We were kicked out and not allowed to eat our food we ordered inside by security because the lobby closed. Ive never been kicked out because of that and due to thqt I am not returning and I urge others to take your money elsewhere.

I came here late night.. around 10 pm. I ordered the fish filet meal. My fries were cold, so I had them replaced. I got home and bit into my sandwich and that was cold too. Honestly, I didn't check my sandwich because I've never had a cold fish sandwich. I didn't expect that. I know that when it reaches a certain time, fast food workers slack. However, as long as you are open for business and taking customers money... food should be on point no matter the day or time.

I went here and I ordered an mc double meal today and the burger was extremely dry and disgusting, I tossed the entire thing. I ordered an iced coffee with it and when I was just halfway done with it, some paper came into my straw and into my mouth, I spit it out and was disgusted. I tried to call and make a complaint but their phone lines are disconnected, seems like they don't even want anyone calling them. I wouldn't recommend. I go their often and one time I went there and they baked a hair into one of my cookies but I had already driven very far away and couldn't take it back or get a refund. Very disgusting..don't eat here.

Needed a quick coffee and some fries on the go while driving long distance. The drive through is overflowing though and the parking lots as well. They were out of creamers. The location is great, the UCSF bldg is right opposite.

Dunno why this is at like, 3.6 stars rn. Great / fast / helpful service. SUPER CHEAP. Perfect for startup founders like me.

The only reason for the one star. 5) The fries were overcooked. 6) If your going to use a quarter pounder with cheese box, which is what was ordered, make sure it has cheese on it!! 7) The filet of fish sandwich continues MD's apparent goal to approach the size of a silver dollar for it'ssandwiches.

It's McDonald's, most have tried it. This location is better than others. Food is made well and staff is friendly.

Even after repeated clarifications of my order, they still managed to miss my salad from my take out order. What I did get was meh. Don’t think I’m going back.

Food here is always good. The service is OK all the time ambience is chatter Street vehicles come and get your burger.

Wasn't full after Mujiri so here we are! Definitely a YMMV kind of experience here. The chicken big mac was very low effort... I mean look at it lol. One of the female staff was doing her bestest though so I'll give them that. This location is kinda sketchy so I can't recommend it for everyone.

I work as a food delivery service. The employee here treated me like a thief. He tried to deny me a package. He treated me like a thief even though I confirmed the order even though I hadn't. I'm filing a complaint. The employees are very rude.

I ordered a big mac. They gave me a hamburger with 2 buns. Horrendously lazy. Never going there again.

This is the best McDonald's ever. We frequent this McDonald's for breakfast and their biscuit sandwiches are always so fresh and hot. Def the best McDonald's breakfast I've ever had. Also I HAVE to shoutout the staff here. Everyone is always sooooo friendly and kind. It really helps the experience and speaks volumes to the leadership there at the restaurant.

Loud, wrong, and plain rude. Came here and ordered at the kiosk, it froze, asked for help and the employee said "I don't have time to fix it, I'll take your order" as I was walking to her the kiosk unfroze and I said I would just finish the order there since everything was already done. As I walked back she felt all the need to keep yapping saying "It's not gonna work", "It's gonna happen again", "I'll take your order I don't have time". Shut up. I went and to everyone's surprise, the kiosk worked. So not only was she loud she was also wrong. After we got our food we asked for the bathroom code since there was a keypad on the door handles. Any normal person would assume you'd need a code. She proceeds to yell "ITS OPEN". Maybe she was having a bad day and chose to be miserable and annoying so everyone else can have a bad day as well. Food was good tho!

Order was incorrect but at least everything was as freshly made as it could be for a McDonalds.

I don't know what was going on today but I had the best people at the drive thru. Whoever was taking the orders at 8pm today April 9th but she had this positive and contagious energy. The lady who handed me my drink was also very kind. Glad I decided to stop and grab a Diet Coke on my way home!

