I've been here several times, and I think today was my last visit. After placing my order with a curt employee and paying, I was waved to the side for drive-thru and sat for 15 minutes. They brought out the wrong order twice during that time, and then stopped coming out there at all. I wound up having to go inside to finally get my meal. In previous visits, the staff have been standoffish and I've gotten wrong or missing items. I'm not a Karen and don't expect perfection or staff who feel like they have to suck up to people to pay their bills, but this location lacks a lot when it comes to positive interactions and getting things right.

Very fast table service (less than 5 mins), food was hot and tasted good, fries were good. They even still had the drink refill machine in the lobby. Staff friendly. The only let down was most of the free tables were dirty. They appeared to be having a shortage of workers, seein how the cashier, tables service and dinning area cleaner were all the same lady.

Served me a raw burger and when I called to have a refund sent the manager said @thats no possible” and hung up on me, I called back a second time and the manager was laughing with other employees and said “mikes oil change” I said “no this is McDonald’s, you just hung up on me, I had a raw burger and I’m trying to get my refund” they then hung up on me a second time. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m going through treatments and while serving undercooked foods is dangerous, it’s incredibly dangerous for anyone going through treatments. The uncaring and dismissive attitude of management for a serious issue is deplorable and I hope the company takes it seriously.

I’ve gone here for years and haven’t had any major problems but tonight seemed very unreal My night started as any other customer, pull through the drive through and order. I paid, and then I got food. I had ordered 2 cheeseburger meals, 2 happy meals. I received 2 cheeseburgers, 2 happy meals, 3 drinks. Now something wasn’t right, as I had ordered 2 cheeseburger meals and 2 happy meals so I should’ve had 2 more cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, and 1 more drink. I mentioned this to the guy at the window and he said “that’s not my problem and slammed the window shut!” Now I’m mad. I have almost $30 worth of food that I paid for but only about $17-$18 worth of food in my bag. I go inside and ask to speak with a manger and I’m informed there isn’t one on duty. I showed my receipt and told them “im missing my food, I paid for fries, cheeseburgers and a small kids meal drink” I was told there wasn’t anything they could do and made me purchase these items again. At this point im livid, im having to buy food that I already paid for because these people are too incompetent to read what’s on a screen or a receipt? Moral of the story is I won’t be eating at this location for a long time and I would love to have a chat with the district manager or even the owner of this store because he has some real work to do if he wants to make this location great again.

The second worst experience at a Knoxville McDonalds. The worst experience food wise. What was my order? A 6 piece happy meal and a large order of fries and a caramel cappuccino. Only positive is my son's chocolate milk was cold. Also cold were the fries for both him and I and the nuggets. The nuggets were both cold and hard. The fries were cold and soggy. They also had a lot of black specs that looked like pepper and some fries were burnt. Disappointing after waiting 30 minutes on our order and we dined in. The cappuccino was also not correct. It was a plain cappuccino instead of a caramel cappuccino. I couldn't not catch the attention of anyone in the store, and that is why I am leaving this review before I leave. Disappointing all the way around and we are throwing the food out so it was wasted money.

Like others have said, if I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst McDonald’s location I’ve been to in the country. I have had numerous issues. There was a time I ordered the two cheeseburger meal combo and they came without the patty. I had to laugh at that because how in the world does one mess that up that bad. The most recent time, I was at the outer drive-thru lane and they kept taking the other lane’s orders even though I had been waiting before the other cars had arrived. I just find it funny at this point that a location has this bad of service!

I have not been back to this location since my incident back in the spring. My 6-year-old son just completed kindergarten and saw the golden arches and wanted McDonald's food. So my wife and I decided we would grab food in the drive thru to celebrate our son's first year completing school. My son was very excited and talkative at the drive thru, and I tried to calm him down as we were attempting to order, but the woman with red dye in her hair, who was working the drive thru was so vile, impatient, and rude speaking to us snapping at me with my attempts to make an order. I should have just canceled the order and went somewhere else. I felt so angry at the fact this woman could not show an ounce of compassion as a father struggling to calm his autistic son down. If this location is a franchise-operated store, McDonald's corporate should investigate the owner. The Google Reviews of this store paint a very real problem that is not going away, and it sounds like it's not just one or two people. The woman, who "served" us acted miserable, angry, and self-entitled. I have no words for why this is allowed to continue. That woman clearly hated her job.

