RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!! I have boycotted this specific McDs for over 3yrs. Against my better judgment I went through the drive thru, only to have the associate yell through the intercom, "Nah, we dont have that" after I ordered the chicken tenders and 3 other things, I asked, what, all confused, he said chicken. Okay, let me order this and this. Get to the window, the guy doesn't even say anything when he opens the window, he don't even look at me. Hands me my drinks and shuts the window. Comes back 30 seconds later, waiting on the quarter pounder can move up and he closes the dann window. A different guy comes out, looks to be a manager or shift lead due to the different attire. So, I ask him, he says yes. I said you need to address the lack of customer service because he was very rude in the way he went about his job and that shit is not okay. He responds, "well I would if you weren't cussing at me!" Um, excuse me, I'm not cussing at you, now if I called you a di*k, that's cussing at you. He says yep and walks away. Management must lead by example no wonder why his associated gets away with such behaviors. Its pathetic. They need to clean house completely and get people who actually like working with the public.
