World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's - Gastro Obscura

"Occupying a whopping 19,000 square feet of floor space, this supersized restaurant is basically a McDonald’s on steroids. Its three stories are home to more than 100 arcade games, plus a 22-foot PlayPlace that would feel right at home in an amusement park. It’s not hard to see why some refer to this behemoth as Epic McD. While you can, of course, order the usual Big Mac here, this is the place to really expand your usual Mickey D’s order. It’s one of the only McDonald’s outlets in the world that still serves the McPizza, an item discontinued in the early 2000s. The expansive kitchen also churns out around 50 other items, including pastas and Belgian waffles, seldom seen at outposts of the franchise. Curiously, although this place may be the world’s largest “entertainment” McDonald’s, it has tough competition for the claim of actually being the biggest. A McDonald’s in Kaohsiung, Taiwan is taller. Previously, the world’s largest by floorspace was located in airport in Frankfurt, Germany. Know Before You Go The Epic McD is open 24/7." - jebeasleyx, Collector of Experiences, SemiruralYeti

Why McDonald’s looks sleek and boring now - Vox

"If you’ve ever had a hankering for a Big Mac in Orlando, Florida, there’s a good chance that you wandered into a very special McDonald’s. With its hideous red-and-yellow checkerboard exterior and its neon-lit french fry monolith, the so-called “World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s” (now known as Epic McDonald’s) bears down on innocent customers like a monument to bad taste." - Steven T. In Other News, There’s A Serial Dine-and-Dasher on the Loose | Eater Portland

"I noted that the vintage fast-food joint — the third-oldest remaining McDonald’s in America — was torn down on April 2; it had been slated for demolition in February but sat vacant through March, so pour a McFlurry out for that old Micky D’s." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

I cannot believe I had never been here before, especially considering how often I come to Orlando. This place is not just a McDonald’s, it is a full blown experience. Brace yourself. This is a two story super McDonald’s with an arcade, brick oven style pizza, and the legendary play area all under one roof. While you wait for your food, your kids can jump into games and fun activities, and the staff brings your food directly to your table. It feels more like a full service restaurant than fast food. The fact that it is open 24 hours makes it even better. Everything was smooth, organized, and family friendly. Watching the kids have fun while the food comes out fresh and fast made the whole visit stress free and memorable. This was hands down an amazing experience and a must stop if you are visiting Orlando with family. We loved it and will absolutely be back.

Epic McD is 19,000 square feet, making it the largest McDonald's in the world by square footage. It has a playplace with a massive climbing structure, that stretches in height over 22 feet and an arcade, which is home to over 100 games. It features unique menu items like Belgian waffles, omelets, and Philly cheesesteak. It even has a build your own pizza or pasta dish. After a meal, you can order cheesecake, chocolate cake, or ice cream from the dessert bar.

Google
Pizza, Pasta & Steak sandwiches are just some of the unique items on the menu Use the kiosk to place order, enter the table rent number you select. Then get your soft drinks and have a seat. Your food will arrive from a server

Google
One of my favorite places to visit while in Orlando. The pasta was soo good! I like how you’re still able to use the rewards app even at Destination Locations!!- How it should be. The Kiosk Ordering/ App Saves so much time and their hand off system works very well.

Google
Overall it was great. Same McDonald's feel with the different extra added items to choose from like their pizza and pasta. When I ordered I thought I'd be getting that McPizza feel but it wasn't. I wasn't disappointed as the pizza was pretty good. For it to be the WORLD'S LARGEST, I didn't find it that big, I did expect more. The arcade was nice though and the playland was nuts, my son was too old for it so I'm happy about the arcade, plus the playland...bring earplugs, it's a jungle forreal. It's super busy so grab a seat before hand.

