World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's - Gastro Obscura

"Occupying a whopping 19,000 square feet of floor space, this supersized restaurant is basically a McDonald’s on steroids. Its three stories are home to more than 100 arcade games, plus a 22-foot PlayPlace that would feel right at home in an amusement park. It’s not hard to see why some refer to this behemoth as Epic McD. While you can, of course, order the usual Big Mac here, this is the place to really expand your usual Mickey D’s order. It’s one of the only McDonald’s outlets in the world that still serves the McPizza, an item discontinued in the early 2000s. The expansive kitchen also churns out around 50 other items, including pastas and Belgian waffles, seldom seen at outposts of the franchise. Curiously, although this place may be the world’s largest “entertainment” McDonald’s, it has tough competition for the claim of actually being the biggest. A McDonald’s in Kaohsiung, Taiwan is taller. Previously, the world’s largest by floorspace was located in airport in Frankfurt, Germany. Know Before You Go The Epic McD is open 24/7." - jebeasleyx, Collector of Experiences, SemiruralYeti

Why McDonald’s looks sleek and boring now - Vox

"If you’ve ever had a hankering for a Big Mac in Orlando, Florida, there’s a good chance that you wandered into a very special McDonald’s. With its hideous red-and-yellow checkerboard exterior and its neon-lit french fry monolith, the so-called “World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s” (now known as Epic McDonald’s) bears down on innocent customers like a monument to bad taste." - Steven T. Stopped by out of curiosity since it’s the biggest McDonald’s in the world. There’s an arcade on the second floor and a bunch of extras you won’t find at a regular location. Tried the pizza just for fun, I found it a bit too garlicky but it was a pleasant surprise to see on the menu. Other than that, burgers were like any other location. Still a must if you’re in Orlando.

I was a bit skeptical at the beginning, my son told me this was the biggest McDonald's in the whole country & they also make oven pizzas? We had to check it out!! It did NOT disappoint, their pizza was better than Little Ceasars, Domino's or Pizza Hut...and very close to Blaze Pizza. They offer a lot of drinks and dessert options too. It was a great experience to be honest.

Google
A McDonald’s that serves pizza! Sign me up!!! A really nice oven and prep area for making pizzas. Cheese pizza was 9.79. It was $3.49 to add pepperoni, which is too much, so just did a cheese pizza. Pizza was not too bad, coming from a McDonald’s. I probably won’t ever get it again, but it was definitely fun to do once. The traffic around there was pretty horrible. Staff were all very nice, especially for how busy they were. Definitely a fun McDonald’s to check out!

My family and I visited this McDonald’s today with our grandchildren and were really impressed by the beautiful building and fun gaming experience. The food we received was great, and we appreciated the unique atmosphere. However, we were disappointed with the customer service during our visit. We placed our order at 5:41 PM at kiosk side 2, which included a Happy Meal, 3-piece chicken strips, Big Mac, Philly cheesesteak, pizza, and cheesecake. Most of the food was served within about 20 minutes — everything except the pizza and pasta. A staff member picked up our table number without confirming that our order was complete. We let her know that the pizza and pasta were still missing. After another 20-minute wait, we brought it to the manager’s attention. Unfortunately, it took an additional 15 minutes of back and forth before the manager and server acknowledged that the missing items were in fact part of our order, as shown on the receipt. At that point, the items were finally prepared. Our concern isn’t just the delay, but how the situation was handled. We felt as though the staff was implying the error was ours, rather than acknowledging a simple oversight. We understand mistakes happen — we just hoped for a more respectful and solution-oriented response. Thank you for taking the time to read this. We truly enjoyed the experience overall and hope to see improvements in the customer service moving forward.

It was an great experience lots to do for the kiddos. Arcade, play area photobooth. They are busy all day but staff was great. Food was good. I was surprised by how good the pizza was and mad I forgot to order pasta to try. We got breakfast and lunch The menu inside has more than drive get out the car and sit inside

Google
The world's largest McDonald's. It was nice. Two stories, playroom and arcade on top. Specialty menu items not offered at other locations. Food was good. Staff was nice. They're a victim of their own success, it was so packed full of customers.

