Ordered 2 steak egg McMuffins with spicy sauce . Only one had sauce on it and they added ham on both sandwiches. More likely left over egg sandwiches since the egg tasted old 😭

You have to give the employees credit for trying really hard to do a good job. I tried the self pay station. It took forever for the screen to read what I had selected. The lag time on this screen was awful. I finally got my order in. The machine instructed me to take a tent card, enter the card's number and told me that the order would be brought out to me. And so I waited and waited some more. No one came until an employee walked around calling out the contents of my order and asking who's it was. The tent card was obviously placed on my table. No effort was made to find the card number and then I was treated as if I was stupid for not coming up to the counter to collect my order when they called it out. They neither called out my tent card number nor brought my order to me as the self pay booth had instructed would happen. That was a sad dissapointment. Before I left, I over heard another customer asking about his order and was told it had been picked up by someone else. It had been stolen. From the way the employee talked , it sounded like this was not the first time it happened. So if you do visit this location, don't use the self pay, and after placing your order, stand near the counter, don't trust in customer service, guard your order.

Worst experience as a delivery partner thru DoorDash. Refused to give me the order I was there for because I ordered myself food. With two cars ahead of me, there is no reason the order couldn’t have been fulfilled and the delivery order prepared within the same time. Cost me 4.50 for having to be unassigned from the order. Spend 5.95 for 5 dollar meal cause I ordered a shaved ice drink, the gave me a smaller size and still charge more.. only a few McDonald’s do that. The one at Riverview is good. Never going back and won’t be accepting offers from this location.

The patties for the burgers are dry as if they've been sitting in warmer trays all day

This McDonald's gives me the creeps and I tell you why. I was there one Saturday minding my own business how to use the restroom but you have to order something first as I was going to the restroom I was noticing that the employee was looking for a coworker to help get this lady out of the restroom as I noticed it was smelling like fentanyl. Pops out the restroom this old lady in a wheelchair coming out. the employee at McDonald's couldn't use the restroom because of the smell was so strong. Beware of this McDonald's people are using fentanyl in the restrooms and it's leaking out into the main lobby.

Place was filthy. The managers here should be disgusted by the filth and cooperate REALLY needs to send secret cooperate employees to see this. Dirtiests mcds I've been to in years, and I'm from Detroit, so that should mean something. See pics.

Play place was filthy. Junkies hanging out in a large group, every day not so great. Employees are over worked, they need more staff or it needs to be better managed. Took 20 min for a chicken nugget Happy meal. Without many customers. When I received the Happy meal it didn't have fries in it and they didn't put it on a tray. I guess it's expected that it's okay to eat off these filthy tables. Management must be smoking crack to allow a facility to look/exist in this state. We live in the neighborhood and it sucks to have to drive further to find a McDonald's Play place, but that's our only option.

Where do I start. If you come expect to clean your own tables. The iced coffee.......is well not iced? It's Luke warm watery coffee with no vanilla. Even the hazelnut is no hazel or nut. And they forgot the hashbrowns. For the cost of mcdonalds today, I expected a tad better. Edit: Geeze I just had the sausage burrito, it tasted like those frozen ones you get from the store and pop it in the microwave before you go hunting. Edit 2: Come on, apparently my wife went to the bathroom and found a lot of needle caps littering the floor. Good thing I didn't bring my kids.

I like going to this McDonalds despite all the reviews but depending on different times you may not get what you want how you want it. No big deal. I've been going to this McDonald's for years, literally not even a ten minute walk. The walk is sometimes worth it because sometimes the service is very welcoming. My only problem is the straws lmao I got a large frappe & the straw barely goes over the dome. I doubt yall are running out of whip cream because I only got an amount the size of two knickles! I even asked for extra caramel & whip cream but yall can't do it?? Though you do it on the drink I didn't ask for it on? yall cool but petty

