The playground is nice for the children, and the deals are kind. Except for this morning...I ordered a free reward that I earned, by purchasing food. I ordered a water that is free online, as well as by the kiosk. I was okay with paying for it, but it was supposed to be free. They charged me for a sauce packet but I didn't order a sauce packet. For people out there who $0.27 makes a difference for...go somewhere else. 🙏 I'm happy to pay it for a small breakfast but yikes. Just feels like a way to be taken advantage of.

If I could give negative stars I would. After the lady told me to hold on in the middle of me ordering to go to the other lane and take an order instead of finishing mine first. My Big Mac was no lettuce or onion and said it on the sticker yet still had both on it when I opened it after getting home. I have had several time this location messed up my food but when you look up the number to call this location it has said this wireless customer is not reachable for several months. Absolutely tired of it so I came to leave the review finally.

The inside of this place is incredibly dirty for a place that serves food. Floss pick on the ground, basically no tables are wiped off, the area where you get your lids and napkins is disgusting, ground is slippery, one of the coke dispensers has junk hanging where the soda would flow, and I find it WILD that a place with a play place doesn’t have a changing table in the bathroom.

I ordered online and picked up in-store! My food was ready when I got there, and when I wanted to add gravy because there isn't an option on app for side of gravy, they were so polite and gladly got it ordered for me, and I got some Holiday Pies too! I really like this McDonalds and the people working there!!

During my recent visit to the drive-through, I experienced a significant delay. Despite the absence of other customers, there was a prolonged period of silence, lasting over a minute. I attempted to initiate contact by saying "hello," but was met with another three minutes of silence. Eventually, a lady responded, requesting that I wait "one moment." However, after waiting for an additional three minutes, I decided to depart. I found the service to be inadequate and careless, particularly given the lack of other customers. This was my second disappointing experience at this location, and I will not be returning. The service was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this location to others.

Night shift is absolute garbage. They forgot a 20 piece on my order so i had to sit for another 10 minutes while the rest of my stuff got cold and then tried to make me go park instead of giving it to me. I told the little girl I wanted my stuff and I wasn’t moving. She told me I needed to move and she said “um I work the window not the kitchen” I told her I didn’t care and to go find my stuff. Lo and behold it was ready and just waiting there. Too lazy to go check. Smfh. Garbage customer service from night shift every time.

Took them 10 minutes to get to me to order anything. What i order specifically isnt avaliable on the keyosk so I have to wait for someone. Also the men's restroom had no soap and the sink was broken. I really hope they wash their hands in the kitchen after using the restroom. Back 2 weeks later for lunch. Let me start with I only get 30 minutes. Came. By there was no rush, was slow as can be and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Only 1 of the 4 kiosks was operational. And again, the sink in the men's restroom is broken and not working at all. Also, monopoly doesn't end till November 2nd. They dont have any item with Monopoly stickers available.

I placed an online order. For a big Mac with no onions and no salt. Very simple, very concise. Sounds like an easy order to fulfill. Don't know if it's the color on my skin or that. I actually asked for something with no salt. But not only did they put onions on it, but there was about 4 tbsp of salt and pepper on it. Now Being somebody that can't have any more salt In his diet, 4 tbsp would give me a heart attack. That sounds like attempted murder to me. I don't recommend this McDonald's. The people apparently cannot read. When I went to have it replaced, they asked me 5 times what my order was.

The play area doesn't have a single clean table. There's food under most of them too. I understand that kids play and things drop...... however this trip was not at an overly busy time and there wasn't a kid in sight and you could tell this mess was old enough that the staff had the opportunity to clean up.

They ask you to pull up even though you are the only vehicle in line. This is done to improve their Drive-Thru times. I asked for a refund and was told no. The guy had red hair and wouldn't tell me his name. The manager should be fired for having people cheat. This location 7025 SE 15th has dishonest business practices. I then pulled next door where I could see the Drive-Thru. Every customer was being asked to pull forward. This store cheats to make their numbers.

Breakfast time extremely poor customer service. Have a lot of workers and it takes forever for them to take people's order at the front register. It's a lot better to go across town to get faster service. The manager at the breakfast time is very rude and have no customer service respect. Extremely don't recommend this location

i tried applying and every time they told me to come in for the interview, they immediately rescheduled me. first it was 4:30PM, then it was 8pm, then 10pm (thru out the week) and based on the language barrier, they're only hiring people of the same race. how are they running the drive thru if they don't even speak or understand english? the woman i was supposed to speaking to about the interview couldn't even speak english well enough for me to understand.