Holy McMassive! A fast-food fever dream. You don’t come here just for a Big Mac; you come for the spectacle. The "World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s" (Epic McD) is an absolute must-do tourist stop in Orlando. The Food: It is mind-blowing to walk into a McDonald's and see a wood-fired pizza oven and a pasta station. We tried the pizza and were genuinely surprised—it’s actually decent! But the real novelty is sitting there eating a slice of pepperoni pizza with a side of McNuggets. They also have a massive dessert counter with cakes that look like they belong in a bakery, not a fast-food joint. The Vibe: The arcade upstairs is huge and keeps the kids entertained for hours. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s chaotic, but that is part of the fun. It’s the only McDonald’s that feels like a full night out. Tip: ordering from the kiosks is the best way to navigate the massive menu without feeling rushed!

Google
World’s largest McDonald’s in Orlando! The 2nd floor is packed with arcade games—super fun for kids and adults. The menu has all the classics plus custom pasta and pizza! Tried the tortellini Alfredo and ravioli—both amazing. Pizza was pretty good too. Definitely worth a visit!

Google
McDonald's is not one of my favorite fast food restaurants by any stretch, but my husband and I love to visit the McDonald's on Sand Lake in Orlando/Kissimmee. It's the only location we know of or have visited that also prepares actual plated meals! Some of those options include Belgium waffles with fresh fruit, freshly made and baked artisan pizzas, and your choice of pastas with your choice of sauces, and your choice of protein! They also have decadent-looking cakes and even hard served ice-cream! Along with the normal McDonald's fare! The place is also huge with an upstairs dining area. It is definitely a place to experience at least once. The self-serve ordering kiosks are for the birds, though. It's impossible to find all of the items that can be ordered there. Thankfully, there is counter-help who will take your order for you. I pictured the pasta Alfredo I ordered served with chicken and a slice of garlic bread which was a nice touch. I liked the presentation of it, especially for a McDonald's!

Yelp
This is the largest McDonald's on the planet Even I was blown away with the size of this place. Order kiosks, dessert, stations, pasta station drink station places to sit, and of course, the counter for the original McDonald's This place is spotless considering all the people coming in and out of here this place is Jim like it's a grand opening Since it was morning, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin Within within two minutes, the sandwich was delivered to me. Quite impressive. The sandwich was hot, and well made with the exception of the microwaved English muffin that could've been toasted Clean restrooms! Easy parking, I'm glad I got to visit this location This was a one in done visit, but it was pretty cool
google avatar

Yelp
Biggest McDonalds apparently. Downstairs is pretty standard fare. Counter for you to order and pick up mobile deliveries from. Quite a few self service kiosks, and a couple of drink stations. Open 24/7, and there's a very large food section - normal McDonalds fare plus stuff like pizza, pasta, and all day breakfast. Not sure if it was because of the hours or low staffing, but a lot of the breakfast options weren't available for us to order. Anyway, the portions were huge and the food was brought to our table, which was nice. The drink machines were down for like an hour so it was kind of annoying to get drinks at the front, when we were just being ignored. Service was very lackluster aside from one person who brought out food out and offered to take photos of us! The typical McDonald's food was as expected, solid. The pasta and pizza were lackluster but I wasn't really sure what we were expecting. Upstairs has a play place and a bunch of arcade games, which was really cool. Very lively and energetic. Probably wouldn't go again but I'm glad I did!

Yelp
When planning my trip to Orlando, I knew I had to add "Epic McD" on the itinerary. At 19k sq ft, this location was considered the world's largest McDonald's. At first glance, it looked like a pretty standard McDonald's until I saw the pizza oven, pasta line, and a whole separate area for cakes and other desserts. I was able to try the Philly Cheese Steak which tasted like a Big Mac x Sausage McMuffin crossover. The highlight of the experience was the McChicken Alfredo Pasta, it was TOP TIER! I was able to customize the veggies, sauce, and noodles for my pasta and added on a McChicken filet which is the same chicken they use for their sandwiches. On the second floor, there was a large arcade with claw machines and a multi-level PlayPlace. The service was great! They had employees walking around, offering to take plates and trays away for convenience. It was the perfect tourist destination for a break between park days bc this was a whole experience in itself.