Google
This place was so very busy and loud but the employees were friendly and efficient. We saw one manager (i forget his name from his tag) dealing with an incredibly rude and entitled women and then her husband who would not take a polite 'no, thats against this store's policy' as an answer. The manager handled it so calmly and professionally. My son was super excited to visit here, as I had never heard of the 'epic' 2 story McDonalds with an arcade. He ordered pasta just to be able to say he had lol and enjoyed it.

Google
We went here simply to go to the world’s largest McDonald’s. It was a fun experience. They have some unique McDonald’s food such as pasta, pizza, Philly cheese steaks, and various desserts. The Pizza was pretty good, as was the peanut butter explosion dessert. Know ahead of time it will be VERY busy but they are pretty fast.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to visit "The Worlds Largest McDonalds" on a trip to Disney. While this place is in fact spectacular on a McDonalds scale. There are some slight drawbacks. I would describe it as an 8 year olds paradise. Tons of things for them to do and get a cheap meal for the parents. That being said boy oh boy were there a million kids here. Not bad. To be expected with its close proximity to Universal and Disney. But the parking lot is much too small for the volume of customers they create. Spent a very long time circling the restaurant hoping to find a one. The food here was good. The cheesesteak on the new menu was delicious even if it was too salty for my liking. The chocolate cake was great as well. The rest of the meal was standard McDonalds quality which is not at all a deterrent. Would go again. But do not come here during a peak time as you will cause yourself some frustration.

Yelp
WTF are you people babbling out? This place is one of the worst MCDs I've ever been in and I've been in quite a few. I'm here on a Monday and it is beyond insane. Overcrowded with the worst of the worst. I'm only here cause my family wanted to try it but I immediately lost my appetite. Ooooh is the biggest, oooooh it serves pizza. Ooooh it has an arcade. None of this makes it better, trust me. Biggest is not by much. The pizza looks unappealing and the arcade is flooded with kids. All the tables are taken and its extreme chaos. Never again.
google avatar

Jamal C.

Yelp
This location is called the Disney McDonald's. I haven't been here in over 10 years. The kids wanted to go check of out after dinner. This McDonald's is two stories tall. The 2nd story has a full arcade deck alongside the Play Place. Kids and parents were partaking in the fun. The lower level has full McDonald's service along side Pizza, Philly Steak and Cheese and a full dessert bar. Fully staffed McDelivery area for to go orders. Crews waiting to deliver table service orders. This McDonald's was packed. Both levels. I saw employees cleaning off tables after customers. Cleanliness could have been better but they were supper steady. When you dine in, your food comes out under a clear cover. Like the one you use in the microwave to prevent splashing. It's used to keep the food hot. Not every customer got one. Big Mac was hot. Fries were Golden Brown. Delicious. That blueberry cream cheese pie is pretty darn good. There's plenty of staff working. I stopped by around 8:30pm on a Saturday night. I was impressed at the level of service for the high volume. Well Done

Yelp
This was such a funny McDonald's. 3 stories tall, 2 floors separating the restaurant and the arcade. But parents be warned, the arcade is expensive! I have heard so many people dumping a hundred dollars on just an hour here. The food isn't bad, just not worth a whole trip out, but to be fair I only tried the Philly cheesesteak out of the location specific items. They use ground beef but all the flavors of your standard cheesesteak are there. For $9.99, it's pretty big. You could probably split this and a large fry between 2 people and be pretty happy. We didn't wait too long, enough time to wander around the area and look at everything. I didn't find the ketchup despite the later seen large sign on the ceiling pointing to ketchup. It's right next to the soda machines on the first floor. But I saw there were make your own pizza and pasta options, and cakes.
google avatar

Jason R.

