Good people make food great. 🍔☝🏼🙂 This McDonalds is special- and the people who make this location what it is deserve so much praise. Food hot to order ♨️ great packaging and order accuracy 🛍 and humanity the neighborhood should be proud of. 🙂 ❗️MARIA and her staff have consistently impressed us with there positive family culture, there proffesionalism, and consistency. 👏 We go out of our way to come to this location because they are consistently a relief- the food is familiar and hot to order, accurate every. Single. Time. ⏰️ The staff is why we come. My wife and I met in service, and we know when a staff that is managed with humanity, kindness, and bring it to work. The humility and family spirit, the life spills over. Anybody reading this far might think this is alot- but I think after this long I have to tell you how my visit here today, and in the past has made my night peaceful. For making the lobby a place my family feels safe to eat at night. 🌙 For joking with us in the drive through 🎤 Thank you, McDonalds Potranco. We'll be seeing you soon! 👏🙂

Got out of work late and thought I was going to get a quick bite to eat… I ordered on the app and the order went through like usual but when I got to the store the drive thru was blocked off with cones. I parked and tried the door and it was locked. I tried calling a couple of times and the phone just rang and rang. Ended up having to cancel my order. I’m not sure what was going on but I was seriously irritated and have zero intention on returning to this particular McDonald’s.

Got two quarter pounders with NO ONIONS and one had EXTRA onions and the other had regular onions??? Tried to call the restaurant and the Apple Maps phone number called Domino’s pizza and the google phone number asked for an access code so no way to contact the restaurant

Love this McDonald’s but there’s a short lady manager with glasses that needs to work on her Drive Thru skills. I understand that she’s trying to get cars out fast but when she doesn’t let you place an order then it gets frustrating. I myself am a Manager at a food place and I run a drive thru as well, but I let my guests talk first while ordering. Cutting them off is not an option like this manager did to me today.

If I could rate this particular location less than 1 star, I would. The fact that I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER received my food from an actual window in the drive thru, but only in the parking lot after I’ve been parked speaks volumes. Whether it’s to fudge their drive thru stats for “efficiency” or some other random reason, this McDonald’s SUCKS. There’s just no other word. I’ve never experienced a worst location that consistently has such poor service. Why do I keep coming back? Because unfortunately, it’s the ONLY location nearby my home. We live outside of city limits so we’re pretty limited on selection. We’ve actually been parked in the parking lot after ordering in the drive thru for over TWENTY-TWO minutes before. THAT IS ABSURD! The management here is seriously lacking in its managerial skills and should probably take a class or two in scheduling and training their employees. The employees themselves who work the drive thru are seriously rude more than half the time and have major attitude. We’ve lived near this location since May 2025 and this is the first review (December 2025) that I’m writing. I’ve given it more than a fair chance. With that being said, GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALD’S!!!! Ray Crock (IYKYK) would be so ashamed of the poor job you’re doing!

Worst McDonalds ever they always get the order wrong Like I got 2 sausage egg McGriddle and this is what I got.. one good one shit

I am a regular at this McDonalds and come here often and I would say the staff is great Jocelyn is amazing and so helpful and some of the others are great but the managers William and Kaden are super rude to customers and rude to staff. They are completely unprofessional and make the environment very bad. Food is good tho! Jocelyn should be given a raise she is awesome as long as she works there I am coming.

Always something with this location, only reason it's not getting 1 star is because the morning crew is normally great. But mid day and dinner time welp you get what you pay for i guess but when you open your food and see this come on. I get it's all about moving the drive thru, but seriously, how hard is it to wrap a burger with the bun on all the way and NOT smash it. Went through another time and saw they started charging extra for sweet tea. When I asked the girl at the second window, her response was, "I dont know, I dont drink that nasty stuff" laughing at my wife and I. I get its an entry-level job and I'm not expecting a michelin star restaurant, but basic customer service seems like no one cares about so long as the car is only there for 90 seconds. Do better.
