note. They actually pay attention to special orders.

Super late on a Sunday night and a super nice server at the window. Food was great and quick. Not usually what’s expected at McDonald’s but pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back

There needs to be a McDonald's near Krogers on Kingston Pike. You all are missing out on so much money. The parking lot to Krogers is so busy. I bet it would make a fortune. The closest McDonald's is like 25 minutes away. There are so many apartments. Like 40-50 big apartment buildings.

It's obvious quality is non existent at this location. I'd stay away or else you might end up sick. Check the other reviews with pictures. They never improve here. It's been a while since I've gave it a try so I got a drink. I took a sip of an iced coffee and got a mouth full of coffee grounds and a taste of stale obviously old coffee. I wasn't surprised. Upon examining my cup I looked at the bottom to find alot more coffee grounds, floating white chunks, and this isnt even all, just the ones that sunk to the bottom. Thanks to the 'manager Eva' for emailing me back after a complaint and saying 'Sorry for your nasty coffee' verbatim.

Ordered a burger and two drinks on the app. Got a coupon that let me get a free fry. Not only did I not get my fry I was told I would have to order food AGAIN to use it even after offering to show the reciet. The man at the window/headset was incredibly rude. We will not be returning.

I no times are tough fie us working class people. But you know McDonald's isn't suffering. I ordered 5 mcchiken add bacon but to my surprise the cheapest item they can put on a sandwich is lettuce. What's up McDonald's took pics of all 5 sandwiches and the lettuce won't even add up to 1/4 cup. For God's sake people a break...

Its all good but one thing goin thru drive threw there is a girl that is Latino and i asked for a burrito 🌯 she didnt understand me at all . I said it plain and correct and she give me something else when i got face to face. To bring back in she is like this is what u ordered...the girl could not understand me at all ,i feel if there gonna let latino work in United States they have ,have to , mandatory they learn our native language....this is so frustrating but other than that its a great store to eat at the food was good and hot ....also condiments in bag as well like i asked .......enjoy

We stopped in for breakfast on a road trip. Hubby went through the drive thru with a BOGO coupon while I took the children inside to the restroom and then used a deal in my McDonald's app to get some additional breakfast items. The drive thru experience was apparently rocky as the workers were unsure how to input the coupon. It required multiple employees and eventually the manager. The inside experience was fine. The young man at the counter was friendly and welcoming, and happily took my order so that I didn't have to fiddle with the do-it-yourself kiosks. The bathrooms needed some tidying. The food was reportedly good.

Horrible service and horrible food!!! Don't expect anything good from this location. Best to travel a bit further

10708 Hardin Valley Rd, Knoxville, TN 37932 The manager, Michell, was quite unpleasant. She insisted that I pull forward despite there being no one behind me, just so she could manipulate the timer. When I inquired about the issuesince I had only ordered a burritoher demeanor became increasingly hostile. After waiting an additional ten minutes in the same spot, I requested a refund, and eventually, she returned my money, even though my food would have been ready by that time. I plan to contact Corporate about this experience when I told her I was going to complain she screamed her name, as if not To care at all.

Umm!! It's so easy to describe poor service, but more than anything it seems to be the attitude of the staff.

I'm already a frequent customer on this branch and always order ahead on their app, always drive from airport, but to my surprise the order taker mention they only accept grab or door dash. I already paid online and didn't even bother to give this an exemption. I understand if I'm ordering on the spot, but whatever it is, if for any changes they have to alert their customer. With that, I already wasted some gasoline for nothing. I'll never go this branch, it's actually out of the route but still drove for it, well you've lost your customer on this branch, and if I were you, think twice or order at your own risk!

Always closed, claims to be 24/7 but is closed after 11pm and opens at 8am. Don't bother here just go to cedar bluff.

worst macdonalds. Gave me the wrong order and were incredibly rude on the phone when asked to fix this issue. Demanded i bring back the 10 nuggets tomorrow in order to get the two cheeseburgers i ordered. Would not go here ever. The one on kingston pike is much better. If i could leave a zero star review i would. P.s. also found a bone in my nugget which is fucking gross.

Skip it... just don't even.... Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins - just to hear "We are no longer taking orders." I have no idea when they started that as the store itself was open and previous cars took 4- 5 mins each to process thru the drive thru. Could be come kid deciding to skip orders - but it was already looking bad when they had blocked off one of two order lanes. How can you not be taking orders at 8 am on a Saturday morning?