This place has been here since the early 70's I had family and friends work here years ago. But it has changed over the years not just the Menu but the language has too. I go there sometimes because of convenience when in the area. I went there recently and I must share this because there's something wrong at Mickey D's . I ordered a fish and double cheeseburger and fries and Medium HC. Clerk said $16 and some change so I gave her a $50 bill she gave me my change I noticed with my change and my the change back I had 2 20's and a 10 dollar bill. So I asked the clerk for my 50 back for the change. She now don't understand English? I asked her several times until I asked for a manager I waited for some time then a lady came up asking what did I what after her and the clerk spoke to each other in a different language. She ask me can she help me told her the same thing I showed her my receipt and the change clerk gave me and the manager spoke with her again And then gave me back the 50. I waited for 5 more minutes then I got my meal . I got to my car to eat and went for the hot fries 1st and they just smashed up in my fingers! Not hot but warm and still greasy. My HC was small and the double cheeseburger was flat and warm. Now Mickey D you know that something is wrong here. I choose not to go back and complain but I knew it was a language problem there I didn't call corporate because I still wasn't going to waste my time like I did my money. But I guarantee you that I will NEVER GO BACK TO ANOTHER Mickey D again. I will spend the rest of my life letting people know that high prices language problems bad food and bad customer services was the last straw. I have heard of many stories about Mickey D's bad but I didn't think it would've happened to me. In order to post I still have to give a star but it's not for being good.

WARNING: THIS McDONALD'S IS A RIPOFF! I ordered a hot fudge sundae and received a tiny cup, with about 2 ounces of cheap ice cream and a speck of fudge, and what's even worse is the price of this thievery was $4! I will never again give this greedy, corporate, junk-food restaurant one cent of my money.

I occasionally come to this McDonald's when I find myself in Emeryville, as this is one of the closest locations. There's usually a homeless person hanging around outside, and sometimes some more inside as well. The parking lot is typically sparsely populated and hidden around back, so it does get a bit sketch sometimes when parked and waiting for your food to arrive through curbside delivery. On my last order, my soda cup was strangely only 70% full and there was soda spilled all over the side that they made no attempt to clean up before handing off to me. On the bright side however, none of my orders have come out wrong so far or with missing items.

Ugh, this McDonald's location is terrible. I ordered 20 piece nuggets to go with three sauces through the app and upon pick-up, only two sauces were provided along with no napkins. At every other McDonald's location I've ever been to, napkins have been provided and missing items have not been an issue. This McDonald's location needs to pay closer attention on assembling orders.

My brothers and sisters in Christ who work here, who constructed this? Still won't stop us from eating this though.

Wow am surprised that the employees still have jobs missing items again from order that means I can't get the deal/coupon back senior management should be fired for allowing this place to be 1.9 star and it being the only place that I can totally see deserving it. This is not a McDonald's problem I expect mid food but when items don't show up that's a employee problem.

Never in my wildest imagination did I ever think I was going on Yelp to give a McDonald's a five star review? I haven't eaten McDonald's food in at least five years. But I was leaving a place in Emeryville and heading home, and for some reason the golden arches be beckoned me. It was about 9:30 PM. I went to the drive-in and ordered the big Mac combo meal. When I pulled up to the pick up window, I said to the man "I only have one request, the fries need to be hot." He said they were and handed me the bag. They were! And the Big Mac blew my mind! The burger patties tasted like real beef, and the lettuce was crisp and fresh, so that you could actually taste it. It was under sauced, which was fine with me, because oversaucing a Big Mac could be a disaster. You'll never felt greasy or heavy, and I didn't get a queasy feeling in my stomach as I have in past years. This may have been the best McDonald's experience I've had in 30 years. Oh, and I do want to mention that the young man who took my order was super friendly, professional, but also played it familiar, like he's known me before.

Shut down by health department today, see photos. A month or so ago I found coffee grinds in a cup of ice I ordered. They have charged me twice for same thing and would not give me a refund, only credit. Then defamed me in front of other customers claiming I was trying to get free food.

To be extremely fucking honest, this Mcdonalds has the most incompetent set of staff I have ever seen. I have order food from this store through the mcdelivery app and 3 times out of 4 my food has come back incorrect. today i ordered food from the 6623 San Pablo store once again making the mistake that maybe the staff might actually do there job today but once again was disappointed.My food came with only 2 thing the burger and a Oreo McFlurry which both were wrong. I ordered an Angel Reece meal with medium fries and a large sweet tea, as well as a Oreo McFlurry with extra fudge and Oreos. I only received the burger and a Oreo McFlurry with no fudge and barely any Oreos in it. The fries and drink were non existent.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! this store needs to reprimand their employees because the service sucks. and when I try to call the store to tell them what happened the phone line goes dead and a automated message saying that their phone has been disconnected comes up. therefore making it impossible for me to even think about getting my order replaced. Honestly this store needs to do better because I cannot imagine ordering from them again!

