It's Finally Back Open!! This was probably one of the oldest McDonald's in the area. It still had the over head conveyor belt that transported the food from the kitchen to the drive thru. I believe I had my 1 y/o birthday party there and I just turn 4🙊 yea so it badly needed an upgrade 😂. But you will be surprised because this is a kiosk only location. You can not order face to face. I use my app at McDonald's so it's not a total shock for me. This location is brand new no renovation, completely new!

Have come here twice and both times they said the machine works for strawberry milkshakes but both times they gave me a vanilla milkshake. The second time I asked and at the window she all of a sudden said the machine doesn’t work? Stop lying to people when they ask DIRECT questions and if you don’t understand they are asking just ask for clarification! It’s not that hard. She tried to convince me the shake was strawberry and it was white and I tasted it and it was very much vanilla. And she KNEW that wasn’t strawberry so why even hand it to me KNOWING that isn’t what I ordered? Why update the place if you’re going to have the same terrible service?

New place is cool. It should not take 30+ minutes to get food. And having the food be cold at that is unacceptable. I get the two lane theory. That's cool. If the left side isnt moving at all and 4 people pass on the right thats a problem. Gotta get it together. They either need training or new staff. Its absolutely ridiculous.

New McDonald's same terrible service, ordered the steak and egg breakfast and all I get is the sausage and egg breakfast in a stapled bad and get back to work to find I been cheated out of money ordering by app... What a waste of time and money and no way to correct the issue using the app. All this technology is garbage

Not sure how telling the first 4 cars in the drivethru to pull into the drivethru stalls to wait 10 min for food while the next 8 cars in the line immediately get their food and can go, is good customer service. Some of us have places to go. Bring your patience if your using the drivethru here

Picked up my food couple minutes ago my bagel was burnt also they didn’t even give me my oatmeal

A sometimes customer here since a 1970s teenager, however the new redesign and business model are a far stretch from it's once cozy beginnings. The emphasis now is on drive-thru customers with counter customers being an after thought. Just try getting attention and notice from the kitchen staff. Even the dining room is sterile in layout and soda refills are no more.

The staff at any time has never giving me bad vibes or rudeness. Best McDonald's in area and make feel proud in people. I'm Black and usually uber and other stores look at me like I'm going to still but the people here show great respect. Glad it's back opened

Nice they rebuild it, but it still sucks. Ordered at 4am and I've been sitting in line for 20 mins. Line of cars behind me. And when I finally got my food, the hashbrowns were cold. Unfortunate they spent all that time making it look all nice and renovated, but the quality and service sucks. I get it's early but it's a 24/7 McDonald's, should've just gone to the one up the road by giant much better service and way quicker, just wanted to give this one a try since they renovated it. Maybe it's better during the day?

Service is bad don't come at night it's takes 10 minutes in the drive thru at 1:33 am on Fridayit shouldn't take this long be prepared for the rush

ordered several double cheese burgers without pickles. it should have ketchup, mustard and onions on it. instead of making us NEW sandwiches without pickles like normal human beings, they took some that were sitting there and scraped everything off and wrapped it back up and gave it us. so we ended up with nasty ssa plain double cheese burgers. you can tell it was onions on it originally. Lucky my husband went instead of me. Will not get another dollar outta me. Pathetic

I don't expect much out of a McDonald's restaurant. But I do expect that when the lights are on, that someone will be home! I stopped by this McDonald's location on a Friday morning before work because I wanted a large McDonald's coffee. I love McDonald's coffee! Love it! All the lights were on. There were people milling about inside. However, when I got to the drive-through, there was a sign taped or the drive-through microphone that said, "This location is closed until 6 AM." It was the Friday after Thanksgiving. But, it's also Black Friday. It's not unreasonable to think that if all the lights were on, on Black Friday nonetheless, that the location would be open. I just with they'd have a little more situational aware Update: I wish I could give negative stars. How about some basic customer service?? Please and Thank You go a long way. This place just sucks!

No receipt! That seems to be the norm with the fast food places on Allentown Rd. There is no proof I purchased food there. If I get sick or any other disputable interaction; I have no proof. I ask the manager for the store number and she didn't know. She kept giving me the address. Where can I complain without any information to prove I purchased food there?

