Is this the most pleasant McDonalds? Flowers on the table. Clean. Super pleasant service. Our food was delivered to the table and she came with all the sauces and offered them to us. I saw a worker give a customer a fist bump. What’s going on here? I feel like I’m in bizarro world. Keep it up.

This place has to be one of the worst, they couldn’t get the person in front of us order right on the intercom and had to change it at the window which they then sent everything back because it was all wrong, we were waiting in line for about 20 minutes before it moved, while we were at the window we noticed 2 employees on there phone. my boss got 2 hamburgers one burger was correct but the other one has no burger but 2 slices of cheese

Saw the reviews, the problems mentioned that i saw are largely solved by checking your order before you drive off, so consider that. As for my experience, I put in a mobile order for the big breakfast with hotcakes. The drive thru line moved well even tho it was almost out of the parkinglot. If you go to McDonald's often, ui suggest you use the mobile app because the daily cupons and stuff are very good. Plus not having to take time verbally placing your order or handing over payment saves considerable time for you and those behind you, relative to what it would be otherwise.

This Location used to be good but lately the service has just gone down hill. Managers are rude and argue with you even when you have receipt proof. They never give the sauces even though I pay for them. (i’ve lost count of the amount of times that’s happened) Half the time the order isn’t correct. (Like today i got a three pack of cookies and they only put two in there one of them broken into pieces) And much more. I’m very disappointed as they used to have great customer service.

Hunter was fantastic, he is the white guy with a yellow vest. Very kind and helpful. The larger Hispanic man in a black collar shirt was rude and constantly passing tasks off to hunter

Management and workers here are delusional. On multiple occasions they refused to acknowledge that their card reader was the problem, instead insisting that all FOUR of the cards we provided must be the issue. Two separate times ordering on the mobile app and not only were half of the items completely incorrect, there has always been at least one item missing entirely.

Waiting for my curbside pickup order for over 30 minutes and they never brought it out. Ended up going through the drive thru after it cleared to get my food. The food they gave me was cold which tells me they just let my food sit there rather than actually bring it out to the car for curbside. Ridiculous.

Not a bad place, as far as McDonalds goes. Drive thru is typically packed if you go around the usual lunch or dinner hours. Food is McDonalds level, but service is good and never had a bad order.

Idk who is having a bad experience here. Team is always friendly and serve my food with a smile. I don't think I have ever received a wrong order. And I always get fresh fries. Let's be honest that's half the reason anyone gets Mickey Ds. Dear Team at this location, Y'all are a great addition to the community and I'm happy to keep coming back! Thanks for the friendly fast service.

I am not a picky person even when my order is wrong I'll eat it however I am just appalled. I pulled into the drive through and wanted some mcdoubles extra onion and ketchup I like a lot so I just say a lot a lot. they reply they don't do that here just extra. The lady taking the order even repeated extra ketchup and onion. I received 4 McDoubles only mustard and pickle.

yall.... they will NEVER mix your McFlurry up! They just don't want to at this point! & check your sweet tea before you LEAVE ! if its too light too much water was added to make it "stretch" :/

Ordered a large shamrock shake and was told they didn't have milkshakes. When I asked for my money back they said they were not able to offer a refund. This ruined my day as a shamrock was the only thing that could keep off the ledge. Definitely will be back to get my get back.

restaurant is clean but the workers rush your orders, dont pay attention and barely speak English. I can't understand if they got my order correct when they say it back. One time the worker gave my order to another car they argued about it for a good 3 minutes then he turned and handed the bag to me. I had to force him to go in and give a fresh order of fries

Had the filet o fish meal and apple pie. Filet was good, fries were a bit lukewarm, and the pie was just room temperature and tasteless. Service was a bit slow with lots of staff milling about. Dining room was actually clean today.