Yelp
As far as Mcdonalds go, the food is decent. It's fresh, the service is good and they have pizza which is not bad. But other than that, my god. What a rip. Those ticket machines / arcade games will suck you dry.
google avatar

Yelp
Make your own pizza ! Yep! My parents lived in this part of Florida and I couldn't believe it. They have all kinds of food not accustomed to McDonalds anywhere else I've ever gone (no McRibs)** This place is enormous and akin to a Circus Circus as it's like a carnival for kids as well as a McTaco Bell and Italian mix... it's amazing!
google avatar

Eddie K.

Yelp
World's largest McDonalds! I've watched many YouTube videos about this McDonalds. In addition to their regular menu, you can make your own pasta or pizza. They also have Philly cheesesteaks, waffles and desserts such as Cheesecake and chocolate cake. The second floor has a large arcade room and a huge play area for kids. I tried their brick oven pizza and was impressed with the crust and quality of the pizza. It was quite good. Next time I will have to try their pastas. This is located really close to Universal Studios so give it a try if visiting Orlando.
google avatar

Nicara B.

Yelp
I'm going to say this... the food was hot and very fresh... but it's a mad house in there. It's a 2 story location that has a brick oven for pizza... that's pretty cool... but i wait so long, how did the pizza come out before the happy meal... lol... no worries though. Just went for the experience of what they call the largest entertainment McDonald's. I wanted to try the steak n cheese but they were out. The pizza was thin, which i really like.... But it was too thin... But I would like to try them for breakfast.... They have omelets and waffles... but oh well...

Yelp
Was super excited to visit the world's largest McDonalds the tik tok hype was crazy. Welp bucket list checked off but man never again. It was way too much. It's a zoo in here with no organization what so ever! It was worse than epic universe and Disneyland all in one. Sensory overload for sure. It has two levels. Bottom levels have tables, the food ordering machines, food stations, ice cream parlor and even a photo booth. Upper level was a very large kids playground area then the other side has a full size game room, with a few more tables. The thing had me excited was different McDonald food items such as pizza, pasta, and even steak subs. So of course we went with a pizza and pasta dish, they were out of stock on the steak so could not try that. I gave three stars because honestly the food was decent, for McDonald, we were pleasantly surprised. If I was hungry at like three a.m and nothing else was open and I was craving some pizza and pasta I'd do the drive thru, as they are open 24/7 other than that I would not frequent here. We self ordered, it was a timely wait, but again they were mobbed. The space itself was not very clean, but I can see with the volume of people it would be hard to keep up.

Yelp
When my daughter and I were looking for additional activities in Orlando Florida near Disney World, this McDonald's was one of the experiences that popped up on our search. After further research, we found out that this McDonald's location is the world's large McDonalds. After visiting Disney World, during the evening hours, we ended up stopping by this McDonalds during the holidays in December. This place was super busy! This McDonalds is so unique and it's nothing like any other McDonald's restaurant out there! This McDonalds is opened 24 hours a day and 365 days a year! I'd highly recommend spending about 2 hours at this McDonald's. This McDonald's has an arcade and a huge indoor playground! The second story arcade includes games like Fruit Ninja! You can purchase a McFun card to play the games. The virtual tickets can then be used to get prizes at this McDonalds! If you're looking for other activities, there are additional family friendly activities everyday such as a Comedy and magic show or character appearances at Karaoke! The Kid's Club Tree house themed indoor playground is cool too! There are just so many activities, but it was super busy when we visited this McDonalds. The menu is unique at this McDonald's location. Their menu includes pizza, waffles, pasta dishes, expanded dessert menus like ice cream and cakes, as well as their standard menu with hamburgers, French fries, chicken sandwiches and more! This McDonalds is a lot of fun and the food is great here too! There is plenty of seating available and so many activities! My daughter had a lot of fun playing in the arcade and the tree house!

Yelp
Food was average for a mcdonald's. The S'more's McFlurry is sooo good! The atmosphere in the world's largest Mcdonald's is exactly what you'd expect. Busy, hectic, and insane. It blows my mind however how they're able to contain it, and i love the special food items they serve. Definitely a must visit at least one time.
google avatar

Anton F.

