McDonald's

This McDonald’s was disgusting. Everything was dirty, menus didn’t work, kiosks didn’t work, one employee working the cash register with a huge line. Long wait times. No seating in the dining room. It took so long to just get an order of fries we just left.

Long lines, but moved very fast. Unfortunately the customer order boards didnt work Decor inside was different from other McDonalds I've visited from the seating to the photos displayed. Friendly service. Staff , loud voices

The place is right next to the Burbone St. It smells and has people vomiting, high and drunk inside and outside the place. The food is mediocre. The fries 🍟 were great but the nuggets taste like munching on fried flour. It's cheap but not worth it. $5 for 20 nuggets using the deal on App.

By far the worst McDonald I've been to. Tried to eat the evening before and it was impossible to order. For being at the main area of New Orleans, you guys need to study do something about this restaurant. Tried breakfast and the second remains as bad as the night before. The hash browns were full of oil inside, orders mixed up, screens not working, the page is a mess. And... Nobody, not even the employees, respect the mask policies

This place was absolutely DISGUSTING! I waited upwards of 25 minutes to get my two happy meals.Not to mention that one of the cooks was smoking/vaping while handling food! When I asked the manager for my French fries that weren’t in my order, she became super rude and told me to wait…while she steadily handed French fries to all those that came after me. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Not to mention the marijuana sales that happened right inside the door!

One word "Awful". Zero stars to be exact. It's unfortunate that people who work here just don't care what they serve you. After drinking most of my coffee, I decided to pour the rest out and found a bunch of coffee grounds. So much for a a hot cup of McCafe coffee; more like a hot cup of McCafe Grounds

As expected walking in. People sleeping in the booths. Standing in line for 15mins watching the "customer service" Yet I still ordered... not sure how expensive onions are in New Orleans, but this McDonald's must hoard them. And ya can't really see it in the pic. But the hash brown was IF LUCKY cooked for 15 secs. This is when google needs half stars or 1/4 stars.. If you can. Walk anywhere else for breakfast... ANYWHERE

Worst McD experience of my life so far. TVs on top are not working, thus, you can't see the menu. No chairs in the diner !!!??? No free refill as well. Def not recommended