Didn't even want to give one star. Terrible customer service in the evening. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gotten food at this location, my food is NOT right? I frequent this one because it's closest to the high school and when I have to pick up my son we stop here. Because of the pandemic we are all left waiting. No one WANTS to be late but yet no one wants low paying jobs like these. We are at an impasse. I'm leaving them a good review because honestly they are always there. Yea so I have to wait a little longer. But their food is consistent and they have NEVER gotten my order wrong. Poor Dairy Queen can't even open 2 days of the week because of worker shortage. I docked a star not because of this particular location but in general because they got rid of the breakfast all day option and I really liked it so it makes me sad.

This location have a few really nice and good people. But it's sad that a few others being service down to a low level. I won't go over all the things that I have experienced, but this picture is the worse. This was at the bottom of my sweet tea cup. I don't know how the person who made it did not notice it. But I will never trust this place again.

I stopped in for a late lunch around 1:30. The restaurant was not crowded and very quite. My order was taken quickly and ready quickly. The restaurant was very clean and bright. The table and chairs looked new.

2 reviews in one post. Firstly, let's give the background. I'm coming home from being cut, needless to say I was starving from a long shift. Showed up at the drive through at 1150. No response but heard clicking of what I presumed to be a microphone. I waited and looked at the board to see what I was gonna order. Once I found the mcchicken was still a thing I coughed in case they didnt see or hear me pull up. Heard noise in background. 5 minutes go by and finally someone says sorry we are closed so I had enough wasted time here and decided to go elsewhere but it was now midnight and everything closed. 2nd review follows similar story. Arrived at 1120pm and didnt get food in our hands till 1148pm when 3 cars were in the drive through. Didn't even get right food but oh well. Learned to never return. Jake n kev

I go to this McDonalds many times throughout the year. The food is generally as expected. The drive thru is slow. The remodeld inside is a big improvement. The primary issue is that this McDonalds almost never has ice cream in the evenings. I don't know why but it is annoying. I've come through their drive thru at least two dozen times with my family over the last five years for ice cream in the evening after dinner and 90% of the time they have no ice cream. Regular McDonalds food is always available. I worked at McDonalds for my first job. We almost always had ice cream and milkshakes available during business hours. We did maintenance after hours. It just isn't that hard. I hope the owner of this McDonalds sees this review and realizes that they are losing revenue from this family and probably dozens of other families each evening over this. You are not directly competing with Dairy Queen next door. It is a different and more expensive class of ice cream. Please fix this ice cream shortage! Interestingly enough, I returned to this McDonalds exactly one year after my last review. Guess what?? They did not have ice cream at 8 PM on a summer evening. This has happened another two times this year. Come on McDonalds, whats the deal? Now I am at Ritas just down the block to buy a more expensive ice cream when I just wanted a quick McDonalds ice cream cone. Where is the owner or manager. Please fix this! The margins on ice cream have to be pretty high!

Slowest drive thru ever. Like unbelievably slow. Like you could sit in a restaurant and get an appetizer and your meal and pay for it before you even order your cheeseburger here. I have no idea what is going on here but wow worst McDonalds ever. It's a McDonald's. The one thing you have going on for you is service. Skip this one

Worse McDonalds ever. Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 mcdoubles no cheese no pickle. Needless to say they had cheese and pickles. So went in. The Black manager rolled her eyes. Would not take back the burgers. And she spouted a racial slur under her breath. I am sick of this. I am calling people high up tomorrow. People only do to you what you allow. I have 12 others who have had similar experiences. Smh.

For some god forsaken reason they will only give the the opposite of the sauce you asked for

Stopped in here for a late lunch and a restroom break Monday of this week. Ordered a Filet-O'-Fish and a small Diet Coke (no fries). Sandwich was lukewarm - like it had been made and then left to sit for 10 minutes or so. Still, I was starving, so I jumped in the car and wolfed it as I went down the road.

This McDonald's has improved so much! We go all the time now. Ordering is way more consistent, food is almost always warm/hot. Although tonight they did accidentally give us an extra bag with someone else's food. Woops!

