Ordered delivery my food was cold when it arrived and it literally 3 minutes driving. They didn’t put all my food in the bag. And surprise surprise they didn’t answer the phone when I called. Delivery cost almost double the amount. 63 dollars. Ridiculous!!!!!

They did not put the burger in a bread it was empty 😕 do not shop from this McDonald's!

We were in the neighborhood on Christmas Day and there was no store open except McDonald’s. It has been a while since my last visit and our experience wasn’t bad. The safety procedures were planned and executed properly. We used the order kiosk for contactless purchase and it went smoothly. We had 2 large coffee (Latte and Mocha), an egg sandwich and a cinnamon roll. The food was decent and kind of exceeding expectation which was a surprise. Our favorite was the cinnamon roll, which was served warm and soft.

Good night I’m a concerned customer on 12/26/24 I ordered food I understand this is a fast food restaurant but every fast food restaurant should be clean professionals handling food with care down to the bags everything I ordered should be clean cooked properly packaged properly and safely….. i drink all of the soda so I had a little left so I decided to finish it up for some reason something told me to look down what I see in my cup is peace off packaging Styrofoam inside my cup know what this means someone is not doing there job properly this is unacceptable and not healthy

I recently had a meal at McDonald's, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my dining experience. The service was quick and friendly, and my food was hot and fresh. I ordered the classic Big Mac meal, and it was just as delicious as I remembered. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the special sauce was the perfect addition, and the sesame seed bun was soft and fluffy. The place is a lot smaller than your average McDonalds but it is kept very clean. Food was great and hot when it arrived. Staff was really nice and even let me take a pic with a worker wearing a Hamburglar outfit, 10/10.

The amount of times they put sugar in my coffee when I ask for no sugar no cream …. Then today the app accepted another offer and the “manager” suddenly can’t accommodate it , messing up my order every other time when I only get coffee then this time he suddenly can’t use a computer and honor it what a joke

This mcdonough is honestly the best. The food is always fresh, latte is good, and the ice cream is never watery.

Well they really remodeled the entire restaurant, that is a big plus, nice job, it's spacious now and it's walkable, they even updated the restrooms, also, they did remove the charging stations, but that's okay, cause it's a restaurant and it shouldn't be a place to charge phones if you aren't going to order anything..

Crispy Chicken Sandwich.....should be called " Soggy Chicken Mess " Stopped in at the McDonald's on Crooks Ave, Paterson border, for some late take out lunch. It should be noted that my home is only an 8 minute drive from McDonald's. My "Crispy" chicken sandwiches should have stayed somewhat crispy during that ride home. I ordered two "Crispy" chicken sandwiches, one as a meal, the other just the sandwich. The Meal comes with fries and a soft drink. The fries were satisfactory as well as the soda. The sandwiches were another story: It didn't take long to detect that the (white) chicken meat was browned on top and bottom, yet, not at all crispy. In fact, the consistency of the chicken was very similar to cooking it over the stove in a fry pan, the fragrance as well as the mushy breaded topping being very unappealing. I suspect that both sandwiches were microwaved before being bagged. Although I was looking forward towards sampling the "CRISPY" CHICKEN SANDWICH, my next trial will be at Burger King as McDonald's is permanently off my radar. BTW, the bag in which my sandwiches were placed in had the words "Crispy" printed across the top. Perhaps this was McDonald's way of playing mind games to elevate the quality of their food.

The food is okay for travelers passing through but nothing to brag about. It has friendlier service then some of them out there and seem to take most feedback seriously

Horrible quality....the tortilla is moldy and is so disgusting....covid should not jeopardize the freshness and quality of their food.... that's just plain careless costumer service......

Horrible service. I orders 3 Caramel Frappuccinos on the app and went to the store just to find out that the machine was broken after I had payed the money. The app said it was available even though it wasn't. They wouldn't even give me a refund. They wanted me to call the bank to cancel the transition which is stupid as this has happened before and I got a refund. This service sucks and I don't recommend going here.

I know it's fast food what do you expect but twice I found hair in my food. One in my cinnamon bun which I threw away immediately. I went again for a McGriddle with egg and cheese. When I got home, no cheese. I went again and hair in my hash brown. Come on people !

Why don't they give sauce? Food is good sometimes but they deadass never give sauce. They asked me to pull to the side for fresh food and I had asked for honey mustard, the nasty girl said, "uhh ok" my food comes 15 mins later and there was no sauce, after the guy shoved the bag in my face, I don't understand.

I was served by a very rude, old Hispanic woman, who was talking bad about me in Spanish because I was trying to give her the correct change. When I gave her the money she laughed a little and shook her head at me and said something else in Spanish but what she didn't know was, that I know how to speak Spanish. When I reprimanded her for her rudeness and disrespectful comments in Spanish. She ignored me and just left the counter. I will never go to this McDonald's again.