Yelp
The world's largest entertainment McDonalds. So, what makes this one different from any other? An entire 2nd floor filled with video games, play pen, dining area and game prizes. The menu includes all the regular items plus pasta, pizza and cheesesteaks. The lines were long when I visited but the food was served quickly. I don't plan to return, wasn't impressed with the alternative food but was a good experience
google avatar

Jonathan H.

Yelp
We were surprised this is rated so low! It's really cool looking from the outside, and has a lot of neat stuff on the inside. A big downstairs eating area and ordering area, a bakery, a brick oven pizza area, an upstairs seating area, a huge kids playing area, an arcade, and a moon guy playing a piano! The menu has all of the normal McDonald's items, but also has some interesting stuff like pizza, Belgian waffles, Philly cheesesteak, and pasta! We tried the pizza and it was really good! In the wild, this pizza was about 4* quality. But for being in a McDonald's, and for feeding 2 people for $10 total, it's a 5*! If anything, stop in to say you've been to the World's Largest McDonald's, and order something interesting!
google avatar

Sebina M.

Yelp
This McDonald's is two stories. It serves pizza and pasta as well. We didn't get to try it but will on our next visit. Play area is upstairs with a full arcade. Definitely worth a visit.
google avatar

April W.

Yelp
I come to Orlando often and have always wanted to go here. I think it's supposed to be the largest McDonald's in the world? We ordered breakfast and it was fine. I just couldn't figure out how to order stuff from the expanded menu. Maybe because I was there for breakfast it wasn't available. Not sure. I'm so curious to come again and try some of the expanded menu stuff.
google avatar

Shalay R.

Yelp
Did you know Orlando is home to the World's largest Entertainment McDonald's? This place is definitely a must if you have kids! You have to stay your kids to this McDonald's at least once! This Epic McD is 2 stories and is 19,000 square feet. As soon as you walk in you can immediately see that this McDonald's is definitely different from the rest. It even has an elevator in it. This was my first time ever going in a McDonald's that had an elevator in it. There are also ordering kiosks to order your food. But there if you rather not use a computer to order your food, there's a cashier available to ring your order up at the cash register. This McD's is a kids paradise it has a huge arcade and play area. So you can image there are kids running around everywhere. So be prepared to see a lot of kids especially if you visit during the summer, weekends, or evenings. There's ample sitting both upstairs and downstairs to accommodate the large crowds that flock into this place. Surprisingly you will see not only kids but kids at heart (adults) that will stop in just to see what this place has to offer. In addition to the fact that its the largest Entertainment McDonald's, it is also unique because it offers over 50 additional items, including brick oven pizza, Belgian waffles, customized pasta dishes, omelettes, along with an expanded desserts which includes cake. This is definitely not the McDonald's I remember going to as a kids coming up. It is definitely one of a kind. I tried the pizza and it was actually pretty good. Have you been to the World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's yet?
google avatar

Brooke K.

Yelp
This place is hilarious. It's everything you expect a McDonald's but with some extra flare. Fun play place and arcade for the kids, and some fun and different foods from the normal McDonald's. We tried the Philly cheesesteak and the pizza and then normal McDonald's food. All of it was fine, again what you would expect from McDonald's quality, but fun to have different options. We ate upstairs and there were plenty of tables that were clean and bathrooms that also were clean. Food did take longer than we expected, pizza and cheesesteak were about 10min and the rest of our food about 25min, so a bit long. If you're out with kids, I would totally recommend hitting this place up.
google avatar

Janice K.

Yelp
I've been wanting to go to this McDonald's since I heard it was one of a kind. The play area is huge and would be awesome for small kids. They have a multilevel play area that kids can go on slides and rope bridges. they also have a fairly large arcade area. Some people stay here for a while. We saw one kid running around with no shoes on. The order area is huge with multiple touch screens. You can also order through the app. I did notice that their prices were 10-20% higher than other local Mcdonald's. They still had the same special offers as other local Mcdonald's so I would personally stick with ordering something from offers in the app. Occasionally they offer items that can't be found at other local McDonald's. They do seem to always have working ice cream machines as well, which is nice. If you have young children and are in the area, check them out.
google avatar

Al P.