Hoping that the new renovation wasn't only applied to the old building. This Mcdonalds regularly messes up my orders, or just plain doesn't give me what I ask for. I'm usually in a hurry when i come here, just picking up something for the family on a late evening. It sucks to get all the way home and realize that a order is missing, or they gave me some old hard stale bread, or even worse they gave me a sanwich full of wilted lettuce and bruised tomato slices (all of which have happened to me). I've even called to complain and gotten nowhere. I try to only come here when I have time to come in, that way i can check my order right there, but thats not always the case, so again i hope that a part of the renovation was their customer service...

Yeah it's McDonalds. Orders constantly filled incorrectly. Won't take some coupons. Ignores customers. Business as usual.

Went to this location this evening. They have the Order screens now so you can get in & out quicker. We went inside due to the drive thru line being very long. We ordered on the screen & waited. The wait wasn't extensive but longer than expected especially with the quicker ordering. What bothered me was the Staff yelling behind the counter. Staff telling each other to shut up etc. very unprofessional! I don't go to this location and I remembered why tonight!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm sick and damn tired of them getting my order wrong. Unfortunately, this Mcdonald's is directly 1 min from my house. For 10 years or more, they have been screwing up everything, and then when you tell them it's wrong, they give you a shotty attitude. They can't even understand english. Today, they gave me a biscuit instead of a mcmuffin and a sprite instead of the coke I ordered. A SODA?!!! They can't even make a soda correctly? Then, when I showed them that my order was wrong with the biscuit, they made me pull up and wait. When a place has to make a designated spot for drive-thru waiting in the parking lot, there is a serious problem. This McDonald's has got to go. Enough is Enough!!! PUT IN A SONIC AND REMOVE THIS MCDONALDS!!! If you have some time, go to the Severn one. It's the best McDonald's Ive ever been to. 10/30/18- Why do I continue to stress myself out with this place?!!! They updated the building, and honestly, they should have closed it down permanently. Yet again, they lost my mobile order, and after sitting in the mobile parking for almost 15 minutes, I had to go in and see what was wrong. The manager did fill my order, but they forgot to put my hashbrowns from my meals in the bag. So... i had to go back inside. Now, my food is cold. Ugh! Ive sent emails and called corporate in the past, and yet, nothing happens. Corporate doesnt care, so why should the employees? This McDonalds can not handle the demand of the area. Unfortunately, its the only fast food in Odenton. . Fast? Ha!

This is not the first time I have had issues with this location! One time I ordered a Big Mac and when I got home the top patty was not there- I take it back and the manager bare hands it, opens it and the 2nd patty was placed on the bottom layer so her goes to me there are 2 patties and acts like he is going to give it back to me. Sorry no I didn't order a do it yourself meal! He didn't offer another sandwich so I asked for my money back. Today - I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru - I was getting something for someone else or I never would have waited! I placed my order for a sausage muffin meal and Medium OJ. I FINALLY get to the window and pay, with a $20. I go very little change back so I look at the receipt - not my order. I tell the woman and she looks at me and says "You ordered 3 sausage biscuits, 2 coffees and ....." No I did not I repeated my original order, told her she repeated it back to me....then she keeps looking at her screen. I told her to just give me my money back! Done! I will never go there again! They mess up all the time and then act like it is the customers fault. They don't offer to make things right. The Employees never smile, never friendly. Just awful all the way around! Avoid this location!!!

Stopped in drive-thru this morning for breakfast. At work when I pulled sandwich out of bag I got a surprise ... a lonely cigarette and a lighter! SERIOUSLY?

I just wanted to touch base with everyone. My son wanted McDonalds so like a crazy person I went. I ordered a 20 piece 2 fries large and 2 Coke's I don't eat the 20 piece. I pay the lady I move to the next window. They give me the food and one drink. I checked my receipt an seen that I only pay for one I told them I needed another drink the girl on the line says yes I heard the order but instead of just making me a soda and I could be on my way the young girl at the window says pull up we will bring it out. I wanted 25 mins and by the time I got home my fries were cardboard. I really dislike this McDonald's and their customer service has changed one bit. I would rather go to the one on route 3 at the least I would get good customer service and all that I ordered.