I want to take a minute to praise the crew who worked Christmas Eve. They were efficient and kept the long drive thru line moving and despite having to work on a holiday the staff had the best customer service I have seen in a long minute (and I've been to some nice restaurants in recent days). This crew was great and deserves to be recognized!

Went to McDonald's tonight and got 3 double quarter pounder meals and when we got home none of the burger patties were cooked LL the way through. There was a line when we were there and we didn't mind waiting especially cuz we thought we'd have fresh food. Fries were Luke warm and the kids working the window were pretty unprofessional. We got home and this happened. We tried to call several times but it kept ringing or there was a busy signal. For what we paid we should have had better service and food. It's ridiculous we can't get ahold of anyone to remedy the situation. It is too late for us to go back up there and we have been in hospital all day. I don't recommend going there.

This location is closest to my house but there service has continually gone down hill over the years. Examples like the McRib are a common thing at this location. Items are constantly left out. They always say they'll fix things or address the issues but to no avail. They recently opened a different location just a little further away and it's become my McDonalds hookup. They haven't made any mistakes with my orders and are always pleasant. I literally can go on and on about this terrible location but I think you get the picture.

Well today is Thursday November 30th and I have contacted McDonald's.com by 2 separate e-mails that stated my recent visit and review on the McDonald's location 7025 SE 15th street in Midwest city, Oklahoma back on Saturday 11/4/23 I had a terrible experience going through the DRIVE THRU of having a large coffee handed to me with the Lid not put on properly and went all over me and the inside of my Pickup. The Employees there are very unprofessional I have asked for reimbursement of having my my dry cleaning of my clothes and the properly cleaning of the inside of my pickup that went all over my light grey cloth seats and carpet. I was very lucky that morning my wife was in Midwest city and brought me some prescription Burn cream to put on my leg and a clean set of clothes . I'm very disappointed after sending 2 emails to McDonald's.com and reaching out to the McDonald's at 7025 SE 15th street in Midwest city, Oklahoma. I have not heard from Hilda from the McDonald's at 7025 SE 15 th street in Midwest city, Oklahoma since Thursday November 16, 2023. It's totally unbelievable and unacceptable that a customer has to have their morning totally ruined by an employee and management that cannot even take care of their customers. That morning I had to cancel a very important company meeting because of incompetence of a McDonald's employee that evidently he missed the day of training for McDonald's employees of the simple task of securing a lid on Hot Coffee Properly before handing it to the customer. This app will not let me leave a review without a star, I'll tell you the truth I definitely would not give them no star at all and definitely Don't recommend the McDonald's location at 7025 SE 15th Street. Midwest City, Oklahoma 73110 to anyone.

SLOW!! So stinking SLOW!! The drive thru had about 15 cars in line! Of course that did not help with anyone who was coming or going. Parking was tough if the one side. I ordered at the kiosk, since no one was at the registers. The food took forever. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese. They forgot to put the egg on. So I had to get it remade, which took FOREVER. The food was fine after all that. Moral of this review, if you are in a rush, go elsewhere.

Terrible employees at the drive-thru who do not even try to be helpful, friendly, or even give a crap about their work. Requested an iced coffee without syrup, got an overfilled cup of something else that spilled in the car. These employees are the poster children for #anti-work.

I honestly don't know why I came back to this despicable establishment. I mobile ordered a one item at 7:05. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:12 for curbside pickup. I sit curbside for 22 minutes until 7:34 and no one ever came out with my food. I pull into the drive through and the guy says they have four people working. This is the worst run establishment I have ever been to. The service is just atrocious. 30 minutes at mcdonalds for something I ordered is ahead is insane. The actual line workers are nice people. It's whoever runs this place that should be held liable. STAY AWAY.

I went there the other night to get some food after I had gotten off work because it's literally the only place open when I get off. I looked online to be sure they were open so I wouldn't have to waste a drive and once I got there I waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes. I said "hello" a couple of times for no one to answer, mind you ALL the lights were still on. I then just drive up to the windows to see if anyone was inside and there was actually a couple employees inside. Just because I was hungry and just wanted to get a quick bite, I drove around and tried again. Again no response through the speaker. So I drove up and one of the employees made eye contact with me but couldn't even let me know they were closed or not taking orders at that time. They just let me waste my time. I work at fast food myself and I know how it is sometimes but this was just ridiculous.