Yelp
My 2nd time coming here but my first time ordering. I ordered pizza because I've never had pizza from McDonalds. The pizza took a while, I was a bit nervous and excited to try pizza from McDonald's. When the pizza finally arrived I couldn't wait to try it. It arrived covered to keep it hot, they deliver it to your table if you're dining in, which is NICE. I Finally was able to taste the pizza and I was a bit impressed with it. It wasn't bad for McDonald's pizza. I actually enjoyed it and would definitely try it again. You get a decent size pizza for under $10 and you get to customize it. I enjoyed it, it reminded me of pizza from blaze pizza. Either way definitely give it a try and customize it to your liking if you're near by. Even better order on the app before you get there so it won't take so long.

Yelp
I kid you not, but this is by far the biggest McDonald's I stumbled upon. Yes it has your typical McDonald's comfort foods, and has a little more as a bakery, pizza oven, lots of seating, and an arcade upstairs. This is a great place if all restaurants are closed after late nights at theme parks because this place is 24 hours like being on the Vegas strip. Get your munchies in!
google avatar

Souzana V.

Yelp
I have never seen or been to a McDonald's like this. I actually think it's pretty cool. Still the casual typical feel of McDonald's. It was very very busy. This is the only location here where they serve stuff outside of their usual menu. We tried customizing some pizzas and pasta. They actually tasted decent. There is a huge play area on the second floor with more tables too. Come check it out if you're ever in Orlando.
google avatar

Maggie G.

Yelp
This is the largest McDonald's I've ever been to. This place has two stories. Top has a dining area, playground, and arcade with claw machines! Down stairs has an open kitchen with an additional menu like pizza and pasta that is not offered elsewhere! They serve them on a real plate like a restaurant. By the first floor stairs, there was a Mickey mouth photo booth. They open 24 hours a day. We came on a Monday evening on new year's week. It was packed! People were everywhere, parking lot was full. We ended up taking the food to go. It would be nice to dine upstairs with a view next time.

Yelp
I'm surprised at the low ratings here. This is a great McDonald's. It's spotlessly clean. There are staff going around constantly: clearing tables, emptying garbage cans, sweeping the floor and cleaning the bathrooms. The bathrooms here are surprisingly very clean. Now on to the important stuff, the food. In addition to the regular McDonald's menu you can find pasta, pizza and even a Philly cheesesteak. Surprisingly it was one of the better cheesesteaks I've ever had. The sandwich was even served on a real plate. Even the "regular" Mc Donald's food tasted better here for some reason. The only disappointment was my McCrispy sandwich. The chicken was dry, hard and stringy. There is also a more extensive dessert menu here than at a regular McDonald's.

Yelp
Big McDonald's. About 30 spots but can be hard to find when it's packed. A lot traffic at this corner so it's a bit annoying to turn into McDonald's. Pressable Pennie's to the left side when you walk in. Before you get to the counter for the desserts

Yelp
On our way to Camping World Stadium, we stopped at McDonald's for dinner. It was a convenient midway stop between our home and the stadium. This McDonald's location is one of the largest in Florida, spanning four floors and offering oven-baked pizza and pasta in addition to the classic McDonald's menu. From the menu, we ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, a McCrispy Sandwich, a Philly Cheese Steak, and McCrispy Strips, along with Lemonade and Coffee. We quickly received our sandwich and McCrispy Strips, both of which were hot, tasty, and delicious. The sandwich and strips were filling and satisfying. After a 10-15 minute wait, we got our pizza and cheesesteak, which were also good. Overall, our meal at McDonald's was satisfying and fueled us perfectly for the concert.

Yelp
We had to stop by and check out the biggest McDonald's after hearing that it's right here in Orlando! First off, I was very surprised by the menu and what unique food items there were to offer. The pizza and pasta stood out and we decided to give it a go. For dessert, there's also the Belgium waffle that we had to see for ourselves! It's a 2-story building with a mini arcade and games for the kids to play while the downstairs area is mainly for seating. It gets pretty busy so be sure to try and save a good spot if you're dining in. The interior does remind me of a typical McDonald's but with the highlights of the pizza oven and other food showcases to watch. Now, you can either order food at the front or order at the kiosks which is easier and faster to do. Remember that you can also login to redeem your deals and get points for your order like other locations! After ordering, we got a table number and the staff brought us our food within about 10 minutes for a few items and another 10 for the customized pizza and pasta. Let me tell you - I was very impressed and surprised by the quality of the food. The pizza was a thin crust with a light sauce and minimal toppings (based on choice) and it held well and was pretty good! The pasta had a great, creamy Alfredo sauce with tortellini (our choice) and my group really enjoyed it! I recommend trying a few different items here to share as it's totally worth it. You can also pack things to go as needed. It's worth checking out this place for sure!