I decided to go to McDonald's this morning. The drive through line was very long but I decided to wait. I ordered three items. I starting driving away and noticed I didn't get my hash brown. So I went in the store and the guy is rummaging around in my bag a hundred times. I told him it was missing one item. He still didn't understand what I was complaining about. Then I get home and one of my sauces I asked for was incorrect. Out of three items and 2 sauces two were incorrect. How frustrating! I tried calling but no ones answers their phone. It just makes me not want to go back. Needed to get it off my mind so I wrote a review.

The drive thru is always long, but the food is usually hot. The McDonalds on RT 3 near the IHOP never has a line, but their food is always cold and usually my order is wrong. THIS McDonalds in comparison usually gets my order right and the food is better. In comparison the OTHER McD on RT 3 (Crofton) always has a line. I think people around here just love our fast food. Never not a line.

This is my first time at this location on June 29th at between 1pm-115pm I went thru the drive Thru and heard a friendly voice that took my order when I got around to pay for my order it was a tall guy with a cast on his left arm at the window he did not greet me or tell me my total didn't say a word... neither did I I gave this McDonald's a one only because of that and that only the rest of the ppl were friendly and said thanks you and yes and said have a good day , so I will not go to this location again!

I am a fan only due to it's location close to my work. I had to go past here from dropping my son off at day care (which we have switched since). The food is never consistent. I had been dropping in almost each and every morning to order a oatmeal and a carmel frappe small. Each day something would be different or "off". Sometimes my oatmeal would have the apples but not the cranberries etc. Some days they would not put enough water or hot enough water in my oatmeal, so needless to say I don't like cement for breakfast. The frappes were ok, sometimes they were a bit too watery. I didn't always get a straw though. The service is best during the morning rush, they do move people pretty quick through the drive through, but if you go inside, prepare to stand by and be treated like a number. It's mcdonalds, what do you want. I am sure the food is fresh only due to the sheer volume they do. Eh... Go to Five guys o Three Brothers across the street.

It's Conveniently located to my house. The orders are roughly 20% accurate. The fries and nuggets are almost always cold which always forces me to stay at the window longer. The staff seems a tad bit off. Either rapidly speaking or not paying attention at all what is being ordered. They offer a 10% discount to military members.

If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason I've stopped at this location is that it's convenient. That's all it has going for it. I suffer from various chronic illnesses. One makes it to where I can't have dairy. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Told them no cheese just in case. They put two pieces of the crappy cheese on it. Told them I couldn't have the cheese, they scoffed and told me to pick it off. Fries were cold, stale, and extremely over salted. Center of the chicken was frozen. I ordered a diet soda, they gave me regular(could tell by taste and checked with a glucose reader and it showed sugar). Luckily, I am not a diabetic(still have blood sugar issues) because that could've killed me if I was. Their staff always seems either stoned or drunk. Whoever they have working drive through never speaks clearly or loud enough. They do not accommodate for those with hearing issues. I am hard of hearing and have driven through to the window where they're supposed to hand a pad and pen for hard of hearing and deaf people to write their order on and talk to the worker. Instead, I got yelled at and told to turn around and go back through the drive through. Ordered them through door dash once, they confirmed the order and then cancelled it 30 min later after the driver already showed up to pick up my order. The driver was the one who informed me and said they weren't given a reason. Luckily my driver offered to go pick up something from another store for me so I could eat. Never would order there ever again.

I remember coming here a while back and ordering a McGriddle ... I bit into it and tasted like someone dumped a bunch of cheap perfume on my McGriddle .. That was the last time I visited this McDonald's

Don't expect fast service at this McDonald's location. The staff moves at a snails pace. This location does however offer a 10% discount to military and veterans.