Ordered 6 McChicken and 2 double cheeseburger order of fries and a sweet tea. Got the bag didn't look in it till got home. My mistake . Only had 2 McChicken and 2 double cheeseburger with added stuff on it. So I'm out of money and food. Emailed McDonald's they sent me back an generic response. Didn't care they cheated me out if my money or that someone in my household didn't get dinner . Will not be back.

Fast and friendly service in the drive thru. Got a vanilla milkshake and its good. McDonalds is not on my menu of favorites but, i was thirsty and didnt want a soda..

Wanted to use two separate codes on two different orders. When the code was invalid and none of us knew why the workers just asked what they wanted them to do for me. I said I don't know because I don't know what to do I just wanted my food. Manager was extremely rude, she told me that I was not listening and receiving the information she was giving me. When I clearly was I just didn't know what she could do. Don't go here. Food cold, and terrible customer service.

This one gets my order right every single time which is always a plus! It is conjoined right beside a Pilot so you can get your gas and walk a few steps right one over for a Big Mac in one trip. It's accessible and an easy walk right from the bus stop down by the Wal-Mart. The service is very quick and I never have a problem when coming here. The servers are also pretty nice or at least better than some of the ones that I've gone to in the past. Keep up the good work!

I don't think this McDonalds has gotten an order right since it opened. Any review above 1 Star is a fake review. This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. At any time of day they have never succeeded in even scraping by. From attitude to 'quality' of food they have always been wrong. Every. Single. Time.

These nasty workers get a fat zero they all act like they could care less and it isnt one time i have been going alot since i moved to the area i literally got told at the speaker last time when asking their specials... we have some on fish i said ok how much i got ... ughhhhhhh i just told u dude i said price ? He says whatever ! Before this the manager was short with every response laughing and talking to crew i pull up and she not once looked at me shoved my stuff at me and slammed window . Never again

The food was fine, but I simply cannot give anything more than 1 star due to the rude lady ringing me up. Took my order with the WORST attitude, rolled her eyes when I had to think for a second, then threw my receipt at me. When I got my food I asked for bbq and she threw those at me also! One thing I hate is bad customer service!!

I get breakfast here way too often, and other than one annoying experience where nobody acknowledged my presence while 4 cars went through the other drive through, they are great! Always quick, polite, and precise.

The order is always wrong. Get it right for once... Always have to drive to other locations to get the correct order and hot food. You have 2 jobs McDonald's... make it hot and make it right. If you can't do that time to close up shop.

Employees were rude af and gave us attitude for no reason. Then they messed up our whole order... ( two cheeseburgers no onion and pickle a chocolate shake and medium fry) what we got was a vanilla shake, burgers with onions and pickle, and the fries were hard and stale. And it took them 15 mins to get our food while they stared at us the whole time.

This McDonald's is literally the worst one that I've even been to the store manager was completely unprofessional and rude. Even going as far to roll her eyes as she was pointing at me telling me my mobile order hadn't been received even though i was showing her my receipt and bank statement where it had gone through. She literally told me "call the app people this has nothing to do with this store." To the store manager: I realize your job isn't the most glamorous but I'm sorry I work for my money as you do and my order was paid for and you refused to refund of fulfill the order. This was just the last draw for this terrible establishment. I put up for 3 years with the wrong orders and missing products but I will never be back to this location and I will be calling corporate and the franchise owner and your attitude and unprofessionalism will be taken care of as they see fit. Everyone reading this review: drive down the road to one of the other locations don't even bother because you're going to have to go back in anyways. Lastly, the staff have always been very rude with the exception to the fantastic guy that works back drive I'm not sure what his name is but I'm sure he's treated poorly. Thank you

Melanie was very polite on the phone and she and Ryan were excellent in their service when I arrived! I arrived in military uniform and was honored by how much respect was shown to our armed services. They'll have my business each time I'm in Knoxville!

Got my order wrong, there for 25 minutes, very rude, thay lied to me, and my food was cold. Will not go back.

HORRIBLE guy at drive thu window ignored me for 5mins told me to come inside instead because his buddy was sitting in the car at the last window talking and takin photos together & my order was wrong and got charged for my actual order

this is the worst mcdonalds i have ever visited! my order was incorrect and i called the same morning to let them know and was advised to come back and my name would be in the book, well needless to say when i stopped back in the manager said no my name is not in the book and refused to make my order correct. one of the drive thru lanes is always closed and this morning there was a sign on the open lane that "sorry cannot take orders" . i have witnessed the manager also take smoke breaks in the a.m. when they are busy. do not visit this location ! it sucks!