Yelp
Very cool place, the largest McDonald's I have ever seen. They have a full play area and arcade upstairs for kids. They even make pizzas which I have never seen at McDonalds. Our granddaughter loved it. Highly recommend if you are in Orlando.

Argelia C.

Yelp
If you want to be stressed out and overstimulated this is your place. It's full of screaming kids and people all over no seats available. However it does have an arcade and playground. Also it was extremely hot like the AC was not working . The bathrooms were nasty. Food was average
google avatar

Fel E.

Yelp
This place is impressive but their staff treats people really bad , a guy comes yelling at people of not to order stuff because they don't like to served that item , felt I was ordering from a military base . Food was ok and pizza was great , first time I see pizza in McDonalds .... Big lines and instead of having a great experience dinning , you get a frustrating experience
google avatar

Vanessa S.

Yelp
Since the playground and arcade are at the same floor, it gets very loud and over stimulating for me. The place is too big and gets very crowded. The only reason why we came here is for my kids to try but they did not even get to play that much because there was too many kids. . For the service, one of our order was not served, the service was slow. The only reason I gave a 3 stars is because they offer other food option like pizza, build your own pasta and also Philly cheesesteak. We tried their pasta and it was good and the portion was big. The Philly cheesesteak lacks flavors and seasoning. It was bland
google avatar

Jake P.

Yelp
We had a blast visiting this unique Worlds Largest entertainment McDonald's. The menu includes pizzas, pastas, and a Philly cheese plus all of your regular McDonald's treats. We tried all of the unique sfuff and while nothing was amazing, it was all fun. The pizza was the best

Patrick C.

Yelp
On the list since it was the largest McDonald's. Place was busy but you can find seat easy enough. The menu is the biggest attraction since the offer pizza, pasta and cheesesteak sandwiches. The cheesesteak was mid and not very tasty. Seemed like steamed steak. Pizza looks good from the oven and is thin crust but had a dominos esk garlic flavor. No plan to rush back but the dessert bar looked interesting with the cakes. Got the normal fries which you can't go wrong.
google avatar

Tiffany P.

Yelp
I got baited by the customizable pizza, pasta, and philly cheesesteak at the World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's. As expected, this location is heavily touristy and chaotic. Once you find a functional kiosk, you then wait amidst the huge crowd. The super loud noise makes it difficult to hear the workers verbally call numbers. A monitor showing numbers would be so much more convenient!  Consider going up to the second floor for more spacious, less crowded seating. (There's also a large arcade to distract the little ones.) Although the alfredo tortellini and pizza were simple & the philly cheesesteak wasn't a true philly cheesesteak, I found them to be oddly satisfying. This particular McDonald's is a one-and-done kind of experience.
google avatar

Steve L.

Yelp
This is still a McDonald's no matter how they want to expand their menu and physical footprint. Having said that, I left satisfied with the quality of their food relative to other American McDonald's establishments. Yes, it was noisy and kids were screaming and crying despite sitting on the first floor and away from the stairs that led to the second floor, which housed the play area. Food took way too long to arrive for fast food (25 minutes) even though we decided to try several food items including the "Philly" cheesesteak (I would use this VERY loosely as this is a far cry from an actual Philly cheesesteak), pizza, and a pesto pasta dish along with a typical iced coffee. I had to flag down 2 different employees to figure out where our food was. Of the 3 dishes, the cheesesteak was the weakest as it's basically a standard burger chopped up and thrown into an oversized hotdog bun. The pizza and pasta were surprisingly tasty. If you're in the Orlando area and passing by this McDonald's, I would encourage you to stop by and check out the largest one in the US for the experience. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to make a trip here.
google avatar

Allison P.

Yelp
When we learned we were near the worlds largest entertainment McDonald's we knew we needed to stop! We were sucked in by all the gimmicky foods-Philly cheese steak, pasta and pizza. We sat on the first floor and it was super chaotic, so we didn't explore the other areas. The Philly and pizza were delicious-however the pasta was not and we sadly tossed it. Definitely a good touristy stop!
google avatar

Darnell A.

