They took 15 minutes to get my am order. I had to call them to let them know I was waiting for my food. They guy comes out with an attitude. And lo and behold, I had to rush to the bathroom right after I ate this food. And since I was waiting outside for a while, I noticed an employee was smoking right outside the door and immediately went into work with that awful cigarette smell. Good luck to the people who's food se prepped 😬

They cannot make the food fast enough for the drive through, they make yph park and cannot keep track of your order. Then when you go inside to fet your food you get attitude and incompetence. Will not be returning to this location ever.

After a 12 hour shift and got off at 1 am I Waited 30 min before I got to order , I told the guy who took my order to make sure my Big Mac is in the bag , because last week they forgot it . When I get home I check the bar and my Big Mac is not in the bag . We open our cheese burgers and they were burned . I drive all the way back to McDonald’s I see that they blocked off the drive thru , so I move the barracade and the guy at the drive thru tell me they are closed for 45 minutes. I explain to him he forgot my big Mac after I had told him to please check and make sure it didn’t happen again , I asked for the manager he said I was talking to him and let him know about my burned burgers and he promised to re make them I get home and they are even more burned. I wouldn’t even give this to my dog . I know better not to go to this Mc Donald’s anymore Maryland and Sahara that’s inside terrribles store.

Worst McDonald's ever created. I purchased a Sausage McMuffin w Egg, and it was horrible. The muffin was hard and dry. The egg was like rubber, and the sausage was of brick consistency. I asked for a replacement and got another sandwich that was worse. I gave it back to them, chopped it up as a loss, and walked out the door. Would never recommend this McDonald's. Period.....

McDonald’s claims to be open 24/7, on a major Street, Sahara Ave across from Palace Station, but dining area closes early, one would wonder is the neighborhood safe to even go in this McDonald’s.. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone, sadly, a family place with no values….”Becareful around there, if McDonald’s is closing their doors, it might not be safe to be around that McDonald’s.

look it's mcdonald's, it's not a five star restaurant, but this mcdonald's makes other mcdonald's feel like a five star restaurant. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. ps, manager is rude to her staff, may be the reason this place sucks.

I'm not saying they're gonna have it when you show up, but as far as I know, this is the only McDonald's in Vegas that has their ice cream machine working. Praise be. Saved my night.

I was craving breakfast so I went to McDonald's I ordered at the self-ordering kiosk and got the #3 combo I asked for 5 creamers on my medium-size coffee 5 sugars and a regular shot of vanilla syrup. I got my order right away not even two minutes after I ordered it now I know why it was so quick the bottom half of my muffin was cold almost frozen cold and I didn't get my shot of vanilla syrup on my coffee. Come on sacrificing the quality of the food for faster service. I rather wait I little bit but Have my food at least warm if not hot.

Second time at a McDonald's in ten years, and another unbelievably terrible experience, I can't believe these places stay in business. Lobby is filthy, took 15 minutes to get a burnt steak egg and cheese biscuit. I mean the bun was black! The only reason I stopped here is because it was fast convenient or at least I thought it would be. I will never go to another one McDonald's, gas stations have better food. The McDonald's brand has been ruined, it was not like this 30 years ago.

Horrible experience! Finally visiting Vegas after years! Decide to stop by here. Use restroom with my boy and worker tells me my son who's 7! Can't be in the ladies restroom with me. He needs to be in men's. In my face yelling like I'm a child. Horrible service that lady needs happiness in her life! Made my boy shut down and hold back his tears. This place needs to teach this employee professionalism. The lady working here I pray you find your happiness because you can't go around negative and bitter. Worst experience and I hope if you have children or grandchildren no one ever makes them feel the way you made my son felt. On 3/23/24 I placed a mobile Order, when I arrived I entered the spot I was in and the app glitched. I went inside to let them Know I was there and the app glitched on me, the cashier told me that I wouldn't be charged for my order and she charged me again. I paid for my order again in store, so I paid twice once on Apple Pay in the app and once In store. The next day I went in again to make a purchase and I told the cashier (diff lady) that I was charged twice and explained what happened she said to give it 3-5 days, you won't be charged. I was charged twice! I'm doing this to let y'all know to just be careful if something like this happens to you don't pay again. I'm very disappointed

Stopped in this morning to deal with a very rude front counter person. She was very rude to multiple customer before I ordered when the food came. It tasted like it had laid back there on the grill for three weeks. The food was almost an edible. Shameful actually the direction that McDonald's has headed used to be a great Institute now it's nothing but a box that you walk into and it's so un personable and unaccommodating.