It was and amazing place Service is usually quick and efficient, even during busy hours. I especially appreciate the self-order kiosks and mobile app options that make customizing and ordering super easy. The staff is friendly, and locations are kept clean and welcoming. Bonus points for the ever-evolving menu — from seasonal items like the McRib to regional specials and limited-time McFlurry flavors, there's always a reason to come back. Perfect for a quick bite, a family outing, or a nostalgic treat. McDonald's may be global, but it still feels familiar and personal every time.

Well I for one find this place as good or better than other McDonald's Stopped in for the Big Breakfast and had a great server. Very nice and helpful. She walked the dinning room asking each inside if they needed anything and thanked for stopping by. Tree he pancakes and breakfast was good. But the morning service was even better.

I know McDonald's doesn't have a good reputation, but this was truly the worst experience. Annoying, I know, but I ordered a drink at the intercom after picking up my order. Didn't get a receipt, whatever. The woman handing me my food didn't say a single word to me after I thanked her, and then never gave me my drinks, one that was ordered as an afterthought, two ordered online. Waited, lady comes back, hands me another bag, then asks if its our order. Girl idk, this is your job??? Then asks me why I'm waiting, demands why I didn't tell her we were waiting. I explain the situation, she hands me two drinks. I explain very nicely that we ordered another drink at the intercom and she says "no. Its not on the screen." I explain again, she asks if I have a receipt, I explain no but we JUST ordered it at the intercom. The woman continues to wave her hand and close the window. I know customer service is a shitty job, so I try to be super nice on top of my manners as it is. Anyways, beware of this location, their customer service is ass.

It's hard for me to recommend this location. As every time I have tried to go here the drive through has been the only thing open and both lanes have been wrapped around the building. Today was no different. A sign posted "lobby is closed". I'm assuming it's due to lack of staffing. A common occurrence in this city. Well, everywhere.

I have been to this location multiple times and have continued problems. In the recent past, these issues have become far more frequent. My most recent visit resulted in the wrong order being given to me in the drive thru. After arriving home, I was disgusted to find a hair wrapped around one of my fries which instantly made me regret choosing this for dinner. I have had pleasant experiences here in the past but as problems begin to increase, I will be choosing elsewhere to dine.

I'm only rating based on the drive-thru experience. The inside may be a totally different story. Ordering at the drive-thru was harder than it should have been. I ordered a wrap meal, which turned into being only the wrap for the total when I went to pay, which then turned out to be a chicken sandwich only and no drink or fries when I opened the bag. This is either strange magic or they got the order completely wrong. On the bright side, the sandwich was pretty good. If you go here check the bag before you leave.

The employees are lazy and ignorant. I don't know if they know what customer service is. This is a customer service job, that I had from when I was 14-18 years old and I would never have been allowed to talk the way they talked to me or my family. The manager is a bitch. There was no one working at the front counter, so everyone was forced to use the self serve kiosk. There is no receipt paper in the kiosk so after you pay you have no receipt. We already paid for our order and they were supposed to be bringing our food to us but no one brought it. So my husband went up there to get it and I heard them being extremely rude to him and then forced him to pay for it again. I brought up my bank account and there are two charges so I showed the employee that gave us our food. She told the manager and the manager ignored us. I asked if she was coming to give us our refund and the employee had to go ask the manager. She said no so I asked very loudly why not. She said she was not giving us a refund because we needed to pay for our food. All while still having her back to me and not even bothering to talk to me face to face or looking at my phone which proved our purchase. Then we sat down to eat and their cleaning person wouldn't stop asking how we were today after I told him multiple times we were not well.

I hear a lot of bad things about this place, like rude staff, orders not being correct, or meaty flesh in the shape of toes found in burgers. But I love this place! There was one particular event where I went here and got my regular burger. It had a rather different taste to it than usual. I open it to notice semen! It was like the cook knew exactly what I needed in my meal. 5 stars! And a billion stars to that cook.

