All I get here at the McDonald's by me is Caramel Frappe and they make mine Absolutely Perfect every time😊 Everybody knows me here so when they see me drive in and park it's ready when i walk in the door🫠 Alex, Katie my other girls the guys they are all wonderful people. Their Kind, Polite, Funny, helpful and the service is great😊 The place is kept very clean even the bathrooms. I know the lady that keeps it all clean and she does a great job and she's as sweet as she can be. The atmosphere is relaxing I love going here. I wouldn't go to anywhere else.

They have no customer service when I calmly asked for a sauce I got met with hostility at the counter. Their employees was constantly staring at me and my husband while we ate. Don't recommend to stop here

They have short changed me on my purchase multiple times. They lack courtesy and are short with customers. They regularly ignore one of the lanes. I could hear them chatting in the background and asked if they could hear me, they just kept talking then got on the mic and said go ahead. After I'd watched cars in the other lane go by, no apology, then they leave out items from my order. This is the only place where I do the Karen thing and sit there and check my bag. The only good thing about this place is their fries are on point. They also offered me a free replacement for my forgotten items. I just wish they'd be a little more professional. I never have these issues with other places, I get that working fast food doesn't get you 5 star service but atleast don't be rude.

Great service and extremely fresh food. My fries were piping hot. I also forgot to order my burger without onions, and they made me a new one right away(and for free), like as soon as I sat down it was ready. Very polite staff and great food I will be returning to this McDonald’s!

I ordered sweet and sour for two happy and 1 regular meal, I told the manger that I didn’t get any sweet and sour for the regular she said it in the bag and it wasn’t! She lied or maybe she should learn to listen better!

I visit daily and today was a big disappointment. I usually get an apple pie but today I ordered a sausage McMuffin. Cold, dried and disgusting. Not even edible.

Went thru DThru and decided yo go inside & eat. got our order quickly. The dark headed guy employee was quickly helping us. He was awsome when it comes to service. I didn't get his name, he made sure everything was correct.He was making our Mcflurries and the short older man mgr in charge yelled at him from the back of the kitchen. All the employee did was fixing &: getting our food ready. That man in kKitchen was very rude to an employee who was doing his job. That wasn' t very nice to that person in charge. He was just staning in the backnof the kitchen area. The employee got me our fodd & thanked us for coming in.

I ordered using the app and went to pick it up. They said it wasn't in their computers. I showed them the receipt in the app and my email receipt and they still refused to give me my food.The manager didn't know English had to use an employee to translate for me. Then refused to give me corporate's number and her name. Go someplace else you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Probably one of the best McDonald's I've been to! They're super freaking fast. I literally was taking money out of my wallet before heading to the first window and by the time I looked up, they were waiting for me at the window. I want to say they work super quickly because it's next to a high school. WARNING: go after 8am and before 3pm because that's when the school is out and it gets FLOODED WITH STUDENTS. Otherwise, the food came out hot so that's a plus!

McDonald's is getting ridiculous. On my receipt it says go to this website and post an extremely satisfied review to get your reward. They say they want and value honest feedback but they have to bribe people to get a good review.

one of the worst order mess ups I've ever had was going to this restaurant. I had ordered a double quarter pounder meal, and they gave me a regular quarter pounder while I paid for the double quarter pounder meal. they gave me half a box of small sized fries when I had ordered large, and instead of a regular coke they gave me a Diet Coke (the worst diet drink known to man). screens at the drive thru have been broken for the past 6+ months and they haven't tried to fix it once! overall a pitiful McDonald's to try and order a meal from.

I just live right around the corner from this McDonalds... I've been there a few times and I will say one thing, the staff are the friendliest people I've encountered in a long time... I have never had any problems with the service or the food...

Honestly I've had problems here and there with other McDonald's but this place tops it. Can't get orders right or they completely forget to put you kids nuggets in the bag. Now I tried to make it easier but ordering online so everything is clear but now they don't have that order and they sit there and argue with me a few minutes instead of listening when I have my order number on my app..... good thing you can cancel your order.

This is the worst McDonald's. I ordered a bacon McGriddle and when I got home, I had 2 small pieces of bacon and bread, no egg and cheese. I went back to the store and the manager told me I ordered wrong I had to spell it out exactly what I wanted on my sandwich Bacon egg and cheese. Then she hassled me about a refund vs. fixing the order. I know when I order a big mac, I don't tell them what's on it. So why do I with a bacon McGriddle. Thanks McDonalds you ruined breakfast. #itsnotthathard

I agree with the other negative reviews. The prices are crazy , they are rude, and tonight we couldn't get anything resolved because we couldn't hear the employee talking to us and he was right in front of us. When this place first opened it was great because it's closer and we were satisfied with the service but now we won't be back!

Management and employees in the restaurant with posted hours of operation until 12am on a Saturday. Pulled through the drive thru and they Would not serve me. Stated that they closed an hour earlier than time of operation that is posted on their door with nothing stating they closed earlier than that. They answered the phone when called but the moment after midnight I called to see if the automated machine would pick up and the moment it hit midnight the call disconnected. They clearly closed up early and don't care about their careers.