Yelp
Don't bother with the Philly cheesesteak. It's just a mashed up hamburger on a different bun. But this place does have a big playground in an arcade and offers pizza and special desserts like peanut butter and chocolate cakes. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is pretty nice.
google avatar

Yesenia C.

Yelp
This was our first time visiting the biggest McDonald's in the world. We were very anxious to try their pasta dishes and pizza. We also ordered the Philly cheesesteak but that was not as grand as we thought. Still tasty though. The pizza and pesto pasta were so good! We were very surprised by how it turned out!
google avatar

Steve I.

Yelp
This is lg order of fries.... I said something about it and nothing was done.... Worst McDonald's EVER!!!!!
google avatar

Veronica C.

Yelp
A huge reason for my good review is the simple fact that this is the world's largest McDonald's and the nostalgia. They have different menu items like pizza and Philly cheesesteak which is cool. But I still went with my original go to order which is a cheeseburger and fries. Taste and quality wise it's not different than any other McDonald's. The service was okay. The ambiance was super cool, nostalgic and fun. Lots of arcade games. Fun to see and go to at least once.
google avatar

Bill B.

Yelp
Biggest mcdonald's in the world. Also biggest mcdonald's worker in the world! Boy oh boy did he know how to cook up one of them burgers. Good friend of mine got the extra special sauce in there that's so good I bleach my pants. Good gravy did I have a feast here! Just about shat ketchup after this visit. Gotta clean them stalls turned the whole stall red. Didn't even think that was possible. Could barely drive the ol '95 dodge ram all the way back home to kansas. loved the experience -John and Bill

Yelp
We always go to Orlando but have never made a stop inside this McDonald's and decided to since it was the biggest McDonald's in the world. Parking is very limited so you just have to choose a good day and time to go. It wasn't too busy and plenty of seating. You pay first, grab a number and find a place to sit. Food was rather expensive but I mean, I get it. It's a tourist thing but we're locals so yeah. Arcade and play area are on the second floor. The elevators weren't working so we had to use the stairs. Play area is cool, pretty large and fun. Arcade is cool too but rather expensive. They even have a place for you to redeem your tickets like a real arcade. It was too much so we didn't play. Overall, still just a regular McDonald's with extra options like pizza, pasta and Philly cheese. Nothing too special and I prefer the drive thru still.
google avatar

Patty W.

Yelp
After arriving in Orlando, we came here to stretch out our legs and have an early dinner. This is the world's largest McDonald's for now and it even has pasta as well as pizza. I was beyond impressed with those two things alone. You can order from the middle of the restaurant and place your number where you are sitting. The staff will bring you the food. That never happens at McDonald's unless it's requested. There is a huge play place and arcade for the kids to burn their energy out on. Unfortunately, my son accidently fell on one of the bars in the play area and it left a huge bruise on his neck. He hung low after that and stuck to the arcade. I got the pasta with broccoli. It was very good paired up with a frozen Sprite lemonade. Even though it was a little high for the pasta, I found it was worth it for the experience.
google avatar

Joyce D.

Yelp
World largest McDonald's for the entertainment area. They have an entire 2nd level as a play area and arcade. This McDonald's is also unique that they offer some different options than the typical ones in the states do. They offer on their menu Philly cheesesteaks, pastas, and pizzas. They have a pizza oven which is pretty unique for a McDonalds Although the workers you can tell didn't want to be there. Their faces say it all. And as they're huddled in the corner behind the registers chatting. The idea of any customer service isn't really there.
google avatar

Tafet T.

Yelp
This is just a two-story McDonalds with mediocre extra food options and some extras for kids. Service are very kind and offered napkins and to take our trays for us. There were extra ordering stations for pizza and pasta as well as cake but the pizza I ate was gross, the cheese tasted almost plastic-y. Fries were lukewarm which was extremely disappointing, as one would expect a higher standard of quality for the world's largest mcdonalds. Originally intended to dine on the second floor but that's where the kids play place and arcade are, and the floor was extremely sticky. First floor was much cleaner. Overall, would not go back and regret dining here. There are much better budget dining options in Orlando.