First of all let me just say you can't go inside. It's either curbside or drive-through, or a door on wheels with tiny window which you can't hear anything they say. This door on wheels concept is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. McD's really didn't think this one thru, they should go back to the drawing board and get a new concept. Why is it they are the only place that doesn't allow anyone inside yet? Get it together people. I won't be going to this location ever ever ever again.

I forgot to post in December when this happened but this McDonalds added pineapple juice to a strawberry and banana smoothie. They must've ran out of the bananas and I think a normal person wouldn't be bothered by this, but I'm allergic to pineapples and it started making my tongue itch after I took one sip of it. I decided not to order from them again, because the whole experience scared me.

i paid for extra sauces and couldn't get them because they have a limit? woman argued me down over sauce that stated on my receipt was paid for..also like...it's sauce..please BFFR! i never eat mcdonald's but the one time i do..biggest mistake ever..such a terrible location which terrible customer service

The worst MCD ever. They move slow and are often out of things. One time I waited over 30 mins for my food. I was so furious that I emailed MCD HQ to no response. They are the closest MCD to my work, otherwise I would never want to give them any of my money. Stay away if you can.

The employees there will mess up your order in every way possible, it's ridiculous. I caught one missing item after pulling over to check my order just in case... drove back and asked for the food I paid for - which to their credit, they gave me without a fuss - and then later got home and realized they also gave me the wrong sauces. I know McDonald's is not exactly a fine dining establishment but I have never had any McDonald's get an order this wrong before. Never coming back.

I honestly didn't want to give any stars. I'm not sure what's going on with the women there but the manager at the drive-through window, during breakfast, she has a problem. Either she doesn't want to be there or she's mad that she's working there. I don't understand how I ask for jelly and you get upset and slam it in my hand when condiments are supposed to be offered before you leave the drive-through. Then ignore my request when I ask for straws when they come with my drink. Either they don't like other people outside of their race or they just don't like where they're working at. It might be that they don't like mornings or something I don't know but y'all need to work on yawls customer service like seriously. Make people feel like the only people that can come up in there are the people of the same race is them. I bet then they will be nice and my food will be right.

Nice remodel. At the first menu stop, this voice from heaven tells you to move to the next menu. The second menu the girl goes "Yi, stupey, whatchu be WA- en." I order an ice cream "sundae". The difference between that an an ice cream cone is a pump and a half of caramel. Then my boyfriend and I had sex in the drive thru. Then I got pregnant, and had a kid in the drive thru. Then we got married, and our kid went to kindergarten and we still had not been served. We actually had a parent teacher meeting in the drive thru. When I got there, the guy Gave me a mess- a sundae with the lid messily placed on top, the stuff hopped over my pants it became a race to save my seats from the mess. I don't know how 25% of the country has the time and patience to visit a McDonald's every day.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal thru mobile pay. I waited hecka long at the curbside pick up knowing that they will give my order correctly but NOPE they fucking forgot my medium fries!!! There was a long drive thru line too... like WTF!!!!

Pros: The people working there are mostly very nice and have been there a while, so know what they're doing. Food is what you expect when ordering. Usually when it's busy the second drive-thru lane has been open for me, so no complaints there. Most efficient service of the fast food places around. Cons: They try to hide price increases so you're surprised at the register. Today I was trying to figure out why my $1 sausage biscuit and $1 Coke (with a 23 cent surcharge) ended up being almost $3. Turns out they are no longer selling the sausage biscuit for $1, but are instead selling them for $1.49 with misleading signage. That's the manager's fault, though, not the employees. Some of the people working there in the evening are not as nice as others and ignore you other than taking your money (as in they don't even say the total). I get that McDonald's isn't the best job and I don't even expect a smile really, but if I'm about to give y'all money, it's helpful to know that I'm giving you the amount you are requesting and that I'm paying for the right order.

This McDonald's is clearly not 24 hours. Cones in the drive through. No one taking orders. Possibly asleep inside because the lights are on. Don't fall for this trap when it's late and you need a meal. This location serves nothing but lies. Update: why even bother having two lanes. There is only one in use when you happen to be open.

This shit was nasty as hell the fire I said no salt and I ordered it on the app I have a headache for how much salt they put on it and the fries taste not cooked and coated in bleach omg the line was so long just to get cold ass food. This one sucks ass I hate the Service and they don't even get you what you ordered have to tell them and they still get it messed up some how.... If you guys go here you better check your food or go inside smh never again. My stomach hurts and I need to throw up. Just pray it's not you next god bless....

