1) Our online order through the McD app was not processed, so we had to order when we got there.
2) An employee behind the counter, presumably too interested in getting to her break or off, rudely ignored our inquiries and walked off instead of simply being well mannered and saying that another employee would help us in a moment.
3) No shakes at 7pm?!!
4) A very kind supervisor took our order and explained the app snafu. The only reason for the one star.
5) The fries were overcooked.
6) If your going to use a quarter pounder with cheese box, which is what was ordered, make sure it has cheese on it!!
7) The filet of fish sandwich continues MD's apparent goal to approach the size of a silver dollar for it'ssandwiches.