With some of my recent reviews, I may begin to sound like a broken record. When I enter a store, the employees begin to display racist, prejudiced, or classist behavior, and I in turn promptly leave. This location in Mesa, however, is especially puzzling due to its close proximity to MLB Spring Training and the MLB Fall League. What I am struggling to understand about this area is that literally year round, you get people from all walks of life that come through this forgotten barren strip of Satan's backyard in search of either entertainment or opportunity. Yet the locals who inhabit this area continuously treat people of African descent like animals. I guess when they're not being entertained, they see no value in people of African descent, and the mode of thinking goes back to how they actually feel, which in turn causes them to treat them as subhumans.   But I digress. McDonald's is one of the least healthy substances on earth, which, quite honestly, you should avoid either way. But this place, like so many other places in the Phoenix metropolitan area, bases its customer service on racial profiling, so if you don't fit within the parameters of what they view as the ideal patron, expect to be treated less than if you decide to be a paying customer at this location.   Overall, this place is not the best place to go if you're of African descent. There are other locations that value not only your business but will also treat you in a respectful manner.   As you can see from my other reviews, I have not had the most pleasant experiences lately. However! At great personal risk to myself, I write these reviews based on my experience so that others will benefit from the experiences that I have. But always do your own research!

If I could give no stars I would. Waited 20 minutes for the worst fucking service ever! Not only that the food was absolutely disgusting! I asked for 2 plain burgers and one with no onion. All three had onions. Horrible! Also got no straw. They were unfriendly and I mean that's what I get for somebody smoking out of god knows what right out front. Never go here!!!!

Absolutely dirty and disgusting place! The lady with the tattoo at the cashier is beyond rude and should not be in customer service. OMG this place is beyond awful! Stay away! Nothing is working. Kid place is closed, soda machine is down, no toilet paper in ladies room, nothing. Floor is filthy, tables are filthy. Where is corporate and their quality control? It shouldn't take 20min for a meal. Wow! Beyond disappointed for a $50 meal. My GOD! Stay away as far as you can!

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I know it's just McDonald's and no one is expecting 5 star status but some care in your place of business goes a long way. I just got my son a kids meal with a chocolate milk, and I haven't even opened the bottle and it is leaking on his bed. Smh it's cruddy and quite questionable.

Homeless smoking weed right at the entrance. Parking is a mess due to long drive-thru lines. Homeless inside cutting the line to ask for napkins, free things. Focus at the store is on the drive-thru (which makes sense because most locals are likely afraid to come inside to order) so inside ordering is slow during peak times. Pretty crappy environment, NOT family friendly. Mesa needs to clean up this area.

I always expect the minimum when it comes to mcdonalds but what the f*ck is this? Hey GM, train your staff. No wonder the only photos for this location are staged.

The drive thru attendant was so rude it was comical. I get this is a fast food job but a little courtesy goes a long way. Also after being a jacka**, they still mess up my order.

Don't even stop for a drink. Of course the drive thru was closed. The last three times I went inside I got hit up by panhandlers while I'm was In line at the counter. The whole experience makes me question the quality of the food. Anyway, as for me I will find someplace else to stop.

I ordered Doordashing from here and the food was cold and dry af and they just decided to put a note in my bag saying sorry about the shake and never tried to accommodate me for anything for did ask the driver if I wanted something else. And they didn't even answered when I called them -10/10 would not recommend.

Was disgusted after a man kept calling a young employee beautiful and even saying he wanted to kiss her. This man was waiting for another employee to get off and that employee heard and said nothing. The young employee looked like a child.

First time here... needed to have my son let some energy out at the playland.. very clean but freezing cold.. its 40 outside and rainy.. it's cold.. the customer service is horrible. The manager Q , corrected a worker out at the register, very unprofessional & unnecessary. No communication, denial. I ordered a Carmel macchiato, paid for it and then was told the machine was down for cleaning. Q, the manager couldnt even refund me the correct amount. We definately will not be back here..

Whoever was working the second window where they give the food out on the 21 on this month deserves a raise. Seriously the sweetest guy ever pls give him a promotion

Took a bit for anyone to even notice I was at the counter, they're busy I get it. Older lady comes up to the register and just doesn't seem to care about anything, I'm rushed through my order then tells me McGriddles never come with cheese when I know they do. Rather rude and I won't be returning at all. Stay away

Why are these guys always sooooooooooooo s l o w? They NEVER have hot fries ready to go. I swing in to McDonalds to get fries all the time, and this location makes me wait 100% of the time. I've given them a break...it is really busy they ran out...and it is really slow they don't want to waste them. WTF? I had to wait on fries one time and my fish got cold...no kidding. These people need a new manager if it is corporate and a new owner if it is individually owned.

The staff here are pathetic. Give a fuck about what you do and maybe the turn out would be better. I don't say that lightly because fast food is a tough business - but if you want good food, that isn't messed up, don't go here. The people are horrible, the service is utter shit.