Quick service. Nearest McDonald's by my house. However, the cashier in the morning is rude. She is there every time I go for the drive thru and she doesn't make coming to McDonald's enjoyable. If you ask her a question about an item on the menu, she will sigh, grunt and give you an attitude. Please don't take out your anger on your customers. I would suggest someone change shifts with her.

They really told me I can't have sauce because I didn't order nuggets and I only ordered French fries. i feel that is super unprofessional to deny someone SAUCE for their food - whatever the food may be. I know theyre usually stingy with their Sauces but this was a bit too much.

This is my favorite McDonald's in town, it's great and clean! I appreciate and love the twins, Luz, and the manager Liz, they're friendly, funny, and make my day every time I'm there!!! The day and night staffs are great. I enjoy this establishment and love getting my coffee there! Thank you...

I'd rather go to the mcds in Passaic and pay more than have to be disrespected because they forgot my food that I payed for and had to walk inside and then they had the nerve to say "don't start" after I told them they forgot my nuggets like helllooooo customers always right!!!!! MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!!!

So yeah a drop of tarter sauce on bone dry bread and a shitty piece of cheese. No napkins or ketchup in the bag of course . I come here every now n then bec it's close . I don't eat fast food usually at all but once in a while I'd like to indulge in fries, ice cream, a fish sandwich or coffee but they mess up something up EVERYTIME!! I just had time today to let it be known. Smh.

Omg the lady at the register was so rude!! I had a coupon that expired yesterday and while she was cracking her gum she said to me NO You can't use this !! So nicely I said do you have one I can use ? NO and cracked her gum ! I don't understand she was wearing a supervisors shirt!! Doesn't McDonald's sent there managers to customer service classes! This McDonald's is near my mothers house this place is always my first choice for a cheat meal but today was the worst. I understand about speed of service but customer service shiuld be number1. I was here with my pregnant wife and we were trying to make up our minds. The order taker was so pushy that it made me aggravated! I had to tell her hold on and even when I did that she still kept insisting for my order, I would've just drove off bUt she's pregnant and has cravings but I orders a 2/$5 fish with tomato leaf lettuce and extra sauce 2 grilled wraps and a Mc chicken sandwich add ketchup but when I got to my moms house my sandwich had no lettuce no tomatoes no extra sauce my wraps were ice cold. I will never visit this place again I will make it a clear effort on my way home to go elsewhere. At one point I remember this place being nice courteous friendly and fresh now I can tell management is just about a transaction verses quality!

Bad service like really it's horrible form a Spanish girl she said we closed and the sign says close at 2 like this unbelievable and she lock the window in my face and she don't speak English even

Horrible costumer service!. This happened at the drive thru last night around 12 am. I asked the lady at the drive thru for bbq sauce which she had done while rolling her eyes and returned with 1, I asked politely for another packet and she answered back with "you're already asking for too much now, it's not like you got chicken nuggets". As soon as she said that another employee came into the conversation and jokingly said to not pay attention to her that she was "training". I honestly don't even know how things are ran over there or if there is even a supervisor watching over these people and neither would I like to know because I'm never going back again. Crappy costumer service just flat out ghetto and food liked like it was thrown together, everything was just falling apart before I can take my first bite.

I thought this was a good place since they recently renovated but I was wrong they have given me burned food a couple times, some of their food items made me sick to my stomach too.

Very bad service. I ordered on Uber eats and one of my sandwiches were missing. It took me over an hour to finally get someone on the other end of the phone and they ended up shutting in my face when I told them my sandwich was missing. They didn't even refund me or send me another sandwich when I live less than 5 minutes away.

Horrible drive thru. What is the point of the new 2 way drive thru if only one lane is actually works and takes orders. I used the new lane and was waiting for 5 min until someone helped me, While the other lane helped 3-4 cars which were behind me. So Disappointing.

Ordered the 2 for five quarter pounders , one was ice cold the other was salty definitely not cooked to order. Horrible

McDonalds is now using commercials to give you the impression, that their food is wholesome and straight from a farm. They should be sued for false advertising. This is garbage food. If you look hard enough you can spend the same amount of money on real food with a higher nutritional value. Don't want to beat a dead horse, but I'm sure horse meat would be better for you than the diseased cows they use for their burgers.

On Saturday evening 2/9/19, I make my order via drive thru and specifically ask for sweet & sour sauce with my meal. After I pay, I am told by the 2nd window cashier to park in the space #1. After waiting ten minutes with my wife a young lady brings my food and I asked if there were sweet & sour sauce in the bag. Se replied "yes." Well, after checking the bag there were only BBQ sauce. I am not irritated by the 10 minutes of waiting, but because the above happened on a regular basis. Most of the time they forget to put something that I ordered on my meal; for example, not adding chicken to my southwest salad or hot fudge on my sundae. Unfortunately, this is a regular occurrence and complaining to management just simply doesn't matter.

Busy place for fast food.......traffic is trouble and parking.

The cashiers don't know how to do simple math. I have got back the wrong change many times and I only go there once or twice a week. Other than that it is ok. The food is good and they keep the place fairly clean.
