Hands down the best McDonald’s around. I purposely drive out of the way to come to this location because the workers are all very sweet and pleasant and make my day better. The woman working the end of the drive thru where you collect the food tonight around 640pm was wonderful as always. You might not realize it but i really needed and appreciated your kindness tonight. Thanks for having awesome workers

Don't order coffee if you don't want it to look like this. Then it's watered down and they don't follow instructions about condiments on the side. They got a singing cashier though for all that's worth.

This place is definitely hit or miss. Tonight was a huge miss. My sister ordered a double cheeseburger and a double quarter pounder meal. When she got to the window to pick up her food, the double cheeseburger was not in the bag. When she told the young lady at the window that the double cheeseburger was not in the bag, she reviewed my sister's receipt and told her that the double cheeseburger was not registered for the order. My sister asked for the burger and offered to pay for it. The young lady told her that she didn't have a register nearby (one was next to her) and that she had to drive back around to do a separate order for the double cheeseburger, which my sister did. After settling everything and paying, she thanked both the cashier and the young lady at the window, for neither one of them to respond. The young lady even had an attitude. Once my sister got home, the food was terrible. The double quarter pounder was cold and tasteless and the double cheeseburger was also cold. The cheese wasn't even melted and the bread was stale. Tonight was disappointing.

Hit or Miss... excellent one time then sucks the next...but I see improvement overall..last few visits been fine... Good morning crew always seems to go out there way to be friendly and faster. UPDATE went on 8/30/22 at 1230p and the entire staff was EXCELLENT! food came fast too 👍🏽👏🏽

What kind of food was I and my husband served?! The beef patti fell apart and it wasn't even a whole full size 1/4 lb patti. The big Mac we got was mostly lettuce and bread with some sauce slapped in the mix!

And no ice cup after leaving... The workers argument is I don't by food everyday but I still do. It's not funny to disrespect McDonald's moral template they don't give water after you consecutively eat at the location. And a good joke is the dark guy and light skin girl that thought it was funny... Because laughing at someone who needs water after they bought from your establishment with, your friend behind the counter is illegal. And unsanitary.

This location is incapable of completing an order correctly. It’s undergone management changes over the years, but the result is the same. They can’t complete an order correctly, can’t maintain service during posted hours. Be sure to avoid at all costs.

I got to this place often its alright and i like that they close the resturant emtrance monday-fridays 2pm-5pm but can still pick up at the drive thru or the small window if your not driving there is a small bell.

If this place is not a front for a drug operation I'll be real surprised. If you go inside it's so depressing you'll need a xanax, the drive though always seems to have a long line even though the menu has not changed in 1000 years. The store attached too it has old products and there alway seems to be someone just standing around outside. I went there today and there were teenaged boys just standing in the street like that's what you do. This is the worst McDonald's i have been too, i will go out of my way to go to the one on Broad and Hunting Park. And to top it off it has the highest gas prices around. Why would anyone go here? The only saving grace is malyika if she is working the drive though it seems to go smooth.

They only accept mobile orders in the evening/night hours. Sometimes they say cash only and sometimes they act like they aren't open. Every evening shift it's a different story. There is absolutely NO CONSISTENCY in service or food.

Long lines in both drive thru as well as in store I've even ordered on the app and still had a long wait but I don't expect much it's McDonald's haha

If an Uber eats order has McFlurry on it... orange soda is not a good substitute... with 0 communication wth?

just left the drive through. The guy that took my order was very pleasant and the food was hot. I normally don't give reviews but it was top teir today lol

If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I try to go to this McDonald's there's an extraordinarily long wait even if there are 1 or 2 cars in line. So tonight I decided to place a mobile order and just pick it up. They say they didn't revive the order and they are unable to make my food even though I am showing them my phone with the order number, order details, and confirmation that it was paid for. I now have to file a dispute with the bank over a simple order that should of been hacked at the restaurant. This is the most unprofessional place of business I've ever been to. All they do is play around and talk. Customer service is nonexistent always. Please go to another McDonald's. I will drive the extra distance to our order from Cheltenham from now on. Even with a longer line they are faster and much more professional than stenton Ave.

