McDonald's

Typical McDonalds. Very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. A nice place to sit and eat. The drive-through is quick and efficient, with personal service.

Came through the drive thru to grab a bite to eat on a road trip. Was pleasantly surprised. Fries were super hot and fresh and my mcdouble was actually put together nicely and I was able to eat it on the road lol. Lady at the window was very nice too.

It’s a McDonald’s but one of those that has a working kitchen as its only functional system. The little things are often wrong: kiosks are out of order or won’t take tap payment or can’t give you a receipt, the soda machines are low on CO2 and flat, the ketchup dispenser is usually empty, there are straw wrappers everywhere in the drink station, the tables don’t get wiped down but once a day it seems, the floor collects stains that never get scrubbed. It’s a McDonald’s without a leader. That is probably fine, but it’s not great.

Went in to buy a Happy Meal toy, cause I was looking for certain ones. Dakota the "store manager" was not very nice and told me he was not going to go digging through the toys and that he didn't have time to do so. Told me I get what I get when purchasing just a happy meal toy. I tried to explain to him I already have certain ones and I just don't want to have duplicate of one of the toys I have already. The worst part is he went to another manger about me asking about the toy. Overall, he really needs to work on his attitude it was the worst experience ever in that McDonald's. I will not be back to this location.

I think this might be the best McDonald’s in America! I’m always satisfied and everything is always superb! Cooke perfectly, put together with great respect, and served with a smile. I don’t usually get this treatment from any McDonald’s I go to but I tend to stop here when I’m passing through because I know it’s going to be good. Thank you for so many great experiences!

We pass through this gas station all the time on our road trips and the service is always quick and friendly, and the food is easily put together better than any other McDonald's I've ever been to.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Im 62 not a child, so I don’t throw tantrums when I’m hungry. I ordered 1 burger and 1 fry. 20 minutes go by and 7 orders that came in after me including 1 couple who had two separate orders all received their food before me. When I questioned my order, I was shrugged off. I asked for my money back because at this point I didn’t want it anymore. The manager came over, never looking at me and did her thing on the register. She then told the cashier to give me a return receipt when it printed and then screamed across the front of the lobby “ don’t make that Big Mac” my order had never been started . She never offered me an apology or even attempt to satisfy me. I will never go back to another McDonald’s!!!!

We've been using this McDonald's/Travel Plaza as our halfway pitstop to Southern Idaho (and back up to Washington State) for over 10+ years. I don't know how you guys make the Mocha Frappe's but they stay cold for rest of our road trip!. We always compare our local McDonald's Mocha Frappe's to this one and wife always says "These are not like the Arrowhead McDonald ones". Other than that the service and food has always been spot on, haven't had an issue yet.

On our way to La Grande, started jonesing for a vanilla cone, stopped by McDonalds through the drive thru and ordered vanilla cones. Wow those cones were tiny! I think, quite possibly, most probably those were the tiniest, smallest, most microscopic, shortest, skinniest cones that have ever existed in the history of the known universe. Just saying, they were the most minute cones ever seen. Just so you know.

I want to give a shout out to Kyrie! Very rarely (if ever) do I ever meet someone at a fast food restaurant that cares about helping customers! He was so helpful and kind! Thank you Kyrie! I tried to go on the website but couldn't find my receipt.

Ya. I know. I know. It's mc.heartfailure. Look at where this Mc. D's is on the map. We needed fuel and you have to feed the Hangry Bear or I get..... mmmmm. Grouchy? (X 10) After a quick fill up. We got some yummy fast food. You can hate on Mc. D. all you like but find a better Fryer In Use! Their basic standards on Fry Oil Cleanliness is enough for me. The burgers on the other hand, need a bit of.... flavor. We used the drive through cuz I was wearing pj's. As busy as this location was, we were in and pool n the road again in no time at all. Thanks mostly to the awesome young staff on duty this night.

I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich with no tomato and I got a plain chicken sandwich with no lettuce no sauce only pickles so I went back and told them I wanted the sandwich with everything just no tomato and they told me that's the deluxe. The cashier should've not assumed I wanted a plain chicken sandwich, like I said no tomato so I obviously wanted the one that would have come with tomato "deluxe" As a server in the same industry the cashier should've asked and been more clear about the difference. I wasn't going to eat a dry sandwich and they wouldn't fix the mistake so I asked them if they could throw it away for me then the girl said there a trash on your way out, I didn't even ask for my money back only if she could throw it away bc I wasn't going to eat it! Like I just wasted money on a sandwich I didn't even take one bite of and you can't throw it away for me irritating and horribly rude customer service!

I can to the drive through for lunch. I choose fast food often. The lady who took my order was helpful in describing the options for my order. This made ordering easier. The young man taking my money was polite and well mannered. At the next window I was given my soda and informed she would be right back with my meal and she was. My meal was hot and delicious. Thank you Mc Donald's staff, those seen and unseen cooking for us. A job well done.

Literally waiting 20 min for McDonald's seriously. Waiting at the window for another 5 min. Should of drove into Pendleton!!

Why are remote places so expensive? Same meal in a city is way cheaper. It's a joke. Fuck McDonald's and whomever is responsible. Plus the service is slowwwww.

Checked the website which said the store was open. I drove over 20 minutes to get some food and when I got there, they were closed for a system update. If you're closed then don't advertise that you're open. I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

Wanted some food. Late breakfast at lunch time. We know they made it fresh because we are still waiting after being told it would be awhile threw drive threw. The drive threw worker shocked me nothing like McDonald's little alone fast food. She had tattoos on to l.p. of hand all up her arm nit like a sleeve wouldn't expect that from McDonald's

i'll be honest, i'm a nice guy all around okay. Yet there are things that people can do that are honest mistakes. i understand an honest mistake. What i cannot understand is why i was charged 44 fucking dollars when all i wanted to buy was 2 mcchicken bundles and a small smoothie! now please someone tell me how the hell anyone can get that wrong! Buddy tells me after i ask him about it, we don't have the bundle option. i'm now tasked with eating a bag full of mcdonald's fries, nuggets, and mcchickens. I promise you the next time we meet you will regret making that dimwitted spaced out decision of charging me a ridiculous amount. i'm a 5'8 165 pound guy. cmon man. read the fucking room. he had to have been new and i hope he learns from this. gets fired. then rehired somewhere else and doesn't do this same mistake again. i said MCCHICKEN BUNDLE WITH BIG MAC SAUCE PLAYA OPEN UP YOUR DAMN EARS GUY. Maybe if he wasn't on another planet at 4:30 in the afternoon he would've gotten it right. I don't know what goes on in his life. i don't know is struggles. But what i do know is that he owes me 45 bucks and i'm gonna call them daily till i get it. either from him or the head of the damn company himself. what a sorry excuse for a "working" man.

Their espresso machine has been down at least five weeks. All management can do is make excuse after excuse every week

Food is as you would expect at McDonald's, do something about all the damn flys they are everywhere.

Ok it's mickey d's. But when your 5 year old grandkid wants chic nuggets you can't convince her to try something else you're stuck at mcd's. this restaurant lacks seating- not all of us want to sit in the playroom people even if we have kids!! This place had NO ice cream!! Consolation the restrooms were clean. I guess how you rate mcd's is clean bathrooms and getting your order right. As for the food it's either hot or warm. What more can you say? The order was right.

Constant bad customer service. There's a manager named jessica and every time i go into her mcdonalds she stares in my car and today she didn't give my son any fries or chocolate milk in his happy meal, i live about 5 miles from this mcdonalds so it's not worth it to drive back out for the items. I guess i will just be going to the southgate mcdonalds in pendleton town from now on.