They are so fast!!! The drive through was kindda long but it moved steadily. I barely waited. We ordered three kids meals (one girl and two boys). This is the first McDonald's to actually listen and give us the right toys lol. We got 4 count nuggets, a mcdouble no No cheese, and a large fries that we were dealing with the coupon from the app. The order was perfect no mistakes, and all the workers are very very nice. I highly recommend this one, and I'm super excited that they have a play place. We will be going back very soon.

Why do they think it's okay to not send me the items I asked and just throw some extras of other things in as compensation??? This will be the third time I've ordered thru door dash and not gotten my fries but have received doubles of other things. If I wanted extra if have asked for it. This is frickin McDonald's I wanted FRIES.

All the workers here really don't care about their job. They eat and drink while handling your food. They take forever just to give you your food because you can see them deep into their conversations through the drive through window.

Terrible experience. Went through the drive thru during a rush, understandably slow, I finally get to the speaker where the worker doesn't ask if I'm using my mobile app (that will automatically give me a free cookie) simply asks "what do you want" I say just one second while I read off my mobile order code. I repeat it with no response. I then see not one but two other cars pull ahead of me showing that the worker had taken two whole other orders before letting me order. I wait and still no response. I eventually just pull up to the window to order thinking maybe their speaker is out. I'm greeted by a frowning worker telling me I need to pull all the way back around to the back of the line because "I wasn't ready". I ask for the manger and he says I need to pull around to back of line. I explain how I was skipped not once but twice and ignored and wasn't asked about the mobile app. He reluctantly says he'll take my order at the window, I proceed to say it's not my fault you skipped me twice. He then yells and points and tells me to leave that he's refusing service to me....

Girl at speaker asks for my drive thru code. I give it to her and she asks for it a second time. No problem, I know how shoddy drive thru speakers can be. I order two sausage mcgriddles and she says it's incompatible with the app reward I had, but that I could order the sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and remove everything to get around it. Okay, no problem. She asks for the code a third time. I pull up to the window and they tell me my total is $9.14. For two sausage mcgriddles. I said I was supposed to get the BOGO deal for the sandwiches. The lady at the window asks me if I have a code. I told her yes, I gave it several times. She tells the manager standing next to her that I had a code. Both of them just look at me and the lady says "I already cashed you out, I'm sorry." They just stared at me, didn't offer a refund or coupon or anything. A regular sausage mcgriddle is $2.69, so I was upcharged nearly $4. Pathetic customer service.

This roach came out of McDonald's shake machine on 15th st in midwest city. The employee refused to reimburse me or remake my food, also the so called gm basically said i look filthy that it didnt come from them it came out my car. So proceeded to get loud. dont disrespect me cuz ill pull yo punk ass out that drive thru window. He said his store doesnt have bugs, everyone that has common sense knows no matter how much you clean restaurants theirs some type of insect there. You may not see them but they are in fact there. So he calls the police and they pull up 8 deep on me. Like man fix my shit so i can go on about my night.

Talk about the worst customer service from any McDonalds. Expect to wait at least five minutes at the front counter before anyone acknowledges you. That's with you being the only one at the counter. And when someone finally walks up there, there is no greeting just what you want to order. Trust me I've expressed my opinion to the managers and nothing changes. The head managers or area managers was up here one time and I even said something to them and nothing. Like they don't care. This place gets a lot of business for the convenience but I guarantee it's not the customer service. Oh and they let workers that fix your food wear nothing but a sweater jacket with no shirt. What such a garage place. Why don't anyone care how this store treats customers????????

If there was a zero star option this place would be it. The food would make you sick if eaten. I say this because the find it appropriate to take your money and serve you stale bread and old cold fries. Not only that when you have complaint the manager on duty 4-9-2019 at 9pm was will be no help AT ALL. I had to ask for her name 3 times so I knew who to call about. She then demanded that I leave the store. I did receive a refund but I would not waist your hard eard money at this McDonald's

My husband and I went to this location later in the night, we arrived around 12:40, and did not leave u til almost 2 in the morning. When we got there the line was not super long, so we thought it would go by pretty fast, but we were very wrong. The cars were not moving at all except for one maybe every 15-20 minutes. When we finally got to the kiosk to order, we were told to give them a second, which then turned into over 5 minutes of waiting. We then ordered, and sat in line for another 20 minutes, get to the window to pay, and the employee working at the window was extremely short and snappy with us. We wait about another 10 minutes, and finally get up to the window to get our food. We were handed our drinks, and our food, and the lady working the window did not say much at all. While sitting at the window we saw there were two other employees behind the lady giving us our food, who were sitting down on their phones not doing anything at all. We get home, go to eat our food, the fries were not salted one bit, and the buns to our hamburgers were burnt? We will not ever be coming back to this location, and are extremely shocked by how this location is still even in business.