Yelp
This McDonald's used to be such a fun place to go to but now it's a hassle. There was a huge line it took forever to get the food. The arcade games they have are not like Before. It's a small section only and on top of that it was so busy we barely got a chance to play. The workers weren't very helpful we were just asking a couple questions and pretty much got ignored

Yelp
Finally got a chance to visit "The Worlds Largest McDonalds" on a trip to Disney. While this place is in fact spectacular on a McDonalds scale. There are some slight drawbacks. I would describe it as an 8 year olds paradise. Tons of things for them to do and get a cheap meal for the parents. That being said boy oh boy were there a million kids here. Not bad. To be expected with its close proximity to Universal and Disney. But the parking lot is much too small for the volume of customers they create. Spent a very long time circling the restaurant hoping to find a one. The food here was good. The cheesesteak on the new menu was delicious even if it was too salty for my liking. The chocolate cake was great as well. The rest of the meal was standard McDonalds quality which is not at all a deterrent. Would go again. But do not come here during a peak time as you will cause yourself some frustration.
google avatar

Rebecca X.

Yelp
This was such a funny McDonald's. 3 stories tall, 2 floors separating the restaurant and the arcade. But parents be warned, the arcade is expensive! I have heard so many people dumping a hundred dollars on just an hour here. The food isn't bad, just not worth a whole trip out, but to be fair I only tried the Philly cheesesteak out of the location specific items. They use ground beef but all the flavors of your standard cheesesteak are there. For $9.99, it's pretty big. You could probably split this and a large fry between 2 people and be pretty happy. We didn't wait too long, enough time to wander around the area and look at everything. I didn't find the ketchup despite the later seen large sign on the ceiling pointing to ketchup. It's right next to the soda machines on the first floor. But I saw there were make your own pizza and pasta options, and cakes.
google avatar

Eddie K.

Yelp
World's largest McDonalds! I've watched many YouTube videos about this McDonalds. In addition to their regular menu, you can make your own pasta or pizza. They also have Philly cheesesteaks, waffles and desserts such as Cheesecake and chocolate cake. The second floor has a large arcade room and a huge play area for kids. I tried their brick oven pizza and was impressed with the crust and quality of the pizza. It was quite good. Next time I will have to try their pastas. This is located really close to Universal Studios so give it a try if visiting Orlando.

Yelp
When my daughter and I were looking for additional activities in Orlando Florida near Disney World, this McDonald's was one of the experiences that popped up on our search. After further research, we found out that this McDonald's location is the world's large McDonalds. After visiting Disney World, during the evening hours, we ended up stopping by this McDonalds during the holidays in December. This place was super busy! This McDonalds is so unique and it's nothing like any other McDonald's restaurant out there! This McDonalds is opened 24 hours a day and 365 days a year! I'd highly recommend spending about 2 hours at this McDonald's. This McDonald's has an arcade and a huge indoor playground! The second story arcade includes games like Fruit Ninja! You can purchase a McFun card to play the games. The virtual tickets can then be used to get prizes at this McDonalds! If you're looking for other activities, there are additional family friendly activities everyday such as a Comedy and magic show or character appearances at Karaoke! The Kid's Club Tree house themed indoor playground is cool too! There are just so many activities, but it was super busy when we visited this McDonalds. The menu is unique at this McDonald's location. Their menu includes pizza, waffles, pasta dishes, expanded dessert menus like ice cream and cakes, as well as their standard menu with hamburgers, French fries, chicken sandwiches and more! This McDonalds is a lot of fun and the food is great here too! There is plenty of seating available and so many activities! My daughter had a lot of fun playing in the arcade and the tree house!