This is a long read, but worth it. As another yelper pointed out this location has drastically declined in the area of customer service and quality since it opened. I believe this is a franchise location and not corporate, with that said, two days ago I drove through and ordered an ice cream cone for my wife. When we came to the window, I noticed an associate opening the top of the ice cream machine with my cone in his hand. After he got done he handed my cone to me and I asked what he was doing. He said it didn't look right so he was re-making it. It did not make since for him to have the top open, so I asked him why. He said he was putting the ice cream back in the machine. And I said, I need you to make another one. So he did, but not before putting the ice cream he just made back into the top of the machine again. When he gave me the second cone, my wife said it tasted off. Then I asked the associate who handed me the cone is it normal practice to recycle ice cream? She looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about, then I asked for the on duty manager, and she could not justify their actions. With no apology given, her only response was asking if I wanted it re-made, I declined. All this brings me to my visit this morning with my son. After ordering at the kiosk inside, I got no receipt. Then when I went to the counter to ask for one, I was asked if I payed, I did and the manager called my order out to me. Now before I continue, it has to be pointed out that this location is primarily staffed with Hispanic employees. The reason I say this, is often they are speaking Spanish and not English. When my order is brought out, my sons coffee was not made correctly. I point this out and it is even reflected on the receipt the associate brought out with my meal. She apologizes and brings me an iced version out really fast, too fast for them to remake it. I ask my son to taste it, and he says, "Dad, its supposed to be cold, and it's not." Instead of just remaking it, the associate poured a hot latte over ice. This is where the language barrier comes in, or so the other associates might have hoped. I asked for the manager, and explained what happened. With no apology given she takes it and actually re-makes it. While I am waiting, the associates working behind the counter start talking negatively about me in Spanish. How do I know this? Because I speak Spanish. While not fluently, I can understand and speak with limited issues. I chose not to make a scene because my son was with me. Are they the hard up for profits that they are willing to recycle food and drinks? Needless to say, McDonald's are everywhere. In Moore we have three within a five mile radius. I will not be coming back to this one.

Their employees are very hard working and they had a teenager at the front counter who took my order and he was well mannered and made jokes with me wasting the time until my order was ready and they got the order ready It's very Hispanic based employees there and I'd give top marks any day

Super poor customer service. Ordered ice cream and paid for ice cream only to get told the machine wasn't on even tho they told us it was when we ordered the ice cream. We don't eat McDonalds. We had a coupon for the buy one get one free coffee. The coffee isn't bad, but they need to let people know things before making an order on an item that isn't even available. They gave us 4 chocolate chip cookies instead. Had to wait for to even get the cookies. So we Won't even go back for coffee!!

This morning I went through the drive-thru. I asked for a chicken McGriddle, and they gave me a sausage McGriddle. I asked for a sausage biscuit and they gave me a sausage McMuffin. The person taking my order acted like she could not understand English. There were still coffee grounds in my iced coffee. Worst McDonald's experience ever!

Ordered QUARTER POUNDER and when I got home it had so much dang salt I will not need anymore for probably a year and there was salt all in the box. The employees there are the worst. I would give it no STARS but you have to give it a least one My advice DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!?!

This has the friendliest staff I have ever met. The place was super clean as well. Ralph took our order and was very personable and made my kids smile. Can't beat customer service like that. Even has the order here machines so u don't have to wait long to order. Makes fast food really fast food !!!!!

Menu prices are higher than other McDonald's in the area. They are very slow, it's quicker for me to go out of my way to another McDonald's than sit through their drive thru. This holds true whether there are 2 cars or 8 in line, and even early mornings when they aren't busy at all.

This location has gone downhill ever since the grand opening. I used to go there almost daily for things, sometimes more than once a day. Their service is friendly, but horrible accuracy of orders and they are incredibly slow and make people wait for long periods of time in the drive thru line.The employees have now gotten to where they argue with you and they do not honor the McDonalds app. They are a franchise store and make their own rules up as they go. I gave it a 1 rating because Im unable to give it a 0. Stick to the corporate stores on N.12th street and on S.19th street if you want a good experience.

Wish I didn't even have to give one star! I am so angry I am trembling. Went to get my family breakfast and checked the bag to make sure order was correct, because the bag seemed small for a large order for family of 5. Ordered 4 hashbrowns that were not in the bag, so I told the lady at the window. She told me that, yes they were in there, so I proceeded to pull everything out and show her they weren't. I then put it all back in the bag and tried to hand it to her because she still insisted that they were in there. She called her manager over and began speaking Spanish. The manager comes to the window and says, "You have hashbrowns." I tell her, "No, I don't. I paid for them but did not receive them." Then she says, gesturing to the first employee, "she said she saw you put them in back." WHAT???!!! There is a line of cars behind me and I'm not believing that I was just called a liar - OVER HASHBROWNS!!! I tell her that I did no such thing and offered to pull up and let her search my car. She said, "We gave them to you," so I again offer to let them search my car. Her response was for me to pull forward and she would bring the hashbrowns. I pulled forward, trembling with anger, as I was just called a liar - TWICE - because the lady had screwed up the order and didn't want to admit it. All that was bad enough, but the fact she had to lie about me - in SPANISH when I heard her speaking English to me only moments before, was so condescending and infuriating! Manager then tosses the bag at me and says, "Here." I get home and tell my husband about the experience and now the family is afraid to even eat the food for fear that something gross may have been done to food. Further angering because this particular McDonalds is a little pricier than the others around us, but we often opt for the convenience of it, as it is literally near the corner of our neighborhood. So I basically just paid for food that the family won't eat and the most terrible customer experience I have ever had. And that is the cure for my EVER eating McDonalds again!
