Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Been waiting for over 30 minutes at drive-thru! They refuse to speak English, claiming they don’t know!!! Besides that the service is really rude!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Consistently poor service and bad quality food. Ils me comprennent pas même si je parle en français ou anglais et c’est embarrassant. I showed the coupon booklet of the 2 trio deal, and the lady took it from me and was utterly confused. I kept telling her « je voudrais deux trios 6 croquettes », yet I kept getting asked if I wanted Big Macs. She asked for a man who I assumed to be a manager, who spoke to me extremely rudely and threw the coupons back at me telling me not to give them the whole coupon booklet and walked away before I could explain that the booklet was taken from me before I could rip it out. Came back and asked again if I wanted a Big Mac after I said des croquettes. Ridiculous attitude despite my kindness and patience with their disrespect. Got my order wrong too. I hate coming here and people who don’t even live in this area hate this place too. Worst McDonald’s experience in all of Montréal, j’suis sûr.

DO NOT go to this one. Need to improve. There are a few more around this place. They scam you, (they always forget something and NEVER give you what was forgotten), they make you to come back when a manager is working (I have work and am not willing to visit McDonald's everyday until I can see a manager) even though you get a manager your second try going to this place, they doubt you so much so rudely even though you can't get the receipt due to THEIR BROKEN ORDERING MACHINE inside this place. Even though I told them all of food I bought at that time, the date, time and I offered to tell my card number so that they can search for the ordering history, they still MADE ME CHECK the bank account history very rudely. A&W has the website that we can tell them the forgotten food and they just gave me the set menu coupon online. But McDonald's website doesn't have it, and even if you tell the workers there, they are not helpful at all. Not cool they doubt an innocent customer who got scammed by them. They didn't help me, give me a refund nor a food they forgot. I was just taken my money.

My experience was utterly dreadful. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Their lack of basic customer service skills was astonishing. They seemed annoyed at having to take orders, and their dismissive attitudes were unacceptable. My order was wrong, cold, and carelessly thrown together. This visit was a complete disappointment, and I will not be returning. It's shocking how poorly this location is managed. Avoid this place if you value decent service and a respectful atmosphere.

The food was so bad and cold I could not eat it the restaurant so dirty never ever going back here again again on November 21 2024 at 5:55 pm i was here and none of the plugs work in this place the staff are so rude i do not recommend spending your money at this McDonald's

This happens way too often. It’s either something’s missing or the order is incorrect. I ordered a DOUBLE BIG MAC and got this with chopped onions and ketchup and no big mac sauce. Ridiculous.

One of good reliable ones. Despite being located at complicated corner (a lot of trash on drugs littering around) still a good atmosphere. The stuff is really cool, always friends and positive attitude. After hortons completely got destroyed by labourgrants, its the Mac the last piece of light in this poor darkness of post covid canada. Also i have von my monopoly small latte 💝

Worst fast food in Montréal, they can call themselves slow food. Anytime you go there expect disappointment.