I ordered drive thru- simple order. Big Mac Combo plus McDouble hold pickle. Cashier couldnt figure how to hold pickle but someone helped her. I pick it up and ask if the hold pickle on dcb was received in time. yes yes I was assured. i strongly suspect he didnt speak English but Ok. I pull over to check and there is NO burger in bag. i pull back through and cashier remembered me and apologized. Yes Yes man hands me a bag. I decide to check after leaving. it has-a 4 piece nugget in bag. I get back in line for third time(each line has 3 or 4 cars.). get burger but fries which were old are now cold and overly salted are inedible after 20 min waiting so I hand them full container and ask them to dump and refill. ok. They send me to drive thru waiting. 15 min later they bring me a small coffee?????? No. don't want coffee. Not mine. Finally fries come out. They are fresh but burgers now cold. We left and fed most if it to dogs. This used to be a great store! What happened?

This McDonald's close to west town mall has always been horrible about getting the order right. They always leave out part of your order. If you come back for what was left out they treat you like your bothering them and never apologize for the major inconvenience. If I were you I'd totally go to a different McDonald's.

I just went to this location to sit at the speaker forever then when I said hello to see if they knew I was there because I was never greeted I was then screamed at by an employee. I have never ever seen something like this before. If they can manage or get employees with customer service this place needs to be shut down.

Today was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant and I'll be calling corporate about it tomorrow. I got out of work today thinking what sounds delicious? I know one of those delicious mushroom burgers at McDonald's. I get to McDonald's I order my food pay for it. I ordered my husband one of those bacon swiss burgers my self one of the mushroom swiss burgers. I went to get my food and theu hand me my drinks and told me to pull up meanwhile four cars behind me kept leaving and I'm still waiting for my food they finally after waiting 25 minutes for my food to come out I get all the way home and they made my sandwich wrong with maybe three mushrooms and they didn't even give my husband the right Burger and the wrong size fries and drink so I had to drive all the way back to McDonald's get out of my car go inside and I talked to some kid who is extremely nice. He should be the manager anyways! I told the manager what happened no apology and again I wait another 20 minutes for my food to come out. Meanwhile I'm waiting for the food to come out a couple more people from the drive-through line came in because their food and coffee was made wrong and they had to replace it and again the manager still did not apologize to any of them so rude. I finally my food was ready so I get back in the car with my new food I taste the fries and they give me old stale disgusting fries and I had to go back inside the McDonald's restaurant and get new ones. Instead of the manager apologizing he proceeded to argue with me about his fries. Unbelievable! They should fire that manager cuz he can't manage his employees properly they should promote the kid. I wish I would have got his name. Really the worst experience ever! However after I got home with the New Order the food was fantastic and most delicious also the soda was on point!

I have been disappointed with this location many times before. These experiences are all in the drive thru. They get my order wrong 99% of the time even when its just coffee. Its bad! What happened today though crossed the line from bad service to just disgusting and I felt that I needed to report them and their horrible service. I ordered an Egg and cheese Mc griddle and when I got to the window I checked my sandwich as they get it wrong most of the time. No joke! I opened it and saw no bacon or sausage at a glance so I headed on to work. When I got to work and opened my sandwich it had been clear that they stuck their fingers in my sandwich and tried to remove the bacon but left the pieces buried in the cheese for me to find later since it was too hard to remove. I have diet restrictions and do not consume meat. Making a mistake is one thing but knowing it had bacon and sticking their paws into it to remove what they could is gross and unforgivable. Another time I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit for my hike. I hiked 2 hours and got to a look out point. I pulled out my sandwich to find it was a sausage biscuit. I was hungry and ticked off. I have ordered coffee with 6 cream and got to work to find no cream in my coffee or in the bag. I have ordered caramel coffee that had no flavor added to it at all? There are so many examples to list but THIS today is unacceptable and I will never go back there.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Most unpleasant, offensive experience I have had at any fast food restaurant in several decades. Employee was extremely unprofessional, down right rude, very antagonistic and had major attitude issues. Pulled into Mcdonald's mid morning to order a certain value meal. Employee said they don't have them. So I asked for clarification since the item was listed twice on the menu. I also verified that it was well before 10:30AM (when many fast food restaurants switch over to lunch menu). Employee stated they served breakfast 24 hours. I then asked if they did serve breakfast 24 hours and the item was on the menu why then could I not order it. Employee gave a nonsensical, condescending response, so I said no thank you and said I would go to Burger King instead. As drove by to leave, the employee stuck her head out the window and proceeded to try and be confrontational with me. If this unprofessional employee is indicative of the behavior of employees now at this McDonald's, then I will just simply go to another fast food establishment that practices professional, customer service. I have lived close by to this Mcdonald's for almost 40 years, and have never seen such bizarre and unprofessional behavior . I will simply chose to spend my money at an establishment that values customers, not treats them with such disrespect.