Yelp
I'm going to say this... the food was hot and very fresh... but it's a mad house in there. It's a 2 story location that has a brick oven for pizza... that's pretty cool... but i wait so long, how did the pizza come out before the happy meal... lol... no worries though. Just went for the experience of what they call the largest entertainment McDonald's. I wanted to try the steak n cheese but they were out. The pizza was thin, which i really like.... But it was too thin... But I would like to try them for breakfast.... They have omelets and waffles... but oh well...
google avatar

Jonathan H.

Yelp
We were surprised this is rated so low! It's really cool looking from the outside, and has a lot of neat stuff on the inside. A big downstairs eating area and ordering area, a bakery, a brick oven pizza area, an upstairs seating area, a huge kids playing area, an arcade, and a moon guy playing a piano! The menu has all of the normal McDonald's items, but also has some interesting stuff like pizza, Belgian waffles, Philly cheesesteak, and pasta! We tried the pizza and it was really good! In the wild, this pizza was about 4* quality. But for being in a McDonald's, and for feeding 2 people for $10 total, it's a 5*! If anything, stop in to say you've been to the World's Largest McDonald's, and order something interesting!
google avatar

Tommy B.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this McDonald's has such low ratings. I was told it's the largest McDonald's location (I'm from California), and I was genuinely amazed when I walked in. I had no idea they served pizzas, pastas, and even philly cheesesteaks. I tried the pizza and pasta, and both were surprisingly good. I'd definitely come back just to try the Philly cheesesteak next time. I dined in, and the staff was very friendly and attentive when serving my food.
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
Make your own pizza ! Yep! My parents lived in this part of Florida and I couldn't believe it. They have all kinds of food not accustomed to McDonalds anywhere else I've ever gone (no McRibs)** This place is enormous and akin to a Circus Circus as it's like a carnival for kids as well as a McTaco Bell and Italian mix... it's amazing!
google avatar

Anton F.

Yelp
The world's largest entertainment McDonalds. So, what makes this one different from any other? An entire 2nd floor filled with video games, play pen, dining area and game prizes. The menu includes all the regular items plus pasta, pizza and cheesesteaks. The lines were long when I visited but the food was served quickly. I don't plan to return, wasn't impressed with the alternative food but was a good experience

Yelp
This location is called the Disney McDonald's. I haven't been here in over 10 years. The kids wanted to go check of out after dinner. This McDonald's is two stories tall. The 2nd story has a full arcade deck alongside the Play Place. Kids and parents were partaking in the fun. The lower level has full McDonald's service along side Pizza, Philly Steak and Cheese and a full dessert bar. Fully staffed McDelivery area for to go orders. Crews waiting to deliver table service orders. This McDonald's was packed. Both levels. I saw employees cleaning off tables after customers. Cleanliness could have been better but they were supper steady. When you dine in, your food comes out under a clear cover. Like the one you use in the microwave to prevent splashing. It's used to keep the food hot. Not every customer got one. Big Mac was hot. Fries were Golden Brown. Delicious. That blueberry cream cheese pie is pretty darn good. There's plenty of staff working. I stopped by around 8:30pm on a Saturday night. I was impressed at the level of service for the high volume. Well Done
google avatar

Jason R.

Yelp
As far as Mcdonalds go, the food is decent. It's fresh, the service is good and they have pizza which is not bad. But other than that, my god. What a rip. Those ticket machines / arcade games will suck you dry.
google avatar

Yelp
First time visiting while in Orlando and the service was fast and people was nice also the food was great my kids absolutely loved the play area and the arcade area also
google avatar

Yelp
I come to Orlando often and have always wanted to go here. I think it's supposed to be the largest McDonald's in the world? We ordered breakfast and it was fine. I just couldn't figure out how to order stuff from the expanded menu. Maybe because I was there for breakfast it wasn't available. Not sure. I'm so curious to come again and try some of the expanded menu stuff.
google avatar

Shalay R.