The lack of standards set at this establishment is astounding and completely unacceptable. I don't know what's worse: the customer service or the severe lack of attention to most of the orders that we've placed here. If it's not incorrect, it's incomplete and the frequency of these occurrences is unbelievable. It seems as if no one even bothers to check to ensure that any orders are done correctly. If this had happened once or twice, okay but for it to happen all the time? Absolutely not. This McDonald's is in serious need of better management. I'm surprised they're still in business. If I could give negative stars in a review, I wouldn't hesitate to.

Just went through drive through. For some reason, redeeming a "free coffee" coupon is too hard, so they charged me for the large coffee and gave me a small orange juice for free. After leaving drive through, I tried sipping on my coffee which spilled all over me because they put a cracked lid on it

Orders often wrong. Like I always order drinks without ice and 9 times out of 10 I get ice. One time I ordered chocolate chip cookies and they gave me two sugar cookies and in a separate bag a chocolate chip cookie. When I went back in to ask what happened they were like "ohhh we are out of chocolate chip". Employees seem over bored with their lives, not that I can blame them. Every time I come they always hand you the food but only reach a couple inches out the window so you have to basically climb out of your car to get it. It's also either going to be a medium wait or a very long one for no reason. Food is not good and I don't hold McDonalds to a high standard anyway. If it wasn't for the lack of anything near by I would never come here.

What even is the point of ordering what you want. You get whatever they want to give you, and you never notice until you have left their drive thru line that you've sat in for 20 minutes. I don't think they've ever remembered the apple slices in my kid's happy meals, they consistently make my iced coffee wrong (I ask for no ice, doesn't seem like a hard thing but they mess it up every time). Just don't go here. There are better McDonald's nearby.

There are simple reasons why McDonalds is struggling so bad and this store is a prime example. Not only did the woman not know how to ring my order using the coupon I had on their app, but her attitude was wretched! At no point did she ever make eye contact with me, didn't count my change back, never asked if it was for here or to go, a smile seemed like it may have killed her and forget her ever acknowledging that I thanked her a couple of times. God forbid she thank me. My food was merely warm and the fountain drink I dispensed was all water. This store is simply a matter of convenience. If it went out of business tomorrow I would find a way to soldier on. Believe that!

I ordered a mcMuffin saudage with egg and a small order of fries and they gave me nothing of what I wanted

I'm about to light these comments up like a Christmas Tree. I've been utterly disappointed several, I mean SEVERAL times. It's right next to my house unfortunately so I keep trying to give them a chance but today was my last day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have given me the wrong food over 4 times! They gave me fries that taste like fries from last week reheated! There employees hateeeee their job and machines are always down !!! If I was rich I would pay the owner to shut this one down. That's how tight I am.

Talk about hood rats out in the parking lot doing some shady business at night. I was unsure of getting out my car, but I was hungry! Friendly staff inside the joint so no complaints about that.

Your happy meal was not so happy!. Your cheese burger had no cheese, your toy was broken and your f*king extra fries bad 17 fries total. The only thing you got right was the drink.... You had ONE JOB...thanks a f*king million......

staff is very rude. they once got my order wrong, and scolded me for "ordering it wrong" rather than apologizing. I don't expect all smiles or incredibly polite employees, but to be antagonizing (as they often are) is really annoying. i am going to start to drive 15 mins out of the way to go to the next mcdonald's instead

After many consistently poor experiences at McDonalds in general and this McDonalds in particular, they have reached a new low. Placed an order at the counter for food to go. Looked it over as best I could before I left, but since I was literally thrown in one big bag, I didn't notice that all the hashbrowns we're missing. All of them. Went home, put the food on the table, made my discovery, went back up, spoke with the mgr and was met with amazing indifference. Won't be back. And will do my best to avoid all McDonalds, as I should be doing already anyway.

I went yesterday for pick up for large sweet tea with no ice and some other food items. After I get home it seems the only one was sweet the other three were unsweetened. This is not the first time does happen at this McDonald's the service has truly gone down over the years.

Went to this McDonald's on Friday, 10/25. Francine who was filling my order, was eating French fries that were from my order and she was not wearing gloves. Quite disgusting and unsanitary. Won't go there again.