Just a heads up about 7030 Kingston pike McDonald's restaurant. This place is in dire need of some customer service training, along with food preparation. My wife and I stopped by to get a cup of coffee, and it went down hill very fast. I ordered a LG1/2 &1/2 coffee which is regular and decaf. No cream or sugar. I have no problem with people coming from other countries to the USA. But if you do the least you can do is to learn the AMERICAN language and learn to speak English. When I get my coffee it wad an iced coffee, I can see how this can be confusing since iced and hot sounds so much alike. I tell her that I ordered a half and half LG coffee. She proceeds to tell me what I ordered. There is no way in the world I would have ordered an iced coffee. I can stand cold coffee period. So one of the other workers in the kitchen gets me a hot coffee, I ask if it was 1/2&1/2 she said I guess it is. I mean my gosh you just poured the coffee, she should know if it was or not. She also was from some other country. I take the coffee, because I will know in about 5 minutes if it's what I wanted. Regular coffee tends to upset my stomach. My wife ordered a LG. Coffee with cream to the side. She gets her coffee and pours one cream in her coffee and the cream floated on the top of the coffee, what does that tell you. The cream is curled. I mean clumps of cream was floating o. The top of the coffee in her cup. So my wife takes the coffee back up to the register, and the woman said that's all we have. So she gets another cup of coffee for my wife and puts a very weak cream in her coffee. The attitude of both employees was very unprofessional. Both employees acted like we were asking for something that had never been done before. The employee that took my order told me that I ordered a iced coffee. I beg to differ, I know exactly what I ordered, the guy standing next to me in line said to me. You ordered a black coffee half and half. He was standing about 4 or 5 feet away from me and he heard what I ordered, and the employee was standing in front of me on the other side of the counter and she couldn't hear me. This is not the first time things like this has happened at this certain McDonald's. We haven't been to this restaurant in a good while just because of the atmosphere and the way i/we have been treated. The last time we were there the employee called me a liar, needless to say my wife had to drag me out of that restaurant. I was ready to go across the counter just to get to that employee. So I leave and I call the main office for McDonald's. They gave me the ph. Number of the head manager, I call them Instantly. The manager told me that he appreciated me calling, because he haf already heard about that situation, because the kitchen manager had already called and told him what just happened, the head manager said he was on his way over now because the same employee had caused another situation with another customer. And he busted the window out of the store. Anyway my intention is to call the same manager once again, and tell him that I give his store another chance. And it did not work out. And I will promise him that I will never step foot in that store again. With all this being said, if you go to the McDonald's restaurant at 7030 Kingston pike, just go expecting to be treated like you are an idiot that doesn't know what you want to eat or drink. As for me from now on I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to gi to another McDonald's that knows how to treat customers. And hopefully get my order right.

The worst customer service by the cashier, what a horrible and sour attitude. Horrible service. They gave me wrong cup for ice coffee and don't closet on the top. And she doesn't even speak proper English.

Every single time I come here (and I come to this one a lot ), they always get my order right. I went after 8:30 pm and it was steady and not super busy. I ordered the Asian chicken salad, medium fries, and a strawberry tea. The cashier/server asked all of the right questions and made sure that I was taken care of quickly.

Consider yourself very lucky if this generation gets an order right. If you order more than one item, you're in trouble. It has been months since they last got our order right and I've finally had it and will not return. After all, who's the fool - this uneducated, uncaring generation or the one who keeps coming back?
