⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve always had a great experience at McDonald’s! The food is consistently tasty, served hot and fresh, and the staff are usually friendly and quick to take and prepare orders. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and the self-ordering screens make everything fast and convenient. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, McDonald’s never disappoints. Their coffee and desserts are also surprisingly good, especially the McFlurry! Great place for a quick, affordable meal with reliable quality every time.

Found a hair in my fries. Disgusting and completely ruined the meal. Management needs to ensure staff are following proper hair restraint and hygiene procedures. Avoid this location until they get their health standards in check.

Macdonalds Westfield Review Better than usual It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food chicken here. There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things. The quality of the food is good. Temperature always seems to be a challenge for mcdonald's There was no west ham match today. So seating was less of a challenge. Also, our food arrived surprisingly quickly. The staff were so focused on ticking all the right boxes, they often forgot to smile. It is helpful they have someone to supervise the kiosks. There is no need to wait long to use and always technical support available.

This morning I grabbed a quick porridge and an Americano before catching the train. Used the self-service till, paid, and thought nothing more of it… except the machine didn’t print the receipt or order number. No problem I thought. When my order was ready I asked for a receipt. “How much was it?” “I’m not sure.” “Which self-service till did you use?” “I don’t recall.” The response: “Well it’s going to take me some time then.” To which I replied (perhaps slightly impatiently): “Well love… it’s not really my problem the machine didn’t print the receipt, is it?” Technology is brilliant when it works. When it doesn’t… suddenly it’s everyone else’s problem. Self-service. Full-service frustration. I do think McDonalds needs to train their staff in communication and how to speak to their customers.

It’s okay but the portions are getting smaller every year but the prices are increasing which don’t find right. I ordered a flatbread & a burger with iced smoothie (forgot name) & coffee. drinks were ok but quite bland. Service was good & quick as it was ordered during weekday as breakfast.

Apparently they have a breakfast only menu until 11am where you don't get the proper burgers. We ordered on the machine literally minutes before 11am and it did not alert us about that fact at all. Not knowing we thought they have another issue and order breakfast stuff. A few minutes later, while we were still waiting in the queue it was a disappointing surprise to see the full menu being available. We asked if we could cancel or order and get something from the proper menu. Staff refused thst which I get, but there should at least have been an indication in the machines noting that they would switch to the proper menu at 11am. If thst had been the case we could have waited a few minutes and spared ourselves the disappointment.

We had two double quarter pounders, 9 chicken fingers with fries. Food was not very good, bland, fries were undercooked but the chicken finger. I wouldn’t go to another.

Very busy, food was McDonald's standard but blisteringly quick service, impressive. Order was ready as soon as I pressed pay. No atmosphere just noise.

Crazy setup as you wait it's a crowd of people and chaos. Stay away from this busy location!

My expectations were low to start, given that this is both McDonalds and mall food, and my experience managed to still fall short of that. I was excited to try a Biscoff McFlurry since I can't get it in the US and I do love the taste of Biscoff biscuits. Sadly, it was pretty melted by the time I got it and honestly was quite boring with just cookie crumbs. I also ordered a McCrispy which I haven't had before and sadly it was not a crispy as the name would lead one to believe. Would not come back.

Food Court locations of chains like this are never too great, but this branch of McDonald's in the Food Court of Westfield Stratford City, London's busiest shopping centre seems to have taken that, and somehow gone even worse. The store is pretty small and is merely a counter, meaning there is no space for technology such as the new digital screens which most McDonald's stores have now, to make matters worse they don't even seem to have the new ordering system, making the whole queuing and waiting for area a slow and hectic mess with staff running around like headless chickens unable to cope. The fact this is one of the few stores in London not to accept mobile orders, which most McDonald's stores (even franchises) accept and try to push now, makes matters worse for me, as someone who hates waiting especially for something which could be done in seconds with technology. The staff as mentioned before seemed to really struggle, and they didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing, which on four visits to McDonald's on a recent trip to London, I found to be the case at 100% of branches, which includes branches at Ludgate Hill, Commercial Road, New Oxford Street and this one here at Westfield Stratford City. The location in a busy Food Court near other fast food rivals, as expected means the whole area can be pretty noisy, dirty and hard to get a table as McDonald's, of course, doesn't have its' own seating area. A poor branch of the American fast-food chain, even for food court standards. A real shame. 1*