The lady taking our orders wouldn't let us do multiple orders and they were extremely slow when they were making the food. Don't ever come here!!!!

Eh a little slow but the customer service is pretty nice & the ice cream is pretty good. They have the bathrooms locked which can be a little annoying. Other than that, everything else is good. A lot faster than Farmer Boys.

There's this drive thru crew who gets the orders an old woman who seems like she doesnt like her job. After ordering went to the next window to pay and asked if I could add an order I forgot. She said "you cant do that hun you have to drive around again to order" with an attitude. LIKE WHAAAT LOL and there's literally no car behind me. She is always mad LOL. Remove her from the drive thru put her somewhere else bc her bad vibe is contagious. Thanks

If I could give a zero star, I would.Just drove in from L.A last night and don't eat McDonald's that much,but being in my 50's I know what's good and what isn't.The bread part of the big Mac was so hard that it was like chewing on wood.Couldn't even get my teeth through it.The filet o fish was terrible too.The fish patty was over cooked to where it was burned and not edible.whoever owns this place needs to fire the mgr and check every pice of food that they are putting in a box for human consumption.It was disgusting.Its next to my business and I won't be going back there again.Obviously the manager is not qualified enough to run a fast food restaurant which is sad.He or She should be reading these negative reviews and doing something about it.Fast food ain't cheap no more and that doesn't mean that the people working here shouldn't expect the public to eat stuff that's not fit for a dog to eat.Ive actually had McDonald's at other random restaurants as was surprised how good it was. This place falls into undeniably the worst.

Nobody's gonna read this but THEY ALMOST KILLED MY KID by giving us the wrong order. When I called to complain they wouldn't make it right and the lady I called who said her name was Melissa and said she was the GM, said it wasn't possible to refund my money for the food my child didn't receive. She could do it if I came by after 2 p.m. the next day. Could she call corporate & just figure that out on her time? Oh no. She could not, but she could give me the corporate # which I couldn't take down because I was in a hotel room without a pin because when people go through a drive-thru, they generally drive through it to a different location. "Melissa" talked over me and "MA'AM'ed me. Literally told me she would not go through the effort. My kid has a fever of 103 & now stuck in a hotel with no food that won't kill her. No one reads these, but if I was the franchise's lawyer, I'd advise HR to instruct managers that, when this inevitably happens again, you just make a phone call & learn how to make that person whole. If I'd had to stab my child with an Auvi-Q, or God forbid the device failed this would be a lawsuit not a review.

Remember when McDonalds was fast? Those days are long gone. Remember when you could actually use the bathroom at a McDonalds? Well don't fo there if you really need to go. First of all you can't order with an actual person at this location. You have to use a machine. They only had two employees one of which wasn't doing Jack sh**. I watched as one lady ran around doing everything and the other guy just stood around occasionally putting something in a bag. That's it. Nothing else. I asked if I could use the bathroom and he said he had to unlock it with a key (even though there is a keypad on the door) and he said he was too busy (standing around not doing jack...,). Finally after waiting a long time for my food the one lady that was working came to bring my food and she walked over and unlocked the restroom. So thank you to the one employee that actually works. I recommend though that you avoid this location. I wish I could give 0 stars on yelp....