I would give this a 0 if I could. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle. Please explain to me why there is a hamburger patty in the sandwich with onions on it? The party isn't even fresh. It's incredibly old and fell apart when I touched it. Absoloutly revolting.

OMG. Every time I come to this location it takes at least 20 mins to get through the drive through. My God! It doesn't matter how many cars are in line. This time there was literally three cars in front of me and sure enough 25 mins. The management of this place sucks!

If I can give this store zero stars I will. Not worth my time and money. Employees are rude and the manager tolerates employees rudeness and toward customers. Here's my story.. Im very disappointed at this location. Ive been very patient waiting for my mobile order. Ive waited more than 20 minutes at the drive-thru and when its my turn to pick up my order I still waited another 5 minutes to get my order and now they are charging me additional 4 dollars for the crispy chicken. I told the employee and the manager that I used the coupon Philly wins and I was already charged on my card.I showed the manager the receipt on my phone but she still didnt believe me. I told the manager to just cancel my order and the male employee then started raising his voice and being disrespectful asking me to leave the window when Im about to leave. The male employee then escalated the situation by screaming and yelling more at me while everyone behind me in the drive thru were shocked at the employees attitude. The employee then slammed the window to my face and thats when I left the drive thru. I was embarrassed and shocked at the same time that someone would treat someone like this. I understand that it was busy and their drive thru speaker is not working so they had to take orders at the window but yelling and slamming the window at a customer is just not right.

I never saw a McDonald's that closes whenever they want in-spite of having business hours. This location is by far the worst I ever visited since I was born. I really never seen a McDonald's so unprofessional. The teenagers working have attitudes when taking orders and at the window. This location even ran out of burgers at one point, like how??? This location just need to shut down or hire a better manager.

the manager was very rude and because i was a student meanwhile i'm a senior, she didn't want to serve me. one i never not once heard of this rule, and if so how come other mcdonald's aren't applying the same rule as this Location.

Most of the time when I order here the food is good. One time I went inside ( never again) the floors were sticky , it smelled like urine , and a homeless man was in there ( also the door is locked and you have to wait until they push a buzzer to let you in... must be a really bad area) I had no problem buying the homeless man a burger , but he made the whole place smell like piss and chips .... he should not of been inside... it wasn't a cold winter day either.... Most of the time I ate my food in the car , the drive thru can be slow at times, sometimes it's a long wait if you order more than 1 .... 1! Order... it can take a while. All my food has been hot and fresh tasting but because of my paranoia I check every food item before I devour it. Haven't found any little buggy nasties or hairs yet. I would recommend this place, just not if you're in a rush rush .

The absolute worst McDonalds around. Lines are always long (inside and drive-thru). They almost ALWAYS are out of something. Ice cream machine always down. They mess up your order most of the time. I stopped going to this location because it was too frustrating lol

Hey, when you're in a fix for some fries they're 24 hours!

I would like to know why ? Just why? Okay so here's my horror story. Sometimes I crave for a burger so I have to get this one particular one from Mcdonalds. The one near me is so bad it's Broad and Onely #2. The people are rude and have poor work ethic and have poor appearance. The establishment looks shakey. Like you keep second guessing everything in there ... any way I was despaerate and was gonna press my luck and the line is always long and slow. It take 30 minutes at they drive thru. One time, I forgot what I order so was in line so long. You will burn a quarter of gas in this drive thru. I feel like they owe me when I grab my mystery food because o forgot what I ordered for sure. Any way it's just all bad here.. forget the main story. The question is why? Can we please have professionalism? A MAKE OVER IT ALSO STINK ON THERE SOMETIME