With my order I asked for a buffalo sauce and it was confirmed at the drive thru. After I paid I reviewed my receipt as I waited in line and didn't see any buffalo sauce on it. When I got my meal I asked for some and they told me it would be extra so I said ok I'll get some how much will that be. The lady said 50 cents each and I said ok I'll get 4 and I said I'll pay with card. She gave me a puzzled look as to why I even was paying for sauce and she then asked me to pull up and she'd bring it out to me. ??? I was confused. For some sauce I had to pull up? 5 seconds later she comes up to the car and gives me ONE sauce. And said have a nice day and walked off? Didn't have a good time ):

I walked in the door of McDonald's on 15th of Midwest City Oklahoma at 5:15pm the reason for my walk in. I just came through the drive thru ordering a plan McChicken and a large fry no salt and a large Sprite no ice when I got to the window I was told to pulled in to stall 4 and they will bring it out. okay after 4min the guy brought me my order after driving off going back to work I noticed my Fry's was salted and Sprite had ice in it and to top it off my McChicken was a regular McChicken. I turned around and this is the time I walked in and explain my order to the cashier after 5min I receive Fry's with salt and another regular McChicken. The reason for this mess up on my order this many times to my knowledge and notification is because the crew was not professional and one of more was on there phone's other than paying attention to the call out of my order. I have pic of my claim and something need to be done and I was late getting back to work. Sad just sad

This McDonald's runs like a factory, good clockwork. I only get a few select items from Micky D's but they are always done how I order them. I don't expect gourmet food, I expect fast friendly service and that;s what I get. I had to wait for fresh cookies (three for $1.00) and because I had to wait they threw in an extra cookie for free. A smile always gets you more than a frown (: This location is open 24 hours! and has free wi-fi. but I always use the drive through.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Waiting in drive through for 25 minutes is not unusual. I thought when they started the 30 seconds or less that things would improve, but just the opposite. Instead of advancing cars they just leave them at the order station until they can serve them fast enough. Then if they still can't keep up. One drive will pull 6 cars through without even taking order from second drive. On top of that as soon as the 30 seconds or less hours are over they slow back down to snail speeds. Shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes for a dollar burger. Your 30 seconds or less plan backfired. Taking my business elsewhere.

They gave me a quarter pounder with piece of meat that had a BITE taken out of it as well as only one part of the bun. There was a piece of MEAT and one piece of bread in the box. Manager didn't even apologize or explain how something like that could even happen. Absolute terrible customer service and horrible attitudes when THEY messed up. I had to drive ALL the way back up there for some crap THEY did and got nothing but attitude. A call to corp will be made.

I come here every morning on my way to work to get a Large Vanilla Iced Coffee with 2 extra shots of vanilla. I have never had a problem with customer service here! They always get my order right (of course, it's so simple!) But you'd be surprise how many McDonald's I have been to who charge me the extra two shots but don't put it in the drink. That irritates me! Not this place! I love this Mickey D's and I will CONTINUE to come back every morn for my much needed coffee! You guys are awesome so keep up the good work!

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We had to wait on fries with our order. when the fries where finally done by a manager that had been all over the kitchen instead of the dozen other employees, our number was called. We had a Frappe that was not on our tray. I asked the female teenager who called our number, who then looked at the male teenager that was taking orders and told him "that was his job!". While I was looking at the male teenager the female said something. I thought she asked what kind and I replied Mocha. She raised her voice and repeated "I said what size!" So I raised my voice back and her and said small. She yelled back at me that she was not going to serve someone that was yelling at her. I told her that she started it and she continuing to yell. The manager was at the fry station and appeared to not hear nothing. The frappe machine was within an arms length from the counter and the fry station was with in 4 feet of the counter. The female teenager continued to make rude and disrespectful comments the whole time. She even threatened me that her Dad worked at Tinker and she could call him!!! Finally the manager came forward and asked the problem. I told her. She, the manager, made the Frappe and said she would deal with the teenager. I also told her that the same teenager had scratched her head with both hands and had not washed her hands but continued to handle food. The store was a mess. The trash cans were overflowing. The manager appeared to be the only one working even though there were at least a dozen workers present. I will never go back to this McDonalds and will let everyone I know how horrible the experience was.