They have all of the outlets blocked with a cover and and combination lock, the cashier is nonchalant and is texting instead of calling the next customer and even the men's toilet is locked and not one of the employees has any ideas how to open it.

Incredibly slow. I've been outside for 30 mins and there's only four people in front of me. Not worth the wait. McDonald's is supposed to be for quick guilty pleasures. This place leaves you dwelling on your decisions, making it not worth it to pull up to this shit hole.

Service is horrible, been waiting on the drive thru for over 45+ mins. When I got to the intercom to order no one spoke for about 15 mins. I continued to say hi or hello but no one answered. I was about to drive off when someone answered and they told me to wait I waited for about 8 mins before asking if we could order. They told me at the window it's only cash, luckily I had cash. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this location if you out late.

This review is for the Manager on 9/24/2023 around 2:05- 2:25 i asked the manager repeat my order she repeated my order but had me pay for an order that was not mine , she walked away for 5 min from the window and had a crew member come to the window and ask what happened i explained to her as she was starting my order over and the Manger come over and said i can only get a refund and not get my food with that being said im going to leave a review every damn day , I never got her name but ill get it for my next review

The drive-thru is 24/7. The dining room typically closes at 11 and opens up in the morning around 6.

I've been in some bad McDonald's but this is prob in the top 2. The lines in the drive through are excessively long and slow. There wasn't anyone eating in the restaurant yet I spent 20 min at the drive through w only 3 cars ahead of me.

I gave this McDonald's 2 stars simply because a few people there is very friendly and polite. Two managers there are the worse. Barely speak English, barely want to help you and thinks no one else speaks Spanish. The people at the window this morning 3/29 were Awful rude nasty and unpleasant. I hope they will find better jobs to make them happy and get away from what was my favorite McDonalds.

I am an adult now so why I still go to McD - not because I like it but I am hunger and I need a quick bite. McD serves this purpose.

Clearly the owner of this McDonald's doesn't care about all these other customers complaining! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! The line here is always long due to inefficient time management and disorganized employees. Even when visiting this store as early as 5:30 and the doors are still locked when clearly the hours posted at the front door say it should be open, have seen on numerous occasions customers just walk away and go to dunkin doughnuts right next door and give them there hard earned money instead due to this inconvenience. The food here is just as bad as the service, last time I checked egg McMuffins are supposed to be soft not stale. Also note to management you shouldn't dump all your trash and rotten food on the walk way right next to the drive through menu believe it or not most folks don't wanna smell garbage when purchasing your food.

I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review about this place. But this McDonalds is by far one of the worst I have ever seen. The employees are unprofessional and the service is horrible. They always get the order wrong. Do I have to mention the drive through line? It takes at least 15 minutes to make an order.

Wow, this place is slow and it's not like you're even getting hot food. Wish a closer one would open up and put this place out of business.

Chose the drive-thru to snatch up a quick lunch before work. Greeted with professionalism, went through the two windows fairly quick. The building is looking rough, but the food is always on point. Thanks! :)

This is the slowest Mcdonalds ive ever been too. The drive thru line takes forever and the people inside are impatiently waiting too. Absolutely horrible service, im still waiting in line even after writing this review. Some of these employees need to be fired!!

Horrible employees, no professionalism, and worst representation of McDonalds I ever had. Came in to get food and waited four mins at speaker before I was greeted with a Hello. So I placed my Oder for Dbl Cheese meal. And was informed they only had Nuggets, and Quarter Cheese! Really out of ten plus meals only serving two. So I just ordered large fry and coke. Waited and waited no reply. So I said Hello to verify my order and heard "huh". So pulled around and the employee had headphones in and wasn't even in a uniform. So I received my fries and of course stale and cold. Worst location I have visited. Stay away.

the AM crew is always spot on and perfect but idk about the PM crew. With the PM crew lines are always long, forget part of my order almost everytime, never give out sauce packets and fries are always old tasting.

I pulled up to the drive thru and they never even attempted to assist or acknowledge me. Stay away from this McDonalds.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. Staff doesn't know how to say please or thank you. And I always wait at least 10 minutes in the reserved parking spot for simple things like a mcchicken or egg McMuffin.

