Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Been waiting for over 30 minutes at drive-thru! They refuse to speak English, claiming they don’t know!!! Besides that the service is really rude!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Consistently poor service and bad quality food. Ils me comprennent pas même si je parle en français ou anglais et c’est embarrassant. I showed the coupon booklet of the 2 trio deal, and the lady took it from me and was utterly confused. I kept telling her « je voudrais deux trios 6 croquettes », yet I kept getting asked if I wanted Big Macs. She asked for a man who I assumed to be a manager, who spoke to me extremely rudely and threw the coupons back at me telling me not to give them the whole coupon booklet and walked away before I could explain that the booklet was taken from me before I could rip it out. Came back and asked again if I wanted a Big Mac after I said des croquettes. Ridiculous attitude despite my kindness and patience with their disrespect. Got my order wrong too. I hate coming here and people who don’t even live in this area hate this place too. Worst McDonald’s experience in all of Montréal, j’suis sûr.

Did a mobile order at this location at 10 pm. Was stuck in the drive through until 10:40. Its crazy & very unprofessional. Wish i could get my time back. Who is responsible for this kind of incompetence?

My experience was utterly dreadful. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Their lack of basic customer service skills was astonishing. They seemed annoyed at having to take orders, and their dismissive attitudes were unacceptable. My order was wrong, cold, and carelessly thrown together. This visit was a complete disappointment, and I will not be returning. It's shocking how poorly this location is managed. Avoid this place if you value decent service and a respectful atmosphere.

The food was so bad and cold I could not eat it the restaurant so dirty never ever going back here again again on November 21 2024 at 5:55 pm i was here and none of the plugs work in this place the staff are so rude i do not recommend spending your money at this McDonald's

This happens way too often. It’s either something’s missing or the order is incorrect. I ordered a DOUBLE BIG MAC and got this with chopped onions and ketchup and no big mac sauce. Ridiculous.

Worse McDonald to ever exist in planet earth completly messed up my order from Uber. Wrong sandwich no fries. Dont put sugar in my coffee and nothing on the side. Just pur madness

If I could give less stars I would. They are very disorganized and the food is NEVER fresh. After waiting a LONG time for my order the McChicken was not fresh at all (see photos). Also, when ever I stop in for an apple pie it’s ALWAYS cold.