In the first photo is the original burger they gave me with looks like less than half a patty. I go back in to ask for it to remake the man was nice about it. I go back out to my car to check it because I heard the girls in the back laughing that my burger looked the way it did. I look at the burger and they poured a bunch of salt and Pepper on it. I went back in and asked to speak with a manger. The man walks away and says let me grab the manger then turns around and says he is the manger. I asked him if he was serious because he seemed confused when I asked and seem very hesitant. They refused to refund my order. And at that point I didn't want it remade because who knows what they would do if I gave them another chance. I didn't eat or drink my food because I was hesitant as to what they did with the drink and fries all because the fat bitch taking orders got upset because I asked to use a code and it wouldn't work so I made her try twice. Sorry you work at McDonald and are overweight and ugly. Maybe next time don't mess with people's food. You may now lose ur job hunny. Maybe go to the gym and find a better job. Because next time you might mess with the wrong person and have a lawsuit doing things like this with peoples food.

My work crew is done with all McDonald's restaurants. Since the addition of the kiosks it is almost impossible to get an order in. Forget dining in. If you use the drive-thru it's not as bad, but we like to sit down inside. No senior deals using the kiosks. Using cash works against you. Never again for our 30+ employees.

They should really quit advertising curbside for this location. This manger never walks coffee out. Should be less then 10 mins. It's now constantly 15 mins and I have to go in and ask for it. When they do this they stack cars in the drive through and by the door making it impossible to exit. Why advertise curbside?

I just visited this location on Sahara and Ulta this has got to be one of the worst McDonald's in the area if I could give it a negative Stars I would I came through the drive-thru at 4:04 when I pulled in I was going to use the app for a $2 breakfast sandwich when I pulled in I was told it'll be a second 5 minutes later I said hello I get a reply with hello it'll be just a second in a smart-ass tone finally my order was taken at 4:17 and then the so-called manager wanted to argue with me about my code because of course if anybody uses the app they know it expires and you have to refresh it well I gave him my code and he said it was invalid I said yes because I've been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting he told me to refresh it and when I tried to refresh it it said the code had already been used because they tried to put it in so then he wants to argue with me about the code and how it was breakfast and it had to be a cold for breakfast I told him it was so finally he takes my order I pull up to the window where I'm greeted by a extremely rude young girl with nails that would poke your eyes out he hands me my Coke and the lid was not on a good so it's spilled all over my hand I had to ask for a napkin and then when I'm giving my sandwich I asked for extra napkins she replied in a rude tone did she put a napkin in the bag I said to her I would like extra napkins so she tosses them at me and in a smart tone she says have a good night then when I opened the bag my sandwich was laying in the bottom of the bag with the wrapper on top of it and one crumpled up napkin in the bag the English muffin was burnt and so was the sausage patty this is one of the worst McDonald's in the city they obviously don't give a care about customers or customer service

I don't care if you are lazy or just stupid but if I order a drink I expect to have a FULL CUP, I ordered a smoothie and it wasn't even to the top, they asked me if I ordered 2 so they had 2 ready one was up to the top and one wasn't and when I turned to put the food down the full one was gone and they handed me the not full one. If this happens again imma be even more pissed cause this location just straight up stucks, shut it down.... food is also always cold I'm over it. I'll be going to the one up the street instead that's how bad it is, people working in the drive thru line suck compared to cash register btw. WORST MCDON

I'd give zero stars if I could. Easily the worst McDonald's ever. Service is very slow even when the restaurant isn't busy. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's fresh and on point, other times it's cold and stale. More so the latter. Don't even get my started on the employees, always rude and unfriendly. I get that we all have bad days, but don't take that out on your customers Don't bother with this place. If you really want McDonald's go further up the road to the one on Sahara and Arville

I realize you don't need to have a high IQ to work at Mc Donald's, but the girl at the window tonight, May 30, 2020, was a complete idiot. She gave use two medium fries instead of the three we paid for. Also asked for extra Mac sauce and didn't get that. Yes, paid extra for that as well. And she gave us a strawberry shake instead of the vanilla shake we ordered. How stupid can a person be. Is there no oversight in this place? Who trains th idiots Update: they did it again. Ordered two filet of fish and one hamburger with bacon. Got three filet of fish instead even though the receipt on the box said there was a burger in the box. How can the owner of this franchise have such inept people working for him. They obviously couldn't care less. Never going there again. There are too many other McDonalds in the area.

