McDonald's

The playground is nice for the children, and the deals are kind. Except for this morning...I ordered a free reward that I earned, by purchasing food. I ordered a water that is free online, as well as by the kiosk. I was okay with paying for it, but it was supposed to be free. They charged me for a sauce packet but I didn't order a sauce packet. For people out there who $0.27 makes a difference for...go somewhere else. 🙏 I'm happy to pay it for a small breakfast but yikes. Just feels like a way to be taken advantage of.

If I could give negative stars I would. After the lady told me to hold on in the middle of me ordering to go to the other lane and take an order instead of finishing mine first. My Big Mac was no lettuce or onion and said it on the sticker yet still had both on it when I opened it after getting home. I have had several time this location messed up my food but when you look up the number to call this location it has said this wireless customer is not reachable for several months. Absolutely tired of it so I came to leave the review finally.

I was attempting to pay for my food with my chime card and but only had 1.25 of it on the so need to use my PayPal for the remaining 24 cents. I know Im cheap but hard times. The girl at the register wanted me to use my PayPal first which I was un willing to do worries she would charge the entire amount on there leaving the 1.25 on chime. Not wanting to make a scene when it became apparent she wasn't able to accommodate me I told her to cancel the order and went back to finish my coffee when one of the younger male employees brought my my McChicken even after I told him I didn't purchase it and when he went back to the front I realized the manager hadn't comp'ed it THIS young man paid for it out of his own pocket god bless him he is a awesome human being and if McDonald's is smart they'll hold on to him

Took them 10 minutes to get to me to order anything. What i order specifically isnt avaliable on the keyosk so I have to wait for someone. Also the men's restroom had no soap and the sink was broken. I really hope they wash their hands in the kitchen after using the restroom. Back 2 weeks later for lunch. Let me start with I only get 30 minutes. Came. By there was no rush, was slow as can be and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Only 1 of the 4 kiosks was operational. And again, the sink in the men's restroom is broken and not working at all. Also, monopoly doesn't end till November 2nd. They dont have any item with Monopoly stickers available.

I ordered from here through doordash and it was bad. The food was old and burnt and on one of the apple pies I ordered, a roach popped out. I dont recall " add a side of roach" being a possible uncharted option when I added my apple pie. Absolutely disgusting and filthy of them and zero care or pride for the food or customers. Don't you dare delete my review again because I will sue and win. I bet your guys attorney will be a roach in a suit given how much you guys love roaches. His suit case will be an apple pie too I bet. MR MCDONALDS you will hear from me !!! BAHUMBUG!!!!!

I placed an online order. For a big Mac with no onions and no salt. Very simple, very concise. Sounds like an easy order to fulfill. Don't know if it's the color on my skin or that. I actually asked for something with no salt. But not only did they put onions on it, but there was about 4 tbsp of salt and pepper on it. Now Being somebody that can't have any more salt In his diet, 4 tbsp would give me a heart attack. That sounds like attempted murder to me. I don't recommend this McDonald's. The people apparently cannot read. When I went to have it replaced, they asked me 5 times what my order was.

I just got my food from there. They hired the worst human being to do customer service to pay we had to re-explain our order multiple times and he did not add what I needed which was a diet Pepsi. We tried to explain that to him. Then we paid and tried to talk to the other employees at the next window it was this black lady with all sorts of type of different color hair and she was very inconsiderate and very rude and had no customer service whatsoever I will be calling corporate this McDonald's needs to be shut down right now because they do not know how to hire good employees and the manager sucks. The food was not great and it was not made as well as it normally is at different locations I don't recommend going here or spending any money or time with these people.

Everytime I get food from this location I’m either missing something or they’ve given me the wrong thing….whether I get it delivered or go get it myself it’s messed up. It can’t be that hard to check tickets and make sure it’s right…..just sad standards nowadays.