Drive through is ridiculously slow. I got out of line after 15 minutes. Hadn't even ordered yet!

I've watched a guy wait 30 minutes for food and complain then the manager just watch him yell at the employee like an idiot. I've been waiting for about 15 minutes now for two combos. Super slow, super bad experience, horrible employees. The best thing about the place was the clean lady, she was super nice.

Not sure why drivethru wait is longer than 10 mins. At 4:30 AM. When there were only 2 cars in front of us.

So every time I go here, I'm reminded why this is the worst McDonald's I've been to anywhere in the US or even overseas. The parking stalls are all the appropriate size for a tiny Fiat or Smart car, so door dings are almost inevitable. The parking lot is laid out poorly and is exacerbated by the long waits and lines in the drive thru preventing people from leaving the parking lot. The service is horrendous due to lack of training. What is the manager doing? - The staff does not know how to make mochas, or any other type of coffee. The poor kid that was checking me out tried, but what I got was not a mocha. It was basically regular coffee with a little syrup. - They were servicing the frappe machine at 930am instead of early in the morning or the middle of the night when the sell the least amount of frappes...no, they choose the middle of breakfast when people drink the most amount of coffee. The poor kid taking my order asked when they would be done cleaning the machine, and they told him they didn't know. - The staff at the registers is slow and inattentive due to lack of training. - The manager asked me what I was waiting on after waiting for ten minutes for my mochas. When I told her, she poured me coffee instead. When I told her again that I ordered mochas, she looked at me like it was my fault that she didn't understand me and hadn't bothered to check the monitors. She never went over to the young guy checking me out when he asked for help in making the mochas, and predictably they were made incorrectly. When she realized that I hadn't ordered coffee but had ordered mochas, she poured the coffee back into the coffee pot and left the cups on the counter to reuse...along with other trash. Where is the owner of this store? Have they visited lately? After I finally got my food, the guy next to me said, "This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to." I couldn't have said it any better. Guess I'll have to go back later to see if they can actually replace my coffees with what I ordered...unfortunately.

This place is very clean. I received my order very promptly. The fries were hot and fresh :)

This is probably one if the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Each person waits forever at each station. A car goes through before the next one is taken care of.

Horribly mismanaged, drive thru is a disaster with exceptionally long wait times and atrocious customer service. Avoid this McDonalds location.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waiting in the drive thru with two cars ahead of you and it takes over 20 mins to even move. Don't know if it's the management or they just don't care at night, you should probably look at your staff here McDonalds, and make some changes.

This place sucks!...you sit in the drive thru for at least 25 minutes....they need to get rid of everyone that works there and start over

I've continued to give this McDonald's chance after chance, but every time, they let me down. Every time I go, my food is cold, the service is slow and I end up waiting like 10 minutes just to get my order taken, while I'm sitting at the ordering box. The drive thru at night is horrendous. Overall if I really could give this place a number of stars it would be none. They really need to do better.

This is not a good McDonald's. over the past 4 years, the service has been slow... super slow. You will wait on the drive thru line for a long period of time. When you finally reach the first window to pay, the attendant (different ones too) never greets you, a smile is out of the question, sometimes "yawning out loud," never friendly and makes you want to run! I'm not sure what takes so long for the food to arrive at the second window. Sometimes when you pull up to the 2nd line, the attendant is not there. The food is average. I've had great food & service at the McDonald's in many other locations.

Granted this McDonald's could increase its speed of service, the food here is usually better and more consistent than the others in the area. I only take the kids when I have some time to wait. Oh, but the customer service is pretty good.

Don't go to this place i waited 20 mins for my food. Then when i got my order , I opened the lid and the top bun of the artisan sandwich wasn't even there and i was pissed. I am never going to that mcdonalds p.s. It was the cooks fault but the manager was quite lovely

They are a little slow and they never put enough water in the oatmeal. It's will be chunky unless you tell them beforehand to put a little more water. However, my food has ALWAYS been hot and the smoothies don't taste watered down like at some other locations. The customer service is fine, not great, but acceptable.