Im a truck driver, hungry. I cant pull the rig on the drive thru, this guy works at mcdonalds could of taken my order but refuse to because i didnt have a car. The drive thru was empty, didnt see why i couldnt get food. In other words, mcdonalds dont care about truck drivers but we are the ones bringing everything they use and sell. Thanks mcdonalds. I was on my way home a little after midnight and I wanted a cold drink. This McDonald's is easy to get to. The drive through had three cars in front of me but before long, I had my diet Coke ordered and I was soon at the window picking it up. I generally don't stop in this neighborhood because there are others closer to home, but this was perfect last night. A good stop with a pleasant and quick staff.

0STARS When I order my order through the mobile app. I waited outside in my car for about 15mins. I entered the restaurant and provided " Jessica" with my order receipt number due to the Mobile app not working properly and letting the staff know that there's customers waiting outside. Not only myself yet 2 other patrons came in to pick up their mobile app orders as well who sat in their vehicles for a while. "Jessica" walked to the back of the kitchen to grab my bag and tossed my bag of food on the counter in to which my food almost fell out the bag. I walked to my car and placed my food inside. I returned back inside the restaurant to ask the girl who threw my foods name. She said "Jessica". I then asked to speak to a manager in which she stated" I am the manager". I then proceeded to ask her way did she throw my food on the counter in such a way? " Jessica" stated that it's busy and she's just a kid. I then stated to her" That's not an excuse for your unprofessionalism" Another female kitchen worker came to the front of the store due to " Jessica" calling me a "Bitch". I threatened to call the Police in which "jessica" Stated she was going to do it first. The quality of the employees within the establishment is unforgiving. No paying customer should have their food thrown at them and then given an excuse by the Manager that they're just a "Kid" I've been establish through the Mobile app for years and NEVER experience such disrespect. It really absurd that anyone can experience that type of behavior from an employee within your establishment. This issue needs to be addressed ASAP. The Food handling wasn't safe due to it semi falling out my bag when " Jessica" tossed it on the counter nor did I feel comfortable eating it after that and she refused to give a refund back to my debit/credit card. This is by Far the WORST customer service I've ever received.

Today, a friend and I stopped by for a beverage on our way home from her doctor's appointment... Imagine my surprise when I couldn't get a medium Hazlenut iced coffee because they were out of medium cups... I suggested that they make me a medium in a large cup and I was told that the manager said that was impossible... You'd think that they'd have given me a large for the price of a medium, but this is McDonald's we're talking about... Ah, McDonald's you never disappoint, you continue to practice "customer no service" at its worst...

5 star thanks to Erika who worked drive thru window. Wow. The kindest person ever met at any drive thru. She totally just caught me and the fiance off guard. I hope corporate or someone comes to see her because if you let her train employees on customer service. It could change the game for ever . Receipt number 1351. We are from California and here for 1 night. But wow. She deserves some recognition .

Can I give a half star?Drive thru was under construction, could find curbside for mobile ordering.  Went inside and let them know we couldn't find curbside and they said its right out front- when I  left the signage was haphazardly up and not very noticeable. When I  was ordering the frustrated manager yelled toward the lobby "I  dont need three in kitchen" but not sure if they even heard her. The two guys disappeared and 1 lady came to do the drinks. My food was ready  BEFORE  my drinks, as was the guy after me. The two guys seemed to reappear and just talk to the manager, did nothing the whole time I was waiting. I was the second order, but waited a while, very surprised. Fries were good. Big Mac and filet of fish were very dry. New management, better organization?  Training needed? Not sure they will do well when its busier  when the drive thru opens? Improvements needed.

The two star rating is being generous by a long shot, this location should have a negative rating. They usually get something in my order wrong but lately it's been almost a completely different order altogether. I usually check the bag before we leave and catch the issue but on this unfortunate night my brother went for us. We had to go back twice. First he come home with a completely wrong order, then he comes back and the order seems to be right on the outside but still isn't correct. Finally I decided to go back and get a refund. The worker really had the nerve to argue with me that the order was correct? Are you serious that I don't know what my receipt says or what I HEARD him say to you? They also took the phone off of the hook so you couldn't call them ahead of time to correct their mistake. Thank god in n out is up the street, they worth the wait.