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I mean it's pretty straight forward. It's a fast food place that's open 24 hours. First off they are never open 24 hours. I got off a work at 1am and when I drove up there were 5-6 cars waiting. Not getting serviced. No sign to say they were closed. Nothing. Mind you they have a drive through that's 2 lanes but only one is always open. It's just a fast food restaurant. I'm not expecting much but at least keep your hours and none the less what you have open. Mind you this McDonald's was just REDONE. Should that mean that it's service is either the same or better? Now it's terrible.

My niece likes McDonald's so I only come here for her today in the drive thru they told me to go to the second window and didn't ask for a code for the mobile order. Then they gave us a McChicken that looks like it was stomped on and it had pickles and ketchup. I think they're lazy and just give people old orders that were given back. It's cheap with the app so not even worth getting a refund but that doesn't mean you can just give people orders that have been sitting out.

If I could give a negative one, I would. Ordered filet fish and fries fresh out the grease. Got my order and it was not hot. They bought it back to me after it was microwaved. Same bag, greasy napkins. Unacceptable

Worst place ever. Totally disorganized, people waiting around for their food. After I ate in the restaurant I went to the counter to get my drink refilled and the lady told me no refills!!

It's such a shame that this manager has allowed this horrible service, during there PM shifts. When I come in the morning the ladies are so sweet, kind and attentive. Evening time these kids that are disrespecting hardworking people by trying to physically fight them and that he's off at 830pm. This is too far and the kid working the first window taking the orders isn't lucky I didn't call the cops and the one working the pickup order is just as worse when I voiced my concerns, she called the young man to the window to confront me. WHY ISNT THIS LOUSY "MANAGEMENT" to do there job. The true shame is on these "managers" that are allowing this location to be run this way which can possibly be detrimental to this business' franchise owners. To the franchise owners you are made aware of what's representing your store. Disgusting.

This is my go-to for lunch. I could literally eat here everyday. When they closed this mcdonalds location down for renovation it was the saddest 6 months of my life. The service here is great - always super quick and the staff is very friendly and smiling all the time. Since the recent renovation, the building itself is much nicer - super modern and clean. I rarely ever see a dirty table when I sit here. The drive through area and parking lot is spacious and easy to get into. Conveniently located right off the busy San Pablo Ave it's super easy to swing by for a shake or some fries.

horrible. This place never gives BBQ sauce for Nuggets, for over 3 times in a row. Also this place smells like cannabis only once we got to the pickup window even though it's drive thru only during COVID... Can smell it from the outside.

What has happened to this location? All of the experienced employees seem to have left (honestly, good for them.) It now takes at least 30 minutes to get your food, and it is terribly cooked and usually wrong. Tonight was the worst though!! My order was completely wrong when I got to the payment window. I fixed it. I was still given the wrong food at the next window and they forgot my drink. The fries were pale, undercooked AND tough- how is that possible? McDs, I am done with this location. Please value your employees and pay them more- if nobody pays to eat here- you will be making no profit at all.

I have experienced something that was very impressive & comforting from this place I ordered though Door Dash , once I received my order everything was sealed in a bag including my two drinks,, when the driver made the delivery he was coughing but I felt comfortable that all my items were sealed of so the drinks could not be tampered with & all my items could not be exposed to anything. This is the first place I have ordered from to provide this level of security & comfort I wish all good places would do the same. I was only missing one item so I was credited for that item I'm happy.

Tried ordering through the app, went to the drive through and they didn't have my order. Lady at the drive through couldn't care less, waste of time

We tried ordering a Pepsi and they didn't have it so we tried dr.pepper they didn't have it and that was ok and lady we weren't able get her name right before I could ask for something else she said "come on guys" and was angry at us

It's a relatively new McDonald's. Or a homeless shelter, I can't really tell sometimes. They support ordering in advance through the app, and also have kiosks for self-ordering. The happy meals are a good deal for kids. Anyway, we should all be eating better food.

I ordered the Big Mac pack that comes with 2 Big Mac, 2 fries and in order of 20 piece nuggets. I didn't get my second order of fries nor the chicken nuggets. I spent 31.00 and Im very disappointed and upset. I will never ever order from this place. I got a delivery from here and they messed up my order