Absolutely horrible. Went there for my kids and family. We got four orders of the 10 piece nuggets so FORTY chicken nuggets and every single one of them were majorly undercooked!! There were multiple people going up to the counter saying that their food was undercooked and the manager couldn't even be nice. The security gaurd there even told the manager this is why he has to deal with people because the employees have no clue on how to treat the customers. Absolutely horrible. They got a remodel done just in the last few months and this is how they open back up....... Sad.

You would maybe think by all of the 1 star reviews they would maybe make some McChanges here. Arrived at 11:00pm they are open until 1am, not one light was on in the parking lot or building. Incompetent staff, smoking weed and hanging out outside. We had two mobile orders, but they couldn't McWait to slam the window shut before we could ask for the rest of our food. After having to honk our horn for some McAttention, they proceed to tell us that the second order did not exist (after we gave them a valid code). Once we went back and forth several times, they argued the order was not valid. We then told them we would pay for the order so we could leave, but they insisted on giving us the food for free after laughing at a supposed "card decline" which is impossible. We finally get our two FREE large fries after being told they didn't not have "large" containers, in a combination of medium and small containers. The free order was not even what we had ordered in the first place. To get a free order to fix the initial issue WRONG is unacceptable.

This location has really stepped up their game! They remodeled the inside and not only is it clean and beautiful - the staff are so friendly. Food is really great! :) much better than my last visit about 6 months ago.

This place is a shit hole!! It's filthy!!! It's 3:21pm and the place is dirty and the bathrooms are out of order.

I wish I could go lower than one star. Just because you're over 40 and work at McDonalds doesnt mean you have to be so rude. I pay for the food and the crazy lady just stares at me with the widest eyes ever. I ask her am I supposed to pull forward, what's happening here? She told me I have to drive around the building several times til it's ready. So I just pull up and get my food? How in the world does this McDonalds work? She said yeah pull up and we will come out to give it to you. I start driving to the designated parking spots for the drive thru that are clearly marked then some dude hangs out the second drive through window and asks if I still want my food. I would rather drive 20 miles away to never see these people ever again.

Scary visit. Front door entrance dumpy. Lots of people outside front door doing "business", safety issue. Only one restroom in the place, that employees also use appeared hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Wasn't busy at my visit and searched for a clean table. Lots of other fast food places to choose from and Fry it's right across the street. I make it better choice next time

There was plastic wrap in my salad and then when I ordered my son and myself and chocolate dipped cone, the lady poured sooooo much syrup on it, NOT the kind that gets hard, the kind that just drips off and made a big mess, so now there's a chocolate stain on my white sweater. My son wouldn't touch it cuz it was so messy it looked like a pile of diarrhea on an ice cream cone so I through it away and the McDonalds server then started yelling at me making a big scene. I didn't even ask for my money back or make a complaint while there yet she got so mad I through away the diarrhea ice cream cone. WTH? I'll never go back to that location. Fix your service McDonalds!

This McDonald's has a lot of potential, but as it is it still remains just that; potential. The overall restaurant is nice, clean and spacious. I have yet to see the floors or the tables dirty, and from what i have seen of the prep tables and the cooking areas they all look sanitary and well maintained. there is always a full staff to handle the large volume of customers they get. as far as the staff goes; it took me almost seven minutes to get a soda. my friend actually ordered his food,and then got his food before i ordered my soda when i was waiting by the register to order the whole time. when i finally did order they did not even apologize for the wait. as far as professional etiquette they can use some improvements, but the delivery time here normally makes up for it.

WTH is going on here??? At the McDonald's on Alma School and Main., there's about a 5 minute wait PER CAR. So if 4 cars are in front of you, you'll be sitting in that line for 20 minutes!! When I finally got to the window to pay, the guy was nice and apologized for the wait. I asked him what was going on, and if they're understaffed. He said: We're ALWAYS understaffed on Friday nights!" :-/

I write my reviews from the perspective of a mom. This is a McDonald's with a play place. A great place to take your kids to play. Why in the name of hamburgers would they skip a baby changer in the bathroom? I had to change a diaper on the floor. No thanks.