Yelp
Did you know Orlando is home to the World's largest Entertainment McDonald's? This place is definitely a must if you have kids! You have to stay your kids to this McDonald's at least once! This Epic McD is 2 stories and is 19,000 square feet. As soon as you walk in you can immediately see that this McDonald's is definitely different from the rest. It even has an elevator in it. This was my first time ever going in a McDonald's that had an elevator in it. There are also ordering kiosks to order your food. But there if you rather not use a computer to order your food, there's a cashier available to ring your order up at the cash register. This McD's is a kids paradise it has a huge arcade and play area. So you can image there are kids running around everywhere. So be prepared to see a lot of kids especially if you visit during the summer, weekends, or evenings. There's ample sitting both upstairs and downstairs to accommodate the large crowds that flock into this place. Surprisingly you will see not only kids but kids at heart (adults) that will stop in just to see what this place has to offer. In addition to the fact that its the largest Entertainment McDonald's, it is also unique because it offers over 50 additional items, including brick oven pizza, Belgian waffles, customized pasta dishes, omelettes, along with an expanded desserts which includes cake. This is definitely not the McDonald's I remember going to as a kids coming up. It is definitely one of a kind. I tried the pizza and it was actually pretty good. Have you been to the World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's yet?
google avatar

Janice K.

Yelp
I've been wanting to go to this McDonald's since I heard it was one of a kind. The play area is huge and would be awesome for small kids. They have a multilevel play area that kids can go on slides and rope bridges. they also have a fairly large arcade area. Some people stay here for a while. We saw one kid running around with no shoes on. The order area is huge with multiple touch screens. You can also order through the app. I did notice that their prices were 10-20% higher than other local Mcdonald's. They still had the same special offers as other local Mcdonald's so I would personally stick with ordering something from offers in the app. Occasionally they offer items that can't be found at other local McDonald's. They do seem to always have working ice cream machines as well, which is nice. If you have young children and are in the area, check them out.
google avatar

Sebina M.

Yelp
This McDonald's is two stories. It serves pizza and pasta as well. We didn't get to try it but will on our next visit. Play area is upstairs with a full arcade. Definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
This place is impressive but their staff treats people really bad , a guy comes yelling at people of not to order stuff because they don't like to served that item , felt I was ordering from a military base . Food was ok and pizza was great , first time I see pizza in McDonalds .... Big lines and instead of having a great experience dinning , you get a frustrating experience

Yelp
Was super excited to visit the world's largest McDonalds the tik tok hype was crazy. Welp bucket list checked off but man never again. It was way too much. It's a zoo in here with no organization what so ever! It was worse than epic universe and Disneyland all in one. Sensory overload for sure. It has two levels. Bottom levels have tables, the food ordering machines, food stations, ice cream parlor and even a photo booth. Upper level was a very large kids playground area then the other side has a full size game room, with a few more tables. The thing had me excited was different McDonald food items such as pizza, pasta, and even steak subs. So of course we went with a pizza and pasta dish, they were out of stock on the steak so could not try that. I gave three stars because honestly the food was decent, for McDonald, we were pleasantly surprised. If I was hungry at like three a.m and nothing else was open and I was craving some pizza and pasta I'd do the drive thru, as they are open 24/7 other than that I would not frequent here. We self ordered, it was a timely wait, but again they were mobbed. The space itself was not very clean, but I can see with the volume of people it would be hard to keep up.
google avatar

Vanessa S.

Yelp
Since the playground and arcade are at the same floor, it gets very loud and over stimulating for me. The place is too big and gets very crowded. The only reason why we came here is for my kids to try but they did not even get to play that much because there was too many kids. . For the service, one of our order was not served, the service was slow. The only reason I gave a 3 stars is because they offer other food option like pizza, build your own pasta and also Philly cheesesteak. We tried their pasta and it was good and the portion was big. The Philly cheesesteak lacks flavors and seasoning. It was bland
google avatar

Izzy S.

