I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Willian, who was working late at night. Even during the night shift he was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful, making sure everything with my order was correct and treating customers with real kindness. I like the renovation that has just been completed recently. It feels more comfy now. It’s bigger and The only McDonald’s in town. Nice meal, good variety of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea. Friendly staff.

One of the "ordering robot-waiter machines" were broken and couldn't read the card, and some of the things we ordered were only available through the robot-machine for some reason, so after asking for help, we had to retype our order again through another machine because they couldn't help. There's an indoor playground, which is nice for kids. The quality of the food is definitely the best I've ever had in a McDonald's. Much better than in other countries.

I just had an amazing experience at McDonald's thanks to one of your staff members! I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received. The guy who served me had a big smile on his face, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He took care of the little things—like bringing me ketchup, a straw, and even a salt and pepper sachet—without me having to ask. It's rare to see this level of attention to detail and customer care, and it made my visit so much more enjoyable. Please give this person a raise; they truly deserve it!

The food was good, but the wraps that my friends craved were missing from the list. The macarons pastry pleasantly surprised me. On the cafe side, I didn't get service from the counter even though I waited for several moments. There was a really bad smell in the toilet.