I've lived in this area well over 50 years. I've patronized this McDonald's quite frequently. I've seen this location go through many store & management changes, some good some not so good. I am always amazed when I visit certain locations (predominantly different nationalities) the service (majority of times) seems to be so efficient, the food fresh, customer service so much more accommodating. I would love to know who owns this particular location. For quite some time the drive through has been questionable of the last (at least) six months the menu board looks as though a hurricane hit it. It is coming apart & not well lit. There have been so many times when the drive thru ordering box has been out of service, so the orders were taken at the first window. My last experience on Thursday was the worse, I've been seeing these wonderful commercials on "McDonald's" crisp French fries & hot , fresh juicy quarter pounder, NONE of which was the case!!! I didn't order the meal (I didn't need to pay the extra soda tax, only in Philly) so my meal was a la cart, my large french fries alone was.$3.46 normally I wouldn't complain, but the container was not full & the fries were not crisp...reheated, just limp.The roll on the quarter pounder was dry & hard. When I tried to take the bun off the burger, it just broke off fell apart. I spent $14.00 on a horrible fast food meal. The sad part of this is, people are trying to support the local businesses & restaurants (due to Covid 19) but it's becoming increasingly impossible due to up charging of prices, lack of quality in food & the horrible customer service. What makes it worse is no one takes responsibility for any of the above, the owners hide behind the pandemic. Here's the big kicker this lack of quality in McDonald's is only displayed in disparities areas!!! McDonald's Corpooration should be ashamed!!!'

Vicinity: Not clean inside Bathroom: "Oh heck no"! Staff: Friendly Customers: Ratchet Food Delivery: neatly packed Given that this "restaurant" is directly across from a horrible high school, it's explainable why this particular McDonald's seems like the slumps. The food is either hot our cold when handed to customers. The back of the counter (front floor) is always unorganized and filthy. I don't care eat there....but im addicted to their chocolate chip cookies; that's all i eat from them.

After being ignored for 10 mins at 3:30am then finally being told they were closed due to system issues, I left the McDonald's on Ogontz and drove to the one on Stenton. They were closed also. Why are they always having issues??? Why can't they post signs to make customers aware of problems??

Take all day and they smoke marijuana right in the back where everyone can see and don't get nothing done had to wait longer then a hour in drive thru the worst honestly

You know how in general it's not a great idea to get McDonald's because of the food and service? Turns out, it's especially not a great idea to order McDonald's using Uber Eats. I've tried giving them a chance on multiple occasions but they seem to ALWAYS mess it up. So, if you see McDonald's on Uber Eats, pick something else. You'll be glad you did.

This store gets 0 stars if possible its dirty the employees are rude and disrespectful, and the store is classified as 24hrs everyday but it is not even though its posted on the drive thru window. The food if you can actually get any is sloppily thrown together. Worst store ever

So this da McDonalds dey be using up here, man, and it less ghetto as the one down south round MLK. The drive through real nice, the food be coming real fast and everything. The inside of the establishment is more on the yucky side and the people at the counter will ALWAYS get your order wrong. The bathroom is atrocious, and the tables are sticky. Although it is McDonals.

they are soooo bad. i went at 11:30am and asked for a mcgriddle because it said all day breakfast. they said they "stopped doing breakfast at 10:30." yeah right i bet you did you little bitch

I had the worst experience ever here. I ordered four sausage biscuits in the drive through. There was one car in front of me and maybe four or five guests inside. The worker at the window came to the window three times to confirm that I ordered four sausage biscuits as if this was a difficult order. He had us pull up past the window and said he would bring the food out. After waiting about 25 minutes I headed inside to cancel the order when the guy began walking around the counter to hand me the bag. After all of that, I asked to speak to a manager that refused to come out from the back to speak with me. So much for fast food and customer service. I usually stay away from McDonalds for several reasons. This experience confirmed that I need to stick with Chick fila for fast, good food paired with excellent service.

I like to know who the owner is of this location people that work at this location are a bunch of morons they're always screwing up people's orders they got people going to the fire lane on the side of the building waiting for people orders there blocking the fire lane on top of that they they're causing a traffic backup in Jam in the parking lot people are running into people's cars total chaos at this location the employees looks as though they are high as a kite I mean these people really need to get their self together at this location this is a pitiful McDonald's the food is not fully quotes and employees look like they seen better days what in the world is going on are you kidding me they need to shut these doors at this location I'm so pissed off I don't know what to do instead of having people wait in the parking lot for their Waters they have people parking in the Firelands where you can you can't drive around and leave as it's as if they're holding you hostage the wait for crappy food and service this has to stop people really because if they keep doing that I'm going to make a big issue about it I'm going to call the news and Department of Health and I'm going to make a big issue about it