Yelp
This is THE busiest McDonald's I have ever been to in my life and the crew were incredible. They NEVER stopped! They were like Robots! I have never seen anything like it. No one stopped for a second. The pizza crew and pasta woman deserve their flowers. So hardworking. They got our food out in a timely manner and super hot and fresh. Def recommend!

Yelp
We had a blast visiting this unique Worlds Largest entertainment McDonald's. The menu includes pizzas, pastas, and a Philly cheese plus all of your regular McDonald's treats. We tried all of the unique sfuff and while nothing was amazing, it was all fun. The pizza was the best

Yelp
Very cool place, the largest McDonald's I have ever seen. They have a full play area and arcade upstairs for kids. They even make pizzas which I have never seen at McDonalds. Our granddaughter loved it. Highly recommend if you are in Orlando.

Yelp
This is still a McDonald's no matter how they want to expand their menu and physical footprint. Having said that, I left satisfied with the quality of their food relative to other American McDonald's establishments. Yes, it was noisy and kids were screaming and crying despite sitting on the first floor and away from the stairs that led to the second floor, which housed the play area. Food took way too long to arrive for fast food (25 minutes) even though we decided to try several food items including the "Philly" cheesesteak (I would use this VERY loosely as this is a far cry from an actual Philly cheesesteak), pizza, and a pesto pasta dish along with a typical iced coffee. I had to flag down 2 different employees to figure out where our food was. Of the 3 dishes, the cheesesteak was the weakest as it's basically a standard burger chopped up and thrown into an oversized hotdog bun. The pizza and pasta were surprisingly tasty. If you're in the Orlando area and passing by this McDonald's, I would encourage you to stop by and check out the largest one in the US for the experience. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to make a trip here.

Yelp
I got baited by the customizable pizza, pasta, and philly cheesesteak at the World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's. As expected, this location is heavily touristy and chaotic. Once you find a functional kiosk, you then wait amidst the huge crowd. The super loud noise makes it difficult to hear the workers verbally call numbers. A monitor showing numbers would be so much more convenient!  Consider going up to the second floor for more spacious, less crowded seating. (There's also a large arcade to distract the little ones.) Although the alfredo tortellini and pizza were simple & the philly cheesesteak wasn't a true philly cheesesteak, I found them to be oddly satisfying. This particular McDonald's is a one-and-done kind of experience.

Yelp
WTF are you people babbling out? This place is one of the worst MCDs I've ever been in and I've been in quite a few. I'm here on a Monday and it is beyond insane. Overcrowded with the worst of the worst. I'm only here cause my family wanted to try it but I immediately lost my appetite. Ooooh is the biggest, oooooh it serves pizza. Ooooh it has an arcade. None of this makes it better, trust me. Biggest is not by much. The pizza looks unappealing and the arcade is flooded with kids. All the tables are taken and its extreme chaos. Never again.

Yelp
When we learned we were near the worlds largest entertainment McDonald's we knew we needed to stop! We were sucked in by all the gimmicky foods-Philly cheese steak, pasta and pizza. We sat on the first floor and it was super chaotic, so we didn't explore the other areas. The Philly and pizza were delicious-however the pasta was not and we sadly tossed it. Definitely a good touristy stop!

Yelp
Food was average for a mcdonald's. The S'more's McFlurry is sooo good! The atmosphere in the world's largest Mcdonald's is exactly what you'd expect. Busy, hectic, and insane. It blows my mind however how they're able to contain it, and i love the special food items they serve. Definitely a must visit at least one time.

Yelp
We always go to Orlando but have never made a stop inside this McDonald's and decided to since it was the biggest McDonald's in the world. Parking is very limited so you just have to choose a good day and time to go. It wasn't too busy and plenty of seating. You pay first, grab a number and find a place to sit. Food was rather expensive but I mean, I get it. It's a tourist thing but we're locals so yeah. Arcade and play area are on the second floor. The elevators weren't working so we had to use the stairs. Play area is cool, pretty large and fun. Arcade is cool too but rather expensive. They even have a place for you to redeem your tickets like a real arcade. It was too much so we didn't play. Overall, still just a regular McDonald's with extra options like pizza, pasta and Philly cheese. Nothing too special and I prefer the drive thru still.

