The playground is nice for the children, and the deals are kind. Except for this morning...I ordered a free reward that I earned, by purchasing food. I ordered a water that is free online, as well as by the kiosk. I was okay with paying for it, but it was supposed to be free. They charged me for a sauce packet but I didn't order a sauce packet. For people out there who $0.27 makes a difference for...go somewhere else. 🙏 I'm happy to pay it for a small breakfast but yikes. Just feels like a way to be taken advantage of.

If I could give negative stars I would. After the lady told me to hold on in the middle of me ordering to go to the other lane and take an order instead of finishing mine first. My Big Mac was no lettuce or onion and said it on the sticker yet still had both on it when I opened it after getting home. I have had several time this location messed up my food but when you look up the number to call this location it has said this wireless customer is not reachable for several months. Absolutely tired of it so I came to leave the review finally.

Took them 10 minutes to get to me to order anything. What i order specifically isnt avaliable on the keyosk so I have to wait for someone. Also the men's restroom had no soap and the sink was broken. I really hope they wash their hands in the kitchen after using the restroom.

I just got my food from there. They hired the worst human being to do customer service to pay we had to re-explain our order multiple times and he did not add what I needed which was a diet Pepsi. We tried to explain that to him. Then we paid and tried to talk to the other employees at the next window it was this black lady with all sorts of type of different color hair and she was very inconsiderate and very rude and had no customer service whatsoever I will be calling corporate this McDonald's needs to be shut down right now because they do not know how to hire good employees and the manager sucks. The food was not great and it was not made as well as it normally is at different locations I don't recommend going here or spending any money or time with these people.

Drive thru is horrible! I usually order drive thru in the mobile app for breakfast (almost everyday) and I can’t count how many times they have given my order to someone else, then they act like I’m the problem. Did you ever think that when you ask someone if they had two sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meals with two frappes for Christina and that person really only had a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle for Bailey, that they might say yes that’s mine so they get way more food? Next time just ask for the code or the name. Once you put the whole order out there you’re gonna have people take advantage and take other people’s orders. It’s not that hard yall! Won’t be returning, I’ll find somewhere else to get my breakfast!

I placed an online order. For a big Mac with no onions and no salt. Very simple, very concise. Sounds like an easy order to fulfill. Don't know if it's the color on my skin or that. I actually asked for something with no salt. But not only did they put onions on it, but there was about 4 tbsp of salt and pepper on it. Now Being somebody that can't have any more salt In his diet, 4 tbsp would give me a heart attack. That sounds like attempted murder to me. I don't recommend this McDonald's. The people apparently cannot read. When I went to have it replaced, they asked me 5 times what my order was.

I was the second one into the drive through and three cars pulled up to the other order station and had there order taken before mine ever was. then when there were no cars but me in the drive through it took another 2-3 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the speaker. Very inefficient and frustrating. I then had to wait longer because they forgot my drink which i’m usually fine with but after getting ignored it just put the cherry on top.

I expected hot food at 2:30am because this location is open 24 hours. I WAS WRONG. Ordered the $5 meal and the guy who took my order took the liberty upon himself to make my drink a large so he could charge me more. But I said it’s fine and I rolled with it cause I ordered a sweet tea. Well at the 2nd window the lady handed me my food with an attitude and everything was there but after when I pulled off I tasted my tea and it had no flavor at all, no sweetness just brown water. My fries were cold so I drove back around. She took my tea back and instead of making me a new one she put SUGAR in my tea and all it did was settle on the bottom of the cup 🙄😒 when I asked for hot fries she said “ Yea those are cold cause I gave you what was leftover.” I looked at her in disbelief because why am I not getting what’s leftover. I don’t want COLD FRIES !!! Then she said “ you give me a min” well she came back with hot fries and I simply drove off. Because I never want to be upset with the people who are making my food. I wish I could have given this review NO STARS because my nuggets were cold and hard. So I threw them away. Horrible customer service at this location. I will NEVER return.