Yelp
My feelings on the World's Largest McDonald's remain mixed. I will say, the excitement and nostalgia played a large part in my experience which was ultimately overall pleasant. However, the service left much to be desired. Sure, there are plenty of exciting things to look at (fish tanks, arcades, artwork, and new menu items galore) but the glitz and glamor wears off quite quickly due to the crowded and disheveling environment. I got hooked into try the cheesesteak, which was surprisingly quite delicious! However, despite the large menu, they were entirely lacking hot n spicy McChickens which I found unnecessarily odd. Once seated, our orders didn't take long to come out, but a server did mistakenly take a member of our party's number without giving her food and it was quite the debacle trying to prove to them she ordered and didn't receive her meal. Between showing her receipt and the very obvious fact her food was not on the table, they were skeptical of her and took until we were entirely finished eating to finally make her order over again. Overall, the experience is worth it for the novelty, but don't expect anything mind blowing!

Yelp
The world's biggest McDonald's is a fun and unique experience! With a huge menu and exciting atmosphere, it's definitely worth visiting. Just be ready for a long wait and keep in mind that seating is first come, first serve.

Yelp
The world's biggest McDonald's is open 24 hours. There is a drive-thru also. You order your food here to eat on site or to-go at the kiosks. It was crowded on the first floor where you order and get the food. There is no food on the 2nd floor. It took them 10-15 minutes to bring out the food to our table. We found out the blue slushee drink we ordered was unavailable. They offered me other options and brought me a different drink. They even have dessert and pizza. However, the ice cream machine was broken (of course) and no ice cream treats were available to order. The sausage egg McMuffin we got smelled bad and we threw it out. There were also flies around our food when we were sitting while eating. 2nd floor: There was a pay-by-play arcade that you needed to put money on a card to use at a kiosk. There was a prize area for tickets after the arcade. There was no employee working the prize booth with a line of people so I had to go an employee to help. The prize booth employee seemed unhappy to work there and had a blank expression on her face. There was a kids age 4-12 play zone and a younger kid toddler play zone. Overall I am not sure I would return to this location.

Yelp
If you're I. The mood for fast food burgers then not much to say here. Yes not the best burgers but has been a long standing place for years. When I need my fry fix this is where I'm at.

Yelp
Epic McDonald's is a fun spot to visit, it has an arcade and a large play area for kids to climb and slide through. This is the largest McDonald's I've ever been to which was a unique experience. They have traditional food items you see at McDonald's and several new items. I did think there would be more unique food items than this is, but it's nice they have pizza. There's a big fish tank, a cute addition to the place. Overall we had an awesome time in the arcade and had a typical lunch you'd expect from McDonald's. It was a pleasant experience.

Yelp
We HAD to stop at the Worlds biggest McDonald's in our way to Orlando and it was very impressive in the inside. On the outside it doesn't actually look that big, but on the inside they've got an arcade and playhouse and lots of really neat art. The various seating areas are designed well and it's a fun place to hang out. They even have their own dessert bar that makes cakes, a wood fire pizza oven and pasta options. Pretty cool!

Yelp
Stopped in around 2:30 in the morning after a long night out at Icon Park. I believe it's one of the largest McDonald's in the world, although I no longer see a sign that used to say that. The place was very disorganized with over half of the kiosks out of order. People trying to figure out how to use the kiosks with no one to help them extended their time at the limited number of kiosks. No one appeared to be taking orders at the register and no one available to assist at the kiosks. Pizza and pasta are served here which is unusual to see at a McDonald's. Never had them at a McDonald's so wouldn't expect much anyway. Maybe something to try another day because the kiosk said they were sold out. When placing an order to eat in, you have to enter a table card number. I went and asked some random worker walking what to put and he said just put #1 which we did. I had to tell a couple other people the same because they were just as clueless and again had no assistance. The order literally took 30 minutes to come out for my friend. Just fries and a small crispy chicken sandwich. She had to stand at the counter to get someone's attention to get it filled. Forget the whole table order idea. That probably would've been forgotten the way they were running things. Lots of yelling at each other was happening between the employees behind the counter. Customers getting upset about the status of their orders. Huge disorganized mess! On the other hand, I placed my order for a crispy chicken sandwich through the app and it was ready in 5 minutes. Maybe it was luck or an indicator that the app is the way to go. Good luck to those that visit here, at least during late night hours. I wish you well!