Yelp
After arriving in Orlando, we came here to stretch out our legs and have an early dinner. This is the world's largest McDonald's for now and it even has pasta as well as pizza. I was beyond impressed with those two things alone. You can order from the middle of the restaurant and place your number where you are sitting. The staff will bring you the food. That never happens at McDonald's unless it's requested. There is a huge play place and arcade for the kids to burn their energy out on. Unfortunately, my son accidently fell on one of the bars in the play area and it left a huge bruise on his neck. He hung low after that and stuck to the arcade. I got the pasta with broccoli. It was very good paired up with a frozen Sprite lemonade. Even though it was a little high for the pasta, I found it was worth it for the experience.

Yelp
This place is hilarious. It's everything you expect a McDonald's but with some extra flare. Fun play place and arcade for the kids, and some fun and different foods from the normal McDonald's. We tried the Philly cheesesteak and the pizza and then normal McDonald's food. All of it was fine, again what you would expect from McDonald's quality, but fun to have different options. We ate upstairs and there were plenty of tables that were clean and bathrooms that also were clean. Food did take longer than we expected, pizza and cheesesteak were about 10min and the rest of our food about 25min, so a bit long. If you're out with kids, I would totally recommend hitting this place up.

Yelp
World largest McDonald's for the entertainment area. They have an entire 2nd level as a play area and arcade. This McDonald's is also unique that they offer some different options than the typical ones in the states do. They offer on their menu Philly cheesesteaks, pastas, and pizzas. They have a pizza oven which is pretty unique for a McDonalds Although the workers you can tell didn't want to be there. Their faces say it all. And as they're huddled in the corner behind the registers chatting. The idea of any customer service isn't really there.

Yelp
The world's biggest McDonald's is open 24 hours. There is a drive-thru also. You order your food here to eat on site or to-go at the kiosks. It was crowded on the first floor where you order and get the food. There is no food on the 2nd floor. It took them 10-15 minutes to bring out the food to our table. We found out the blue slushee drink we ordered was unavailable. They offered me other options and brought me a different drink. They even have dessert and pizza. However, the ice cream machine was broken (of course) and no ice cream treats were available to order. The sausage egg McMuffin we got smelled bad and we threw it out. There were also flies around our food when we were sitting while eating. 2nd floor: There was a pay-by-play arcade that you needed to put money on a card to use at a kiosk. There was a prize area for tickets after the arcade. There was no employee working the prize booth with a line of people so I had to go an employee to help. The prize booth employee seemed unhappy to work there and had a blank expression on her face. There was a kids age 4-12 play zone and a younger kid toddler play zone. Overall I am not sure I would return to this location.

Yelp
Very disappointed as I took my two granddaughters for a "back to school " outing and found the elevator "out of order". What a heartbreak that I couldn't take the girls upstairs to the playground/arcade as I'm in a wheelchair. I wonder how long this elevator has been "out of order". ??? VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT for all of us!

Yelp
If you go to this restaurant, expect no service whatsoever and then to thieve your money and not give you your order. The manager shift manager should be fired immediately. i'm sure corporate will be contacting them soon to have the whole shift fired. I'm surprised that the incompetence of this crew.

Yelp
The food tasted like cardboard, took around 20 minutes for the half of our food to come, tables were not clean, food tasted worse than a normal McDonald', chicken nuggets not fully cooked, overall terrible experience it may be the most epic McDonald's but also the most epic disappointment.

Yelp
This is just a two-story McDonalds with mediocre extra food options and some extras for kids. Service are very kind and offered napkins and to take our trays for us. There were extra ordering stations for pizza and pasta as well as cake but the pizza I ate was gross, the cheese tasted almost plastic-y. Fries were lukewarm which was extremely disappointing, as one would expect a higher standard of quality for the world's largest mcdonalds. Originally intended to dine on the second floor but that's where the kids play place and arcade are, and the floor was extremely sticky. First floor was much cleaner. Overall, would not go back and regret dining here. There are much better budget dining options in Orlando.