Worst McDonald's ever. I was waiting in line for 5-10min when the manager Monica I think, takes her friend's order first when her friend had just gotten there?? Wth & the employee "Caroline" tried to deny my two coupon for my brother and I so then she rudely referred me to Monica and had to wait for her to do her friends order. Then again waited 5 more minutes, looks like drive thru would've been a better bet but then again I was 2nd in line at front cash, it shouldn't have taken so long for some fries and a spicy. Primary hated how rude Caroline was. This place would be better if they didn't have bums sleeping outside

The inside of this place is a joke. Every table is gross trash all over the floors. The tables are sticky and so are the floors. No one greeted us when we came in. They Where hanging out with the manager. Smh

Worst McDonald's I've been to. If you show up 30 min before closing they ignore you in the drive thru. They always act really rude when I order or have any questions. Place looks disgusting

Went through the drive thru and they Gave us pies that expired four hours previously.

I have come to this location before, and wasn't necessarily ever disappointed but never impressed. It was a cheap and usually quick way to get food fast, hence what "fast food" is for. But tonight my visit severely unimpressed. I got to the drive thru around 9:45 pm, ordered my two basic menu items, and pulled forward to wait. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes to even get to the first window to pay, and then an additional 15 minutes to get my food. It took me 25-30 minutes to get through the drive thru of 4 cars (including myself). And to top it all off? When I was finally given my food, the employee handed me the bag, hurriedly said "Sorry about that" and shut the door and walked off before I could even respond. I was starving, exhausted, and nowhere near prepared to sit so long in my car. Never again will I go to this location.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Trash and spills all over the floor. Waited to order awkwardly standing there while employees just stood around in a daze. Soda fountain was out of carbonation and we had to wipe down our table to eat. Cars beeping at drive thru and screeching tires as they were leaving, probably upset from zombie like pace of the employees. Not fast food by any means. Not good by any means. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other McDonald's! Needs major help!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!! It is so filthy, the workers don't clean up the trash or the tables! Someone spilled a soda and they never cleaned it up! So the floor was sticky! Trash, dirt, dried ketchup on the tables. Literally disgusted with this place!

Terrible service. Terrible altitude. I drove through this McDonald's and asked for two boxes of chicken nuggets and a sandwich. The server just wouldn't understood what I meant and asked me TWICE to drive to the next window! It was like " oh daddy's not happy, so get your ass out of here". Finally she placed the order for me. On the drive-thru screen, it was the right order, but what I finally got was sooooo wrong!! She missed one of my nuggets and what tricky was, I found out three extra burgers in my order and also, in my bill. I dramatically bought four fking burgers for myself?! Are you kidding me?? NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S.

So many problems with this horrible location. They are doing "ear-protected" demolition during business hours. I currently have a lawsuit filed against them for this. I am an audio engineer and I need my ears for my work. The unbearable loudness of the equipment they were using has given me permanent hearing damage. Not to mention all the little kids that were in the store while I was there! (and many more throughout the day I'm sure.) HIGHLY ILLEGAL, nice job Mcdonalds! Also I was assaulted by one of the workers there because he thought I was filming him (which i'm legally totally allowed to do, in actuality I was filming the demolition work). He punched me 3 times in the face, and when I was waiting in the store for the police the rest of the staff kicked me out, which is also illegal. So good job Mcdonalds you just got yourself a couple lawsuits! This excuse of a restaurant should be shut down anyway. All it's doing is enabling tweakers and junkies by feeding and literally housing them, eggghh it's grose and cringeworthy. The employees are trash ass people too. One guy there, a tall slender black man is very nice to me and he is an exception, but other than him this place is the epitome of sucky.

The employees were rude, the soda machine was in a weird place and food wasn't that fresh, I would recommend going to a different location if possible. I went with my friends and their food came out before mine even though I had ordered first. Not a good example of McDonald's.

just had breakfast at my least favorite McDonalds, but boy has it changed, it used to be the slowest one. but last month they put in a double drive thru, and inside this morning this really nice little American American girl asked me to try their new electronic board to order, bypassing the counter, I reluctantly did so, she was so helpful and friendly I paid there at the board and took a number and put it on my table and I swear my big breakfast platter was at my table within a few minutes ( under five min.) I then watched this new girl work with other people, she was so wonderful to everyone and still watched all around her to not miss anyone needing help, plus run one of the 2 registers. this girl was the most refreshing thing I have ever have seen at McDonalds, I asked if she was new, she said 6 months, I asked her name (same as a famous singer) can't remember it. store#19542 Val Vista and University, Mesa, Az. Horrible service the employee's saw me there waiting to order... then I had to wait more then five minutes for one bag of ice horrible never going to that McDonald's ever again..