Yelp
As a lifelong McDonald's fan, of course I had to visit the world's largest when I had the opportunity. Yes, it was big and had lots of arcade games but this was honestly one of the worst run McDonald's I've been to and my waistline will tell you I've been to a lot. Many of the kiosks were not functioning properly and would allow you to order but not pay at the kiosk. After ordering, we were directed to get in a massive line to pay...really McDonald's? This led to a lot of unnecessary and self-created crowding. When we asked an employee why they didn't turn off the broken kiosks, she said her manager was aware but would not turn them off...ok, great work everyone . The pizza was not bad (on par with Dominos IMO) as was the Philly cheesesteak but nothing that I would crave and come back for. The best part was the indoor jungle gym and arcade. This location has the potential to be really fun. They just need to focus on efficiency, customer service, and effective management on the restaurant side of things. It can totally be done (many restaurants handle crowds well) someone just needs to put the work in to this location.

Yelp
I wasn't impressed! Yes, it's definitely a place for tourist and a great place for kids. The whole arcade with games is definitely a kids Dream come true and interesting to see but overall, the food was disgusting and would not go back and definitely overpriced for no reason! For the amount of people that were inside, I was impressed on how fast my food came out I was expecting to take longer. The largest McDonald's it's only great for entertainment and photos. I would rather go down the street to the smallest McDonald's for better food at better prices

Yelp
Complete chaos from start to finish. Where to begin... how about the worlds largest McD with the smallest parking lot. Had to circle for 15 mins to get a parking space. Inside only 10 ordering kiosks, all of which were 15 people deep when we arrived. Our kiosk was broken so at end of ordering it didn't print our order receipt so we had no order number. Next pick up- it wasn't clear where to pick the food up - no signs anywhere. We soon heard some soft spoken, random guy, shouting order numbers over the super noisy crowd. Frustrated customers would then need to push their way to the front to get their food (often having to immediately return as their order was wrong). In chatting a few folks, some had been waiting over an hour for their food. To complicate things even more some food items like pizza have separate lines and different delivery times. Closest thing to a food riot I've seen. Our food arrived after 45 minutes for basic burger, fries, our pizza 10 mins after. Our kids were upstairs where the arcade is so we thought at least they would be having fun. Turns out the ticket machine which counts tickets for prizes was broken so they had hundreds of these tickets with no way to redeem. My advice - bring your own food and drink with you when you come to see the worlds largest (and worst managed) McDonald's.

Yelp
Wrote a review a while ago and I'm guessing they had it taken down so I am just reposting it. The gist of it was that they made me and my gf wait for close to 45 mins for our food and when I finally went up to ask for it the manager said oh we gave that out. I told her I didn't get it and she asked her employee who said no I didn't give it to him. The manager then proceeded to ignore me for at least the next 15 mins until I asked several other employees to get her attention and she eventually had someone else make the food for us. Was extremely extremely rude and very unprofessional and hopefully not longer works for this or any location as she very clearly does not know how to be a manager. If they have moved on from her that's wonderful and if not then your best bet is to avoid this location and try any other food place or possibly different McDonald's anything you can do to avoid her as she was being childish and ignored me once she realized she was in the wrong.

Yelp
I was not very pleased with this visit. First we ordered Uber eats and didn't get any sauce with the 20 nuggets we ordered, then we went through the drive through and again didn't get any sauce we asked for and had to pull over, wait in the long line inside and ask for sauce once again. After paying $50 for McDonald's, I expect everything to be in the bag. I understand this is a busy location and that's why I gave it a second chance but as someone who can't eat nuggets without sauce I probably won't return. It takes too long at this point and defeats the convenience purpose. Please stop rushing and focus on the orders.
